I had an absolutely horrible experience at CSL Plasma. I went in to donate, and due to their incompetence, I ended up leaving with my arm bleeding horribly. They either didn't bandage me properly or pulled the needle wrong?either way, it was completely their fault. When I returned to get help, they barely even acknowledged the issue. I would like to say I really enjoy donating at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and warming as soon as you step through the doors. Definitely need to give an acknowledgment to Ms Lex for continuously being a wonderful worker and being very professional with the donor's at all time!!!

This was my first time ever doing something like this and I'm so happy that I chose this location to do so. The staff in the back were amazing. Seriously, they were kind and payed attention to everyone. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you all. Marlyn for un plugging me gently and I wish I knew everyone else?s name. There are many competent phlebotomists at this location, but Lex is definitely the best. When I say you can hardly feel the stick, I am being completely serious. She's a professional and I hope she stays at this location for a long time.

Staff is NOT attentive at all. They prefer to linger and stare at walls or socialize? instead of prioritizing donors who have been waiting to be unhooked for 30+ minutes.

Been coming here for about 10 years I've seen alot of people come and go. The latest of excellent phlebotomist is Lex. Personable, professional, and excellent with the needle in hand. She has grown into being a good leader and teammate!!!!

. Why is it fully staffed where the beds are, but only one person by himself is pricking fingers? If it's to a point where you have more people by the beds, bring some to prick fingers, at least two from the back, because I know there are cross-trained employees here to do both or make appointment times. Do something to avoid the long lines that you have here.

Slow. 1 hr 27 minutes and still in the bullpen. They are slow at taking people off the machines. The machine is the only redeemer in this whole place. So disappointed. If this happens again I will be going to a different company. So unprofessional. Not to mention after all that they shorted me on my payment. I'm disgusted with this location. Don't go to CSL. Octapharma is better. More efficient

I had a general good rating of CSL since I switched from Octapharma but today during the prescreening, as I was taking my own temperature, I told the tech that she had the cuff to low. I know the temperature was not correct due to me talking to her and she would not retake it due to company policy. I was deferred because of this and in their rush to get the long prescreening line down, they let me leave with my finger prick still bleeding.

I recently donated plasma and was disappointed with the service I received. After completing my donation, I was left waiting for 20 minutes while the staff attended to others who finished after me. I'm not sure what was going on with the employees today, but they seemed disorganized and inattentive. Despite not causing any trouble, I was overlooked while they released three other donors who finished their donations after I did. First they get you in for your initial visit and tell you you will receive in my case $85 for your first 5 visits well apparently that is only good for 30 days then that deal is null and void if you do not complete those 5 visits in a 30 day period. Well after my first visit every time I went back it was something or the other that prevented me from donating. After 7 weeks of driving almost a hour I am finally able to make it to the back. I went there to be a first time donor today, I felt very much so disregarded as the wait time was notrotious! After over three hrs wait time waiting to go through, whatever the process is, I got up and left! Peoples time has to be valued!!! The system needs to be streamlined better, ive worked in the Medical field in directorial positions prior and this needs better structuring and streamlining systematically so people don't end up siting for hrs on end who have other obligations and appointments to go too

The machine are new don't take long haven't been there since 2022 tried to use a coupon I saw o. The internet.Lady would not take it said they stop taking coupons. The coupon reads all locations good till November 2024.

I recently visited CSL Plasma, and while the facility is nice and the employees are generally pleasant, my experience was less than satisfactory. After finishing my donation, it took over 15 minutes for someone to come and unhook me. When an employee finally arrived, they and another staff member proceeded to have a private conversation right next to me, completely ignoring my presence. I had to speak up because I was growing increasingly frustrated with the situation.

1st time donor experience was a great experience. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, was bit busy at 4pm. Was informed that early am when they open best time to donate. Can't wait for more donations to help save lives.

The entire staff especially those responsible for the blood/plasma draws are incompetent , unprofessional, and inexperienced. The last three times that I've gone to donate my vein was infiltrated ,leaving me in immense pain, and poorly compensated. As well as apprehensive about going back, regardless of the fact that I really do need the money. because they don't know what they're doing during the procedure.

Quiesha is soo great in what she do she always take care of me when I'm in there , she so loving ,kind and caring her vibe is everything. She takes her time she communicate real great!! SHE IS THE BEST !!!

I believe her name is Laquasha, but she is amazing and kind-spirited. She took care of me on my first visit and made me feel so much at ease. I came back another time and her compassion was no short of what it was the first visit. She is so lovely!

