I'm a relatively new plasma donator, and so far every time I've come to this location being 3 times I get rude and inexperienced phlebotomists. The first time I ever went I was standing in line getting called back, I was looked at by the worker and she turned around and was mad about the fact that I was new then she proceeded to move my needle multiple times and then have someone else come over because she couldn't find my vein after she put in the needle. I think if you're gonna be mad at having someone ne

Tina the RN here was amazing when I came for my first time. I had a little reaction after my process but Tina stayed by my side and made me feel better. The entire time I'm so thankful for her.

I'm in and out. When I do go there, anybody who's complaining How long it takes They're literally being a hater. I wouldn't worry about them, but the problem I do it should not take a 4 month Wait period after getting your ear pierced. I can understand if it was gaged or something, but a small little hole that's smaller than the needle you stick in our arms is ridiculous Personally, I could understand a month, but even that's going too far.So you should fix that one particular rule, because after talking t

I travel all over and still try to keep my plasma donation days the same if I'm away on business. I was very pleasantly surprised to interact with the CSL staff as soon as I entered the Parma Heights facility. Chyna was able to get my profile transferred quickly, allowed me to stay in her vitals booth to submit my donation questionnaire, and processed my vitals, all with a welcoming warmth. I then only stood in the donation bed line for about 5-7 minutes. Jordan, the Sr Phlebotomist, was just as warm and fr

Pleasant experience from beginning to the end - very professional staff 10 times better than West 25th location hands down ! If you like top notch professionalism then the parma location is your spot.

Literally the most efficient plasma center in the county. All their employees actually do stuff. Only complaints are recently they cut the payout you get and their doctor only works a day a week so if you need something signed off on you'll be waiting and unable to donate, which doesn't make sense how their lab can instantly defer you yet can't approve you.

This plasma place is always under staffed. They might have the new fast machines but it doesn't make up for the slow over worked workers that do show up. The place is also very dusty among the walls we have to wait 3 hours standing by.

I have been donating here for a few months and my experience has been wonderful.I feel comfortable coming here and it's so nice to see the staff working together to get us taken care of..they truly seem to care.

Jasmine is the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and takes pride in making sure you are ok

so much better than the Cleveland location, it's not even close. friendly staff, in and out in an hour

The lady with the lip piercings and two scoops of hair has a attitude problem, almost asked her who she was talking too, everyone else was nice tho but i wont be going to this location again lmao

The workers here are friendly and helpful; however, the lines have gotten absolutely ridiculous. It is unacceptable for people to be waiting in line for two hours when there are multiple rows of plasma machines open. More needs to be done to ensure that there are enough workers to process everyone at a reasonable rate. This issue has been going on for a while and isn't a secret, so I can't fathom why corporate finds this acceptable.

I don't understand how the employees at this location can call off whenever they want. move as slow as a turtle all-day long. They hire new people that seems to follow the people that has been here for how ever long & do the same thing, call off after call off. The workers shouldn't be giving anyone attitudes either when they can't even work the right damn way. new machines but only half of them work, managers don't bother to even do anything to help when the line is reaching the bathrooms on a daily basis.

Consistently opens late, today it was 6:30am. Last week 6:10, I can honestly say 90% of the opening times are after the posted times. The agency?s rules say no lines, but they force disabled and elderly customers to wait outside in the cold temperatures or they lose their spots to younger abled bodies people.

The staff is always incredible and friendly! Robin is SUPER efficient at vitals, got me in and out. Everyone on the donor floor is just amazing as well, an entire group of caring people! (Ill update with more names as I remember the best people :))

4 donations in and my wait times have been quick (i live near so i peek in the door first to see the line). And the staff is great. Very nice and personable

The staff in the front including nurses are very rude. They were all standing around and complaining they wanted to go home already.I was treated very poorly and was told I could not donate case I had a bruise from previous 2 visits. I told them that they could use the other arm and they refuse and told me to come back in a couple of days. Lack of professionalism.

Decent enough place, kind people. Can move very slowly, especially in the mornings, even with plenty of staff.

Robin is so bubbly and friendly every time i see her. She truly knows what she is doing, The line was to the door while only working with 1 other staff member and she got it down in 20 minutes. She deserves more praise!!

I have nothing but great comments to say about this place. The staff is great and work very efficiently!

The facility has always been clean and I have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff except for the whining. If you go after 6pm be prepared for lots of whining from some staff. They have "been there all day and they don't know why we come in so late." Evening donors worked all day too. Everyone in the building is there for the money. What's great about coming in late is that everyone works real hard to get you the hell out of there instead of farting around.

