So i woke up this morning and make an appointment for 1pm today . seeming everything was fine and i had all the required documents. i walked 2 miles to the building in 100 degree weather (mind you i dont have a car) just for the guy at the front to tell me their machine is down and to come back next week. i honestly feel like they could?ve called or did something different so i didnt have to waste my time walking.

7:37 am and still not letting people in. They have a block long line in front of their clinic and I'll bet my donation their computer is going to be slow, and will only have one person doing the screening while everyone else is just chilling in the back. You guys make your check off of people donations, the least you can do is respect their time and open on time and try to as efficient as you can.

Been coming to this site on and off for the past year or so, everything is good when it comes to the hole donating process. Besides when you are done, they will make you wait for a while, I've seen people raise their hand to say they are done, when so they give you a look like okay! Still making them wait?has happened to me sometimes?.lately I've been going when they supposedly open at 7am..BUT they really don't open at that time, they open at 7:10-7:15??? The security in the front door, just opens the door

I love the staff at this location. They're very professional Erica and Crystal is the best ones to me. That really gives a good stick. No pain no pressure on my small veins. I really appreciate it. I love going there. I look forward to donating helping myself helping people in our community With their health concern so I really love donating, it good for my soul

This place was really good 2023-2024. Ever since then it's gone down hill. Unprofessional, rude, retaliatory behavior if you prefer getting stuck by someone else. The staff hooking up with multiple patients. Taking a very long time to disconnect you once your done. On top of ALL that, THE PAY WENT DOWN 15 PERCENT. They also took away the reward system which made it alot better for the patient, and the incentives were taken at the end of 2024. It's sad they changed like this.

Always a great experience. Nurses are better than BioLife for sure. The place is clean, fast, and efficient.

Hello ?? everyone I've donated at this place .the staff is very friendly and if you just don't have it. They have have snacks while you wait .they offer you bottled water as well as a secure environment with armed security that's very professional and they always show genuine concern about your health..and it's truly a rewarding experience knowing that your helping others stay well with our PLASMA ...Great Job CSL I've brought my brother and my Son to Donate and they also returned to continue to donate ..G

This place is nice some workers are nice but this the second time I can't donate because I don't have my social security card but I have the number and they put it right but told me that I can't donate unless I bring my social security card but they let my brother donate and he doesn't have his social security card I wish one guy worker there is kinda rude but I don't understand why they are like this I want this problem to be fixed

New donors welcome, but only first time donations; 2nd or more are peasants. Booked an appointment for 11:30, came in went to kiosk; said kiosk claims there's a problem with my profile. The clerk at the desk says the photo came out blurry, you are unable to continue you have to take a new photo. I agreed, waited 20 minutes, had pictures taken; then back to the kiosk since now I'm "late" and at the back of the line. This is my second donation; i will be leaving in an hour if i am not donating by then, i don'

So I have been here now 187 times, and I WILL be leaving it at that. This place is horrible and I won't be rewarding their horrible way of interacting with customers like myself by continuing my business with them. Some of the issues I've had: - Excessive wait times. Admittedly, this has been addressed as of late, but this change is rather recent and still sometimes pops up. - Poor customer service. Emphasis on POOR. I don't know what it is about the employee culture here, but there are myriad issues her

This place needs to be shut down the manager needs to be fired she's unprofessional the workers are always not doing there job properly someone needs to come in and investigate the person running this company

Every time I come here the staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is always super clean which is great. I love that they decorated for Halloween, makes donating a lot more fun lol. Keep up the good work ??

My heart rate was fast so they told me to have a seat and wait until 7:10 to re take it and they called me back at 7:05 and made me retake and it was still to fast. It's fast because I walked all the way here and planned on using the money to uber home. Now I have to walk 10 miles back home in the middle of the cold night. Hate this place.

Good place. New hours, needs to be updated.

This place is so ghetto and unprofessional. My heart rate goes up every time I'm here . I prefer BioLife .

Take too long to get u started and employees talk to much be milking the clock not doing nothing!only time it's a good visit it's when it's empty!

Staff are professional but a little curt. Busiest time is when they open in the morning.

