The staff is great . And are always on their toes. They do an excellent job. Been going there for over 7 months now. I the place is Clean , atmosphere great , personal great ,

Staff is Awesome, every single individual there. The company itself is predatory. You receive a prepaid card as payment. Don't spend a single cent until you open it and read the terms. There are fees for everything including balance checks and insufficient funds fees. I don't believe I was paid the full amount on my first visit. My balance went negative. Had I made a mistake? I tell the clerk to try again. Still not working. Take something off and try again. Insufficient funds. Of course I was completely un

Donating is a waste of time since the payouts are so small. I was under the impression that your first and second Donation gives you 100 each time but that's not true. My first Donation was 100 my second was 42 which is basically the gas I spent to come donate. The promotion is if you donate in a week to a month. If you dont you get piss pore prices based of your weight. If your 120 and under your making 25 which is basically toilet paper for your house. I let a staff member i dont favor know I was upset ab

Most of the staff are ok. But some are kinda rude. On top of that, they don't really do bonuses anymore and keep taking away from the max amount we can get.... Getting to the point, where it's not going to be worth it. As they make thousands of dollars off of OUR plasma. Now they're even taking away the loyalty points for people who have donated a lot. NO POINT in downloading the app as you don't get points now... It's starting to be one of those corporations that's completely corrupt. Wish we had a differe

Very long wait times to even be seen. Never thought about writing a review until today. Waiting in line for so long. They were having some problem with a lady at the check in. Her info disappeared and then another screener staff member came to help from her station with the computer issue. After 15 minutes the staff member said well it's time to go home and left with out resolving the issue. A lot of people could have been screened and sent back in that 15 minutes. Very slow place and understaffed Edited:

Good place to go if you need a few extra dollars. The staff is very inviting, for the most part

One of the staff members were very rude and disrespectful. When coming to donate for the first time I was with my mom and son my, mother walked in to tell me she was going to go shopping with my son and the staff member yelled at my mother telling her she needed to leave bc she was holding my son. We had no idea that she wasn't allowed to walk inside with my son and we definitely didn't deserve to be yelled at. All that was needed was a simple informative conversation letting us know that children could not

This place is kinda like a coffee shop, the more you come the more you get to know the staff and who will be a good sticker/the person that puts the needle in. You get paid good money for your time and if you're on the heavier side you get paid more. 10/10 would recommend as it helps with bills and gas money if needed. Joann did my stick today and I didn't feel a thing! It's cold in here so bring a blanket or warm jacket.

Some of the employees here act like they would rather be anywhere but here, but most are really cheery and friendly. At the hospital they always have trouble getting my veins, but here, I have only had one time they have ever had to stick me more than once. The ones trained to do the sticking are really good. They could pay a little better for the donations, but otherwise a really good place. And they help a lot of people.

The staff are all friendly. I'm usually in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Been donating for over 5 years.

This is a great place!! Everyone is friendly and great at their job. The phlebotomist are very skilled and the reception is great too. The ones disconnecting work very hard to be quick and fair. Management has done a great job with this place. The center manager shelly and assistant manager Amy do a great job and have a great crew!!

Great place. The staff is amazing.

Michele T. At the 178 center in Parkersburg West Virginia is great. I've been to 4 different CSL plasma centers in the past 6 years and Michele is the only phlebotomist to ever stick out to me. Very polite patient and professional she keeps me coming back to this center. I remember her anxiety when she first started , unfounded mind you. She's a gem to the CSL plasma team. Thank you for your service.

The staff here is amazing. Even at the end of the day when everyone is tired and wanting to get home...they don't stop making the donor the TOP priority. Special shout out to Anastasia for taking very good care of my wife in which has extreme anxiety over needles.

The staff is at all times professional, kind, caring, helpful and demonstrates good sanitary practices. I actually enjoy donating looking forward to my interactions with all the staff.

Laura is very friendly and keeps the ball rolling. Larissa is great at the front desk. They make it enjoyable

Don't go unless you wanna wait 30/45 mins after you've finished to be unhooked.

I donate twice a week and enjoy the experience. I've had no issues and have attempted to recommend it to multiple people. As with any business, one can see that expenses are being cut and I can only hope this does not get to the point it negatively affects the quality of the work being done there.

Very caring staff and friendly Always ask how you are doing and talk like they have known you for ever. I would tell anyone who could and would like to make a few dollars to come in and try it.

Good place to go to get time to sit back and think while doing something to help out humanity as well as your neighbors. You never know who is going to need the medications made from our plasma....and getting a lil spending money on top of helping can give you that added fun time to enjoy be in Parkersburg. If you went in the past, go again. If you still go, keep going. Cheers

It's been over a year since I've donated because of my work schedule and no bonuses (not worth my time). But my schedule has changed so I called about coming back but there's no bonus for coming back. They make thousands off of ONE bottle but don't want to pay their donors enough. Bring back GOOD bonuses and I'll definitely be back.

