Brie took very good care of me it was quick and painless made my time go by so much faster. I'm really satisfied with my visit Thanks Again excellent service

Brie is professional at what she does she gives all good vibes to her donors. She puts her all into her job. She gives out positive vibes. and she is amazing at sticking

They were good at one point. Now they have been very slow and stalling time they talk more drama then they actually do any type of work . I was there at 10:30 am waiting in line not many people there I waited in for a little over 2 hrs . That's some bullshit...

They make do all the process again just because I went to my car to bring my jacket, I get blame in front of everybody, the I repeat the process again, and when I move to the line where I was standing the calm e laugh again and them they put me to the end of the line after waiting for one hour. Double humiliation in one day, and I don't need to be embarrassed for give my plasma, never comeback again

Brie is such an awesome person glad she puts her heart into her job God bless her, sincerely Michael Riley ??

I had to chance to have Demetria as my phlebotomist again. I always appreciate her working on me. Today wasn't as successful as usual for us due to me not being able to draw. She made several attempt and asked for assistance to double check. She decided that enough attempts were made and didn't force us to proceed with the donation. She is great at what she does and I appreciate her kindness and working ethic!

Everything went fine until i was misinformed about the promo. After my 3rd visit they said they changed things around and my phlebotomist said: It's only $50 You are still within your first 8 donation go talk to them I wasn't informed of any deadline and the holidays kept me away, but i went right back immediately. The woman at the front desk seemed bothered that i even talked to her. (I think i interrupted her Tiktok scrolling) She seemed delighted to tell me the bad news. That was in December, and I have

Went to donate for the 1st time. Took forever to with through the screening process only to be told after passing everything, that I cannot donate because of a mild heart attack over 7 years ago. They dould have caught the earlier in the process rather than waisting over 2 hours. They need to be faster and more efficient in the screening process for new first time donors.

Brie and Tika was very professional and helpful, very good at sticking. These two workers need a raise for sure.

I have no problem with the staff you can ask for a different staff member and they will work with you it's the time and waiting mainly the pay sucks you don't get a birthday bonus like they say staff is great give respect they give it back saving a life for $50/$60 start paying more just saying 5????? FOR THE STAFF MORNING STAFF

Yeah how is it that I get banned from all the CSO places because I got an argument with one of the workers. And the manager that put the deferral in there so saying that I can't go to any CSL got fired a week later and so did the worker. For not paying attention to people that were done and seeing that they were done and just rolling her eyes and going on to whoever their friends were. Now I can't donate at any CSL in those people don't even work there anymore because I complained about the same thing the

I came on 1/17/25 and Demetria ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) and Z have been extremely kind. Every time I have come in they're wonderful and answer questions I've had.

What are the great experience I had today my phlebotomist Brie was amazing it was painless it was fast and she was so sweet and kind through the whole thing

Brie is very professional does her job beautifully I be very satisfied when I encounter her

Izzy is amazing. Every time I come in and I get her she is quick, attentive, knowledgeable and gentle. The whole staff at this location is great but when I come in I hope I get called to the bay she is working. GIVE IZZY A RAISE!!

Worse plasma center to go to ever thought it would be good because the CSL in south Milwaukee but no this place is Ghetto supper dirty seen a worker call out a customer and tell him to meet in the parking lot before manger was standing right there didn't say anything! Then today was just in line and the kicked some guy out for closing his eyes while waiting in line smh made a huge about it and made him leave him tho he said he was just see his eyes cuz the lights were bright hurt! Left him stranded in Racin

It's a good place to donate at. Tika is very caring and so nice. She made it a great experience

Can't stick a vein. I've been told numerous excuses as to why they've had to restick me in one visit or move the needle while it's in my arm. I expressed discomfort and loss of feeling in my arm and asked for the blood pressure cuff to be turned down which was ignored. I know they messed up with sticking me because another phoblotomist came by and with concern and rushed to check my arm as she thought I had developed a hematoma. Extremely painful attempts at donating these last two times which left one arm

2-3 hour wait with staff being unprofessional, rude, unorganized. The screening process takes way too long with staff laughing amongst themselves with profanity being thrown around as if no one can hear them.

Dametria and Chris were awesome and very knowledgeable of their job. Definitely enjoy the vibe when they are there!!! Sara is the bomb and very professional. Chardonnay is a great employee as well never have a problem I hope she's there everytime I come!!!

