They skipped me so many times they really should create a better system to verify who is actually here first. The nurse took a person that was clearly here after me she came to the building after me and before her she skipped me with another individual that was here "all day". I do not like confrontation so I was like whatever but it was not fair. I understood there was a staffing issue and all so I wasn't rude about it. Would love for it to improve I like csl
Best experience by far. LAKISHA is awesomeness. Been Grifols 3 times. Never ever again. I'm new to Reno 3 months. CSL front desk staff is superb. I hate needles. Now I'm able with ease and confidence my veins are in great hands. The floor staff is superb. I'm 50 and value great service and reliability.
Everytime I come in to CSL Plasma, they are busy and the staff is so nice, understanding, professional, and great at their jobs. Maybe a little understaffed, but with being so busy, they do a great job getting you in and put quickly. Very good job!!
I've been going to this facility for about a year now. Everyone that work's there is friendly and takes their career serious. I feel safe and the process is quick because they work together. csl needs to give them a raise or something to reward them. solid team
The girls upon checking in to be screened are all so wonderful. And the staff who's on floor are all amazing too. Phearas is awesome & Esma and the little shorty Asian gal are amazing at sticking me. Overall my experience is great. I'd like to see them be just a little more person able and smile. Acknowledge your patients we are all not bad haha! I recommend this place very thorough and safe! ????
I've always had a pleasant experience at this location, the staff are always friendly. The wait time for vitals is never super long (especially lately!) I'm usually first or second walking in the door. Furthermore, the staff on the floor are always caring and have great personality's. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us, so we can try and help care for others.
This visit was nice, quick, and easy. The staff are always patient and attentive to questions or concerns. The new processes are always consistently explained. Shout out to Mark Hampton on his consistently positive attitude.
Mark Anthony and Esma C. Made my donation easy and fast! They deserve a Raise!
The used to be a lot faster. Now you'll spend 2 hours just standing in line while they chit chat, laugh, and play instead of valuing the customer/donor's time
When you time it right it goes so quickly. The people are super chill. Overall pleasant experience. So important to take care of your body when consistently donating.
Promotion saying $100 for first 5 donations is not accurate. Systems kept failing causing me , and was flagged for donating at another facility even if it's been 7 days inbetween donations. Wasted 2 hours of my time
Unfortunately the only kind person at this facility is the security guard. Everyone acts like they aren't sure what they are doing. I've left twice with big bruises NOT from my donation but from the way I get wrapped and I said something to nurse and she said ?just tell them? ummmm think I'm telling someone? And today just sat there for 30 minutes got pulled out my donation chair because once again admin issues. I'm actively looking for another donation center.
Staff is amazing! They really do their best to get ypu in and out. Only problem is, the wait sometimes can be ridiculous. I've waited 30-40 minutes sometimes and that not counting the donation time. Can be frustrating if you, "have", to do it and time is an issue.
I like this donation place. CSL plasma is clean the staff are generally friendly and the process is pretty fast depending on the time you go. The incentives they have are pretty good as well. Overall best place to go in town I think.
When I first joined csl plasma. I was kind of scared, and didn't know anything, because I never gave plasma before. They reassured me that risks are possible but commonly do not occur. And that's why they go through so many procedures and steps to keep things from going wrong to a bare minimum. So I decided to try it for the first time, and they made me feel comfortable, and if I had any questions or if I felt uncomfortable at anytime to let them know. Everything went smooth and the staff are so nice and yo
I will tell you why. I have given all that I have to get to CSL when I live 12 miles away, I had to get a ride because I li e 4 miles away from any bus line. It took 4 hour my first time. I'm in, and get my first $90 promise. 4 days later, I go and get my 2nd. This was an August promotion and I started August 10. I am ready to go again, get my ride, they are not open. I looked online and no Information about being closed, They, like other donation centers, don't answer the phone hardly ever, so you can't g
I really like that this location got staff support during the summer from other states(Chicago, Sacramento) to come out and support. There are more techs. Wait times are no longer extended and a nurse is on-site to not waste time or having to leave after already waiting. Thank you CSL for improving and making changes for ease to all donors.
