How ironic I come to leave a review about the corrupt business practices of this location and discover the last review below me had the same exact dishonest experience. I too was promised $100 for my first 5 donations only to be told that i would instead only be receiving $75 after giving my fourth donation. No one bothered to inform me of this policy change; nor the fact that it would affect me. When I initially signed my agreement it was for the above stated promotion. To only find out I will not be gett
I will rate this place with 3 stars because I do like some of the staff for example the African American Girl that wears the beautiful glitter eye shadows! She is very nice ,down to earth and cheerful? some other employees are nice too, others not so much! I am writing this review from the parking lot and still crying about my bad experience??I felt so humiliated by the Doctor the tall older white male. He came to ask me to remove my prescription sun glasses after a lady from the staff reported me, she aske
Raylene was very unprofessional I came in at 5:24 as new donor and I was next in line and she was very dismissive when Joe came to grab me she told Joe to clear out the line which were 20+ people were there and made me wait I was the only new donor security saw me waiting Joe saw me waiting hours very bad and unprofessional I was brought to the back after the process was officially completed to get blood and donate finally it's 7;38 and was told I have too wait 45 minutes which I don't mind the process just
If your thinking about donating plasma do not come here there pay sucks and the phlebotomist don't know how to poke i had 6 different people try and poke my vein. And all of them missed after leaving my arm felt off every time i moved my arm it would pop and also when donating my hands would feel numb I am going to school for medical assistant and i believe i can poke better then. Them
They are horrible when it comes to screening and getting people back in a quick and timely manner under staffed and they don't know how to work the flow of the crowds, they need to focus on get lines down instead of hoarding in new patients . I have observed them with 3 - 5 tech working on new patients and only 2 techs working donor line . Most donors are waiting over hour to get to donation floor and this place is mismanaged completely I have lost of ideas and there is no sense of urgency in relation to ma
Called to complain about employee that wasn't wearing a badge that stuck me (didn't do it correctly) employee even told me I need time ask for a senior phlebotomist next time I donate, stuck both my arms incorrectly and I was in so much pain. When I called I wasn't even asked for a description of said employee and was told, "yeah, those are the risks you take when you donate." I didn't sign anything that said my well being is going to be disregarded in exchange for protecting an employee. I understand there
This place has employees that stand around and do nothing and if you say something to them, they will get you deferred by saying you were rude to them. This happened with two of the white women who had me hooked up to the machine after I was finished for 10 minutes. Employees here lie to get you deferred for no reason
I've been here multiple times and have been turned away for a high pulse. They cut you off at anything over 100BPM. I've been sent away TWICE with my heart rate at 101 and no explanation as to why that even matters. Yet they let drug addicts and tweakers donate without a problem but I'm 1BPM over the threshold and I'm sent away. It's ridiculous.
I've never even donated here, and reading these comments is gonna keep me away from here!!!! And looking at the customer support, or there lack of, it doesn't seem like a big sense of urgency. All they've done is copy and paste the same response as a reply to all these reviews. So respectfully, I'm giving you guys a one star review to see if I get the same treatment. And if I do, that will just drive this point home even more.
In 2023 while I was a faithful donor not for the money but because I like helping people I ended up on the west side of Phoenix at the Peoria clinic.. Due to an oversight on my part I forgot to let CLS know that I had received a vaccine, whether due to my glasses being off or simply marking the wrong box, I have been placed on a don't donate list and despite having two doctors orders and asking corporate office to have me tested to prove the errer. I was informed that CSL plasma will not remove the mark.. A
04/1/2025..So I was a first time donor here and the promotion was your first five times within 30 days you get $100. The first three times I got $100 the fourth time they tried to give me $75 and they corrected it and then just the other day I was supposed to get $100. And they told me there's nothing they can do for me. Although that's what the promotion stated. After dealing with the front desk, girl who clearly could care less that they're not following their own promotion, she then said she's gonna Get
Took me awhile to get it done. But these people were friendly and pretty nice made me feel good when I was down and out. the way I was treated was very good. Thanks for treating me with respect and making me feel like I matter.
First time donating and had Rafael do my intake. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Thank you!
1st time donating and went bad! I did everything we were to do. The technician explained the process however- he couldn't find the vein that they said on my paper and moved zhe needle around while still in my arm! so he used my other arm and shoved the needle to far up my vein that he had to pull it out more. So now I'm out the $100 and have bruises on my arms!
