I was nervous with coming in today but John and Tiffany made my experience better! John made me feel comfortable and talked me through which arm I wanted to use, coached me to keep the blood flowing and gave a warm welcome. Tiffany was also lovely with the compliment and her good conversation, I didn't even notice the needle was gone. Great staff!
These people have the worst attitudes , move slow on purpose. The dude with the dreads that does the vitals just needs to do his job and be quiet , I sat in his booth for 10 minutes just listening to him talk.... BEFORE HE DECIDED TO STARTED! ???????Rude , unprofessional. I only come to this 1 because it's convenient for me. I would LOVE to see this place shut down.
Wait times are regularly 3 hours now standing up because they don't provide any chairs. All the employees are nice but there is to much joking around between staff members while you have been standing for over 2 hours. It's not comfortable at all. They recently changed the amount they pay by 5 bucks less to make room for heavier people. I just wouldn't recommend coming here unless your a new donor.
I came in today and I was very nervous but John helped me calm down and relax and made sure to walk me through everything. He made sure to check on me throughout the process and made sure I was feeling okay before leaving. He made the process 10 times easier. I highly recommend John and will request him when I go back. Thank you.
They are the worst company ever for if they stick you wrong or do anything wrong on there end they make it your fault. And then they don't take notes as there supposed to or own up to what they say. This location is by far the worst even firing there best staff member and run the others into the ground and they find other jobs because of the issues with CSL but more specifically the Roseville location.
I have been to this location 6times and every time I come it's a young man name Chris that works on the front lines taking vitals & temperatures he has great energy a people person and good at his job he makes you feel relaxed & WELCOME
Always crowded but that's a consequence of the location. The staff is always professional and kind. I do wish they would hire more techs tho to make it go faster
Good Evening, I was at CSL January 29th at 11am I couldn't pump anymore and started feeling sick and dizzy and I couldn't see, they called EMS to help me, in the meantime the nurse on staff did everything in her power to help me, I just wanted to Thank her, I wish I had gotten her name. Please forward this to the nurse and staff for their support and quick response ????????
Over the summer I was in a bad car wreck, upon leaving the hospital, I was let go from my job due to recovery time. It took 5 months for unemployment to assist in any way so I attempted to give plasma. I was turned away, rightfully so, because of the injuries I sustained from the wreck. The doctor told me to return around November to be able to donate. Today was the day I returned, Jan 6,2025 and was told I was banned from the location for lying about the car wreck. I was in a survival moment of life.
I have been at this place since 8a this morning n I only saw the video n nobody have came out n talk to me this place is horrible n slow I will never come bk here I'll go Southfield next time. These ppl do more talking to each other than get the customers in n out
After you give liters of blood they can't give you a bottle of water ?!?!
Key is the best!!!! She introduced herself and was so pleasant. She is THE BEST STICKER!!! No pain. No discomfort. Will ask for her next time.
Since when did they stop taking new donors at 1230 in the afternoon?
???????? Busy place for sure! BUT they typically have 3 or 4 people working the intake which moves people along well. The bullpen where you go after vitals is the longer wait but still not to bad either. Once you called back they get you hooked up fast & almost all the needle sticker people are nice & respectful & promptly get you unhooked. Lots of laughs. Everyone seems to work together well. NEW DONER PAYMENTS are very nice, usually $100 or so per visit for the 1st month. Only thing I think they need to
I was told I couldn't come because I might be pregnant, I brought proof and it still wasn't enough and I'm not going back because where did they see I was pregnant at , I took a test two months straight and every test was negative and I haven't been since last year , now I'm I have to do all that over again just for 49 fukin dollars
My first time going and my technician was John. I appreciate him being so knowledgeable and very warm when he spoke. He was able to get my vein which is normally a hard task for most. I called on him a couple times and he was very alert and quick to respond. I'm glad to have gotten John my first go around.
John has been phenomenal. Super friendly and can stick my vein the first time without needing assistance or without needing to do a re-stick (Ive been told I have deep veins, so it's usually an issue). He is great
Absolutely dreadful, expect to stay in line for hours when coming here 3 months later: still a dreadful experience, there have been days I stayed in lines for hours movingn30-45 minutes at a time, it's also insulting to see half of the facility not been used in more than half a year I've been coming here
The staff is friendly and greet me when I come in. Jon is one of the best phlebotomist that I've been stuck by. No pain and gentle as I requested. I appreciate everyone there even the cleaning crew. It's always clean and smelling nice.
