Several mention specific employees for their gentle techniques and welcoming attitudes. However, some criticize long wait times, disorganization, and occasional poor management, citing issues like rushed service, equipment problems, and unaddressed concerns. I had been coming pretty regularly until Feb this year. New machines are nice however the lack of staff is forcing the wait times to be much much longer. Collection may not take as long but when you only have on person doing vitals and only one bay open with 2 phlebotomist it takes hours. Today I've been here since 7:40 this morning and it took 45 minutes to be screened. I waited in line for a chair for an hour and a half before I left...total time I waited was over 2 hours and there were still 10 people in

Today was only the third time I have ever donated. I think your staff is great. They are friendly, and they are very competent. Haley administered my needle today. She found and hit a vein in my left arm, no problem, even though my veins are not the easiest to find. Great job! You guys are hard workers. Thank you.

Haley Christopher is literally the best phlebotomist I've ever encountered anywhere I've ever been. Dr offices, plasma centers, blood drives, ect she has been the best one so far. She's so gentle & you can't even feel it at all when she sticks you. She's awesome at what she does!

Ms. Laura was very awesome during my screening, normally when I get my finger picked? it's stings really bad to the fact I have to embrace my self. She actually made the whole process confronting. I fully recommend considering her taking great care with all patients ????????

Haley is really good at helping people when they are in need and cares for all the people she works for while she is working. She is a great person to be around.

Haley Christopher, is like the very best csl plasma members. Always positive and uplifting. Great at sticking and getting it on the very first attempt. I wouldn't ask for a better person. Plus you dont even feel the needle when she sticks you. Rome, Georgia plasma center.

I had a reaction to a bug bite, tried calling for weeks to get a form for my Dr to fill out so I could donate again. Gave up and over 3 months later finally got an answer to my calls to be told I can't donate. While asking questions I found out that the information they put in the computer was wrong, asked how to fix it only to be told no we can't. Absolute waste of time. Find another center

I have went up to this location 3 times recently to try and donate. They have wasted my time all 3 times. There is a video that is a complete waste of time that each new donor is required to watch (specific to CSL as I have never had to watch a video at other donation places). The staff seemed polite, but there is no urgency whatsoever to process new donors. I have donated plasma at other places (not CSL) and have never seen the lack of care to get new donors processed and ready to donate. This location see

I really like the staff but one manager she is on such a power trip. She didn't answer any questions I had and I did catch an attitude yes. Because what manger doesn't know simple questions and them to just dismiss us like we were bothering her. Then get this they will defer you if you catch an attitude back btw. Haha it's such a sad excuse because the place had so much potential. Then being on hold for 30 minutes doesn't help anything. They just don't care anymore and it shows.

I used to donate regularly and it was a positive experience, but I will never go to this facility again. This is a terribly disorganized office where multiple staffers lie to you about time and compensation, and refuse to address problems. I wasted about $20 in gas and 8 hours over 2 days in driving and waiting to donate. Still didn't get to donate and no compensation. I went Monday around 2:30 pm and was told to sign up again because it's been 6 months since my last donation. I was told it would be 2 hou

My husband has been an avid donor for over a year at this location, and often complained about how long the wait was. He finally decided to officially call it quits last week, as the place is just completely disorganized, and they allow people who are not well to walk in and donate as they sneeze and hack everywhere. Not worth the hassle or headache.

Been donating since 1996 with this outfit and have had several incidents over the years but nothing like today. I took a 6 month break from donating to have memorial tattoos done in rememberence of my mother and father. Spent over 3hrs and $20 In fuel to get here jump thru the hoops and give all the same info I've given several times in the past. This time I get a new "nurse" if u want to call her that who picks up on a non health related incident from over 12yrs and many many many donations ago and decid

I've been donating here for a while and the experience has been up and down. I also use to work at this center. I continued to come back to chat and see Mrs Debbie. Her spirit and energy is so beautiful. Even when the lines are long and donors are getting upset she holds it together and keep it moving. If she wasn't here I probably would have started donating at the other center. We love you Mrs Debbie ??

