My phlebotomist media if I could request her Everytime I would I didn't even feel the needle go in.. I've had a couple guys do it but this one he made my scar big and I could come the next time due to it wAs still bruised. But MEDIA is wonderful, caring.
I have had the pleasure of being helped by Pearla Celeste Shadi Erica and Mario over my past 4 visits. They all are simply amazing. Always making sure to engage check on how your doing and just making you feel comfortable. It's almost like a little family when I come to CSL. Never a dull moment. The facility is always immaculate. They also provide water and a snack if you need it. Over all I always have a great experience.
Really glad I go here to donate. It can get a little hectic during peak hours and some of the 'donors' are really entitled so I can see why some of the staff is a little tired and behind on processing donors in a timely manner. Despite being somewhat understaffed/impacted at times, I still give them full marks as they have a lot to deal with and I want to encourage others to donate. The extra funds helps my family immensely too.
1 star because when I went everything was going smoothly until almost after my donating was done. I witnessed 2 employees arguing in front of me while removing my IV. 1 of them ripped it out and now my arm has been messed up for a month and still going. I WILL NEVER come back to this place as it was very unprofessional and they cause my body damage
If you like your veins & prefer having them intact, I don't recommend going here. I really like most of the employees, their very nice & super friendly, but once you go back to the donating area it's a whole other ball field, the friendliness goes down a few notches (not all of em) and it's like they just want to hurry up & jab that needle in u & get u out of the way for the next one. They put that needle in ur arm like a kid putting a straw in a Capri sun pouch. I've gone 5 times & 3 of those times they w
Last Friday was a busy messy long day at CSL plasma two stood out to my amazement Katrina and Angelica working as fast as possible with grace and precision those ladies deserve some kind of recognition also to the team that checks people in sometimes they are by themselves with a stretched out line The entire crew is great CSL plasma in Stockton
I have never met two woman who are unprofessional in my life first of all the screen lady , I am enjoying the music you have playing by silently whistling and she says don't whistle my way like I have a disease, who says that I have never heard that it in my life so rude .Then I get to the nurse which I had to say can you see me after waiting for a half hour after the rude screen lady ,so this nurse makes a decision after I give them the note from my CARIOLOGIST saying there is no reason I could not donate b
Shout out to Lucio!! I have arthritis fingers and he is always careful to make sure not to squeeze to hard for the withdrawal. Love his technique!! Update! Thank you Perla for the painless poke. She takes good care of me!
They told me I couldn't donate because I smelled like cigarettes and when I voiced my displeasure over that, they banned me for life. They treat you like you're disposable plus it's a shitty pay-out anyways, it's not even worth it.
The young lady Tia W. Who's does the screening is always exceptionally nice and helpful every time I visit. She has to be one of the best employees they have. She's one of the reasons I continue to come back. To the Stockton facility..
I've been in there 4 times each time I brought my proof of address and they say it's not good enough yet today I say a guy with the similar thing I had and they said no to me
I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. All of the staff are super friendly and super informative. If you have any questions about your donation, Mario Ariel Kenya, Savannah, Celeste,... Actually, the entire staff are great. I always have a pleasant experience.
My boyfriend is visiting out of town for a few weeks and has donated before at other plasma places. He made an appointment on the app, only to be told when he got there that the appt was useless and they're walk in only. Why have the option to make an appt online if it's useless? Then he was turned away because his home address isn't local. Why does he need to have a local address on his ID or need to live here to donate? The excuse given by the employee was lackluster. I think there is a massive communicat
First time doner here. Freddie explained everything so Thurl and clear I had no questions nor concerns at the end of it made me very comfortable on my first time thank u very much sir Freddie.. Jimmy absolutely outstanding made my experience very good I had question my self on coming back but Jimmy changed my mind on that... thanks to Jimmy my blood donations can help people and save lives.. thank u guys Freddie and Jimmy I guys are awesome
I just completed my physical with RN Jessica and it couldn't have gone any better. Jessica is very professional and friendly, she was eager and more than happy to answer any and all questions that I may have had. She was very informative and also brought a few things to my attention that I hadn't known. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Shout Out to Jessica for great customer service and her professionalism
As a medical professional I have to say I am very concerned with how they do things. The entire process as a first time donner takes a while which is fine but once you get to the back I was very uneasy. The staff were arguing with each other while setting up patients. There wasn't enough people to help. Everyone seems so upset. I understand that things get frustrating. The thing that worried me the most is not changing gloves from patient to patient. When touching someone's injection site then move to anoth
terrible experience they are severely understaffed especially in the front. When I typically come in it's one girl in the front with no help. One woman just stands behind her and walks around doing nothing. Most of the phlebotomists are bad pokers. Center needs much better staffing and much better quality employees.
