They were good at one point. Now they have been very slow and stalling time they talk more drama then they actually do any type of work . I was there at 10:30 am waiting in line not many people there I waited in for a little over 2 hrs . That's some bullshit...

They make do all the process again just because I went to my car to bring my jacket, I get blame in front of everybody, the I repeat the process again, and when I move to the line where I was standing the calm e laugh again and them they put me to the end of the line after waiting for one hour. Double humiliation in one day, and I don't need to be embarrassed for give my plasma, never comeback again

I had to chance to have Demetria as my phlebotomist again. I always appreciate her working on me. Today wasn't as successful as usual for us due to me not being able to draw. She made several attempt and asked for assistance to double check. She decided that enough attempts were made and didn't force us to proceed with the donation. She is great at what she does and I appreciate her kindness and working ethic!

Everything went fine until i was misinformed about the promo. After my 3rd visit they said they changed things around and my phlebotomist said: It's only $50 You are still within your first 8 donation go talk to them I wasn't informed of any deadline and the holidays kept me away, but i went right back immediately. The woman at the front desk seemed bothered that i even talked to her. (I think i interrupted her Tiktok scrolling) She seemed delighted to tell me the bad news. That was in December, and I have

Went to donate for the 1st time. Took forever to with through the screening process only to be told after passing everything, that I cannot donate because of a mild heart attack over 7 years ago. They dould have caught the earlier in the process rather than waisting over 2 hours. They need to be faster and more efficient in the screening process for new first time donors.

Brie and Tika was very professional and helpful, very good at sticking. These two workers need a raise for sure.

I have no problem with the staff you can ask for a different staff member and they will work with you it's the time and waiting mainly the pay sucks you don't get a birthday bonus like they say staff is great give respect they give it back saving a life for $50/$60 start paying more just saying 5????? Yeah how is it that I get banned from all the CSO places because I got an argument with one of the workers. And the manager that put the deferral in there so saying that I can't go to any CSL got fired a week later and so did the worker. For not paying attention to people that were done and seeing that they were done and just rolling her eyes and going on to whoever their friends were. Now I can't donate at any CSL in those people don't even work there anymore because I complained about the same thing the

Worse plasma center to go to ever thought it would be good because the CSL in south Milwaukee but no this place is Ghetto supper dirty seen a worker call out a customer and tell him to meet in the parking lot before manger was standing right there didn't say anything! Then today was just in line and the kicked some guy out for closing his eyes while waiting in line smh made a huge about it and made him leave him tho he said he was just see his eyes cuz the lights were bright hurt! Can't stick a vein. I've been told numerous excuses as to why they've had to restick me in one visit or move the needle while it's in my arm. I expressed discomfort and loss of feeling in my arm and asked for the blood pressure cuff to be turned down which was ignored. I know they messed up with sticking me because another phoblotomist came by and with concern and rushed to check my arm as she thought I had developed a hematoma. Extremely painful attempts at donating these last two times which left one arm

2-3 hour wait with staff being unprofessional, rude, unorganized. The screening process takes way too long with staff laughing amongst themselves with profanity being thrown around as if no one can hear them.

Dametria and Chris were awesome and very knowledgeable of their job. Definitely enjoy the vibe when they are there!!! Sara is the bomb and very professional. Chardonnay is a great employee as well never have a problem I hope she's there everytime I come!!!

I have been donating at CSL in Racine Wisconsin for a bout 2.5 years now. The staff is amazing but the one person that is the kindest, most attentive and efficient in the screening process is a lady named, Sara. Thank you Sara for being amazing at your position! Tika was AMAZING! I usually have issues getting poked due to a sideways vein. She got it in the first try and I felt nothing. I will DEFINITELY be asking for her. It was a wonderful experience and everyone was friendly.