I want to call out today Marlene Mickey (DST) she was super friendly even dealing with alot of things that were happening. If you donate there I recommend talking to her. Keep up the good Job and spirit.
I have been going to this center for about a month now. Mind you before I start saying this story I am African American but I am more lighter skin complexion I've been a little bit more redder but I always have to go to medical the two times were fine. But today a white lady checked me for medical due to my left arm the person that already examined me said my right was fine but when the medical checks me she says it's both. When I tell her that the other medical person I had a few days ago said my right was
Maybe if they didn't close at 4 on weekends and could staff more people, I'd give it a better review. Also tried for the rabies deal, and apparently, going almost 3 months straight is not good enough for them. This is why I am switching to bio life for now on. Maybe they will be better staffed and not make somebody wanting to help them get more $$$for their product wait 6 months.
Second attempt coming here after not donating for 7 months. Had appointments both times. I left after an hour of waiting yesterday. Today I'm waiting 40 minutes for a 9am appointment. One person to take care of all the new intakes. Appointment and walk-in. This place is poorly managed. I use the money to feed the homeless. Seems to me if CSL would like to make more money from the pharma companies they would be a More efficient and hire the staff to accommodate the clients wanting to donate.
Spoke to Pamela over the phone she is such a lovely person, she let me know to just walk in for a new donor donation because there wasn't many at the time I called. I arrived and she took great care of me, I was on E for my gas tank and had no money so donating really saved my butt. I'm so grateful for Pamela she was so understanding of my predicament & didn't turn me away or tell me to schedule an appointment like BioLife did. Everyone I interacted with in the center was friendly and informative & the dona
Don't go here. This place is ridiculous. I'm a perfectly healthy 33 y/o 205lbs youngan and I was denied my donation not once but twice! First was for an arm check from 2021 from Tucson, I had a fully healed scab on my forearm and they still denied me and then the second time the same thing, it's absolutely insane I would get denied when there are literal drug addicts in there donating no problem.
Staff can be great but they need workers baaad!! Come twice a week and each time is at least a hour or more standing in line.
They need to work on staffing. The 90 minute plus wait plus 40 minute round trip drive to be deferred for a day over 1 point on the hematocrit test is a big reason I don't come often as I would, i work 6 days a week. At least toss $10 bucks at a person for the time and gas.
The staff here are professional but also very friendly. Very clean facility. If you're a first time donor, just be sure to read what you need to bring and set aside a few hours for enrollment. Future visits go much more quickly!
I will keep this as a one star review until CSL plasma fixes their mistakes. I came in over a week and a half ago for my first donation in 5 years. I used to donate frequently but I got in a better position financially. Now that I'm back in the financial hole I need to donate once again. I go into complete the new donor process, just to find out whoever did my intake 5 years ago can't read. They mistook a 6 for an 8 on my SSN and never caught their mistake for years. So after going through there 2 hour ne
Raylene, the centers assistant manger is horrible at communicating with paitents when issues arrise without being condescending. I had spoken to her for no more than 5 minutes and it was the most unprofessional conversation I have had with medical personnel in a long time. At the vitals counter an employee had took my tempature a few times beacuse I had been drinking cold water. (Now that i had the information sheet shoved in my face by raylene.. I now know drinking cold water before is not recommended) I w
Come make $60 for 3 hours of your time. Lying to get connected took an hour and a half
The center itself is fine, this CSL company is a scam. They do not have the correct number for corporate on their site, customer service when you call is terrible, just donated plasma and did not receive compensation, now I'm stranded with no gas. When I call they said it's a global issue yet they're still taking peoples plasma knowing they cannot compensate them for it. Also now charging me fees for the card declining, because I assumed my money would be there after I donated like it always is. They say th
Workers are slow and don't work the same as the next. Each does their own routine and they don't give correct information. I called at 9am to confirm if I would be okay to donate after getting a nostril piercing and said it's been 6 months. The female on the phone said I am more than fine, the waiting period is only 4 months to wait so I can go ahead and come in. I did the questionnaire on the app and everything and waited in line to screen which was an hour, only to be told I have to get resigned up since
I used to love going to c.L.S now I haven't been able to donate for 2 months because they sent out a protein check on my blood on 9/20.And it's 11/26 and the doctor still hasn't been in to sign off on it two months later over two months If I had a job to do and didn't do it for 2 months.I wouldn't have a job
I got deferral it wasn't my fault to American lady she's a manager. I told her her associate stuck me and missed my van and then the manager the American lady forced the needle and I told her she missed it and she told me I did now and for 20 minutes and they going red and green for five more minutes, and then I couldn't get my blood back into me So she unstuck me, took the needle out and then she did deferral me complaint about the manager if she doesn't know that she didn't stick me in my vein. Why is she
Funny how theirs a few people who smoke weed infront of the building before thay even open and still able to donate and when i haven't smoked all day apparently i smell like weed and cant donate .....Place is getting worse and worse you got workers who come in right at 7 about 90% of the time so when thay open we wait sometimes a good 15 20 minutes before thay even take one person for vitals bad business practice and this let's place a plastic bottle inline so I can save my spot....it should be you get here
Waited 25 minutes after it was finished before anyone came to help, i was told someone would help me, finally someone came and was told wait 15 more minutes even though I had been waiting. It seems this place runs on its own time.