I have been donating at CSL in Racine Wisconsin for a bout 2.5 years now. The staff is amazing but the one person that is the kindest, most attentive and efficient in the screening process is a lady named, Sara. Thank you Sara for being amazing at your position! She makes my donating experience easy and keeps me coming back! -Adam

The staff here are wonderful. Kind, efficient and you can tell they care. I always have a good experience! Chardonnay did an amazing job today! Thank you CSL crew!

Tika was AMAZING! I usually have issues getting poked due to a sideways vein. She got it in the first try and I felt nothing. I will DEFINITELY be asking for her. It was a wonderful experience and everyone was friendly.

She was amazing nice and fast and friendly. She works way to hard and hope the company see what the have in her and keep her healthy her name is Lisa also ivy made pumping more enjoyable

Giving plasma isn't the most ideal experience. But it's always been a great way to make a little extra cash! Every time I come to CSL, I hope Chris is working! He usually is always here, but I don't always get the opportunity to have him hook me up! He's almost always in a great mood, constantly helping his co workers, and all around just a pleasure to be around! I feel comfortable when I know he's the one putting the needle in my arm, because I know there has never been any complications with my donation w

Lisa in front is super!!!Always happy and helpful. Chris is awesome at his job..always a pleasure to see him

Dametria was very helpful and explained in detailed the process of giving plasma. She has taking care of me twice already. She is a very nice person. Her jobs skills are great! Thank you for your support and being good at what you do!

Zaneiya.P is a great worker she always make me feel comfortable her attitude is amazing she has a great spirit about her self she is professional very, I appreciate you Zaneiya for being you and always having a positive attitude keep being great!

This place is so awesome! Your donation helps so many lives!!! The staff is awesome and very attentive especially Nesreen I just luv her and her technique is excellent no pain and no bruising?? she absolutely knows the ins and outs of hooking up a patient for donation????.

It sucks going right away in the morning at 6am. A lot of the staff is just arriving then, so they're not ready for donors right at 6am because they still have to set up their computers, or whatever else it is they do. What used to take me an hour to get in and out is now a hour and a half to two hours. There's not many people happy to be there in the mornings, and it shows. I can't wait for BioLife to open in October. We finally will have options.

I've been coming to CSL for a few years now and the within the last few months Sara, in screening, has been very attentive and actively listens to me about thoughts and concerns with my donations and health. It always makes me feel at ease when I see her and her smile, ready for everyone! Thank you Sara! The first person to ever venipuncture me with CSL was Chris and he was always ready for my strange veins. Even with his short absence there was no hesitation. Chris is always willing to coach any newer st

Very sweet lady tika, she a boss when it comes to sticking, Kayla is a sweetheart too. Ivy is super dope my other girl from 3rd shift is bomb I forgot her name zenya she's new A she is terrible, she told me I couldn't have tika stick me. What a crock I don't like her energy she's don't have good customer service tika tika tika

Joyce G. Is an exceptional employee!!! She noticed I was there longer than my usual 30-35 minutes. She checked the machine & fixed the problem. Kudos to Joyce G.! ??

I love this place !!! The staff are so Sweet to me I have my favorites because they have such a good spirit always listening to my stories smiling talking to me as they work making sure I'm comfortable. I love IVY, OCTAVIA, TIKA, CHRIS , GABY??????

They need to set up the appointment system like BioLife so there's not likes all the way to the bathrooms!

I feel Lisa is the best worker there. She is very proficient at her job. She always keeps working while others slack off.

Chris is the best & most proficient Csl employee. I always trust him to stick me & he always does it right unlike other employees. Thank you Chris ! His laugh & good personality brings light to Csl plasma:)

Long wait times, long donation times, missed veins, infected finger pokes... SOME of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, others are NOT AT ALL & unnecessarily waste time, and are downright RUDE for no reason !! *Dont go to Racine location if you can avoid it. I recommend commuting to South Milwaukee if possible

I love me some TIKA and CHRIS .theyre both so sweet and personable , very quick and never have any problems when i work with either of them! Everytime Chris sticks me i feel NOTHING. Keep being lovely yall.