Debbie is an employee at CSL. She is always ready to serve people in a very pleasing way. She has also helped me with my app at times. Helped me to get my CSL funds into my personal bank account too. Always prepared to help donors who have questions.

Will not be coming back. Terrible place. They're prejudiced and discriminate against their employees and donors. I recommend finding a different establishment to donate. They are cutting money down too. They have changed the amount of payment multiple without warning and present fauls advertisement. And they skip people that's clearly been through longer. They need to step up their game or fire some people.

Haley Christopher is amazing. She does an amazing job everytime. Love all of the staff at this location they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable

The people and the staff are great and amazing. They make you comfortable , and they talk you through the process, especially when it's your first couple of times. Here lately, it's gotten ridiculous. Ever since the new and improved rika has come out, it has slowed down the process. It used to be six people per one phlebotomist, and because of the time frames with the rika machines, and has gone to three people per one phlebotomist. There are ridiculous wait times, because of this change. You have people wa

Can't complain never have I had a bad experience Shout out to Haley and the rest of the staff!

Lack of Ownership in service leads to long lines. I could almost predict when I would get a bad stick with the needle when certain employees would call me to their station. On top of all that, the money becomes small after your initial promo offer and with Sundays now being closed and the week breaking cycles of getting a better second payout, it just is not worth all the hassle. CSL, take ownership, put your location managers name and picture by the entrance to the building. Stop playing rulette with payou

Joyce, Serenity and Steve are all absolute angels! thank you everyone at this location for being you and being genuine. brings a smile to face seeing everyone here. Thank you!

Man this place has become pathetic. The staff is overworked and overwhelmed. Wait time has became an all day affair. Plus they lessened the donation price. Really hoping another Plasma place opens soon in Rome. This is absolutely ridiculous. Been here since 8.

Very professional staff that knows what they are doing and makes you feel welcomed. Since the management change over took place some time back, the overall experience has been much better. It would be nice if this center paid more like ok there centers. Bre, Ken, and Tosha are the best!!!

Debbie is one of the most precious employees CSL, Rome, GA has. I look forward to seeing her smiling face every time I donate!!! She's always helpful in answering my questions, and if she doesn't know the answer, she looks into it & gets the answer for me quickly. I must also add that there are others who make me feel very welcome, such as Haley (phlebotomist), Oksana, LaDonna, Bre, Laurie, Christy, and Tosh. They each do a magnificent job when sticking me (almost like butter), or disconnecting me, and th

Anna was fabulous. She stuck me very well. Tasha is a fantastic person too. She's always smiling and running around doing what needs to be done. I have no problem with this place in Rome, Georgia. All the girls are fabulous. I hope you have a nice day and reward them very well.

Not only has CSL Plasma seen me through financial difficulties, but their employees like Amy are amazing. Some have become my friends and I know I am sure to get a laugh or smile when I donate. Today as I went to sit down in the chair, I said i was the Tin man, and look what Amy gave me! A Heart!! I love this crazy crew!! Come see for yourself!!

I had a great experience at CSL Plasma thanks to Serenity. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She answered all my questions and made the donation process easy

Shabrea is always gentle & takes her time sticking to make the process smooth & painless! All the ladies were nice and made me feel comfortable ??

I work at CSL and I would have to disagree with the donor that said everybody is rude. I am not rude. I am always friendly, always respectful and always look forward to helping my daughters in anyway that I can. I hope any negative comments from any donors with negative experiences don't impact your chance to come in and donate and save a life. Thank you.

Iris and Lyn are the best I've had so far that I've had.

