All the staff are super respectful and have a great sense of humor which can ease some of the long wait times. It's always a smooth donation and great time being able to help people in need.

So I go here quite often and sometimes when they have to close on a normal business day they don't put on there website. I've driven there on barely enough gas cause I needed to the money for that. Don't try to call them to find out if their open tho, I've tried on many occasions. They won't answer and will forward it to the "busy" tone. The staff are very polite and considerate of if were comfortable. I have no issues there. But not answering the phone is ridiculous. Why even put your # online if you don't

Staff is great but for some reason youre paying way less but the cost of living is going up. Every time I came it was less and less. $40 for 3 hours plus of my time plus gas money ain't worth it. Hope you get back to $50 a visit at least. Parachute in Siloam Springs pays way more.

There is never enough staff here to serve everyone in a timely manner. The pay scale sucks. The people that weigh less get less money. I would rather go to bio life or somewhere else. CSL your company really needs to get on the ball and make my plasma donation better paying and more STAFF!!!

Staff is horrible, they act like they doing you a huge favor by sticking your arm and drawing plasma from your blood....no no no its the other way around I'm doing you a favor by keeping you employed and helping you get the medicine you need to save life's... so therefore I don't need you...nor your chump change

First time ever donating plasma. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Walked me through every step and made sure I understood the whole process. Glad I was turned away by BioLife. Wouldn't have wanted to deal with their crappy staff Everytime. CSL Plasma is the way to go ????

Updating this due to escalating issues over the past few months. I want to start by saying the staff is absolutely wonderful and they were why I stuck around as much as I did. The issue is CSL itself. The 360 app is temperamental and has deteriorated to only working half the time. The card app won't let me view my balance. I go to this place and I was there for four hours. They had no idea what they were doing. I got two hematomas the first time they have no idea what they're doing and the manager has NO idea what she is doing!! Best experience every time I come in. Staff is so friendly and professional. The hospitality and care I receive has helped me make this a regular staple in my weekly routine. Alex, Frankie, Cheyenne, Margret, Ian, and several others work hard to ensure donating is a positive experience every time!

Always rotation bc people quit. So new people do it wrong. Then they don't do things right. Their response is sorry it's the new people. From machines to not giving right information. Then people drive a long distance only to be told they messed up and can't do anything. Definitely train better.

I absolutely love donating at CSL. It's clean and has very friendly staff. Very welcome I always get Vania when I'm screened in and she always puts a smile on my face with her cheerful personality very professional and caring young lady! This place is not in good shape and they are making their employees beg customers for good reviews - do you notice how each review mentions an employee by name? I'm a Google local guide and I've been donating plasma for a decade - this is consistently the worst managed plasma donation center I've ever been to. Constantly understaffed, nobody answering the front, computer systems are always down, etc. The only good park is the employees in the back doing the needle pokes. Last month a handful of customers

This center is great. I've tried Bio Life, but CSL is better overall. At least here in NWA. The staff is so kind and service-minded. Justin, Vania, Margaret, Frankie and Michael are simply wonderful, JUST to name a few.

This place has some of the friendliest staff of any donation place I have been. Quick and efficient always leave in a good mood. Margaret in reception always knows my name and is always in a pleasant mood.

I stopped donating at Biolife because the staff was so unpleasant. I looked to see if there was another available facility in the area. I found CSL and decided to give donating another try. My first experience with them was such a breath of fresh air compared to Biolife. They were understaffed and so busy. Despite this challenge every staff member was so very wonderful. Personally the best experience every time, the staff are always welcoming and are super friendly and hard working. They are incredibly quick and check on each donor to make sure everyone?s doing well and are thorough when cleaning off beds and conversating with each donor.

Everyone is always helpful, attentive and friendly. I have to say that Ms. Margaret (screener) is my favorite though. She's helped me with so many questions, talked with me about healthy habits to keep my levels in range and is always cheerful.