What can I say The From the front desk and Doctor s To the ladies on plasma What a fantastic group Ty to all Fantastic smile s always Just went to the Riverside by MLK Blvd. What a fantastic staff. Friendly fast Top of them game Great smiles Ty

Im giving a one star to a black gentleman working the front desk on Wednesday July 17, 2024 at or around 3:00 pm or later. I was explaining to him I was having issues with the app that I have never encountered. He was very rude in saying no one else has said anything today regarding the app and other donors in the lobby area heard him say that and explained they also was having issues with the app. When he heard that he changed his tone a bit but the bottom line is this guy is very rude and does not have

Jocelyn is so kind and Really Beautiful and helpful. She knows what she doing every time she sticks me it never it hurts at all she super good at her job. I want to thank CSL plasma for their employees they have there.

I've gone 19 times the staff is nice , fast & the location is clean but this month September 2024 two women stabbed past my vein twice so now I have to wait two months to go back just because they didn't do their job correctly now I understand accidents happen but the first time the woman was more focused on talking to everybody around her than focusing on her job then the second time the next woman was more focused on going to break than focusing on her job so some are great & do the job great but some wom

I give CSL a 4 star because I try to look at the other person's plight or the pressures placed on them because of their job. I know that this world sucks and nothing is perfect but this establishment makes it bearable for me. Also, most of the women are good eye candy. ??

If a business never answers the phone they're probably not a good company. If a business is alway short staffed they're probably not a good company. Lastly if a representative that works at a company tells you "we're not accepting new donors after 4pm and to please come back first thing in the morning" when you return after wasting time and gas the previous day just to be told you're not accepting new donors for the entire day due to short staff you are definitely not a good company. Answering the business

Mostly came to let everyone know they're terrible at answering the phone. If/when they don't answer, call corporate and tell them. They'll make sure they answer. Beyond that, staff is alright, tho the place seems understaffed. The capacity is way too low, so there's a good chance you'll just get turned away. Their rates have dropped from over $100/"donation" to around $50. Also they put the money on a prepaid card, so of course be ready to pay if you want your money as money. If you don't meet their health

I've been coming here for over a year and I love this place. The staff is nice and I've never had issues with their sticks. I'm only giving 4 stars because I wish the donation money would go back up. This location can also get pretty busy at times.

Lazy workers, set an appointment online for new donation and when I got there she was too busy and didn't want to help me. People come here cause they need extra cash not so they can waste gas money and time going there for the staff to bs with you cause they are lazy.

Great experience overall and the customer service here is fantastic ?? a round of applause for the hard working people here at CSL. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I am a 1st time donor. I made an appointment in the app for 1:00 p.m. After I walked 2 miles there, with my Double Inguinal Hernia, the guy (the one with the beard) tells me that they don't accept new donors after 12 noon. I asked him why does the app accept appointments for new donors after 12? He said that they aren't responsible for the app. THAT IS A COP-OUT FOR LAZY, IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. THOSE FOOLS HAVE BETTER ACCESS TO A PERSON IN ATHORITY THAN I DO! 1. Who is responsible? (he didn't even kno

I am using my daughter?s e-mail address, but my name is Leticia Francis and like you may have already read I have emailed and posted several times regarding this facility and the lack of staffing considering how busy it is. I have donated 24 times at this location since October, when I first started. If you read about Paul McKenzie, who is CEO & Managing Director, clearly states how he feels about this company and his dedication and loyalty to performance of this company. ?Our dedicated employees drive our

It's close to a 5 for me. Everyone there was polite. All the workers there are polite. Especially when you get to the beach when it's time for the donation. Very polite staff.

Besides the kind nurse with the glasses, and the Asian lady who was very polite and kind, the customer service here is non existent. They are so bad with communication every person tells me something different. First I had a huge issue with them changing the donation amount on me, then after that was fixed, I experienced more problems. Last week I came to donate and they told me that I need to take a physical. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I finally was able to do a physical. After I did the physical,

Grateful for the opportunity to make some extra dollars. The wait was short. The staff were wonderful. Great Experience ??

After the management changed to whatever his name is, this place has become intolerable. Wait times are interminably long since the staff hours have been cut, so personnel are being stretched thin. I see donors walk out the door after seeing the 1- to 2-hour-long line just to get in the chair. It's demoralizing to the workers, who used to seem engaged and energetic. On top of that, the guy has the nerve to cut the payments even further after being expected to use up 3 hours of time for $40. No thanks.

I would just like to make a great review for lanesha! Her customer service skills are amazing highly professional and helpful. The way she handled my situation I truly appreciate so much I wanted to leave a review she went above and beyond. I had some issues/situations if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have left with any money after I donated and she made sure to handle the situations calm and everything went perfectly! Great employee thank you!!!!

