Will you please fix my app I updated it but some few people are purposely keeping me from earning or coming up with enough money in a weeks time to really save any to get out of the unemployment line back working gas to and from cost but my points/rewards along with the dates of what the app's vital logs , temperature and blood pressure has all been personally selected by someone. The csl app I have has a decimal in my points and the plasma center that responded to the message said just ask y'all to give me

This is a great clean place, the wait time in the mornings is very little about 10 min to be seen. However some of their phlebotomists need to be overseen and placed in other areas, its clear their mistakes need a bit more training . There is a older lady there who is he sweetest and she is very gentle when poking you , but there is a younger lady there who constantly injures people and puts them out 2-6 weeks which is ridiculous things like that should be documented. She stuck the needle practically all th

This place takes forever just to get get to the donor table and now they implemented another rule and the notice says it will only increase your wait time a little that's a joke at least thirty minutes so far yea this place has become a joke I guess me and others will be going to Beaumont takes a drive but I get paid more and don't have any wait time. Signed tired of the shit show

Been a donor at this Location since Day 1 of operation ...I love the way CSL twin City operates and most definitely the team,Tu,IMani,Helda,Greg,Kayla,Sheryl,Miracle and it's always a great experience with them...And today was the first time in a while I finish in 4 cycles....Ms E did a great job on the sticc....And it was our first experience together I think....She made me very pleased today...."Go CSL!!!!" P.S..Everytime I come the same workers that bust their butts are always running around,Where's are

The lady here had to put a paper towel and press down on a darn sore on my knuckle that obviously looked dry but pressed til it was wet. I couldn't donate because of that action of hers. The other day I went in to the CSL Plasma an same lady did the same thing but 6 times or more an each time showed me the paper towel an still let me get in line to donate. The whole reason people don't go to the place is most likely because of reasons like this. I couldn't donate because every single time I'm at a certain a

Worst place to donate plasma in the 409 wouldn't even accept me because my bill said past due and it was a current bill I prove to them that it was paid and they still didn't accept me I wasted an hour and a half of my time I would definitely recommend somewhere in Beaumont over this place

While I haven't been donating for a long time, so far it's been great. The staff is very friendly and the wait (generally) isn't too long. The convenience of being able to complete the intake questionaire on your phone before you even get there is a major time saver. (Edit) Had to change my review. It appears that there is no way to reach this facility in the event that you have questions. I have called back to back for 20 minutes, and the phone will just eventually disconnect. I only mention this becaus

I never leave reviews. But this is different, I have a lot of anxiety in medical places, CSL is not like the others. The staff here is so sweet and kind. They take the time to get to know their donors on a personal friendly level. It's so comfortable and safe here that my usual anxiety is non existent. 10/10 recommend

The service is bomb! The front people are the best, jacki slays. My only complaint is they shouldn't poke your finger then do your pulse. I'm scared of needles and it gives me anxiety and I always have a high pulse after.

I absolutely love this center! The ladies in the front do an awesome job. The line moves quick and they treat everyone like family. Great customer service

I so Love Mrs.Jackie, she is a True definition of Love ,My experience at CSL has always been excellent overall ,To help others is what I do everyday and To see the amount of Love , patience, compassion, and just doing more than she is expected to do goes along way ???????? All of the ladies and gentlemen at CSL do an amazing job, And I pray blessings more abundantly for them all,My overall experience is a good one and they all deserve more ????????Thank you for all the kindness you show towards me !!!

Amazing staff, clean facility, and I'm always in and out in a good amount of time regardless of how busy it seems. The managers and supervisors are always awesome, have a great attitude, and always seem to be helping out everytime I visit. I recommend this place to everyone for quick, fast, hassle-free funds, while saving lives!

They never answer the phone some people want to call before they drive 30 min just for the store to be closed maybe learn to answer the phones or update your hours every time I go in everyone's on there phones and computers do better csl

Updating my review. The majority of the staff here are great. It's really easy money. Just sit back relax and you're done in less than an hour and you help save lives while earning a small fee.

All around a Good Donation Center. From the Management to the Front Desk Workers they are and is very nice and professional everytime I have made a donation and its always in a timely manner. Clean and organized. Always some kinda bonus which is pretty cool. Most Importantly with the center being open I always feel Comfortable They good in my book.

Have anyone been paid out for your receipt that was there after close last night? Still haven't received mine. Here we are 10:41am and still no pay out for my receipt, what if someone steals it because basket just sits up there unattended

The audacity that the staff has here to be so rude and upright laugh and gossip towards everyone donating is atrocious.. this donation place has to be the worst I've ever visited, especially with this downright disrespectful staff that "helps" people donate. They don't care about anyones health and safety all they do is gossip and and make fun of the people who come in to donate. Terrible.

