CSL Plasma Riviera Beach, FL

CSL Riviera Beach is an excellent location to donate. I've been going there for two years now and it's always a pleasure seeing the staff members each time I visit. Stephen, Security Guard Marvin, Ms. Frankie, Shacara, Ms. Ronnie, Carter and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Looking forward to visiting this week. Thanks guys.

Staff up front is rude. Staff in the back has improved. Doesn't take me 3hrs to donate anymore. But I think the picture sums this place up pretty well. Thanks for the? soup crackers???

I've donated plasma for a while now and this is by far the worst location I've ever been to. How do you have more staff and stricter policies but a complete incapability to run smoothly. Your first donation will take 4 1/2-5 hours because nurses are more concerned about when their breaks are than continuously moving people through the process in a timely manner. There's more chatter in the intake area than concern for haste & efficiency. I understand the strict policies & the level of security going through

I really enjoy my visits to CSL Riveria Fla It is my ?Happy Place?! I know most people wouldn't say that, but it is!! I enjoy the people who work there from the Vitals Checkpoint to waiting area (right) To the Donor Floor!! Talking to other Donors I've made so many new friends HEROES

Excellent, I highly recommend & can't say enough great things about the staff. Every single one of the team was friendly, professional and efficient. It was my first time here. Terrible communication Two years ago I have donated twice with the same Medical condition that I have as of 2015 I was told today that my condition disqualifies me from donating. Why was I not disqualified before or after the first donation nothing has changed regarding my condition? And today my vitals passed in the Physical Exam and I'm in better health today. I was really looking forward to help save a life again very disappointing to find this out after a two hour wait. I welcome some positive feedback

I have donated for years at Two other locations and this was the best experience I've had. I love the atmosphere here and I will continue to be a regular. The staff are professional, friendly, and real. Rhonda helped me fix an issue with my account and made me laugh. The staff did excellent work, and made my time there go by quickly and enjoyably. The Other donors I've talked to hear also appreciate this place. I'd definitely not recommend this place for toxic people. They don't need that negative energy. T

As a former medical assistant and a blood donor from the age of 17 years old until 36 years old ... I can confidently tell you that the staff at CSL plasma locations of Green acres and Riviera Beach; are knowledge, skilled, respectful medical professionals. The staff is ok friendly but they're truly over worked some I've heard complain about working almost 2 weeks without time off and they have a high turnover rate I see but the staff has always shown professionalism and courtesy despite this please update your equipment those machines are loud ??????, how about finding away to retain staff I went today twice and it took me 2 hrs start to finish ????????. I back to update I've stopped going here to unorganized and takes way too long

The best CSL ever! I've been to several locations, but this is by far the friendliest, most efficient, and cleanest facility of them all. The staff truly understands what legendary customer service is all about. Colleen, Candice, Nick, John, Maria, Frankie, Kaylee, Ty and several more that I'm sure I forgot are all fantastic. They make walking in this location a pleasure and not a chore.

The staff at this CSL location is very friendly and have good customer service however the staff that helped me and made me feel comfortable was Nick he checked on me every chance he got. My blood was flowing very slowly and he reassured me every time that its getting there, he had a lot of patience with me and my stubborn flow. Everyone there is a joy EXCEPT the wicked witch Ms. RHONDA. She is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. She gets upset because ppl want to pick someone else to go to after they do the questionnaire even though she allows ppl to do that if they want to see her. Went yesterday after going before with no problems and the lady checking people in was very loud and kinda Obnoxious with the man before me. He made a remark to me as he went to the back. She called the next donor and when I stepped on the scale she gave me a attitude about trying to see what I weighed when the scale was not level and made me lean back to catch myself. I know what the Procedures are and know they will tell me my weight if I asked. But this wasn't the case, so after I asked her not to speak

Waited 2 hours for them to change their minds about my "small" veins and caused my entire day to be a waste of time

The people at this location are amazing. They are all so nice, and always take the time to go over everything and explain in detail if I have questions. They really care about personal well being and making sure every visit goes smooth. I'm glad I found them, and I'm able to ho donate comfortably.

I've been to this facility many times over the past couple of months and have not had a bad experience yet. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They work hard to get everyone in and out in a timely manner.

I like this place. The wait time is a bit long but that's to be expected when there are a lot of people coming in and out. But all the staff know what they're doing as far as sticking you properly. I've never had any problems and I'm usually in and out within an hour or two. Great Place!