I have had honestly the best experience here and I will keep coming back for sure. All the staff is so amazing and nice ?? it honestly seems like the bad reviews are just bitter people who couldn't donate for whatever reasons. Don't let those reviews scare you away, this place is the best one around.

Wonderful, courteous, and pleasant staff! If you haven't already stopped in to check out the Springdale CSL Plasma, definitely do so. They usually have multiple bonuses/promotions going on and it's a great way to help save lives AND make some extra money! I agree, it's the best plasma center in NWA!

This is the worst plasma donation place in northwest Arkansas. For one, they pay less then biolife and grifols. Significantly less. Seconds, they're understaffed and very slow. Lastly, their customer service is awful. There is a worker there named Margaret that will literally take time to gossip and talk to other employees instead of doing her job and screening donors when it's busy. Easily the worst manager plasma place I've ever seen. Will not be back.

Overall it's a great place to donate, but some days they're severely understaffed and management rarely steps in to help when they are. If they'd get these long lines and staffing issues fixed it'd be 5 stars.

I went in as a first time donor and had a very rude attendent up front . Telling me I talked to much cause she didn't like that I live at a hotel right now. And told to wait for an hour for someone to come in to tell me if they can accept my address.

Vania was very quick and efficient. She did my vitals and finger stick with ease and got my questions asked and had me in line to donate in no time.

I love the staffat CSL! They make it easy to help people with my plasma. My experience is always positive and usually starts with a warm smile and a hello. If you like helping people and putting a little extra money in your pocket at the same time, I highly recommend CSL Plasma in Springdale!

Understaffed and very under motivated. They take forever to make any progress and if you need a physical it's usually a 3hour wait in line alone. They need more nurses and better staff on the front end. Also people that want to work

I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel I have a duty share my experience. I was drawn to try CSL plasma from the numerous advertising of $700 for new donors. Upon arriving at the facility (40 minutes from my home) I waited at the front desk by the sign that said "New donors here" for over 5 minutes and made eye contact with atleast 3 people that appeared to be available to at least acknowledge my existence. Once I finaly spoke to someone I was informed that the MAX benefits for a new donor was $450... real

I had an appointment set to go for my first time, I drove 40 minutes to donate, then when I get there for my appointment, I was told no that they are not doing any new donations. I will not be back. If they wasn't able to take new people then I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and gas.

Everything went smoothly and the staff member that got me set up, Jared, was by far the fastest and most efficient I've seen at this or any facility. He was polite and made friendly conversation, but also got me set up and going within a minute or two of being sat. I watched as I donated and there wasn't a line at all while he was on the floor despite the number of people coming in on a Friday morning. I highly recommend.

Get ready to spend more than two hours to donate. Everyday they get new donors but never hire more people to do the job. About 5 booths to get your vitals and only one gets used. Around 40 chairs and only half gets used. All this because they do not want to hire more people. New donors will wait 3 hours or come the next day which will take another two hours. The team at CSL in Springdale is absolutely phenomenal. Small but mighty, they always have the best professionalism and friendly smiles. I get the best customer service at this location than any other centers in NWA.

Literally wouldn't allow me to use anything I had to prove my address. No lease agreement, no mail with statement dates. I couldn't show my packages being delivered with the emails I get from Amazon or usps. Waste of my time. I brought mail that hadn't even been opened but because it wasn't stamped with time and date on the outside then they wouldn't accept it. Absolute trash. Going back to the other plasma center that's closer to me.

I have had little to absolutely no issues or problems with the facility and staff at the Springdale location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always a joy to deal with. I recommend anyone who likes to help any cause and also receive payment for a small amount of your time. 5 Stars!

Every time I enter CSL the reception staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. The facility itself is clean and well taken care of. I have had the best experience with the medical staff, from intake to donation. I have spoken with the Center Manager Justin multiple times and he has always been so enthusiastic and professional. It's a great place to go!!