Showed up at 1 45 change my tires and they wouldn't see me because I was 13 minutes late knowing that they took someone that rode with me

Went to donate at 1:50p door was locked. They were supposed to be open until 2p

This is a great center. The staff works very hard everyday to make the donors experience a great one. They are knowledgeable in their areas and are friendly and helpful. The center is very clean and management is always out on the floor with the employees working right along side them. Everyone here is great and show appreciation to all the donors who come in.

Amy is a great supervisor and always so cheery. The DSL staff is always so sweet and helpful especially Destiny. I always look forward to donating when I can thanks to these ladies

I have had nothing but positive experiences here except for one thing. Once one of the girls taking vitals was pretty sick. She blew her nose with gloves on and I didn't think about asking her to change them. Sure enough I got pretty sick the next day. My bad, lesson learned!!

Too long of a wait time and you get barely any money

Joann was great, didn't even feel needle going in, Becky who checked me in was very talkative and happy (singing), good team you have.

The staff members are wonderful at what they do. Most of them donate themselves. For my experiences, they are courteous, polite, patient and helpful. If you want to help save lives, it's worth donating.

Well the past Saturday I was in there to give plasma and I was high pressuring and the one nurse Brenda came over to check on me and she went and Readjusted the needle in my arm and took the needle and Buried it all the way in and made the needle pop out of my Vain and it messed my left arm up I had to go to the hospital and get Antibiotics for my elbow it add swollen to a size of a Cantaloupe and now I'm taking meds to get the swelling to go down it is bad cause my elbow got Infected from what she did I'm

Staff are always very kind and respectful. They do a really good job everyday going above and beyond. I would highly recommend CSL plasma if you're looking to make some extra cash.

Laura does a great job!! She is always so friendly and keeps everyone entertained!!!

Scheduling of employees sucks!! I've been coming faithfully since January 2022 and this has been an ongoing problem. This is absolutely not fair to the wonderful employees on the floor nor us customers!! Time to get rid of whoever does the scheduling and replace them with someone who knows what they are doing. Otherwise very clean safe way to make some extra money and help the ones in need.

The Parkersburg Branch should be ashamed of themselves for booking a private event at a small business and racking up a bill over $1000 & not leaving a tip! Way to support local! The management of this branch should be ashamed of themselves!! This business turned away customers for this private event! 1/27/24

It would've been 5 stars, staff are nice, it's clean. I always had a nice quick time there. I like paycheck to paycheck and i really need the extra cash. Unfortunately the last time I went in I was told I wouldn't be able to donate because their quick test came back and they told me I was hiv positive, and that I was on the national donor deferral forever. I was confused, there's no way I told them. I asked if we could test again and they said no due to company policies. I was scared terrified even. Where

If you arrive early, you'll get done faster. My experience was going great despite my nervousness donating for the first time. Once I was done donating and ready to be disconnected, the employee, Carl, came over and didn't say a word to me. He ripped the needle and it twisted out of my arm with no care or regard for me. I literally said ouch and explained to him that it hurt and he didn't have to do it so aggressively, he literally had no response and he didn't say a word. I was so distraught It took me a

I'm fairly new at donating plasma but each time I've been in the staff has been friendly and very professional. They explain the process and answer questions if you have any.

Wonderful staff always on their toes and make you feel comfortable and well informed. Wish staff was able to communicate more make us more comfortable

Awesome facility!! Amy did my stick today and was amazing, didnt feel a thing!! ?? Clean, double and triple check everything....would recommend 100%

The staff was none the less very hard working, was extremely pleased with the compensation for being a first time patient, but I am however disappointed with the fact I contracted cellulitis in the arm they could not get to draw very well, so they stuck me twice and I'm now having to get antibiotics for an infection. Things happen, I feel compensation could be better given the circumstances, I followed the instructions to keep the puncture wounds clean and covered as followed, nonetheless things just happen

The staff is very Welcomeing, & friendly, over all,a nice experience, I would only suggest a lite wrap or Blanket, sometimes it can get chilly when u r donating.

This place is a joke. 90% of the staff is incompetent, lazy, and have terrible attitudes. They talk to you like you're running the ferris wheel at the county fair. Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. -5

The staff is great! Always friendly and prompt at what ever job they are doing. Highly recommended!

Good place to get some extra cash; while helping people. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love donating at CSL plasma because it's always such a pleasant experience. The staff is so great ??

Most excellent staff. Caring and always a good and welcoming atmosphere. I will continue to donate not because of the money..... because of the people.

Laura and Michelle are great and are very friendly every time I come in.

I was gone 7 weeks due to bruising. Came back and asked for a specific person, but was told I can't do that anymore. Pay was also cut, which is unfair.