Okay. First, I read reviews and was a little leery, reviews were so mixed. But full disclosure I am an RN, so I was able to pick through complaints that would be avoidable and complaints that are out of the control of staff and management and decided to take a chance. That said, the staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean. The whole process of my first-time visit, from walking in the front door to the end, was 2h 30 min on a Saturday morning. They are thorough and vigilant with screening.

Had a wonderful first experience here! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming to me as a First Time Donor, and explained every step of the way. The initial sign up process does take awhile (I was probably there 2-3 hours total including the donation), but they were very up front about it and I know future donations will go much quicker. The inside is nice; the decor and colors are a little outdated, but clean and well maintained. A lot of the employees there also seemed to have great rapport with eac

As an avid plasma donor, this place is the worst! Long waits and every body is rude it made me so sad and I am never coming back.

I've had great experiences here I was always Tuesday and Thursday morning I recently changed to Thursday afternoon and Saturday. I know not come here on the afternoon or evening on Thursday I'm here now on Saturday evening and the regular staff is here thank god They are not gentle, this guy Maurice rip the needle out of my arm at the same time he was taking the tape off I know they have procedures, but they need to take their time. Never again Also, careful with the debit card they give you it charges you

This place is a mess. Phlebotomists do great work but it's obvious management can't staff appropriately. Between staffing, machines not working and the one person up front doing vitals i expect to be here 2 + hrs today

I came here yesterday for my very FIRST donation. I had no idea how the whole process worked or what to expect. Every single person who worked there was SO nice. So helpful and really educated me about the entire process. I was completely comfortable and trusting of them, and they did a GREAT job! Highly recommend!!

This is the kind of place that puts minimal training into its employees then does not monitor their progression after the fact. 1. Taking blood samples from finger. A lot of people do it correctly while some don't understand how it works causing them push the device and hard as they can into your finger before sending the needle. It's not only unnecessary, it's just frankly hurts more for no reason. 2. Certain individuals think that the arm cuff should apparently be so low that it is touching your elbow. I

Plenty of chairs open with very long lines and a long wait time. If you have things to do, don't come here, you will be here all day waiting for someone to do something.

Was incredibly nervous to come here, especially based off of reviews but I'm so glad I did. I was immediately greeted by a very kind and welcoming staff member named China and while I didn't get the names of the other employees I interacted with each interaction was pleasant and positive! I came prepared with my ID, social security card, and proof of residency and everything went smoothly! For my first time it took a little over two hours but was definitely worth it!

First Visit Experience: - Plan 3 hours ahead for all the paperwork and prep before you can donate, including tons of questions. Should be no hassle. - Vitals taken quickly and efficiently. Staff is patient and friendly. - The staff run down everything for you so you know exactly what is happening and why. - Donating is from 30min to 1 hr. Bring something you can do with 1 hand. Staff helpful, caring, and friendly. Other Visits: - Staff very friendly still. - Line's are not that bad to wait in. - Helpful at

The Facility is clean, have great customer service, they are hospitable by providing bottles of water for all of the donors as well as mini snack bags with a brief description of what to expect during the donation process & a stress ball that comes with it. I also like that they have games & incentives. This has been the best experience I've had compared to other donor centers. Thank you!!

Why is it every time I have Tina at the Vitals Check Point, she either sends me to see the Doctor because I have super Tiny marks on my arms caused by the workers not putting in the needle correctly that you can't even see anymore, or makes me wait 15 minutes in the blue chair section and then I have to get back in line and do the process all over again. The guy before me had to do the same with her. She is the only worker that I constantly have to do this with and everyone else I never had this problem. I

The best place to give plasma! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient and kind, especially, Heidi, Brandon, Dean, and Matthew, Arianna, TAYLOR AND CHRIS AND LAURA TOO! And they made me laugh! They calmed me down and definitely took very good care of me. I was nervous and they made me feel prepared and it went very smooth. Definitely going to be back

Clean place staff is nice. They need to do away with the pulse rate check. I'm a healthy average guy no medical issues but just unfortunately have a high pulse naturally. I get deferred pretty much every other time I go.

This was my fourth time going to donate plasma at this place and I have never had an issue. I have smaller veins but someone is always able to get a good one with no issues. Today however the nurse Becca , when she put the needle in I thought everything was fine but after a while it started to hurt and the machine beeped so she came over to check on everything. I told her it hurt she tried adjusting it a few times. This didn't help, it just hurt more. She called over another nurse who confirmed it was

Don't believe all the bad reviews here.. they probably got kicked out and are looking to take this place down. This center is well staffed, super quick, and know how to get people in and out. Even when they are lines because they filled all the beds, the wait still isn't that bad. Everyone?s pleasant and they work. Will be back!!!