I have been donating for the past couple months. During that time I have arrived during their hours of operation only to be turned away because they can no longer take additional donors, or find a note on the door that they have closed early. I have even used the app which indicates busy and not so busy times, and that is not accurate either. I believe that an effort needs to be made to either staff it better, or at least communicate better via website and app. I want to continue to donate, however, better

It's great what they do but this place is just way too inconsistent to be relied on. There "system" constantly breaks down leading to hours of waiting time and sometimes just shutting the whole place down completely. Most of the staff are absolutely amazing at what they do and are a delight to be around with, but when you get those one or two sour apples you are in for a rough day. 2nd waiting line is always a long wait they should put more than just one person at a time to take blood samples. It's a great

Cool way to help and get some money at the same time buuut for first time donor make sure you show up at the time it opens, if you wait too long they stop accepting first time donors and ask you to come back another day. Now when you FIRST donate expect to be here 5-6 hours there's so much paperwork they have to go through to make you're set up. After that it'll be faster. However, I don't know how I feel about the employees there's a lot of n word here n word that, cussing and grumbling around about how mu

Super Friendly Staff Ignored The One Star Reviewers All Nurses Super friendly They Always Making Sure Your Donation Goes Well Also Make Sure You Come the Right Time They are Always busy but show them respect they do their best to get your donation done

Do not come here to donate I came here 3 weeks ago, they poked me on both arms on the first arm it was my left arm the girl poked me then right away took the needle out because it got a bubble then they wrapped it then she pokes me on my right arm everything was going good then it started burning it felt like cement going through my veins i had donated plasma before and never had this feeling or issue they took it out and wrapped my hands both my hands are messed up then after I get home after a couple of h

The morning shift is usually efficient and time-conscious for front end bio tests. However, during my recent visit in the evening shift, there was a noticeable lack of organization and urgency. Despite the long lines, it didn't seem to be solely caused by donors taking a long time. The front end appeared to be moving at a slow pace while the lines grew, while the back end seemed relatively empty yet more proactive. Disconnects and machine operations were executed swiftly, even with fewer staff compared to t

Unprofessional &immature back staff. Front desk staff are always friendly &helpful. First few visits were cool then all of a sudden out the blue, they started acting weird &really rude, which I could care less; not there to make friends, ONLY money but I'd rather go somewhere where the Customer Service is not an issue and I dnt have to deal with attitudes. Management isn't any better. I actually see where staff get it from. After promotion DEF wnt be back. Wouldn't recommend to Fam, friends or even My enemy

Place is truly garbage. One of the uneducated nurses gave me and 2 other people Hematomas in the same days . and all 3 of us got deferred because she dont know how to insert a needle. Wouldnt recommend. Plenty of other plasma places , find one with better reviews.

Honestly I have idea what the other people are talking about I'm glad i gave this place a chance. Tedora is great! Very hard worker gets to everyone if she can, really stands out. The reason why this place has bad reviews is the wait time. They all have wait times, sorry it's just a fact. You're getting paid for basically nothing. You'll be fine.

Always in and out never have any issues highly recommend asking for jennie in the back never have any issues when she pokes me

It's filthy, as soon as you walk in there is a musty smell. Walked into the bathroom urine all over floor, broken urinal.Asked for a bandage after finger poke and they were all out . So donors were walking around with finger exposed. The worse part was the chair I was to sit in was dirty. We come here to donate plasma , it should be clean.

The staff was rude. I was coming in as a first timer and they told me they weren't excepting new patients. I tried asking when will they will be excepting new patients, I couldn't get a straight answer. I told them I drove 45 min and they said well that sucks for you. Come again at 7 am then maybe you can get in. I repeated im 45 min away it's not possible for me to constantly go back and forth due to gas prices. They said we'll that's too bad.... no help what so ever.

Nurse is gone by 4 everyday so if you have a job good luck donating. Tried donating 5 different times once on a Saturday around 11am and there was no one there to do a physical. Just go to biolife. Line might be longer but at least you'll be able to donate. Don't bother calling, someone will incoherently mumble something then you'll be on hold indefinitely. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've spent over two hours listening to their hold music.

They pay the best for plasma. The machines are always down. There's usually a line. It feels they're understaffed. I've waited 15 minutes after my donation with a needle in my arm because they don't have enough staff. Other plasma places I've visited are better organized and much faster. They also never paid me for referring other donors, which is so frustrating. I even emailed them about the issue and never received a response.