The management at this place is crap. I used to like this place but they won't let me donate. At least not without bringing in (specifically) a water or phone bill with my name and address on it.they say to show proof of residency. But the water bill where I live is not in my name and I don't have a phone bill with my name on it. But they refuse to let me donate. I have brought in pieces of mail with my name and address but thats not good enough. I feel like they are discriminating against me because I have
I just feel like a lot of these people that work here, especially phlebotomist are unprofessional and rude
Fast and easy. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
CSL plasma was great. The way the staff interacted with me and the patience they showede when they not only saw but it was very obvious to me that they were for sure being influenced by what kind of energy is coming off of or spinunaaround someone else
Been going there for years never had a problem getting stuck. Everybody very professional
Clean and fast. Staff is friendly. Never have issues at this location. From the front to the back I'm pretty impressed with the consistency of great customer service.
They severely bruised BOTH of my arms in 1 session....my forearm swelled up and turned purple and while they were switching arms, she cut the tube and my blood went EVERYWHERE...on her, the floor, the machine.... Both male employees were terrible to me. They were rude when I asked them to please tell me WHAT WAS HAPPENING???? I WAS SCARED. One of them yelled at me and the other lifted the needle in my arm so that my skin came up a quarter inch!!! There is NO WAY I'll EVER step foot in there again!!!!!!!
Ive been donating for years and this csl is the worst the manager Brian is very rude!! Had me deferred cause my machine was old and kept turning off he deferred me cause he never liked me prob cause I'm latina hes white! and he can't ever talk to ppl Right why is he in charge take him out!!! He is very rude shouldn't be with ppl!! Im try to get a hold of corp get him fired! If I don't someone else will I promise!!!
What an awesome place to help save lives as CSL provides great service in a excellent clean environment with the greatest people good hearted and hard working people. Special thanks to Elyssa that always makes my visits feel very comfortable as she has great hands that always makes it comfortable as I get connected to thier equipment I never feel any pain wen she sets up needle in my arm wow what a magical touch she has . Special thanks to all the staff who are in my book the most wonderful people in the wo
The worst place to donate. Someone who introduced herself as the assistant manager threatened to permanently defer me if I ever again gave a review that was not a positive one. When you give a review you are asked to share your experience, so that is what I did. Then after I donated, they kept calling more donors to the donation floor and continued to set them up donating although I was waiting to be disconnected before they were even called to the back. Then as I was leaving one phlebotomist yelled,"I'm th
They work with you enough to get the jobs done !! Staff is Friendly management is Terrible I came on twice as a new donor got paid near the end of the 2nd donation a worker walks up and tells me we're going to come have a doctor talk to you about what you just did while I was donating I took off my earphone and said excuse me did what he said you took off your bandage medical place on your arm for bruising I tried to explain it was one simple wrap I'm a pretty big guy it came loose it bugged me it came off
One of the worst locations. The employees literally stand around looking at you while you wait in line. I've noticed this only happens when certain supervisors are working. It's almost like they could careless that we are waiting. If you want to save lives, go somewhere else. They do not appreciate us.
Phlebotomy girls are insanely uneducated one of the girls popped my vein and I am under severe pain and bruising! Don't come here. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They don't care if you booked an appointment on line. You will still Have to wait 3+ hours to be seen.
To much work place gossip unprofessional staff not focusing on vien sticking just talking. Nobody to solve issues because they be in cahuse. I'll gladly find a different plasma center. Since they feel IT'S HER WHEN I WALK IN THE CENTER, HOLD ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN YOU MESS A STICK NOT GOSSIP BEHIND A Donars back laughing Alicia.