I go here all the time. I've never had an issue and they've always hit the vein on the first try. The staff is very welcoming and they always joke with me while I'm there to ease the tension. Which means there should be atleast 2.if your opening on time depends on one person that's horrible.I waited nearly 50 minutes outside because she wasn't there.No compensation of any kind because of this.I This wasn't the first time &needs immediate attention. I've gone here many times but recently I had a medical and anxiety issue and Kayla and Gilbert (who is also extremely handsome) were by my side, went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and stayed by my side. Poor service waiting long time not manage the queue correctly person who came later got served before the queue. Wait for 30 mins on the bed without paid attention from staffs. After switching from the old machine to the new one, the waiting time rate is increased. More people are triple on waitline, while machines are utilized for only 25% from the full capacity, 11 staffs on the floor, triple wait line 45-60 minutes waiting to enter to the donating zone. DO NOT GO TO CSL! I referred a family member which I totally regret. He was bruised on his first visit and they told him that can happen bc they had a hard time finding his vein and he understood. After a couple of visits passed and on his 3rd or 4th visit again they couldn't find his vein. It was a absolute spectacle bc it took 4-6 ppl surrounding him and finally when they did find a vein, his arm begin to swell so they took him off the machine and when this happens they can not restore your blood so he

This place takes soooo long. You wait longer in line than you do to even donate. At other plasma donation places you wait 5 mins in line and you're out in an hour or less. CSL needs a more efficient way of getting people in and out. Update: waited 20 mins after donation was done to get released. Do BETTER CSL!

The worst staff. Too busy socializing to actually to their jobs.

Tooo slow. No organization, lazy workers, understaffed it seems also. They really need to go by appointment over the stand around and wait for an hour at least thing they have going. That's before you even get a bed. Sometimes it's before they test you.AVOID THIS PLACE

The staff is always friendly, the facility is always very clean. I would give a five except lately the wait time is so long. When I arrive at 4:30, I usually don't get out until 7:30. The only thing I would say is please hire more staff, mainly for the intake, one person for 16 people in line is NOT enough. Other than that I love this place.

WORST CSL PLASMA LOCATION EVER!! Can't even give a courtesy call to your patients to let them know the system was down!! They decided to do a first come first serve despite making an appointment!! This place is always amazing. The people are very customer friendly. The atmosphere is always calm and enjoyable. The staff is truly awesome. They greet you coming in and they acknowledge you when leaving. They treat you like a human being in a time that being kind is fading away. During the covid 19 outbreak they have been one of the cleanest and safest places to go. The staff is truly great.

The nurse ERMA has a bad attitude and will do anything to reject your donation so avoid her if possible and the girl that does vitals, that looks like a mini Kelly Price with braids, has a bad attitude too! Everyone else there are very kind to patients and the facility is clean.

Very disappointed with my experience today. Accusatory and unempathetic employees deferred me after i accidentally came in ONE day early to donate. Any time this has ever happened at another facility theyve been understanding of it being an honest mistake and have me come in the next day but not these employees. Most of the staff are very friendly. Some don't seem to speak at all. Now, I don't know if it's a CSL procedural issue or this location, but it's so ridiculously inefficient. Have a great donation every time. Great workers on the floor I don't know everyone?s name but from reception to the donor floor they're great. Any problems are resolved immediately. One of the assistant managers Aaron is awesome very communicative. Only down side is the way the week works to get paid out but it's easy to adjust

Long wait lines while there's only 2 staff members doing vitals and just talking and laughing and others just walking back n forth. You do wait on a bed for awhile while staff talks and stands around . Not the best plasma center they need to step it up

Joel lied to me. Told me the first time I went I completed the intake. I went back and they wanted me to start over after waiting an hour. I would think Joel the supervisor would be more knowledgeable about the process. Conveying incorrect information does not align with a supervisor title.

This location has been AWFUL lately. I've not had a visit less than 2 hours since the new year, I think. Grumpy staff, long long long lines, horrid wait times even when you're in the chair. I have been donating here for awhile, but this place is going downhill. They are extremely short-staffed, and the lines are getting longer and longer. I have noticed that when the manager is not there, the staff simply does not care about expediting the line. Today, two of the front workers left the area to go have a conference in the back, leaving one worker out there. We stood in line for 40 mins. And watched only a handful a people processed. If this was my first experience donating plasma I would never consider donating plasma ever again. No appointments can be made for new donors so you are more than likely going to be waiting awhile just to get screened and instead of doing the screening first they show a video about the procedure and how they intake donors. Since I had to sit through that I had to wait longer for the screening and was told 20 minutes later that I couldn't donate because I had a bruise due to an annual blood draw for choleste

They said my temperature was 0.1 degrees over and did not want to retake it again. Now I cannot donate again. This place is garbage.

I can't tell you the number of times I've left because of the lines and long wait times. They don't have all beds open all day and screening booths are not always fully manned. I'd go twice a week every week if there wasn't the wait times. Also they don't always open on time ready to go. The people I have interacted with have always been great.

My first time donor experience here went by smoothly and without any issues. Your first visit might take 2-hours out of your day but it's to be expected as they have to perform a physical screening and review of your medical history, sign acknowledgment forms and a moderately long questionaire.