Incompetent and rude staff. Better off going to either Octapharma or Grifols. Worst experience I have ever had at a donation center and will be telling everyone to stay far away from a place like this. Wish I could give zero stars !
Great start to my Monday. I was greeted by Sandra one of the best reception tech. There was only a short wait. I was well taken care of by Bahishta and very Entertained by Mark!
I went in for my first time a few days ago. Everybody was nice with the onboarding process. I didn't know what the actual donating would be like. It was painful every time I pumped my arm and I thought that was normal. But it didn't feel right, so I stopped early. It just seemed that nobody was actually aware of what was going on and now a few days later in my arm is extremely bruised.
When I first began to start donating I was very uncomfortable, just felt like I was a lowlife. But after seeing how many different individuals were there, different occupations,Races and ages. It made things much more easier.. The Staff is totally amazing, so kind, caring, always cheerful. To put you more at ease. I feel totally different about going to donate. I almost look forward to the visit.
I've never had any issues going to this location . They have the easiest check-in process. They work as quick as their staffing allows, they deal with a rough crowd and the staff handles it. I preferred coming here over any other plasma locations
All of the staff?s incredible! Always very polite and attentive. Hard working, fast yet kindly.
Everybody from start to finish is friendly and very professional!! It's always clean runs very efficient. They genuinely make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've been coming to this location for 3 yrs now, and I love it here!!!
Facility is clean, staff is skilled and make the process easy. Individual facility could have better coordination with app- making an appointment online just sets a reminder does not actually confirm with facility.
5 star experience! Staff like Esma, and Michael Anthony are very friendly and make my visit so much more enjoyable! I believe the screening process is very thorough and they ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
I've been coming here off and on for the last couple of years, and the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The initial process when they read off the consent form, sounds robotic, but it's not. Some of them have been doing it for years. So it just sounds robotic. I really like how they wipe everything down after every use , no matter how clean the person looks. Cuz you don't know what's on someone?s clothes or if the next person is allergic to the previous person?s clothes. But all
Mark Anthony has very good customers service. Whenever I'm ready to be unstuck, he comes right away and always tell me to have a great day :)
As a returning new donor (took 2 years off) I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the staff was compared to the lack of attention I received the last time I was here. The entire pre donation process was smooth and fast and my techs and nurse were very professional and upbeat, making the entire process comfortable and very welcoming.
Friendly service. Attentive staff. The lines are not to bad. I've been to two locations, in State College PA, and Reno NV. I prefer Reno.
Been donating here for a bit. Facility seems sanitary. Never had issue with the staff. Wait times have been minimal. Pay scale is decent. Depending on your weight, it could be over 700 the first month and over 500 the following months. This is assuming you go twice a week, which results in about 9 times a month. The app and referel program offers more opportunities to earn. Overall, it's not a bad option to help supplement an income, pay off debt or build a savings account
The staff here does an amazing job friendly courteous everything you want in customer service thanks CSL huge shout out from Tripp One
I've been coming to the Kietzke location for a couple of years now and have always had a good experience. The employees here are very knowledgeable and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends and family to come here.
The intake process was SO thorough; I felt like they cared a lot about making absolutely sure that everything was safe. Every employee was outstandingly kind and professional, especially Nancy, Diana, Verse and Lennox
I always feel so comfortable when I come in to donate and I've been coming here for the past 2 years I'm always greeted by such a friendly staff especially mark Anthony keep up the good work!
All of the staff is incredible, always polite and curious. Ingrid is the best! Hard working, fast yet gentle and truly cares about you.
Super kind people working there! It was my first time donating plasma and i was pretty nervous. Esma made me feel so much more relaxed and less anxious. When i had a question about when i should be pumping my hand, Mark Anthony answered for me. Great facility run by awesome kind people.