Absolutely amazing workers, everyone always moving quickly! Managers are awesome, I'm in and out pretty fast, and the center is always clean and smelling fresh regardless of the time of day or day of the week that I visit.

Been going to this center for awhile now and it's always been the same, very clean, super friendly staff and management is very great! They have always treated me with the upmost respect and like family! Love this center and will always come back!

They never answer the phone so you can ask what is needed on initial visit. I went to the Port Arthur Texas location and the front desk guy an African American man was rude and uncaring. His attitude sucked It was enough that he changed my mind about wanting to use the Port Arthur location

I donate there & I came today right at six o clock the door was locked. Online it says they're open until 7 and on the door it says 6. Very misleading. I tried to call to let them know I was in fact there right before the clock turned six and the door was closed. The line went straight to telling me they were closed. I've been there plenty of times donating after six and they always left the door open until about 6:15-6:20 with plenty of people going in. Can you address this issue please?

Super friendly staff that exceeded all expectations. I was treated as a person not a number or just a donor. Once established after initial donation it's a very quick process to check in at kiosk. I hate needles and they gave me advice and I've never had to be stuck twice. I would highly recommend CSL over any plasma donation center here in Texas.

They'll put you through the whole 45 minute check-in process and only then tell you that a room FULL of phlebotomists can't find a vein. Bush league. Do better.

This is the best Plasma center I've ever donated at. I've only been to about 2 others but this place made me feel very comfortable and at home. The staff was nice, the process was quick; and I was very satisfied! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area wanting to donate.

CSL needs to come to Orange, Texas. The facility in Port Arthur is so unreliable, don't know from day to day if they're even going to open. People waiting in long lines and forget about them answering their phones....very unprofessional.

Great staff and saving lives!

Didn't get past the front desk. One of the things they forget to tell you is that your SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE need to match the only thing that was missing from my social was my middle initial. Which is B.S. so I've gotten out of my bed early only to be turned away. I THINK THAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE " HOW TO BECOME A DONOR" INFORMATION WHEN YOU CHOOSE OPTION 1 IN THE CALL DIRECTORY.....I hate wasting my time... Funny that banks and other financial

Do yourself a favor and save your time by going somewhere else! Answers the phone and just hangs up, doesn't care about people's health or safety, and consistently closing before the time they are supposed to. Downright rude staff, never coming back to this one.

The service is great. Done on a timely manner. They're kind. Thanks.

Apparently its ok to use chemicals, and to mix where it burns eyes.. and mike Thomson "manager " as he said , has a thing where apparently downers can NOT get any hand book on CSL itself ..

Staff is wonderful and polite. Facility is clean and very much in order. Your always in and out in a timely manner!

This is by far the best plasma center in SETX ,I mean from the moment you walk in until they pull the needle out of you arm, the management is the best I've seen by far and the employees are trained so we'll OMG the bedside manner Is awesome ,there so funny ,it's so clean ,the people are well mannered, and the pay out is excellent,I will most definitely be returning ,thank you CSL Xoxo

This is by far, the best plasma donation center I've ever been to. Way better than both BPL and Grifols, by a LONG SHOT. Everything is clean, and sanitary, smelling fresh. Always neat and organized, I'm always in and out even when they are super busy and all of the staff and supervisors I've met so far all know whats going on and working hard. I will continue to donate with this plasma place because of that. The competition really need to take notes and learn from you guys!

Worst experience ever, employees are very rude and condescending. 1/10 wouldn't recommend

I love all the folks at CSL! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I love going to donate!

Great your in and out and paid ?? but you could just get a little more pay but it's something ya know the pay is better here than in Beaumont Port Arthur is better.

Great Staff!! Very Pleasant and Extremely Professional. I enjoy them every visit!!

tried calling more than once, they pick up and hang up immediately, or they just let it ring. Wanted to know what they require to become a new donor. But I guess I'll never know.

Why don't ya ever answer the phone?

Very clean, professional, friendly and fast service. I recommend this place to anyone in the surrounding area !

Positive people, positive vibes, all around great place of business ! I would recommend this particular center to family and friends.

They are pretty fast for the most part... Just a few of the staff have bad attitudes mainly the ones in the front

Wonderful experience... The nurses are great and make donating very comfortable. And the manager is BOUT her bidness.

The staff is AMAZING, the center is always clean, and I'm always in and out in a timely manner.

Great service and friendly people I was treated with respect and it was a great all around experience.