I became a new donor about a month ago and so far its been great until today's visit (7/28 and it's currently 6:07pm). I've been in line for about an hour and they are telling anyone that comes in that there is about a 4-5 hour wait to get on the donor floor. Idk if there is a rule that they can't turn them away but if you are obligated to take people in until 7pm when you can officially lock your door then do so. During vitals the staff was carrying on a conversation about who's taking who's shift and bad

This is by far the worst place to donate plasma? the staff is unbelievably rude and un informative They have literally wasted hours of my time because they have a weird policy about donating plasma at other sites that they don't list online AND because they say online that they are open until 7pm, but what they don't mention is that they stop serving new people at 5pm until you get there after 5pm? smh(You guys could of put that online) I've tried literally 3 times to donate plasma here and I've been reje

They say that my first 8 donations will be $125, yet Mid Promo they change their rules at corporate level and claim 12/12/2022 would be last day of promo without any communication to donors prior to that it would be last day! So last time I went I only got $65 and the amount of $60 less isn't ANYTHING to this huge corporation and the amount of plasma they take from me and pay so little is criminal! Used to really like this place, nope! Won't be coming back if cannot pay what they say they would!

Great new donor experience and reception! From beginning to end your professionalism, bright smiles, and candid banter made me a fan! Job well done! Was there a wait? Absolutely! Come prepared

Clean environment, friendly staff, good music, best location in the inland empire. Recommended 10/10

Staff looks at you as bother adding to their line of donors. Very short staffed she said it's just us two so it might be 4 hours . Will get to you when we get to you .

For some reason I decided to change my donation day to Sunday. Need to say I attend Church on Sundays at 11:30 services. So this place is oped at 8am Ok i arrived at 7:45 am. Well the line to get in was arround 35 plus and counting. This would make me in the 40's. We all know CSL repetition on long line in building. Wait 3-4 hours here hanging out with staff telling good jokes as time passes. I just left sorry guys.

It's my first time donating here.... if it weren't for the new donor coupon I would never come here. There's no appointment system.... if you're a new donor here well get ready to wait at least 4-6 hours..... that's not an exageration... I got here at 730, and didnt get seen by the nurse till around noon.... There's a woman with pink highlights in her hair that I feel like she just pranced around doing nothing, talking to her coworkers. This place is a joke

The staff from the front to the back are always very friendly and helpful. Erica is one of the best.

Staff are great however there is a wait only because there are few nurses to check protein and hematocrit levels and more phlebotomists. I think the techs should be taught to check it for faster service but i guess due to company policy and licensing of staff.

My boyfriend went to donate after not going for 6 months and was told he would have to do the sign up process all over again. Was there right when they opened and sat for 30 min without any acknowledgement. Asked how long it would be and was quoted 3 hours. Seems like this is a reoccurring theme at this place, they send out texts with promotions to entice you to come in but they should be focusing on getting more staff.

This place is terrible! They closed on Super Bpwl Sunday because of "plumbing" then they pick and choose who and when they will take on new clients. Security is on his phone. And the hosts are rude and lazy! No thanks!

Poor service this place is ghetto af it feels like a prison being in there. The entire workers look miserable and are rude af the entire atmosphere feels draining af

All they do over here is laugh and dance. All the workers standing around. Management is terrible. Everywhere else you can sit down. You have to stand for an hour and a half before you donate, or how ever long it takes. Usually one employee working while the rest and around.

The opening time it says 7am but The always open like around 8 or 9 and have a big line waiting outside

Sierra was super kind to me and staff was super attentive was fast and convenient I like them her new patient and I had a great experience Jennifer my poking lady was super gentle and caring I recommend them were awesome to me

The big girl with the green hair was only supposed to answer a question but decided to argue with me instead when I told her she could start talking 10 minutes after she began talking. What was a simple enough answer turned into a commotion that was caused by women that can't control their emotions or stability

They turned me away because a bruise they caused, on top of that they never mention if you have a bruise you can't donate and second time turned away. They waste people's time. They just ruined it I will never donate again and this isn't about the bruise.