Absolutely love Lisa! She is always very courteous, professional and friendly. Makes the experience less stressful.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!, New employees will practice on your arm and when they cant stick you correctly, they defer you for 2 months. I also told them the veins in my left arm are not accessible and you need an ultrasound machine to see them, 3 people refused to listen to me and decided to stick my left arm even though I said it wont work. Nobody listened to me, the new needle stickers couldn't do it even though I never had problems before and yet because of their mess up I'm not allowed back for 2 months? abso

The attendant was fantastic she was there for me she did very well at attaching me to the machine. It was the fastest that I've ever went through donating plasma. She was great very kind.

This CSL in Racine Wisconsin is the best one. And super fast. All of them know just what to do working in synergy with eachother. Well it used to be until corporate removed the synergy and have ever one working there doing the entire process themselves. These workers are still great at what they do. Corporate should have looked at this place and seen how smoothly this place has run and used it as the model to show all of the csls how to do it so sad for them. And mostly me. Now it takes forever. I'll alway

Joyce took care of me today and as always she was amazing!!!! So sweet and made my donation experience one of the best I've had in a long time

The boss should honestly be replaced because she is very rude and tried to blame me for staff not sticking me correctly. And only few staff, dee, Chris , and dezrhae actually has a heart and knows what they're doing.

Kiara checked me in and was amazing! Told me all the info on my check in. Super service. Only downside here is waiting to donate. Can take 2 hours to get to donation side and done. Great place great people. Not enough great people to service the donators. Its a good thing to do just takes longer than it should to complete.

The workers really dont care about anything. They take their time and go slow even with 19 people in line. Dont come here

Staff is always very nice. Sometimes there's a long wait but that's not the staffs fault. Never any issue with getting stuck either which I appreciate very much.

I've had Chris for 2 sessions so far, he is so good with my small veins and he's so nice and funny I will be asking for him all the time!!??

I'm usually weary of who sticks me because my vein is not easy To get but I want to shout out Ivy, not only did she get the vein, I did not feel it at all even when I was anticipating it.. she is amazing

Brie is so nice and always does an amazing stick! I love knowing there are people who do a great job when I come in as I've had not great experiences with others in the past.

The staff is great, helpful, and humorous. I love that. It's not far from me and it's always clean. They are ok with me. Kayla is the best ??

I had a great experience with Tylana as the person who started my donation. Inserting the needle was very smooth and painless. Good job Tylana!!

I always have a very good experience with sara , she's a very good worker , she makes me feel comfortable there , she's understanding , i?ve never had a bad experience with her. she's my favorite worker there !

It's a sad day for CSL plasma center?. When u have to wait in the front more than 45 mins just to get checked in. Being that they had 4 booths open, then one by one the staff get up and walk way. Very upsetting the line was longer in the front due to this happening. It took 30 mins to get in the chair. Let's hope it's smooth sailing afterwards. The staff needs to be more consistent with trying to keep the line moving. People are coming here before n after work and etc. We want to get in to donate get out

Joyce is an amazing worker. Knows how to do her job and it never even hurts at all when she puts the needle in my arm.

I am always nervous of the donation process because I hate needles but I am so grateful they have a amazing worker named Christopher Kelley who has made the process easy and wonderful for me every time I go in. Thank you!

Chris is a great guy and funny he makes the day of donating go fast by me laughing along Today is7-11-24 I have Chris again He is great at poking I don't even feel any pain he is very knowledgeable of what he's doing last time I was here to donate they couldn't put my blood through they Chris came over and he saved the day I think this guy really deserves a promotion another step up in a higher level

Been going here for three years staff is always friendly and comforting. Ivy made the poke feel painless and I had the fastest donation yet.

Brie is polite, kind and always quick to answer any and all questions you may have. She helps keep the donation floor operating smoothly.

I will have to say they have the best phlebotomist by the name of Hope. She holds many hats and she holds them well. If you ever have to come make sure you request her. She's very pleasant and accurate with her pokes. She's definitely a people person and pleasant to talk to. Very detailed oriented.

All the staff are nice people especially Chris and Lisa they are very helpful in any questions that you have I came back I left for 6 months because one staff member believe her name is Denise which she wasn't a manager before now she is she is rude she talks down to people and that's the reason why I left the first time I came back because of Chris and Lisa are so kind and Chardonnay awesome people Lady Denise is unprofessional will talk down to you in front of everybody about your business which in her pr

This place has come a long way, everyone here is very polite and they really have things going smoothly on the floor.. definitely recommend.. besides it's helping people...