John was super helpful and gentle. Made sure I was okay during the whole process ! Thank you John
The tech John is the best! He's very knowledgeable, and professional, and he greeted me with a smile! I hope you get a seat in his section. keep up the good work John.
The wait time can be long at times depending on the day, but the experience with John is always good. He always greets me by name and asks how things are going. Whenever he is my phlebotomist he is very good at sticking me perfectly. Barely feel a thing!
Today was my first time donating & at first I was super excited to donate, but after awhile, due to the long wait, I got restless and was ready to leave. By the time I got to the chair, I hesitated, as it was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. However, John engaged in conversation with me that made me feel very comfortable. He was gentle and well mannered & it helped make me feel safe and relaxed. Great job to the staff and all who assisted in my care. I will be returning :)
I Would Highly Recommend You Don't Come Here ALL The Employees Including The Security Guard Rude And Unprofessional
Over crowded and understaffed. Wait times are regularly and hour plus. It's great if you have audiobooks, podcasts and absolutely nothing to do. It's really great when you've been in line 40-plus minutes in the first line for screening and they keep letting people cut the line. And that's before you wait in the second line for at least another 30 minutes or more. Then you've got about another hour in the chair. I love wasting 2.5-3 hours after I've been working all day.
This place is great! I was helped by John and he was super nice. I warned him it might be a little hard to find my veins with how small they are but he found it with little to no problem, it went really fast when I was actually donating (the screening took a bit, but it wasn't too bad of a wait)
This place may get busy at times like every other business does, but the great staff here always make it an enjoyable experience. Passion is a model employee, the nicest person you'll ever meet. John is a good sticker, pretty cool, respectable guy.
Always a lack of workers! And the waiting line to be seen could be arnd 2hrs long on any given day! This place is so unorganized!
My experience at CSL Plasma since I have returned to donate has been awesome. All the employees that I have encountered are very professional and experienced at their job. Shout out to John, who is one of those experienced employees that knows his job. Thank you
John was so helpful and had such a good vibe that really helped me not be nervous! He was very gentle when sticking me and it was overall went well!
It's always a hit or miss. Just be prepared to spend at least 3hrs here. 4hrs if it's your first time or you're returning after 6+ months. It's better than Octapharma.
I just wanted to thank Masciyana for making this such a smooth process donating here very polite and along with the rest of the staff is very respectful and made the donation go really well! Literally all of the staff is very polite. Good music and great doctors.
Extremely slow. If you value your time, pick a different one because they wont.
CSL Roseville has a great staff that I've had the pleasure of getting to know. One of the employees, John, is exceptionally skilled as a phlebotomist and goes above and beyond for his donors and fellow co-workers. He is attentive, friendly, social, gentle with each stick, and very professional. CSL is very lucky to have him. I wish him well on his journey through life. Thank you, John, for all that you do! Stay blessed my friend.
Kiara..Excellent stick no pain... Friendly and pleasant personality Jon is one of the best .stickers .. No pain fast efficient and friendly.... Ryan on the take down was right there and ready. She thanked me... This was a great visit.
John was the shhhhhit! I have very small veins and some people won't even attempt to try it get the needle in the vein. He was calm , cool and collected and got it the first try. So if you have small veins. He can get you together.
John is amazing, he should be called the vein whisperer, because he makes my veins obey and it never hurt! Keep up the good work!!!! He deserves a raise and promotion! ????????????
Shout out to John,he is a great phlebotomist, one of the best at this center. Always does a great job and very personable..... He is great at his job and the center could use more people like him, always a pleasure to be in his lane.
John always makes my experience enjoyable. Very helpful, very good. At giving Friendly. instructions For a fast End. easy Donation.
He was awesome and did me right fast and no pain he's always a number 1pick for Danny!
I've been coming to csl for years and with new management Jessica and Jen this location has definitely improved over the last few months. There's still some people that need to go but I would like to say I really appreciate Jon for handling an issue that another phleb couldn't today and being completely professional about my restick. He's a great addition to the team
John John, it was a great Tech. Everything went smooth no pokes were felt he was attentive just all-around great guy. I appreciate the service. Great job John.
