The staff is always amazing, friendly, and extremely competent. Unlike many other plasma centers they are excellent at carefully and proficiently placing the needle. I work in the medical field and applaud their attention and care to being "COVID conscious". Valerie was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, and reassuring with my first time donor friend and got us in and out as quickly as possible! Payout system is currently as follows: Donations 1,2,3=$100, 4,5,6=$50, 7,8,9=$100!
The staff are all excellent to deal with and are always doing their best to get you back and done as fast as possible.The talk between employees and some donors is sure to get you laughing. Just an overall great experience. Usually when I have to have a needle placed it hurts but 10/10 love the staff here because when they stick me it's usually painless.
Staff is friendly, caring and professional. Center is clean and they have fun decorating for events and holidays. I feel like I spend more time with staff than I do my own family. Feels great to help people and make a little extra money.
Genuinely good place have been going for years! Only issue is there's an associate that really doesn't seem fully trained in sticking people it usually is a quick and easy process but she never gets it first try or second she just digs till she gets it and makes the whole donation process hurt. I brought a friend to donate with me once and she botched my friends donation so bad they don't wanna comeback. If you see an older woman with blonde hair ask for someone else!!
I drive from Moline to go Here. It's small but very friendly and cozy ! It was quick I don't ever have to wait long. Also,you can use the app to check in before you get there, that way you can hop straight in line! Thank you everyone at CSLP for a 5 ?? experience ! Good work! ????
I love the staff and love the fact I'm saving life and there's no better feeling than that I never had a issue with this place like some places in Colorado before I moved here. If there's any issues they want to know how they can help you.
I have never had a bad experience since I started donating 5 months ago. I love the friendly conversation I have with staff and they are great at what they do! The reason for 4 stars is because the wait time to get screened and into a chair can be long.
Im hoping the new hours with them closing on Sundays is temporary. Some people have fixed work schedules and some of those same people cannot donate before work. I have selected days off that are spread apart just so I can donate twice a week and now that's for nothing. This change is literally forcing people out of the option to donate which is weird, considering how useful plasma itself is and how they always say they always need more. If that was truly the case they wouldn't be shutting down their operat

CSL PLASMA Rock Island does an outstanding job of getting me in and out. Friendly staff and they make it easy. Even if it has been a while, they will do what they can to get you though the line and back on the floor.

We're very rude to me because I didn't know the exact date of when I got my last tattoo eventhugh it was over a year ago. I asked to speak to the management and he looked at the tattoo and it looks old and he said I had to have the paper work from when it was done. Never going there again I sat there and waited for an hour just to be told no because I didn't know an exact date.
The young lady Breanna is so patient when it comes to her job. When she sticks she has great customer service skills. She is an asset to CSL in Rock Island ??
Good, although they appear to be understaffed, I'm always taken care of. They are very friendly and easy to talk with. Out of the two locations in my area I prefer this one most.
Awesome staff they are very friendly and provide great customer service and their level of professionalism exceeds Octapharma Plasma center Moline by far. Their donor processing time is reasonable I've never had to wait long at all. Great job CSL staff keep up the good work!

If you wanna stand in line for 40 min before even getting into a bed then come here. Short staffed like no other and it's pathetic. Shut the business down if you can't keep workers.
Very clean, helpful, and friendly will come back here to donate. They were so patient with me when I was a first time donar and they really went above and beyond to help me so I could be a repeat and beneficial donor. Thank you!!!
Friendly staff, can get pretty busy at times. Could use more staff when busy in booths and on floor. I like alot better than the plasma center in Moline. Also good bonuses.
They always get me through quick and easy. I've never had any complications and they make sure you're well educated on the process.
Thanks to the staff at csl Rock Island gave me hematoma in both arms. Just a reminder to anyone who goes there don't. You'll be better off going to octaplasma. The staff even told me I'd be better off there anyways. So thanks to csl you ruined my expiernce. Will never donate with yall again.

Terrible plasma center if your a quad cities resident go to Octapharma instead. They stuck someone that came out after me. Them I was about to be stuck when they told them to stick someone else instead.

Always under staff either on donor floor or the whole intake process while staff is available but rather talk and sit in office there no urgency to make process more smoother and faster nice staff yes but prolongs the donation time

Too long from start to finish. On average 1 hour from screening to donation floor. Prepare to be here anywhere from one to three hours depending on staff levels.
Not thrilled with my experience being at this location..... I now am deffferd for 8 weeks because of a hemotona.... That no one addressed when noticed the first time... And let it keep going....never am I going to donate again.... Thank you for ruining my experience...
Great center, professional and friendly staff. -2 stars for the lack of staff especially on the weekends. And the mens restroom always needing repairs/refills.

Always under staffed and I mean always some staff are great but others are jerks most act like they hate their job and wish they could run as fast as they can to get out of there management seriously lacks communication and the moral is really low

Had a lil bruise from them sticking me before it was a bruise and they let me donate .then I come back it was made out into a big problem and I don't think it was that big of a deal .it's not paying enough for plasma anyways 25 .to 50 when the patients who really need our plasma pays more ijs

They got new hours now 6 in the morning till 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
