But I absolutely dread dread coming here in the afternoons, not because of wait time, but because of the staff, there is always something where I have to come back. I provided multiple valid identity documents while being a former government employee and was told they could not accept them. My identity was then stolen and bank account shut down and credit cards stolen. I was a previous donor at this location a year before this and still had that documentation. My identity was verified then and my login and records were on my phone from previous donations. I was told this by the person appearing to be a charge nurse during a physical there but doubt they are licensed

This company refuses to follow policy. Despite the paperwork I sign prior to every donation, they are breaking guidelines and policies, including the assistant manager. Protect yourself and go to another company because if something unfortunate happens, they do not follow the policies they sign and nonetheless this is a health facility.

Okay center. It seems like everyone is only told to do one thing at a time in the back? Like if they're told to be on set up, they'll walk straight past you if you need to be taken down even if they have no one to set up right then. This place is not very welcoming. Everyone seems to hate to be there. I have been there four times and the last time I was instructed to get help from the frontbdeskband the the woman treated me like I was incapable of following the prompt. That this had to be my fault that it wouldn't except me. The attitudes are dissociative and cold. They blew not one of my veins but two, I wish I could add pictures of how bruised my arms are but it's not letting me. One of my arms looks like it has dried blood on it, but it's underneath my skin they are swollen and bruised.. I won't be able to donate for at least a month, they took that money out of my pocket.. in December.. as soon as she put the needle in my arm it swoll up like a balloon, they are untrained or purposely harming people. Today I'm giving Kimila five stars for her exceptionally kind customer service. She went above and beyond to help me. I really enjoyed her beautiful smile and charismatic personality. I would definitely recommend this location.

They seem to have staffing issues, which increases the wait time. I don't trust all of the workers in the back. I had a tense situation with one. The next time she saw me, she whispered to the worker about to put me on the IV. That worker mysteriously stuck me so hard and so deep that I got a hematoma, and it took the area two weeks to heal. This is the only center I've been to, so I don't know if they're any better or not. I know the service is invaluable to patients and people who need fast money sometime

I walked in on labor day, right before they closed. The security guard lady rudely said me, "you better have drunk a lot of water, don't get on my bad side!" I've worked with CSL in multiple states and I have always felt comfortable, but this location was especially nice. The staff, everyone I met, were so kind. They were patient with my name change, my many questions, and I was glad to have picked the exact right place. They stay pretty steady, expect the first visit to take a couple hours as they make sure to go over, one on one, the ways they keep your information private, what substances they test for, and what the process will be like. I sat in the chair in the back for 25 minutes before beginning my plasma adjustments. One girl was slowly pointing people what to do. The center is one of the nicer CSL locations that I have donated at. Unfortunately, there is a lackluster nature when it comes to the employees here. There is a complete lack of urgency and efficiency with the movement of incoming and waiting donors. There are typically more than enough staff in the donation station, but you can typically find them standing idle or doing non-critical activities, in opposed to seating donors. I had a very disappointing experience at CSL Plasma. The staff were unwelcoming, and the wait time was excessively long. They pay less than other centers for first-time donors; I received $5 more per visit at the Stone Mountain location. Additionally, they made it seem like an issue that I had visited different CSL centers before. This visit made me late to work, and to make matters worse, they pricked my finger four times because my information didn't ?transfer properly? from the Stone Mountain location. I

I'm a regular at this location. Staff is great even when working short staffed. Wait times vary depending on the time of day but they try to get through everyone quickly and efficiently. I'm usually a hard stick but Jasmine P. did an amazing job! Got it on the first try and barely felt anything! I'll request her from now on!

The best donation location I've ever been to. I've been to the location on Tara blvd and other donation facilities like biolife and they have NOTHING on this location. I had the worst experience with the nurse Renee. She relentlessly harassed me in front of everyone while I was told to wait in the waiting area for my biometrics. Because of her lack of discretion and professionalism, I advised her I had already been assisted. She was on an ego trip as though I owed her the knowledge of why I was sitting there. they will lie to you about the store closing because they dont want to take anymore donors, ive showed up at 5:30pm on a tuesday and they turned me and every one else away while i could see that there was only one person in the whole facility that was waiting to donate, the employees lie about you being rude so they can defer you when they were the only ones to be rude or have a attitude. The nurse is also terrible she's more interested in just chilling in the back talking and not doing anything than doing

This location is incredibly slow. They don't have the sense of urgency to get anybody in or out of here. The screeners literally would stop work to hold long conversations & once you get done donating they have you sitting forever to be taking down. I've single time I've donated here I've waited 10+ minutes to be taken down. While associates are walking around in circles acting as if they're monitoring the room but they're not paying attention to anything at all. And the others would sit there & clean 10 st

I have been coming here for years and have had some great experiences. This morning Tina and a young lady checked me in. They were very helpful with my questions, very professional and competent . In the donation area Andrea was the phlebotomist who stuck me. She is competent and knows what she is doing. Great jobs today from the staff.

Usually don't visit this location but it is probably the slowest and least attentive of them all. 1 person doing vitals at the end of the day and it was more than an hr for 10 people to get done. No one checked on her and the line to donate was just as long. I really wish I wasn't working near this one. It's been an average of 3 hrs to do what almost every other branch can accomplish in 1/2 the time

Staff is great, professional, and so nice! I took advantage of the new donor promo (8 donations) but will plan on going back regularly. Wait times are busy around mid morning and later in the afternoon. I try to go early in the mornings around 7am and it is fast. Charles and Vivian are especially great!

Been coming to this center on and off for years. They typically always have a good customer service and low wait times, very rarely have I had a long wait. The receptionist are nice , I have Danielle quite a few times and she's very personalable Andthe back staff is always attentive to make sure everything good and safe.

I saw a discrimination scene for not speaking english, the person brought a translator and they told him they couldn't sign him up for not speaking english and didn't allow the translator to help. I think the language shouldn't be a barrier to save lives.

I absolutely love Octapharma plasma! Today was my second donation, and it was just as seamless as my first. Even though they had a steady flow of donors, I never had to wait more than about 5-10 minutes. The employees are really nice, and their center is, too. Very happy with my experience overall.

I had a great experience from soon as I walked in the environment smelled nice and felt good. The nurse who checked my vitals was very polite and nice to be around. And even the attendant Dana Mitchell was so gentle I barely felt the needle.

I must have come to this location on a good day after seeing all of the other reviews. I was a first time donor. They got me in the back in less than an hour after doing all paperwork. I was very nervous about the donation process, but the staff was very nice and talked to me the entire time about what the machine was doing. My girlfriend goes , I do not . But as I wait here the wait does not seem long , when she comes out she isn't hurt or have scarring from the injection of the syringe. They won't let you donate if you have any bruising on your arm . If your iron is low you can't donate either .

I Went to the Smyrna Location. The New donor Took almost 3 hours before I could actually sit down , the staff was Slow and Was doing more talking then helping the Long line that was Taking place in the lobby. Crazy Everyone wanted to go to lunch at the same time.

Staff are very rude. I realize they are understaffed but that is no excuse for being rude. There should be a manager helping out and making sure all customers are being attended to by pleasant staff members. Things would go so much smoother for customers and staff if they even smiled or something. If you hate your job that much then find something else. Avoid this plasma center right now I was here for 5 hours and had to literally force my way into the new donor process.