The manager Shantell has such an attitude it is sad. She is in such a power trip, she cuts people off. She doesn't know anything about the job. It's really sad that the place went down hill

Dame is here running this place today and it is top notch. I have never seen the wait so low especially this time of the day and around the holidays. Plus he's constantly supporting his staff and talking and greeting to the donors. Keep this up and I'll keep coming back. I only stopped because the wait was 3+hrs each time. Go Dame and CSL staff!

Halley Christopher did an amazing job today from beginning to end

So during my visit there were 3 power outages. The entire team had a sense of urgency that you cannot teach. They are hiring the correct people and everyone on the floor was so on point! Damion is managing like a boss from front to back and I am highly impressed with management's and their entire teams response. Always a great experience with everyone here.

The wait time is horrible!! It's more than tripled in time. The workers in the back carry on multiple different conversations with each other and it's like they are moving as if they are turtles!! Over 3 hrs to wait for just $45 is ridiculous. The amount yall make off the plasma and then keep cutting the payout amounts is ridiculous. Yall do realize people can drive 40 minutes and get wayyy more for their time and donations. Smh CSL plasma do better!!!

Everyone is Super nice, very piolet, and even has a sense of humor. They always make me feel welcome, and treat me like I'm one of their own, like family. The environment is completely safe and all employees are always alert and ready for everything. I give the place two thumbs up. And it's very clean and well sanitized. The very environment just welcomes you with open arms.

Good !!!!!! Haley at the Rome ga location is my favorite she is always sweet professional and her personality makes the visit smooth

There is a lady named Debbie Tolbert and she is very professional and down to earth at the same time. Rare personality traits. Indeed!

I would like to give a shout out for Hailey Christopher at csl plazma in rome she is awsome always caring and making sure you're visit to csl is a great experience so I'm yelling yay to Hailey C thank you

My phlebotomists Irene was absolutely incredible! All the ladies working 10/22 made my first visit so welcoming, easily understood and painless. I am grateful for their service and support throughout my entire visit! Looking forward to returning.

I came in today and although it was super busy the staff made sure to take care of everyone in the safest and most efficient way possible while still being very welcoming. Hailey the phlebotomist stood out to me today for an hour straight she had consistent unfortunate complications not due to her fault and regardless of this she gave 100% of effort to everyone when I would not blame her for having given 70%. She was so inviting and uplifting regardless of the situations an absolute outstanding phlebotomist

Amazing customer service from this person in particular Debbie (Mama D) is always kind and polite to me and made you feel comfortable to be there!

Mariah at CSL Plasma is fantastic! She takes vitals, and she does it with such care and professionalism. Her friendly attitude instantly puts you at ease, and she is always efficient and accurate in her work. Mariah makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. It is clear Mariah genuinely cares about the donors, and her positive energy makes a big difference.

Haley Christopher it's very nice and gentle and very good

A great place. All the staff is super nice. They always make you feel welcome!! Like any place I have my favorites. Debbie who does Vitals is a real sweetheart, love her dearly. On the floor there's Ken, Brie, Eva, Tosha, Haley. Everyone is good , these are just a few of my favorite ?sticks?

Toshia is Great! She is always polite and professional!

The staff is so kind and welcoming. They are available and eager to answer any questions. Krystal helped me through registration and was wonderful. Haley assisted with my plasma donation on the donor floor and she was very personable and eased my nerves. Definitely will be returning!

The staff are professional and they do their best to get you in and out! Wonderful place.

New donor. It's been a pleasant experience so far, considering what it is. The wait time is extremely long, but you can tell they are short staffed at times and the staff that are there have been friendly. I've gotten April the last couple of times and she's extremely sweet and checks on you a lot. I've enjoyed talking to her. Very clean place, which is the most important thing. Only thing I would say is I wish someone could staff the front desk at all times. It's a wild crowd sometimes coming in and out an