This location is terrible. They close the doors early and do not post any information 24 hours prior as they should per BBB laws. The put people on deferral for stupid reasons like having to use the bathroom and then leave the deferral on for 2+ years. They have horrible customer service and the place looks like a 3rd world country hospital where you are just going to die.

This location has some of the friendliest staff members. They can get busy, but they do a good job getting everyone through as quickly as they can. Kyra is my favorite phleb on the floor and Rhonda is sure to make you smile while pre-screening.

The employees kinda lack professionalism. By inner city/ghetto standards they are very nice. By world class standards, they're extremely lacking. Before considering this as a deterrent, please consider the socioeconomic status of a person that needs to sell their plasma. Most of the people here are in a tough financial situation or are trying to accumulate funds for a necessity. Expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The employees have to deal with a plethora of unruly people.

I just donated plasma for my first time at this location, and had a great experience! Overall the process took about 3 hours, but the plasmapheresis portion took only 45minutes. It was a very organized and efficient process. I had absolutely no discomfort during the ?donation? part. That room was a little chilly, so the next time I'll bring a small fleece blanket.

Always a great experience! From all the ladies up from taking your vitals, to everyone in the back taking your Plasma, everyone is super nice and friendly! The place is really clean, and they listen to your suggestions! Plus they're always running different promotions to give you incentives to keep coming back!

The staff is very ghetto, rude, and unprofessional. They are always talking about personal business. They blast music and try to song...and can't sing. They sound like howling dogs. Way too much talking when sticking someone. Always talking and gossiping about someone. They DO NOT change their gloves. They DO NOT clean the chairs after someone gets up. They had an out break of bed bugs before(someone on staff told me). Management SUCKS! They believe any lie the staff says. This is the absolute worst CSl

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of customer care is terrible, I feel completely dehumanized. Rhonda is on a total power trip& 4 hours of my time was wasted. Trying to make money to support my family as a single mother. I spoke to the assistant manager almost in tears about how I was treated. I hope this woman is FIRED. Very friendly people the staff here at CSL Plasma in Riviera beach are awesome very helpful when needed they make me feel comfortable Nick is great candice is funny & always puts a smile on my face & kaly is very nice person.I never had a bad experience. I definitely like coming to this location.

It's was good at first then it came down to the point where I wasn't able to donate because of my small veins long story short I wasn't able to give plasma and the one girl was pretty rude about basically yelled out loud to me I can never come here again which I felt she didn't have to embarrass me like that just very uncomfortable unprofessional and I disliked her tone I felt so ashamed

I love this place. I go twice a week. Lines may vary on donating days, but the staff is very affable, caring and compassionate.

Its seems like the staff in the front and the staff in back have different standards is customer services. The staff in front are rude and univiting. Cant handel pressure when its packed and would rather talk about Netflix and their hair than answer a questions. Once in the back staff in nice and friendly. If they see youve been waiting they will explain why and apologize for the wait.

Ill change my review once we can actually get processed. Made the trip from Wellington to Broadway (just north east of Blue Heron) on three seperate occasions. Each occasion we wait patiently to finally be greeted with "Not accepting new applicants" (mind you, its only 10:30am) or "Our computer system is down". When we call to verify if we can, were on hold for 20+ minutes, I even video documented my angst with their work ethic and procedures as proof. Its a great service and idea for both civilian and pat

Clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff tries to get you in, hook up and payed. The whole process is like 45 minutes. It's located on federal hwy a few feet north of Blue Heron blvd in Riviera Beach. I mention this because i don't see it on google maps. If you ride the bus, it drops you off right in front of the plaza it is in. First time donors get 100$ a visit for the first 8 visits. It's 2 visits per week. And returning donors get money depending on their weight. If you're 165 lbs and up you'll get $60

They used to be a good place to donate but after 2 years, they went deeply downhill. I go there now and I see a long line but seeing empty beds. Plus the service is terrible (only couple ppl including management is the friendliest). I tell the ppl in the donor floor to make sure they bandage me tight so I don't bleed out. Tried two locations for a total of 4 donations and I left each one progressively more in pain and angry. From their bitter staff all the way to the shady financial institution they use for compensation, their company is run like a cattle rustling ranch and questionably legal butcher shop. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars to them.