I've donated a few times and the staff there is unprofessional. The phlebotomist's are unprofessional and be rushing to stick you. I can name a few but I'm not. I know you have to start somewhere but I've got deferred twice because they stuck me wrong. I'm not going back.. at least not this location.. I also got deferred because they said my plasma was sent to the lab and my protein was low. This puzzled me because they test your protein before you can donate so why was I able to donate if my protein is low

I never have a problem with any of the personnel. All of them are friendly. Also a great environment and relaxing.

JAZMON phlabotomist at CLS Racine location demonstrates courteousness kindness, and concern about the client's needs throughout the entire plasma draw process. She listens to the clients concerns and because of her attentiveness she has put me at ease during the process. I have been coming to CSL Racine for approx 6 months.. I make sure I request her whenever I donate plasma. Her pleasantness sets the tone for me for the remainder of the process. Jazmon gets 5 stars

Dena, Karen, and Chris are the best!! Dena does such a good job sticking doesn't even hurt and I set my record with her 42 minutes your a Rock Star!!! Also Chrystal in the front is the best so friendly and always helpful great job guys!!!!

Chris and Ivy helped me today and they were great! They made me feel super comfortable for my first time donating.

Joyce and Chris was amazing they talked to me and help me get through my time at CSL. They did a great job

Chris Kelly is a great worker, he helped me get in and done sooner by fixing the machine. Awesome sauce man!!

Ivy does a great job with the needle sticks for me every time. Highly satisfied with how CSL is improving their donor process.

I have tricky veins and ivy is always able to get me flowing! She's funny and makes the process enjoyable :)

TK and Natalie are such a pleasure to see together. They are phenomenal. Good conversation such sweet ladies. They know how to make myself and sister comfortable during our donations. Thank you so much ladies! CSL is starting to feel like a second family!

Joyce is a very great worker and makes me feel comfortable while I was scared of needles...

Dena, Natalie and Chris are the best. They are always professional and always keeps a positive attitude even when the center is full. Everyone there is very nice but those three makes it very enjoyable to come in.

Chris Kelley is such a great worker. He is positive and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. He is great at sticking too. Always pleasant, even on rough days.

Natalie is so energetic. Everytime I make a donation she knows how to make me feel comfortable. She's so respectful and tons of fun. Always smiling she's awesome! She was definitely a great hire!

Hope is such a great worker. She's just great. Always so helpful behind the scenes. Making sure machines are fixed, getting stock ready, training others, and helping the others have what they need.

The staff are very good. If your scared of needles ask for certain people. Like Chris when he puts the needle in... You can't feel it at all. Nothing He should actually be a trainer for needle installations across the board.

Been donating for months, THEIR machine malfunctions and blood gets into the plasma, get told that if it happens again I will get deferred and won't be able to donate for 2 months. Get deferred anyways with no notice or mention. It's amazing how you can get screwed over by this company and it be 0% your fault. Screwed out of more than $900 now and the company can't even have the decency to tell you.

Went there for the first time today. The staff and environment was very nice and clean. Stacy and Dee definitely were amazing they made me feel so comfortable and they were very knowledgeable, too. Will be going back for sure!

Chris is the best sticker there! Always a joy to speak to and makes my donation experience the best!!! Give that man a raise!

Lisa always does a great job. She is always so efficient and friendly each and every time I donate.

Come to donate when need extra cash & have to say Chris is the best! 1st time since I been coming that i didn't feel the poke. I didnt have to reposition my arm to keep the flow. First time I had to look to make sure I was still flowing, because I did not feel a thing. Best on the floor.

Even on their busiest days their work ethic never drops. Karin and Chris always seem to go the extra mile. I've been donating over 10 years on and off and in different states the service has always been consistent.

Natalie is such a pleasure to see when making my donation. Karen always does a good job sticking me both of these ladies deserve a raise for their hard work. Thank you CSL FOR SUCH A GOOD TIME AND GOOD PEOPLE.

Chris always makes sure to be gentle while poking my arm , and he keeps everything at a steady flow!

I'm usually nervous about who's putting the needle in my arm but with certain employees like tika and chris, I know I don't have to worry much about