On 9/4/24 I went to donate plasma. My check in experience was awesome with Debbie! When I went to the donor floor it was horrible. Damion dropped the tubing on the floor and when I asked him to change it he told me no. I asked to speak to a manager and he got loud and told me he was a manager but he finally got Gina over there. She ended up sticking me and unhooking me. Gina was awesome! Damion ?wrote a note? saying I was rude. Before I could donate today I had to be counciled about being rude. I'm guilty o

I'm a platinum donor and visited the center yesterday, November 19, 2024 around 3pm. Iris was the phlebotomist who stuck me. After she got me all set to go, I watched her stick at least 10 other people, and disconnect two others without ever changing her gloves! This is very unsanitary and a good way spread diseases! Management needs to be made aware of this issue and other donors should be warned. If you don't see the phlebotomist changing their gloves before they stick you with a needle, ask them to chang

Tosha was friendly. Professional and helpful while sticking me on the table. I always enjoy my interactions with her. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

I visited my local donating center this evening around 6 PM on the 27th. I had a friend for a referral. We was approached by black gentleman at the front desk because my friend needed to register and I am handicap so I was parked in the handicap, real hateful, even to the guest. he told me that if I did not have a sticker on my car to park in that parking place that he was going to charge me $10 off my earnings, I kindly said and if I do, you're gonna put me extra 10 right! of course he said no I just think

Daryla was amazing she was super nice respectful and would make sure everyone was okay. She would constantly check on you too. She's the best I've experienced so far.

Very friendly staff!! They provide a great public service that potentially saves lives. One of the supervisors Christie was VERY helpful. Went above and beyond to help me and my fianc? correct a discrepancy. It's the little things like that, that create TRUE customer service.

Yet again, another great experience. This "side hustle" nearly pays my rent and has helped save lives! Huge fan of the staff here. They are always personable and courteous. Great vibes today as well.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Haley Christopher did an excellent job!

Haley (Rome center) was my donation tech and it was my first time with CSL. She was very helpful and super sweet. She explained everything thoroughly and made everything so comfortable, as well as answered all my questions patiently and kindly. Made my first experience great and I look forward to my next visit!! Thanks, Haley!!!

This place sucks now! The wait time, long lines! This will be my last visit here! Check out bio life or KED PLASMA

I had mrs.debbie and she was absolutely amazing, she was polite, quick and stright to the point of get me in to donate. Y'all should give her a raise

CSL plasma is an overall great experience. Helping others while making some side $$ for whatever you need or want. Debbie @ check in is always efficient and welcoming. toshia in the back always smiling and helpful. great team

Shantel was amazing! All the employees are great and friendly

They're slow, uncoordinated, and they put other finished donors in front of you when you were finished first. They need to pay attention on who finished first.

9-5-24 was a great morning they go fast so your not standing in line for a long time. The crew they have is fast and having fun at the same time so it made the experience go by fast. Thank y'all guys so much.

Everyone was so nice here. Will definitely be going back. First donation went perfectly. Megan, Eva, and Anythis were so sweet (sorry if any names are misspelled typing from memory lol)

Mariah Tiller was the wrong receptionist and handle all donors including me well, the staff on the donor floor were friendly and worked well together to get things done

My vein is so complicated to get, but they always manage to get it. They are really friendly. Toshia, Eva, and Christie are really good sticks. Edit: I came in today and was denied a donor request. They said that they no longer do it and whoever I end up with has to stick me, which is very disappointing. I come here because they are about 4 people who can get my vein correctly without causing a bruise and I don't like people playing in my arm.

Love donating, the atmosphere is quite relaxed, and the staff is super supportive and helpful. I always end up with April assisting my donation, and she's always so excited to see me, and compliments me every chance she gets. Makes me feel comfortable and eager to return! 10/10

I honestly used to hate coming bc it took so long and you could tell the employees were not happy but I have noticed a huge difference lately. I really just wanna give a shout out to a few of the ones who are always attentive to me seeing how I do have difficulties time to time. Thank you Damon Toshia and Ken for making my donation go by as smooth as possible and always cracking me up.