I was a loyal donor until they said on my bonus day that i couldnt receive the bonus anymore because my protein was low... But they are suppose to have protein checks before you donate each time. So it doesnt make any sense. Also customer service is horrible and short staff. 2018

I love CSL plasma I've been a donor for 6 years first in St Petersburg FL location now Rivera Beach FL location and still have the same friendly experience as the first day I walked in the door the biggest plus is being around the staff that actually love there Jobs and people!! Ms.Deidre was very helpful had a situation where my info wasn't showing up and they provided with all the right places to go get things situated also Latisha was wonderful during the screening process broke everything down made me feel welcomed really recommended this facility if anyone is donating plasma

These people are so rude. Multiple people walked by and didn't even greet me or bother to ask if I've been helped . Horrible customer service they need to hire people with better speaking skills. CSL Plasma was a great first time experience for me! Staff and workers are very nice and friendly! Customer service is excellent and they walk you through each process and I highly recommend anyone to go here there the best!

Staff is kind and friendly for the most part. Some of the donors get a bit loud, but other than that it's a good place to get your blood taken out and put back in. Plus they have Candice, who makes everything better.

The first donation went well, after that every thing slowed down. There's hardly ever enough techs to stick and when there is they move with no sense of urgency. This last time took an hour and a half between waiting for a bed and getting the needle inserted to start the donation. Something should really be done. People do have other things to do.

Shacara showed nothing but top notch professionalism!! She dealt with me in a timely fashion as I was able to get in and get out in a little over an hour as a first time donor! I would recommend this site to anyone great professional workers!!!

3times, 3different reasons not to donate, asked for documentation... I give it and still can't donate (wasn't told that either) because a sr has to look and see that my name and date blood collected coincides. It's no ones business why I had blood drawn. If I had gotten documentation from the woman who stuck me the results wouldn't be there. That is a violation of my privacy. No need for the dr to read plain English that I'm not positive for TB or the date I was stuck for blood panel. Don't make any sense

So since I have been donating at CSL Plasma even some morning donors have been really friendly. It seems like it's another respectful family and I enjoy every moment with them as well as the staff at CSL Plasma. Thank you guys for make my donations very successful.

The first time is a long process, I think they should have a specific person for that process.. Other than that , they were nice attentive and friendly.. Just make sure u eat and are hydrated. So u don't feel bad . ??

After they cleaned the place up it been faster and more positive place...update November 29 /19 John is very positive and fast and about the only person in my experience able to put the needle in with out discomfort for me its a big deal .

Bring social , id and proof of address. They'll say the id and proof of address but nothing about the social until you get there. So don't waste your time and bring those three things. But honestly, go somewhere else more competent

I am not sure if Charles the receptionist is a man or woman but this is my first time here and he or she is rude. Please I won't come back! Rhonda Garner is quite a rude image too...wow! Where's the respect? This is a donation center? Amaura is a nasty xxx....very disgusting and rude.

I was given a new payment card today. It was not registered by CSL. I contacted CSL and was given attitude by one of your employees and told I was wrong. Eventually my card was registered after two trips to the CSL lab in Riviera Beach,Florida. The problem was only fixed because I had a representative from Paysign on the phone.

The WORST customer service EVER. DONT count on being paid immediately after services. Poor management! The office manager is very disrespectful. Place needs to be SHUT DOWN OR HIRE A WHOLE NEW TEAM!!! THEY SUCK!

Most uninformative place I have EVER visited. So many last minute, rules. If you have High Blood Pressure, they will run it up. I'm a diabetic who have not been on insulin since 2005. Got a hard time about donating because there are NO RECORDS for me ever taking it or off of it. I've been off this medication since 2005 and there is NO WAY for me to prove it. Walgreens has No Records of my scrips because it's been just that long. Clean bill of health, other than my diabetes. I wouldn't recommend this company

Right next to a really high crime area. Only donation center in the county with an armed guard. They don't pay donors or employees very well... $15 payout is a joke. Never coming back! Rude AF too.

Wow I just came back from a attempt to donate plasma, and was denied because on my name is too long to fit on the social security card so it's missing 2 last letters ??????? seriously ?? I can do everything legally with this social security... just not a donation! It's ridiculous and unfair for the people who could benefit from my donations... I did went to get any price over a donation or anything in change of it... but they didn't accept it anyways! Shame on you and your bad service