Mark Anthony is my favorite! He really brings up morale in this place:)
Everyone here are so polite and my first time here the staff made me feel comfortable , i will for sure be back ....
Donating at CSL has supplied me with a second income that allows me to take my kids out for fun days without hurting my home finances. I'm respected and valued at CSL. I can't imagine donating anywhere else.
Fast, really awesome workers, Great service, wouldn't go no where else . Everytime I come in I am welcomed and everytime I leave I am told have a wonderful rest of my day . The staff are like family so there always smiling giving off positive vibes it's a welcoming feeling when you come in and donate this place is the place to be to save life's !!! Thank you CSL plasma
Always nice and friendly. Easy process. Ingrid and mark anthony were awesome!!
Love coming here everyone is so friendly! Mark Anthony is one of the best techs there, he is on top of things , never makes you wait to be disconnected, But overall, everyone seems great there!
Almost a year donating plasma at this location, having techs like Marc Anthony and Esme makes the experience pleasant by executing everything in timely and comfortable manner
You only get paid 50 bucks each time you go after the reel you in with 3 payments more than 50 bucks. The staff are not really helpful. Some of them like esme are really nice and really good at what they do. Some of then will stick your arms several times before you can even start donating. Usually I spend about 2-3 hours here each time. It's overall just a really Long process that takes so long for such little pay out and they don't pay their staff well either. Also don't even think about trying to call an
Marc Anthony great asset to the company he always has a positive attitude and smile.
The best place to denote period ! Marc Anthony always does a great job, super friendly
The employees here are so nice and are super quick when it comes to getting people to the donor floor. Usually I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Great place to donate plasma.
A Stellar Experience at CSL Plasma - Reno, NV My experience at CSL Plasma has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. The staff at CSL Plasma is truly outstanding. Their professionalism, coupled with their genuine care and friendliness, makes me feel valued and appreciated. The staff's accommodating nature and commitment to creating a
I've been signed up here for about a month now and have been turned away over 6 times because of staffing issues. Pretty unprofessional to show up at a place of business repeatedly and be turned away because there's no nurse during posted business hours. I recommend going to donate somewhere else if you don't want to repeatedly waste your time and gas on this place. Hoping that you can donate
Very poorly organized. Will not be back. Don't come here unless you want to spend 3hrs on a hour donation.
This place is a joke, I've been there twice trying to donate as a new donor. Both times, I was turned away because they are unprofessionally unprepared and was told the first day they closed at 3pm. Which was a lie because they closed at 7 pm. Second time I was turned away because they don't have a nurse past 3pm. You would think there would be more enthusiasm to get new donors through the door but honestly the staff made me feel more of a bother, rather than someone coming in to donate and potentially save
I really enjoy the fact that the staff here are kind and respectful. They make your experience comfortable and easy. The process is fast after your first visit. It's s vary clean environment week kept up.
Always an amazing experience. Plasma drops help save lives and are used in medicine for many Pals who need this life saving gift. Donating at this center that provides great staff who are knowledgeable and kind but a wonderful environment where Plasmapheresis happens so amazing daily monthly and come September yearly. Thank you all staff at CSL Plasma keep it up ??
Easy process just make sure you come prepared to spend some time here as a first time donor. Can take up to 3 hours to be processed. Mark Anthony was super nice and helpful my first time here.
The staff are very friendly helpful and understanding I never have a problem at the Kietzke lane location and I appreciate their service always. And also shoutout to Mark Anthony he's one of if not the most attentive staff member when he's at work.
CSL plasma is always doing their best even when busy. I could not ask more. Most of the time I get stuck with the needle I barely feel it to the point that taking the tape off of my hairy arms at the end hurts more. The staff is always in an upbeat mood making it a nice experience.
Everyone that works there is really nice. Always in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend more than any other place..and they offer water and crackers so that's cool too.