The staff here is amazing. Honestly, ever staff member I came in contact with was friendly, kind and helpful. I have anxiety and a fear of needles but the guy who stuck me, Tay, had a really general touch, I barely felt it
Keep you in line for hours, keep giving contradictory instructions... Like if I can't donate today just say that??? Don't make me wait 2 hours to hear that. Frustrating.
Worst staff lazy work ethics.;( longest lines 2 people behind 30 minutes and everyone is laughing about something not important. For them to make 2000$ off of my 35$ plasma donation.. but they have attitude of nit wanting to be here
Friendly staff ! Nice environment I have always had a good experience going to this location. Lines usually are not too long. They are under newer management as well and Jessica is amazing ! If you have any problems ask to speak to her most definitely.
John. Over at Roseville was very kind patient with me.Cause I'm a little particular and explain the whole process. As I hadn't been visiting in a long time.I had a great outcome. And I really appreciated his patient
Wonderful experience working with nurse Shaletta Smith. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and very personable. This location works quickly to get you through the donation process
This place has gotten better with the new management (Jessica). Wait times are shorter and my phlebotomist was John. He did very well and is very attentive, will recommend!
My phlebotomist technician was John. He was very professional, polite and his persona was great!!! The best part is he only had to poke me once!!!
Would not send my enemy to this donation center. I have been donating for well over 5 years.Been to many different centers this place is horrible. I have never had an issue with donating flow has always been perfect. They had an amateur rooting around in my arm with a needle causing me severe pain. All just to get differed and no paid due to a no flow. Employees of this center are bound to hurt someone they pay no attention and are simply there for a paycheck and it shows. Would give zero stars if was an opt
I had the pleasure with having Deanna. So polite and heartwarming to be around. She made the process very fast and pain free!
John conducted himself with utmost respect, displaying a pleasant demeanor and impressive efficiency. His dedication to his trade is evident, approaching his work with professionalism and passion. We need more workers at this plasma like him?.
Five star given only to John hes not even a senior Phlebotomists but hes the only one I trust. If you know this location you know who to trust and go to not everyone is polite and knowledgeable but John is fabulous I give himself five stars ??
I normally have no problem with CSL but Ms racist Morgan has pissed me off to the T she wrote false things on my chart to get me deferred cause she ain?t check her charts then today after a 3 weeks defferal I came here avoided her went to another bay she made it her best bet to bump Ms Audrey scan my bottle an tell me I'm not supposed to be here I told her yes I am she said with a snotty attitude no your not she then scans the bottle then says I'm not supposed to be here till the 25th I urged her that it sa
Got there 9 wasn't even stuck until 11 woman who stuck me had to fish around for a vein I will continue to drive to lincoln park instead where it's faster and they know how to stick and don't keep you waiting while there's 15 empty beds
When someone is taking my vitals, I don't think it's too much to ask that they talk to and acknowledge me instead of gossiping with a coworker who has done nothing for the half hour I've been in the building. He did not say hi, I had to ask if he was ready for my fingerprint and he barely nodded, no verbal response. Then the two talked about her life drama. I don't expect a lot but a little common courtesy would be nice.
This place needs to close down or bring is new management and better employees! They are always under staffed! Today I called before coming in to check and see if I'm able to donate today or tomorrow she told me today. I drove 30mins I get here unable to sign in so go up to front desk she said you can't donate until tomorrow?! Like are you kidding me? I called gave my name date of birth and you people couldn't tell me that over the phone and have me drive here 30mins! And had no type of care. Unprofessional
Been coming here for 4 yrs. Great place everyone nice, just found out amber is gone, we all want her back. She is good with everyone and knows what she is doing. Miss her
Horrible staff plays entirely to much lack of professionalism attitudes and rude horrible experiences long waits doesn't pay attention to clients leave you sitting for along time !
I only trust Don and Amber sticking my arm. This other lady made my arm bruise then tried to blame me and say it was my arm's fault. I never have issues when it is one of them. They're the best at this particular center.