I've donated 4 times and each time was wonderful. Everything was clear, and the staff were always very nice. Plan to donate more often here.
WARNING: When I brought in a referral the front desk lady took my information and said that's all that was required to get the $150 referral. Well, after going back and forth with them I was told I was being denied because it wasn't also done on the app. Nobody told me to do anything with the app! After questioning a few employees, I found out that many of them didn't know about the app requirement. After researching, this seems to be a regular issue with this location. Apparently the manager doesn't unders
I've never had any issues with this location, and I've been a donor here for 4 yrs. I went to a different plasma donation company before finding this CSL fascility was MUCH closer to my home. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, but the wait for screenings and open donor beds can be long with no real discernable pattern to when it is a shorter wait. That's NOT the fault of CSL or any of the staff, though.
Very friendly employees, and usually people that are regulars are in and out quickly. Even if you are a new donor, you're completely done within about 2 to 3 hours. A lot depends on how many people are already there, and how long it takes a person to actually donate once on the donating floor. Shout out to Cat and Ro!
The first time I went here they rejected me because the fllobotmist couldn't find a vein. The second time I went I was rejected because of a pimple on my Chin. The plasma donation place on 51st Ave and northern is less hassle go there
After 75 donations and 2 donations away from their gold level, I was told that I give them UNRELIABLE INFORMATION. Now my status is PR. When I asked what PR stood for, I was told by Sue in Medical that I am NOT TO COME BACK TO DONATE. What a relief to be totally done with this PLACE!!!! Never realized what stress they had over me until I was PR'd. Please save yourself the misfortune and rude treatment. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO DONATE!!! Almost forgot to mention the flashing light above the stalls in the wom
I used the CSL app to complete paperwork and videos and was able to schedule my appt for the next day. The appt. went smoothly with no problem and took approx. 2 hours first time. Andre the guy who did my intake was friendly, personable, and "OUTSTANDING"!!!
The staff was super friendly and helpful as a first time donor being nervous, not knowing the ins and outs dos and donts they didn't make you feel bad about it . Registering and the initial set up took a couple of hours but honestly because they were so nice about it I didn't mind at . I didn't get the names of the First Lady who took care of me during the registration process and the female medical lady both were super nice and didn't feel rushed at all . Poor Doc couldn't help but sneeze throughout my phy
Poorly managed and ridiculously slow 100% of the time. It's always bad but this morning specifically, I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and ended up waiting an HOUR AND A HALF just to get my vitals taken. Not planning to return anytime soon. Not even comparable to BioLife where I'm in and out in <1 hour.
I had a great experience as my first donation. (Even though the whole process almost took 4 hours).Went again today for my second donation, and then was pulled to the exam room and told that because I made them aware (before I even donated the first time and did fine by the way) that if I were to ever pass out that I would have a seizure, I am now blacklisted from donating at any of their centers. I was then told that they could give me a list of their competitors and just not tell them about that risk and
I came into donate for the my second time my phlebotomist was great checking in was not too long. As I was sitting there I overheard a conversation that probably shouldn't be happening she was rudely talking about another worker there how annoying a girl named Ru was well I ended up looking at there badges and notice who she was talking about i let the manager know how wonderful Ru was & fix issues with their workers about gossiping while working around other people. Since she made it my business and others
This place is unprofessional and ridiculous. Long lines while the workers are behind the counters laughing, nurses who don't know what they're doing. Some of the staff members are racist. deferring some people for the same reason and not all. This place is crazy.
This place is good compared to others. 1.5 hours to donate is good. People who complain on here are just that complainers. Don't come donate. Keep up the good job. 10/1/23 currently the speed an productivity has really dropped off here at this location. If you are done in 2 hours your lucky. 2.5 plus seems too be the normal time which is disappointing after getting comped 50 an 65 bucks respectively. They have no problem keeping you standing in the check in line for over an hour. Make sure you bring patie
Amazing Staff, patient, kind and courteous. I think they definitely should give incentives and bonuses to the employees that do show up to work they def make it easy for others.
Most of the staff is kind but not overly helpful or comforting to a first-time donor. They seemed a little under-staffed and I would've appreciated more personal care while donating, especially when it was my first time donating and I mentioned to them that I was dizzy. One time I mentioned that I was feeling dizzy and basically got told "you're done anyways, you'll be fine". Not awful but after going twice, I'll be going somewhere else.