This was my first time ever donating plasma. This location was very clean, everyone was exceptionally professional and so kind. Everyone that I encountered explained every single step to me thoroughly. After every explanation I was asked if I had any questions. I have never encountered a facility where every single person was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what she doing without missing a beat. I did everything she told me to do and I was done donating in 40 minutes. She really does know her stuff.. and to top it all off not a single person wearing a white coat had a problem getting the whole room to laugh. They treated it as if it was their job to make us smile and they nailed it.. Which was very refreshing to meet people that actually enjoyed their work and not somebody just looking for a paycheck.. It really

Shout out to Kara at intake. I love her personality. Her customer service is excellent. She makes the donors feel like they really matter and not just another body. Great experiences in the last year. Not sure if it's under new management but they are doing a great job.

Ryan is outstanding. I never feel it going in when he sticks me

Friendly staff and very thorough with explanations. First donation took 2+ hours in and out. The whole time was used for prepping and the screening process with hardly any of this time spent waiting around. Facility was extremely clean and felt very safe.

Great experience! Spent 2.5 hours for my first visit. Super friendly and attentive staff! Very clean facility with staff immediately cleaning equipment between donors. Some of the 1 star complaint reviews seem old, the person wasn't prepared or isn't giving the whole story.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and the facility is clean. However, like a grocery store they have all these lanes and beds to facilitate the process but only a third of the staff to fully utilize them. Found the entire experience to be long and frustrating. Management seems extremely lacking.

My very good friend prefers this location in Parma. He says it's the best csl around. Clean facility

Robin is by far the fastest screening technician CSL Plasma has. She will get 3 donors checked in in the time it takes the other screeners to do 1. CSL should give her a raise for keeping those lines moving.

Came here years ago to donate. On the third time that was it. The tech I had, Christine, at the time on my third visit, went to stick my right arm. From there she proceeded to shred the vein stating she ?couldn't find the vein.? It seemed as though she was aggravated with something personal. A second tech, Aurora, came in and was able to find the vein with no problem. Within 30 minutes, if that, my right arm started ballooning to the size of about a marble. I stopped a young man and asked if this was normal

My CSL experience have always been a pleasant one. The management staff from Brandon, Maurice, & Becca have been amazing. I love the fact since Brandon was hired he brung on more staff, because in the past it was very unstaffed. And Brandon, is very friendly, you can definitely see that he tries, and want the best experience for the customer. Maurice is very nice as well, always professional & personable. We talk about our families, goals, and dreams, he is very down to earth and always the same. Becca, is

Today not great. Not understaffed just ignored for 25 minutes while air bubble alarm was sounding. A push of a button resets it. 2 staffers kept bz preparing a machine that then wasn't used. 2 more working on one person with some kind of issue. Dropped the ball today but otherwise very good staff and attentive.

Lapsed donor returning to the donation process. Staff was polite and professional. The process hadn't changed much from 3-4 years ago. Was in and out in about an hour. Given a new paycard and paid same day after donation, plan to continue donating with CSL for the foreseeable future. Four stars only for the fact that I've had 2 or 3 times of a double stick in the past and that needle being gauged larger than normal hurts. Experience relatively pain free. ????????

To all those that say they lie about your payments or aren't up front about it... Did you ever think to ask someone who works there? Or did you just decide to go off of what you had heard from random dude X? Some times things move a little slow but maybe you should take that as 'they're always busy because they're the cleanest and the staff is the nicest'. I'd rather have them take their time when checking my vitals and sticking me than move too quick and miss my vein resulting in a restick and a bruise. Th

The staff is really nice here, but I find myself being unable to donate regularly anymore because of the crazy wait times when I live for it it says it's not busy and then I get there and there's a line out the door. It seems like we need more facilities around here because there's a lot of people trying to donate.

First experience was quite long for me due to a few things that needed corrected in the system throughout the intake process. I just thought maybe it wasn't meant for me to donate, but in the end I made it through! Once i was connected it everything went smooth and quick. The staff was great and the environment was super clean! I highly recommend this location! Please feel free to use me as a referral for an extra bonus for both of us if you go for the first time!

I rarely ever have an issue with any of the staff. I'm usually in and out. They are cleaning all the beds, work areas and making sure they change their gloves after everyone they interact with. Sometimes it can be alittle slow because of them being short staffed but it's basically free money. If you're just going to huff and puff the whole time because it's taking to long, just leave!