I went through all of their hoops last month; which took 2 hours, just to be told that a minor one day surgery got me deferred until tomorrow. I was totally recovered, released by the surgeon in January by the surgeon, and healthy as a horse then and am now, so I'll swing in and see if this "First Class Donor" card eliminates going through the initial process all over again and if they let me start being a regular donor or NOT. I sure won't waste my time again with this place if they make up another reason

I've been a regular doner for months now. Every time I go, the staff is friendly and efficient. They offer quick payments and other fun incentives. It feels amazing to help save lives!! And because I am doing this, I can afford to buy gas and Christmas presents. Thank you, CSL!!!

100$ for first time donors is immensely helpful. however an almost 2 hour wait time to get through everything just to have another hour to donate isn't helpful when you needed to do other things. This could be a particularly stressful situation for some folks, but the staff at this particular donation spot really take the edge off. If you're consistent, follow instructions, and need a little extra cash, stop what you're doing and give them a shot. They'll have you feeling like a member of their family in no time. Special kudos to Frankie for being incredible at what he does and Cindy for always making me feel like I want to keep coming back.

I've donated plasma at various other plasma donation chains for the past 3 years. I just moved to the area and decided to give CSL a try, as I've never used their services before. CSL is easily the worst of the chains I've experienced! I got sick on my previous donation, and in order to continue donating they require a doctor to sign off. Their doctor is only available from 2:30-4:30 SOME DAYS, which is completely impractical for parents who have children in school and quite frankly ridiculous to be so rest

Went in today to see about donating for the first time and make some quick cash while doing it and was sadly meet with not very friendly people. First when I went in the front desk lady made it seem like I was stupid and a waste of her time. I made sure before doing this to be the best prepared that I could be I did the online survey thing and profile, drank lots of water and ate the best I could. From the very first time I stepped inside this magnificent place, I've felt at home. All the staff have been extremely kind, friendly, fun, ALWAYS have a smile and what I love most is they have remembered me from day 1!!!! Great way to earn extra money every week! It's also really flexible with your schedule. Perfect for students who need gas money. Make sure you show up as early as you can and stay hydrated for everyone involved. Any extra time you end up spending here can be attributed to you not being hydrated enough or understaffing, it's really not on anyone who works here. They do rightfully lock their doors at least 30 min. before closing so get there before then.

Came in with official college transcript that had my Social Security. Have used it at 3 other locations. Turned that down for unknown reason. Offered to do a CSI background screening and their system bugged out and they blamed it on me. Bummy place.

I'm so glad I found CSL. I have been looking for somewhere since I left CO and use to donate for a different place. CSL in Springdale is so much nicer and cleaner than ?the other place?. For the person who took a picture and post it in an about review complaining about someone not wearing a mask I must tell you that what you did is totally wrong infringing on the privacy of those who work there and those giving donations. This has got to be the slowest place i think biolife is faster when you wait in line to be seated they sit there and look at you and take their time to sit and conversate and this is almost every time I come in no matter in the morning or afternoons

Disappointed stayed in line waiting git to check out station said hello and good morning just to be ignored by the Hispanic lady then sent to medical to be denied for a little sore on hand that's been approved by older medical 3 times won't be back

Staff is polite and really personable. Only issue is the wait times. Sometimes the place isn't too busy and the wait is still 45 minutes to an hour to get to the back. Doesn't include the wait time to do vitals. Other than that it's really a decent place.

I started coming here in March 2021. At the time, the process was quick and easy. Both sides of the donation floor were being used. It got progressively worse and worse and worse. Now only one side of the floor is being used, takes you 1 to 2 hours just to get on the floor now. Have been saying they are understaffed for 3 months now! Now thier hours are 7a to 5p instead of 7a to 7pm like they were. Makes it umpossible to donate through the week if you work 8 to 5. Came yesterday at 230 and they were

I tried to donate and was put on permanent deferral because i have a pacemaker. The surgery was in 2020. Heart Association, Red Cross and every article states you can donate plasma or blood with a pacemaker. See article below. DEAR DR.