The staff is very caring, facility is very clean, and you can save a life while you make some extra cash!

The picture says 1000 words. The service was lacking and now I have to wait and heal. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I visit CSL Plasma twice a week to make a donation. I always have a great experience. The staff are always friendly, and willing to help however they can. I would highly recommend visiting

Today Loretta, Laura and Jamie helped with giving plasma. These ladies were awesome. Very caring I'm so thankful for theses ladies. Carolyn

I would give 5 stars but the pay out is not verry much amazing staff they know there jobs to the t if u have any questions they can answer them and if you get sick while donating there right there not afraid to help u love comming here love the staff just wish the pay out was more

Great place to get some money while helping people as well.. Does anyone know Kayla's last name? She is my favorite very friendly and beautiful. Mariah is very nice as well.

Great Staff and a good way to make extra cash while helping others. Would recommend 100%

The staff is professional. My experience with the center's assistant manager was fantastic. Her immediate supervisor, however, made me feel like I just wasn't getting through to him what I was saying. Sadly, I don't recommend donating plasma here. They behave as if anyone who has been homeless cannot get out of that situation and into their own place. Having been disgruntled over hearing about an absolutely ridiculous policy requiring "TYPEWRITTEN" leases (the renter's name, landlord's name, contact informa

I am a platinum donor. I have been giving for almost 5 years. The staff are always kind and helpful. I recommend coming in and saving some lives .

Laura is an amazing stick and Amy is a very nice person and she was actually on the floor.

I've been going there for a little while now and the whole team is amazing.... Everyone is so sweet and great.. Everyone that sticks me is REALLY good cuz I don't like needles but I can't wait to go back.... ????

The assistant manager of facility could not find a 'suitable' vein. Red Cross never has a problem with a bigger needle. They did pay me for making it to the back. I guess it's a two week deferral. As though my vein are going to grow. I won't be returning.

Excellent service, kind and hardworking employees, and a great experience every time I donate! I recommend ??

Always have a good experience at CSL plasma. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Not only do you make extra money but you're helping save lives.

The staff here r very nice. Easy money and ur helping people in need.

I've had great experiences with CSL Plasma, I've been donating for a few years with no issues. The money is definitely worth the time spent donating.

Great center, staff is friendly they were very helpful answering questions and fast for only have a few workers at a time!

I've been donating for almost 4 yrs now and it's not bad for extra income and the staff are amazing to be around

One of the best places. The staff is exceptional, especially Michelle from check in.

Amazing nice people! They work so hard! They are understaffed but they are great hard workers and so very sweet! You guys do an amazing job keep it up!

Most amazingly comfortable experience, very professional. Raevin, Joelle, Tiffany, and all the others on the floor were just amazing they can make the most uncomfortable cercumstance very pleasurable!! GREAT ENVIORMENT

I never got to donate at all because my iron was low. I took iron supplements for a year then tried to go back and they said no, permanently deferred.

Went in they stuck the needle in then another girl ravencame over was shoving the vien in and moving it aroundi was complaining it hurt had tears in my eyes. They left it in afyer telling them it hurt. And my whole aem was hurting they finally took it out . In the middle of the first return. Then stuck the other arm my arm was bruised and vien was completely destroyed and didnt heal for 2 weeks. I would not prefer any onw to go there. Ik 2 people who work there and they do awesome bit i do not recommend t

Very professional, friendly, and clean

It a nice place to be comfortable they are all really nice and

If new to the donation process staff walks you through the steps. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly staff. I have always had a great experience when I have been to donate.

Staff is verry kind and friendly in and out in a timely manner I enjoy my visits

Only reason this place gets two stars is due to the staff being pleasant. I went in due to my roomie mentioning this place gives money for plasma. I figured I'd give it a shot, money's tight. However I experienced a delayed citrate reaction (Due to stress, since delayed reactions aren't real in their eyes) about 24 hours after the fact. My arm where the injection site was seized up fully and I started exhibiting signs of a potential stroke. I literally felt I was dying. So we called it in the followin

Have never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly!!

Staff is great friendly and on point but company could do a little more on the donor fee amount.

Staff are very friendly

Drove 100+ miles to donate only to be told when we got there that we can't donate because we don't "live in the area". Waste of a trip.

The ladies are always friendly and polite and have an awesome bedside manner!

I'm only giving CSL Plasma of Parkersburg a one star because they DO NOT service Charleston, WV residents. I drove over an hour just to be told I had to go to Columbus to donate plasma? which is nearly 3 hours away. Makes absolutely no sense!

I love those in reception and on the donor floor. Many are such a joy. Love how great a job they do.

I am Brent Rice, I have been donating since December, the people are great and very considerate.

It is nice that you get money and thay are so sweet and you always get to help out others

Loretta did an amazing job as always with the disconnect ?? great staff

Friendly very competent staff. Money is well worth the time.