I was told I could not donate today because the smell of marijuana on me I offered to let the security guards search my bag and my pockets but it did not matter because they said that because I smell like marijuana I would not be allowed to donate it is their policy even their security guard said he could not smell marijuana on me or my bag but it did not matter I was totally could come back tomorrow after having ridden for almost an hour and 20 minutes on the bus and the worst part was I knew for a fact it
First time donating at this center and I had a fantastic experience. The center is clean/well managed. Rafael was the MVP during my screening, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I went through the new donor process in less than 2 hours. Zack was an OG phlebotomist, didn't even feel the needle in my vein. Much better than BioLife on Bell Rd.
I'm a regular donor & I had a horrible experience last week.. the lady(TRACY) who stuck me.. before she did I informed her that my blood squirt! She sticked me my blood squirted & she proceed to put tape on me.. as she did so she kept applying the tape to where it was hurting not to mention the needle was over halfway on my arm! I put my arm up like ?wait? I insisted on telling her I didn't need anymore tape because of the pressure she was causing! I come in today 6/2/23 she has a note that I be deferred !
They skip multiple steps to test my blood levels and often lie! My levels are perfectly fine as i often test my own levels before going to give plasma or blood but they proclaimed that ALL of my levels were low despite the fact that a friend of mine who's a registered nurse confirmed that my levels are indeed perfectly okay before going, *i even went to another plasma donation place after they denied me and there was nothing wrong with my levels at the other plasma donation place!* staff were rude too and w
Ive never had a bad donation at this place. Pay attention to busy times! Biolife refused me and my brother had a very bad experience there where he never got paid!!! Out of all plasma places this is the best. Better than Griffols and better than BPL. My donation takes 35 minutes.
Idk, I seem to be a harsh critic of this place?. It's gone better since then but still worse! Other day this week I came to Donate this younger girl I felt was new and I felt was unsure of what goes where but me not wanting to be an A to Ppl and treating them equal is where it gets me! This Employee proceeds to stick me but I start to feel her fishing around in my Arm then stick it far in there and wiggled around till she decides to get a manager! Another Employee comes up and I'm like W T H!!!! He's new as
The staff is friendly and I've been donating there for years now. Before the pandemic I could be in and out of there in 1-2 hours. Now I'm lucky if I can get out within 4 hours because of how understaffed the facility is. They do need to hire more staff so it doesn't take 2+ hours just to get vitals taken. Other than that, they're nice techs and staff doing their best.
Terrible service and they change your rate whenever it is convenient for them. Any new donors I DO NOT recommend to come to any locations.
I'm very disappointed. Waste of my time and energy only to get denied to donate. I couldn't get past the part of pricking my finger because The "little girl" pricked my finger found an issue and thought is was a good idea to put pressure on that same finger.. The finger didn't go back in the place until I got a drank a Gatorade. It would make sense to use another finger idiot.. If I have to do with her again, I don't want to go back. I've already wasted 2 of my days yesterday and today.
I was having a rough day and with the help of Elizabeth one of the Staffers at this place she made my day so much better. She went above and beyond to help me. Everyone is good here. I recommend coming here. The Security officer Anthony was a big help and made me feel safe. Keep up the great work everyone!
So they don't help people that are homeless but as soon as I get back on my feet and I get a utility bill, they deferred me which is not good. I'll just donate somewhere else. Thanks for not helping me at all.
The best experience I've personally have had at a plasma center. I really did appreciate being walked thru the process, I have donated at other centers and to be honest had no real understanding behind vitals. Plus I received a call the next day to ask how I was feeling. The center IS not dirty.
This was my second time donating but the first time my blood was entering the bottle so we had to stop. I was extremely nervous because I hate needles and the thought of the needle sitting in my arm for a long period of time was making me anxious. Willie was my phlebotomist and I am so very grateful because he helped me relax and kept checking on me. The rest of the staff were awesome as well playing games and talking to everyone who wanted to join the conversation. Definitely positive vibes! I just might a
Great establishment! All the phlebotomist know exactly what they're doing I've never had any issues with anybody there. Willie, is definitely my favorite person to get stuck by lol ?? I think the only one issue I've ever had was one of the armbands stunk a little bit but that's not the staff's fault that's more of the people who come to donate do not clean themselves. So if you plan on donating take a shower before you go please.
Im so disappointed they dont pay you $ for referring people anymore. They changed their referral "fee" so now you only get reward POINTS instead of money $. They used to give $150 for referring someone, now all you get is 50 reward POINTS(no money) and you dont even get that unless you set up the referral with the person you're referring on the CSL app and they have to accept it.