Giving plasma isn't the most ideal experience. But it's always been a great way to make a little extra cash! Every time I come to CSL, I hope Chris is working! It sucks going right away in the morning at 6am. A lot of the staff is just arriving then, so they're not ready for donors right at 6am because they still have to set up their computers, or whatever else it is they do. What used to take me an hour to get in and out is now a hour and a half to two hours. There's not many people happy to be there in the mornings, and it shows. I can't wait for BioLife to open in October. We finally will have options.

I've been coming to CSL for a few years now and the within the last few months Sara, in screening, has been very attentive and actively listens to me about thoughts and concerns with my donations and health. Long wait times, long donation times, missed veins, infected finger pokes... SOME of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, others are NOT AT ALL & unnecessarily waste time, and are downright RUDE for no reason !! *Dont go to Racine location if you can avoid it. I recommend commuting to South Milwaukee if possible

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!, New employees will practice on your arm and when they cant stick you correctly, they defer you for 2 months. I also told them the veins in my left arm are not accessible and you need an ultrasound machine to see them, 3 people refused to listen to me and decided to stick my left arm even though I said it wont work. Nobody listened to me, the new needle stickers couldn't do it even though I never had problems before and yet because of their mess up I'm not allowed back for 2 months? abso

The attendant was fantastic she was there for me she did very well at attaching me to the machine. It was the fastest that I've ever went through donating plasma. She was great very kind.

This CSL in Racine Wisconsin is the best one. And super fast. All of them know just what to do working in synergy with eachother. Well it used to be until corporate removed the synergy and have ever one working there doing the entire process themselves. These workers are still great at what they do. The boss should honestly be replaced because she is very rude and tried to blame me for staff not sticking me correctly. And only few staff, dee, Chris , and dezrhae actually has a heart and knows what they're doing.

Kiara checked me in and was amazing! Told me all the info on my check in. Super service. Only downside here is waiting to donate. Can take 2 hours to get to donation side and done. Great place great people. Not enough great people to service the donators. Its a good thing to do just takes longer than it should to complete.

The workers really dont care about anything. They take their time and go slow even with 19 people in line. Dont come here

It's a sad day for CSL plasma center?. When u have to wait in the front more than 45 mins just to get checked in. Being that they had 4 booths open, then one by one the staff get up and walk way. Very upsetting the line was longer in the front due to this happening. It took 30 mins to get in the chair. Let's hope it's smooth sailing afterwards. The staff needs to be more consistent with trying to keep the line moving. People are coming here before n after work and etc. We want to get in to donate get out

I've donated a few times and the staff there is unprofessional. The phlebotomist's are unprofessional and be rushing to stick you. I can name a few but I'm not. I know you have to start somewhere but I've got deferred twice because they stuck me wrong. I'm not going back.. at least not this location.. I also got deferred because they said my plasma was sent to the lab and my protein was low. This puzzled me because they test your protein before you can donate so why was I able to donate if my protein is low

I never have a problem with any of the personnel. All of them are friendly. Also a great environment and relaxing.

JAZMON phlabotomist at CLS Racine location demonstrates courteousness kindness, and concern about the client's needs throughout the entire plasma draw process. She listens to the clients concerns and because of her attentiveness she has put me at ease during the process. I have been coming to CSL Racine for approx 6 months.. I make sure I request her whenever I donate plasma. Her pleasantness sets the tone for me for the remainder of the process. Jazmon gets 5 stars

The staff are very good. If your scared of needles ask for certain people. Like Chris when he puts the needle in... You can't feel it at all. Nothing He should actually be a trainer for needle installations across the board.

Been donating for months, THEIR machine malfunctions and blood gets into the plasma, get told that if it happens again I will get deferred and won't be able to donate for 2 months. Get deferred anyways with no notice or mention. It's amazing how you can get screwed over by this company and it be 0% your fault. Screwed out of more than $900 now and the company can't even have the decency to tell you.

Went there for the first time today. The staff and environment was very nice and clean. Stacy and Dee definitely were amazing they made me feel so comfortable and they were very knowledgeable, too. Will be going back for sure!