Shout out to the staff at CSL plasma. They are very professional in their job and make the experience very pleasant. Special shout-out to Mark Anthony, #True professional at his craft.
I've donated here multiple times, every time I come in I'm greeted by the security even. Followed by great service by the entire staff. The process is quick and easy.
Marc Anthony is always pleasant and kind with his communication whenever I come in to donate.
Mark Anthony always attentive to me! Good music here ! Great Nurses! I love that Kiosk is no longer a finger disaster! Don't forget tell clients screens little off touch to the right! ??
The phlebotomist and screeners here at the Kietzke location are great. They have some of the most wonderful attitudes. Also when not busy you're in n out of there.
They do a great job. The staff is friendly and it's nice and clean plasma center.
Mark Antony does an amazing job!! Always does a criss cross wrap up!!
I'm really impressed by this facility! The staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean and inviting! It's also close to home! ??
Every time I come to CSL plasma, I always know that I will be well taken care of. The staff make the donation procedure super easy, and are always friendly and informative. I appreciate everyone here at CSL!!!!
It is my first time ever giving plasma & I absolutely love all of the workers , everyone is soo nice n kind & very professional I'm glad I chose CSL As my first n only donation center I especially love the great customer service I get each time I come in from verse I feel like apart of the team
Friendly staff, and now they have more staff to help expedite donors.
My donation was taken quickly and it makes me feel great to be able to help others.
Lennox and Mark Anthony are constant professionals. They get you in and out as quickly as possible with a smile and friendly attitude. Thank you for doing a great job day in day out.

Great experience + the staff does their best to get people in and out as safe and quick as possible. Shout out Mark Anthony & Keisha for always bringing the cool vibes and funny jokes!
Ms. Bahishta Always helping out where it's needed from the poking you to the breakdown she gets it done! Always Gives Me The Best Service And She Is Amazing! She always does an amazing job Thank You Soo Much! DIONTAY PERKINSON
Always have a good experience, especially the phlebotomist Marc Anthony always makes sure you are comfortable and feeling okay.
Good customer service. Staff like Dreya and Mark make this process a good experience with their positive attitudes, knowledge, and good conversation!
The staff at csl are very dedicated to their roles. Each one has made me feel safe as a donor and the process is less than an hour. The rewards are worth it and from the moment I am checking in to the moment I am leaving the center I notice steady movement and keeping a smile on their faces. Thank you csl for my experience and I only been a donor for 2 months.
Today?s cost of living sent me in search of something to supplement my income and support my never ending need to shop. My schedule made a 2nd job seem unrealistic, so I did some research and found myself at CSL Plasma. I'm pretty new, but so far, so good. The staff is more than friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean, and the music is always on! At times there can be a really long wait. The website allows you to make an appointment, but the Reno location isn't set up that way. You can use the a
Marc Anthony and other staff are great CSL is the only place I will donate friendly staff and they will cut up and joke around with you they really make you feel welcome
Staff is polite and professional. Has been a pleasant experience the entire time I have been donating. Clean and friendly environment with free Wi-Fi to pass your time.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience! Will be back :D Update: have been coming here regularly and I am happy with the service. I would suggest to call first, occasionally they are closed due to staffing. Even so, if you come in they supply a courtesy extra $5 for your next donation ?? Keep up the good work.
The facility is clean and staff is awesome. Shout out to Marc Anthony I thought I was dying and he saved my life. We got super heros working there
By far the best donation center I've been too the staff is super friendly and it's a good experience
(Edited Monday Jan 6th 2025) This place is great for when you need to donate plasma, their app is well made and they reward frequent donators. This site also features fun raffles you can be a part of if you donate enough times. Their donor recommendation program is well made, but the points make no sense. If redeeming 1000 gives me 10$ and redeeming 2500 goes me 25$, there's no reason to save points. The wait times can get long so bring a book and bring a snack
I have never had a problem with anything except twice and it was mostly my fault but I've never been mispoked or any of that it's always been smooth
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