FICTITIOUS REFERRAL PROGRAM!!! They will say one thing, but WILL NOT comply with what's stated in the website. The Staff is friendly, but lie about all money aspects!!! Very outdated equipment from the 90?s that's SLOWWWWW! For a better experience and better pay, visit BioLife Plasma instead. The professionalism BioLife exude is exemplary! And they're honest too!!! After calling as suggested I was placed on HOLD FOR OVER 1-1/2hrs. Just to be sent to a mailbox that could not accept messages. TIME IS MONEY a
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews! The staff is amazingly friendly, and the processes is as fast as it can possibly be. They are very caring and hands-on with the process, well trained with the extraction, and very helpful with anything that you need. I donated for my first time yesterday and was very hesitant because of all the reviews, and yes, it did take a while but that's just how the process is. I will be returning again, and highly recommend this place to anybody that is considering donatin
What an amazing wonderful experience I have every time I donate at this center, They have an excellent clean facility and also the most wonder warm hearted staff members in Wich always make my visits a great experience . I want to give a great praise to Litzzy Elysa Gloria Bryan Stone Gracie and everyone else who works at CSL for thier great work ethnic and awesome personality . It's always an honor and pleasure to cross paths with the staff because they are great humble people that do excellent work in th
Jen seems to think she can make up her own rules and when questioned about it...she just hangs up in your face. You don't just get to make up the time frame you accept new donors. If you close at 4pm, as long as I'm there before closing you are supposed to take me wether I'm a new donor or not! Jen tried to tell me I had to be there by 12pm in order to donate! I had just called this morning to ask if they were still only taking 5 new donors a day like they were doing before (they make up new rules every day
The vitals and donation staff is always great, front and management not so much. On my 4th donation the needle was pulled out too fast and I had a very very slight bruise. Went through vitals and when I got to a bed they saw it and measured it. I was differed. Was told to call and make sure the dr cleared me before coming back. Called 3 times and was told I was ok to donate by staff, when I got there was sent home?.3 times! Finally 2 weeks later I come in, app says I will get $100 for donating my 5th time
All plasma centers have their problems, but this place has the best flow and efficiency of all of them. This is my 8th visit and Willie and the rest of the phlebotomists have done a great job getting me in and out, no problems. Everyone is chill and friendly and the vitals equipment is legit compared to other centers who seem to have gotten equipment from Amazon. The workers don't seem crazy stressed out even though the lines can be long. I'll keep coming here after the new patient donor special because it?
I have been donating, at this location, since it opened in March '15. I have seen the store go through countless employees during that time. But, that isn't even a major issue to me. 1: Staff seems to not care about donor times. Generally, this location's staff moves at a more sedated pace than any other I have been to (4). They have recently implemented some new convoluted practice of filling 6-12 beds at once, having people wait and watch the open beds, this practice, to me, seems to have increased
Not worth the money in the long run vein still hurt after 3 days I'm done
I was last in a couple of weeks ago. In my experience, it appears that CSL read the reviews and brought on more help. My experience was that the staff was always friendly and personable, there seemed to be an appropriate number of staff members present when I went, and I felt like they had enough staff to keep the lines moving after vitals were taken. As far as lines go, I suggest you check the app to see when the least busy times are and go in at that time. If you go in during the busiest times, I coul
Very Very clean and smells GREAT. Everyone professional. Lines moving fast ?????????? I have a question I dont know if it could be done but Is there a way someone can put Hematocrits and the Protein count on the CSL APP. Like how we can see our blood pressure and weight and times is there a way they can add that please. Thank You.
I have been coming here for the last 1.5 years. I have noticed a steady decline in building cleanliness and staff attitude. I contribute the staff attitude issue because of the high turnover of staff and under staffing which is contributing to obvious low staff moral. New staff aren't trained well enough and senior staff seem to be burned out. This facility needs an overhaul and management needs to take a look in the mirror. Yes you can say COVID-19 and high unemployment contributed to the problem, stil
Very helpful and nice staff. Wanted to help get the process going right away. Nice and clean inside the facility. The staff was super professional and the security guard was highly funny. Went there for the first time and had a good experience. Make sure to have your ID, recent mail (not junk mail), and your actual social security card if it is your first time going and you are planning on donating. Wasn't that long of a wait to get the ball rolling here. Will definitely return here in the future.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
