CSL Plasma Shreveport, LA

This was my first time doing plasma, got referred here by my fianc?e?s mother. Worst mistake of my life. Despite all the hub bub about how you're a ?lifesaver? or whatever by donating plasma, these people act like you're inconveniencing them the second you come in. Front desk lady was nice enough, for some reason she didn't think I had valid ID but she gave me crackers and some water which was nice. Lady who did my screening was definitely the worst; any question I asked she spoke to me like I was the dumb

This place is slow. 2-4 hours per donation while they chitchat slow. Employees are loud and unprofessional. The machines break often (3 times while I was there) leading to an 8 week differal for those people. Good luck getting that new donor bonus. The site will be randomly be closed without notice. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience and a waste of gas.

Donna Simmons has given exceedingly excellent customer service since she began working here at csl plasma center, even when customers were not very sociable. She remained calm and wore a smile without giving into their bad attitudes. I applaud her.

Nurse Yuri is by far the sweetest. I see why her name is all over Google she knows her stuff. LaTedra gave me a painless stick and was very polite and professional.

This facility is not a good place to go, employees are slow, rude. Was very demoralizing. I guess they can get away treating people poorly. Shame!

I hope you're not in a rush super slow you gonna stand in line for 30 to 40 minutes before you go to the back.

I have too many great memories of experience to share about CSL plasma Shreveport 245. The staff is very knowledgeable the management is hands on and knowledgeable. On some occasions they may have an opportunity for you to even win things like a grill a bicycle you name it also as a result of the excellent service I have no desire to go anywhere else thank you Mr G, specialist Miss Crystal ,Holly, Super Corey and the list goes on I would recommend and have referred associates and friends there is no better

Have been coming to this CSL plasma location for two years and they always treat me nice and keep the place very clean. William at the check in desk always takes care of us quickly and super friendly. Plus the plasma helps people in need and cancer medicines. Give it a try!

Great location to donate. I hate that they removed the color scale that shows when the traffic volume is low when scheduling a time slot, it was very helpful. Overall, everyone try their best to get you out quick. Today I got a chance to be seen by the new lady Ryan during my screening, I think she's been there a little over a month now but she did something very unusual. In fact, no other screener has done this since I've been visiting this particular spot & that is, being informative. I've been told when

If you are considering going to this plasma donation center, then please, do yourself a favor and read this first. I went for the first time the first week in August, and made it through fine, leaving with $100 on my new card. You get the $100 for your first 5 visits. My wife and I are retired, and I thought it would be a way to make some end of the summer ?fun? money, while also doing something good, because make no mistake, plasma is needed! 0/5 rating. Did 3 visits that went ok but the 4th visit was a nightmare. My cat could stick better than that nurse did. She stuck, and dug in arm looking for a vein, I left after that. Never donating ever again. Thanks csl y'all are idiots.

The employees don't know how to do their job! They not putting the pressure cuffs on right turning away a ton of ppl due to inaccurate information the scale doesn't even give your accurate weight! Then making the donors mad so their fore their pressure is up by the time for the health screening! Firer the whole staff.

Thanks for wasting my time. I experienced racism when I arrived. Tried different ways until they found a technicality. I am quite disgusted with the racism in Shreveport in general. I am ready to pack up and leave.

The staff here of women are so unprofessional and lack compassion for others. You never know what a person have to go through to help another person's life to donate plasma; whether they are catching a bus missed it and caught it in time to still donate, just left work, or have vehicle problems of their own in the process you just never know. Yuri is one of the best nurses I have ever met! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I felt light headed at one point and she was there to aid me. This is the best place in Shreveport/Bossier to donate blood!

Really disappointed. Called a day ahead. When I got there, the new manager said i was good to give even though i donated whole blood 3 days ago. This was at 9 am. He then said they wouldn't have a nurse until 2 pm and asked me to come back. Only after waiting in town for over 5 hours was I told by the nurse that I couldn't. They really need to be more professional.

Seriously slow. Other centers in big cities are more staffed and much quicker. Kinda lame as per typical in Sleazeport.

I always have a good experience every time I come. Camille and Kimeko in reception always have a great attitude and get the job done. Falana is a great phlebotomist who fast and professional.

I had the worst experience ever while donating. They have numerous prejudice employees. I don't get off work till 6:00 or later and many times when I would come in close to closing times I would be presented with attitudes and last visit, they said my heart rate was 2 digits too high and anyone else they would have retested in 15 mins but I was told I couldn't. After I left, she lied and document Ed something so I couldn't come back. I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy

Lost social security card, was told by staff there were alternatives, that had full social security numbers on them such as a voter registration card, which is untrue, voter registration card never had social security card on it for security reasons, but your employee swears hers does, called voter registration who verified does not and never did, then was told would take w-2 with full social security number on it, w-2 no longer puts the full social security number on them, also neither do bank statement

Nurse Yuri was great, very hospitable and very knowledgable on the procedure and the process, definitely will be returning.

I have been to every plasma place in Shreveport and CSL is by far the best. They are nice and professional. My phlebotomist FeeFee is awesome. All the staff is great tho. I have referred several people. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

I had my 1st visit today. I had never given plasma before & I was a bit nervous but once I got to the back Tanisha & KiAaryn took all of that away they were great ! These ladies have the best customer service! Travis was also very attentive to my needs & very informational The CSL Plasma team are very kind & funny, & they let you know you are in good hands through there spectacular customer service! They sit at their desk, play on their phone and giggle. They know you are desperate for money if you are willing to donate plasma, so there's no rush to deal with you. This isn't the first time I've left because of this, but it will be the last. The absolute worst plasma donation center.

Worst place ever and the people are just awful here. They refused to take donation from my husband because he is deaf. I also witnessed first hand how every white person who came in the day I was there, they turned away. Rude hateful and they discriminate against the disabled. If I could leave negative stars I definitely would!

Just very rude and both me and my husband just were traveling and made a stop my needle was inserted sideways which was uncomfortable just felt like a racial place

They literally turned me away on my second visit (on the first they had no needles to stick anyone which should have been my first clue) because I said I turn my head to get a shot or stuck. Something I've done always and at other centers with no problem.

Mr.Williams is a great person at CSL plasma ...He would be a reason to wanna save lives

I love the whole team from the security at the entrance to the donor floor but my all time favorites are Mrs.Camille, FeeFee M., Mrs.Donna and Mrs.Kayla. I be looking forward to my next appointment at CSL PLASMA.... it's my personal bright & early especially since Ive overcame my fear of needles huge thanks to Mrs.FeeFee for that. I have no bad complaints and I'm on my 8th donations. I recommend my brother and my boyfriend and I will be recommending more. This is the only safe and smart side job ive experie

I donated after having my tattoos and one lady always makes an issue so I can be deferred she is weird and they take long when sticking u you'll be waiting 20 minutes. I received a call saying I could donate but that was false information ,unorganized a staff member decided to keep letting me donate and alll because she didn't do her Job I was deferred I feel like the one lady with the same braids in her head since I started donating just had an issue with me

Great Place to donate, but lately the staff has been slacking. Talking with each other instead of getting us in and out. Having to wait to long in line because of it. Not all the staff because a few really take their job seriously and I appreciate the ones that do.

Certain employees are very professional , and generous .. only a hand few has no sense of urgency , the women are very outspoken and disrespectful . I recommend that anyone who goes has a very high tolerance for slow , loud and unprofessional at it's best .