Every time I visit CSL I have a great experience. Hailey, Ken, Bree, Mrs. Debbie and Ladonna are amazing employees. I will continue to donate at this location because of the staff and the way I am treated

The plasma center is great. A very knowledgeable staff. Especially Damion, who knows his stuff and gets it right every single time. There is not alot of wait time here compared to the ones around Atlanta. I definitely recommend going here!

Dame is exceptional, he has a pleasant demeanor. He not only interacts with the staff but donors as well. His personality is why I return to regularly donate at this location.

Love team leader Mrs. Laura without you my experience here would be frightening thank you for all that you do no one says it enough but we appreciate everything Mrs Laura does to make the client to feel comfortable

I'm really grateful for this place? Because times are hard & life is expensive?? Mrs. Debbie (the screener) is so sweet?? ??And I KNOW? This is NOT your ?ordinary? income or something you ever ?planned? to have to do! BUT it's great of your ever find yourself in a bind!!

Ollie is always awesome! She is fast and thorough every time. I know when I get her blood check in that I will be done and in line without any issues.

I had April do my donation. She did a great job. She also was the one to take me down and it went smooth! Love having her as my donation person she makes giving a lot of fun! ??

I wouldn't do this again. If it's your first time donating PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for Damion! My first experience was HORRIBLE , and I ended up walking out. My arm was bruised for the next few days. Went in my second time and since I had a bad experience the first time and refused to let them re-stick my arm, it interfered with my payout. So if you go ask for Damion because he's quick and precise and you will be guaranteed ALL of your money each visit. I'll give him 5 stars.

Great experience., friendly and well trained staff

This is the 5 star team if I ever seen one everytime I go Iris and Diamon are always the sweetest and funniest lol I love when I come in and they are working they make the experience worth it! ??

Everyone is so kind, they all treat you with respect and they always have a smile on their faces. I've been going to this place in Rome for 2 months now and haven't had a bad visit yet. I've gotten to know a lot of them by names. Eva, Damion, Bre, Diamon and more. Thanks for making me feel comfortable while donating. Always fast service. ???? keep it up!

I love everyone who works here and I've donated over 100 times and they have to turn my machine down or I pass out. Today the manager on duty wouldn't turn me down because I was the "last stick of the night" if I pass out because of that and get deferred I'm not gonna lie, imma be pissed. She's a manager. They need to listen to the people they are sticking. It was very rude honestly and raised my blood pressure just thinking about it.

Love the idea of helping people in need, But hate the way they act like that's why they do it so they can only pay so much.... in reality they make 7-10x what they pay the donors. But the good part outweighs the bad, Leading to 4 stars.

April was the sweetest and so caring and her personality was AMAZING. I barely felt it when she poked me. The best phlebotomist here I've had so far!!

If Diamon doesn't work then I'm here for over 2 hours. He always puts a sense of urgency and lights a fire under the staff. He is funny and kind, always has me laughing. Ollie is the fastest screener I have had, she is also kind. Some of the screeners need a new job, they are rude and take 10 min in between each screen. I really hate how long it takes me to donate, but I come because times are hard. I enjoy seeing Diamon and Iris though!

I ended up passing out during my thing (not common I don't think so don't worry) and they were great! Very helpful and communicated with me what was happening and what to do. They were very attentive and able to notice something was wrong long before I ever would have. I didn't have to say or do anything, they were there to help. The employees were amazing! It stinks I can't donate but I'm really grateful they were there.

Haley Christopher was very nice and helpful

I have been going to see us up by them for a year and a half now and I don't think I can go anywhere else they're super nice and they're gentle would recommend to anybody Jamila is very good at her job

Great people well respectful an funny Haley Christopher an miss ken are hard working w women?s

Went to donate, and the ladies there are so wonderful, sweet, and explain everything so well. I got sick and hot, and they jumped right to my care. LaDonna is the sweetest soul and helped oh so much!