Went to this location twice now, first they decided upon arrival that their hours were going to be cut back and that they would be closing in 25 minutes so the time it takes to get here and back, they wasted over an hour of my time with that. Next when I come back about a week later, they tell me it's policy that they cant accept a patient demographic profile as a proof of SSN. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing or what's going on. Don't waste your time here!

1st time was rejected due to high BP but came back next day and ???? $100 ???? THE PLACE IS LEGITIMATE! GOING BACK ?? SOON!

My husband has been going here twice a week for a few months now. THREE TIMES now they have blown his vein, causing massive bruising all up and down his arms. They then tell him to wait before coming back. When my husband asked them what to do about the bruising, they said to drink water and stay away from fatty foods!!! Customer service is horrible, long wait times. I would suggest going any other place but here!

The new check in process is a a little redundant with the same material being covered 4 different times- but once that is done, it's a breeze. The technicians are super helpful. I only wish they had heated seats!!

Clean, easy, and (mostly) professional experience. You could visually see employees wiping down seats between uses. Only reason I docked a star was because they had a phlebotomist in training (which they did NOT tell me), who nearly missed my vein and then WIGGLED IT AROUND while the needle was inside my arm. I now have a massive bruise.

The employees are super sweet - except 1 and that's Mary H. Shes the Senior Receptionist. No matter what day you go shes rude and in a bad mood. Im not the only one- its actually become a joke while standing in line. Everyone else that works there is FANTASTIC!!!!! Yes the lines can get long and their short staffed but they are always working and they have great personalities! It would be great if they put a couple of chairs or a bench to sit on while your waiting. Just a suggestion. Because of the long

Today was mine and my husband's first time donating at this location. We usually go to the one on W.25th. Well our experience here was magical lol. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is barely a wait compared to waiting 2-3 hours at the W.25th location. After today we will always come to the Pearl Rd location where the workers treat you like human beings and equals and not as a criminal. Thank you for the pleasant experience

Don't know why there are negative reviews here. I have been to octapharma, biolife, grifols, etc. and even west 25th CSL? all were bad. I decided to try Parma hgts CSL as my last attempt and I was SHOCKED!!! This place is GREAT!!!!!! I don't know why it's so different than W 25th but it's like it's a whole different company running Parma hgts. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful!! Management is always in the areas helping the coworkers and they are fast, efficient and clean. I love c

This particular location is one of the best very professional and the staff is amazing...

Donated for the first time in 15 years and the experience was great. They only had to poke me once and the site didn't bruise (I usually do with any blood work). Very friendly staff and clean facility

They do false advertisement to get people in the door. To then turn around and treat them poorly. Numerous advertisements have stated $1000 your first month, to be told at check in its only $550. Then on their website it states you can make $650 at the highest weight after your first month. Again?LIES!! When I asked why their website and advertisements state different amounts, I received silence. Needless to say I got up and told them I would not be returning and left.

I love this location. It's very clean. The staff are very kind and considerate. It's always a nice environment to be in and they are mindful of getting to everyone in a timely matter.

The front staff were really nice. The pace was clean. However, I called to see if what I was bringing for ID purposes was good and they said yes. Yet when I show up they told me it couldn't be used because of the middle initial being on my license but my whole middle name being on my other pieces, like SS card, W-2s, taxes, birth certificate etc. All of which are government docs that were accepted my the Gov't in order to get my license. So around in a circle the Mgr. was talking but couldn't clearly expla

The place is clean, the staff are professional and competent. The problem is CSL's scam of a program. Coming in to it, I was told my first five visits would pay $70 each, and after that I would get a standard payment arrangement starting at $48 for the first visit of the month and increasing from there. I got an unpleasant surprise today when, after donating, I checked the balance on their pay card they give out, and I was credited only $21. Apparently, what was presented to me as the going rate was ju

Had a great experience! All of the phlebotomists were extremely caring and nice! Front desk was welcoming! And the nurse, Tina (I believe that was her name) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful :) great environment!

I wasn't able to donate but my husband did. It didn't take as long as I remember. The W. 25th location is notorious for long waits. This location was by far the cleanest & friendliest. Anyone else been asked to lift their shirt almost entirely off so that the examiner can listen to your heart? Our regular doctor doesn't even do that.