Jay?Anna D was very helpful, handled her business very professionally & made me feel welcomed. Overall she's a 5
They have no order. You can be done waiting for a take down. They'll go clean new machine or start sticking someone next. Then when I sit down the next time to get sticking. They'll be taking down people and wiping beds. Like how you switch up every time. If you raise your hand they yell "I SEE YOU!!" if you don't you'll just be sitting there and They'll give an excuse "O you done? Why you ain't say nothing " smh just pathetic
The staff is outstanding and we cracked up most of the time. Unfortunately the staff probably can't control the maintenance of the check in kiosks. CSL as an organization should try to streamline the process a bit better. The equipment should be in working order to facilitate a smooth check in. The staff does not need to have annoyed doners because of faulty equipment. I am a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager for an Automotive Manufacturer. I understand the process of efficiency. The equipment in a don
This is one of the best plasma center in Michigan I ever donated to.
John Thomas and miss anitra both are excellent stickers being I'm a hard stick they do there job well and very respectful the whole CSL experience is great love the staff
I like it because everyone working is nice and friendly. -1 star because every time they put the IV in it hurts really bad. Other than that I just wish it was like $100 every time because I need a car terribly bad.
Jayanna has a good attitude with the customer she is gentle and she's very understanding and please give her a five-star review in my concern thank you.
Cls plasma on Roseville is closed early for the second day in a row please fix thank you
I was a little anxious about coming here and delayed coming a few months based on reviews. However, I see the staff is very proficient and confident in their abilities. Although they are not very attentive and seem to joke casually with each other; I wouldn't label it rude. They just seem to enjoy interacting with their coworkers. Nothing wrong with high morale. Update: lost 2 stars. They give an express pass for the second visit. I was 10th in queue but the express lane should've put me first. They contin
It's pretty good. The only complaint I really have is the wait times. Seth, who is RN , was and is very kind always. He also is very helpful and knowledgeable.
John is the Bomb he's very professional and a very good team player. He deserves recognition for his hard work
Deanna , Great Spirit she actually cares and makes small talk and it makes you forget you're getting poked lol . I'm afraid of needles but when she does it i fe nothing! Keep up the Great Work
John took care of me today and it was pleasant experience. I wasn't in any discomfort while donating.
I have been donating plasma now for about 5 years and today l came I to the Roseville Michigan Location as a new donor for the very 1st time. I don't like this one l been here for over two hours and still have not even done a physical all l did was watch the videos and they still have me waiting to see a nurse ?????????? l would have given them a zero but l had to give atleast one star to leave a review ... For me this location is a thumbs down for a lack of customer service and Professionalism ??????. The
CSL HAS IMPROVED SO MUCH LATELY, AS FAR AS KEEPING THE LINES DOWN.. EVEN ON BUSY DAY'S THEY KEEP IT MOVING PRETTY GOOD, AND ALL OF THE STAFF IS ON BOARD GETTING IT DONE...
Kiara explained every step, very pleasant and professional. This was the only time I felt absolutely nothing with poked. Good job Kiara!
Slow ghetto employees need to learn how to talk. And that nasty attitude of Charmaine?s to be a manager and you all let her run this place that's why you staff don't know how to talk cause your manager doesn't either. Will be reporting to bbb cause this place is a joke. Dragging feet playing with your employees hair while you have staff in line. The long nails on these girls can't even removed tape. I'll go to highland park before I come back to Roseville location.
Seth was very good and he was very understand very good at explaining thing also the process was so fast and smooth totally recommend
1 star is giving them too much
Senior Phlebotomist John, @ the CSL - Roseville. Is excellent. I have rolling veins and he finds them everytime. John needs a raise!
I've been donating here for five years. The staff is amazing! Passion has helped me on several occasions with care and kindness. Come here for the best money for your plasma!
I went here for the first time last Friday, and i was amazed at the level of professionalism from every staff member i encountered. I especially enjoyed interacting with the techs on the floor. They were funny, upbeat and positive. They made my experience as pleasant as it possibly could be.
I really appreciate the good energy an professional way shikera handle me God bless this beautiful human being give her a raise
I give 5 stars to the CSL staff for there consistency and most of all always make me feel welcome.
Dominique is such a wonderful person, very welcoming and helpful, the company should be blessed to have such an employee working for there company.
They are so nice to meet I love them and especially Mrs Anitra she is so sweet but everybody are so nice to me I want to thank them for doing a beautiful job and God bless you all ????
I was referred and was suppose to receive a bonus and had no knowledge of 7 day to redeem the establishment I attend does not explain anything and as well they hassle you into that they are right! Recommending other donar places 1 star from me
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