The phlebotomists are all great and efficient but the front desk/ vitals check point is so unprofessional and does not know how to just stop talking and messing around with each other. they are the reason it takes hours before actually donating plasma. there shouldn't be 2-3 people just standing at the front desk talking to each other and literally dancing and messing around when there's a line wrapped around the inside of the building because they only leave one nurse to do the second set of vitals. i 100%

Compared to other plasma centers I've been to this place is the absolute worst, my fianc? and I have been using this to help pay for our wedding and honeymoon and they wait times and travel are hardly worth it with. The staff here is incompetent and outright rude as they bruised my fianc?s whole arm and told her it was her fault when they stuck her and missed. Now she can't donate period despite still having a good arm. Other places still take if you have one good arm. This place need more machines and sta

This place is sooooooo ghetto...I'm not only speaking about the donors, but workers as well...This whole donation center is a MESS...It's a first come first serve basis, with only one worker at the vitals center...They all have an attitude and in the back where you do your donation is like a chicken coop...All they do is gossip and will ignore you when you have to be disconnected...This is the only center closest to me unfortunately...

Old Hispanic lady doesnt know how to insrrt the needle they need better management alot us notice inexperienced people horrible they need be held accountable!

I've been going for about 2 years , they have snacks and water and some of the staff is cool ,I was deferred for 7 months because of my pulse rate and now I'm back!

I had the best experience at a plasma center in my life. Maddison made sure I had the best experience with her professionalism and manner. These folks will take care of you! Will be back! Very nice promo offered at this center.

If I could give zero stars. I would. This place is so mismanaged. If one person calls out, they shut down the whole system and make their clients wait while the ?nurse? takes a break. There should be more than one nurse on staff at all times to avoid this problem. They lie to their clients to justify their actions and I even heard staff members telling people to go to other plasma donation centers. Donating here is easily a 2-3 hour visit which is not acceptable. Please go anywhere but here if you value you

I've donated at all the plasma donation centers in Riverside and Moval. This one has the longest wait by far. Did I mention the least professional staff ? However, they are friendly enough. If it's worth spending twice as long to donate then this is the place for you.

This place is trash never fully staffed they always got one person up front when it's a lot of people waiting to donate the staff is cool but they just slow go to the one in railto they faster will have you in and out unlike this mfs are horrible plus they got every homeless MF from Riverside coming in there daily so I recommend the one in rialto if you decide to go with CSL ps the staff is ghetto as hell

Zero stars if I can. I went and there was zero people and I went to another location in San Bernardino and they said they take newcomers at 5 PM, so I assumed it's for every location. Moreover, I went in at this location at 5 PM and there was nobody there, and they did not want to take me.

Went to CSL to donate this morning on Chicago road and a sign on the door says "this center is closed until further notice" Had to drive all the way to Rialto. As of 03/16/2024

CSL riverside is great Facility, all the staff is friendly and hardworking. It's best place to donate!!!

Trash service ? like trash get ready to wait while they socialize walking around asking each other for help? what happened to professionalism or having pride in your work

This plasma was very professional and good at doing their job by always attending their patients fast and safely.

Ok so I just came in today and donated a manager told me I would be able to get $100 when I came in and now I'm here and there only giving me $50 this is b.s last time I came they nearly blew out my veins and I had to wait basically 1 hour to speak to a manager that never came out to the lobby to speak to me horrible place this is the second review I deleted the first one now I'm writing another one this place is b.s ... Roy left a note saying I would receive $100 on my profile but the onsite manager does n

I went Monday, it was a great experience. I showed up today around 1:45pm for another donation but unfortunately they were closed, hopefully they are open tomorrow.

The people are great and they take care of customers very happy.

I wish i could give this center more than 5 stars! I've donated plasma at a ton of different places from Texas to California and every State in between and the staff here was by far the friendliest and most professional!! The location is brand new and so is all of the equipment. No wait at all. New donors get paid more than I've ever seen and they're about to open seven days a week!

The Guy at front, ITS EXTREMELY SLOWER THAN A SLOTH, every one else follows as bad,,no sense of urgency, do not recommend this place, every time it's a waiting time of about 2/3 hours it's supposed to be faster after the first registration visit, BUT THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER SLOW, THEY DONT CARE FOR YOU, don't recommend, run, while you can,!

Don't waste your time, past month I've been here at 8am and get turned away because they only accept 2 people a day. I spent more in gas going to and from the place than I would get back if I donated. Forget it. I was just trying to do something nice.

This place is so unorganized plasma center I've ever seen ...The process is so slow it doesn't even make sense. Most of the staff just seemed to be just chatting and laughing.. no one seems to have any good time management on how the process would run alot smoothly... if it wasn't for the coupon I would not ever come this place..

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE AN ATTICT THAT COULDN'T FIND A VAIN! WHOLE ARM WILL BE BRUISED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOU ARMS! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT DONT GO HERE! ! SAVE YOURSELF!!