I've been coming to this one for a while now and today I was treated poorly for some reason by the only nurse on duty, when filling out my information she asked me if I had a problem when I was in a good mood and then she even stated she would take me before she took her lunch break but she didn't. She looked right at me and walked passed with her purse after I wasted my time and gas going back and forth to Medina. I had to be at work so I wasn't able to stay any longer and the woman told me there was anoth

Great facility! Very clean, and extremely friendly staff. Not so great are the constently long lines. I've waited in line for the better part of an hour more than a few times. They have three bays on the donation floor, and only 2 are ever open...sometimes, like today, a very long wait day, only one is open. Long...long waits routinely, but otherwise a great place!

I believe the employees here try their best, but they are put into high pressure and impossible situations due to being dangerously short staffed. There will often be one person checking people in, 2 people sticking and then 15 people waiting in line. The employees don't have a chance to take a break. They can't take care of their own needs. They are rushing people through nonstop. It's like the pressure of a fast food restaurant except with people and plasma. It's just not safe to have employees pressure

Clean place but way understaffed! Takes too long to get through process. Would be helpful if the staff could talk and work at the same time. A lot of stop and go because of conversations among staff members.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is so understaffed you'll spend almost 3 hours just waiting in line while you watch whatever workers they do have just chitchatting but have one new person setting everyone up. Terrible company! Like come on you need to keep your employees set up employees try their best but they just can't keep up

No matter how bad you need some extra cash DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! the staff thinks everything is a joke and don't know how to do there jobs,I had bruises on my arm for a month black and blue cause staff didn't place Needle in my arm right and could not even finish donating plasma, they don't pay attention to what there doing, this happen to me twice ,of course I was upset and questioned the manager he simply and nasty response was oh well you signed a waver so we're not responsible for any problems, and he wa

I've been an on and off donor for 2 years now and can say this time round has been some of the easiest visits. Kudos to all the staff that put up with ignorant and rude donors/potential new donors that find a reason to blame everyone but themselves.

I came here once and the lady at the desk told me that I needed my id and proof of residency so I had my bill and brought my ID and she told me I needed my social security card so I went back to the house to get it and when I came back she told me my bill was 30 days old and she couldn't let me donate. She had poor communication and didn't even apologize for wasting my time. She's lucky I didn't ask for a supervisor right away I felt violated and defeated.

Over 4 hrs wait for a first time, only if they paid attention to what they're doing instead of gossiping. They clearly do not have a janitor and the girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude.

Overall a decent center but they need to manage better on the floor. There's no reason to have the only 2 employees on the floor unhooking people and not hooking up anyone waiting in line. Specially when there's a huge line and people have been waiting for over 30 minutes.

Really nice place Be aware that on your first visit, its going to take MUCH longer to donate because of getting medical checks and signing warnings and wavers. I spent about 3 hours there on my first visit, but now on my next visit I can just go check in, and hop in line ?? The staff was phenomenal too! They made the whole experience more worthwhile

They state dress comfortablely, but lie since they will not allow you to donate if your in pj pants. So it's comfortable so long as your in jeans and a tee shirt or better since sweats and pj pants are not allowed.

The place clean and staff is friendly, but that is it. As far as sticking an arm only a couple can stick the rest will bruise your are and to wait days to weeks before donating again. All the good ones leave or get promoted. Waist of time going, but if a person is incompetent and want to be paid ask manger for a job because that what he hires to stick people's arm he doesn't train them properly.

If you go at 6am they have you in and out fast especially on a Friday morning get that money and get gone it's free easy money If you think like me you will say this with me I never met a dollar I never liked Go get you some money CSL plasma MAKE THEM PAY LIKE TIM MISNEY

Wasted an hour of my day here before being informed that you can't donate with POTS. Despite it being medically safe and my blood pressure being normal. Legitimately went through the whole process and it was not a condition mentioned in any of the paperwork, videos, kiosks, ect. Then of course, they don't compensate you for your wasted time. They can ask you if you have AIDS 740 times but can't mention POTS once? Awful customer service.

Very clean and new facility. Properly maintained. Staff was friendly. Process was fairly quick for a first timer like myself. From what I've heard, many of the other plasma facilities are slow, crowded, dirty, and the staff is rude. Would've given them 5 stars if the phlebotomists didn't complain as much about people with smaller veins. One of them even tried to turn down my girl until a nurse made her take her. I felt like that was unprofessional. However I can understand the difficulty/challenge and d

Staff are nice. Place is clean. My only concern is that they need more staff. Waiting almost 4 hours for 60 bucks is not worth it. Add more staff or don't run the promotion anymore.

As a first time donor the staff all were very helpful in making this a simple procedure. All questions were answered in a friendly amd positive manner. Truly a good experience and will be a regular here.