Hello currently in csl as of right now and your phlebotomist Gabe is a terrible poker and should lose his job ! Poked wayy past my very strong straight vein no other employee has had a problem with ever in my 50 times donating. And made the same exact mistake on my other arm almost causing a hematoma.. Iam highly upset this needs to be alerted to the management before I consider making legal action.
Receptionist Tia is very very very unhappy with her job. She should not do Customer service. She scowls at people and she is actually rude, very abbresive when she speaks to donors, she should change careers. I felt mistreated by her, unwelcome on more than one ocassion. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I don't ever want to donate in that location again.
They dont have there shit together there under staffed
They proudly partnering with our communities to collect human Plasma providing the best possible experience in the centers. They are my COMPANY OF CHOICE because they respect and value our diverse family of donors, employees and patients. Thank you for all that you do.
Best plasma center I have visited. Media is one of the most pleasant and professional person I have met.
My first donation was with CLAUDIA and she was amazing and very hardworking . Today was my second donation and my phlebotomist was PERLA and she was amazing attentive and so caring. They took care of me and all of their donors. They have big hearts and take a lot of pride in their work. Izzy and Lucio are great staff member who greet with a great smile. This is a great team effort
Izzy was so kind and extremely helpful. He made the process fast but also explained everything very thoroughly. I almost couldn't get my blood drawn because my heart was over 100, and he helped calm me down and got it down to 85. Overall super nice and an easy sign up experience.
Very professional & pleasant. My mom and I both enjoy coming here. We donate to help others in need & to make a little extra money. The staff definitely helps make our experience easier & faster. Great staff- Antonio, Kenya, Celeste, Erica, Shadi, Jacob, Mariah, JR, & Tia
They do an amazing job to make me feel welcomed. I feel this most personally from staff members Shadi, and Perla. They make me feel great simply asking about my day and do their best when it comes to the donation process. I feel great to donate for CSL and totally recommend it!
I've been having such a wonderful time, all thanks to Media Ameea. She knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for being such a wonderful, and kind person.
This 5 star review is for Ms.Jessica (RN) she has the best attitude here. I appreciate her making things very clear and easy to understand. When the floor was slammed she helped cut the line way down
There's a guy here named Anthony, that provides the worst customer service I have ever seen. He speaks to people in a very condescending tone and is extremely rude. I've escalated my complaint to management in hopes that they stop allowing this person to interact with the public, since he cannot do so without having an awful attitude.
I love the entire crew here. Super friendly, funny and make sure you're OK with their constant check-ins.
They don't answer the phone I been ringing for 35 minutes with no answer
Very slow health screening process. Employees keep walking away from booths. Only one working booth with 8 people waiting in line! Process takes a lot longer than it should! Bio life has 4-5 employees in health screening which makes it quicker and more efficient.
The whole experience is usually very smooth. Some days are more crowded than others, BUT there are some staff that make it so much more enjoyable. Tia, in vitals, and Mariah, on the donation floor. They are both compassionate, confident and friendly. Also Antonio, not 100% if he does anything or EVERYTHING ?? but it's always so nice to see them. Anyway, put the controller down and come save a life!??
Let me start by saying Ariel deserves employee of the month! My vains are always found close to my bone making them almost impossible to mark. And they roll. Ariel with one of the warmest smiles comes over and starts with ?Hey how are you? I haven't seen you all year! Personable! Remembered me. Human. This man found and marked my vain, quick. Poked me fast and efficiently, one the first poke. One of my favorite faces to see around, thankful he is on staff here!
I have donating plasma at their Stockton, Ca location for about 8 months, probably 40 donationsat this point. Very professional, very clean, very polite. Like that their app allows you to do the pre-donation questions on it. Most of the time you can get a water and a little snack. Very comfortable experience. Sometimes it is a bit lengthy in and out, others are quick. There was a period of time they had serious staffing issues which made it too long of a wait. Thankfully, they got their ducks in a row and a
I had called to ask information about making an appointment and how the process works. "Excuse me?" "NO, we don't do that. You just walk in." The tonality of Kelly was if I was bothering her or I spit in her cheerios. I felt that was a bit aggressive and rude. Unfortunately my 1st contact with the company left a bitter taste, just like if I was going to a restaurant and the host was rude on the phone or while we waited to be sat. Being in Stockton does not mean being product of our environment. Kindness an
Kenya and Raquel were extremely professional very nice caring individuals when I came in, I had a bad attitude, but as soon as I spoke to them, they switched my mood from upside down to smiling, and they were very fast and got the job done, even with the line going out the door. I would recommend these two to anybody coming in to donate
I've been going here since April. I've helped 60 people so far. I love the atmosphere and the workers everyone is always helpful. Jr, Ariel, Antonio, Kenya, Mariah, Shady, Mario, Perla just to name a few!
If you want to Donate come in the Morning for the best and fast experience the best workers in the morning are Perla , Celeste, and Shadi they are motivated and dedicated to making sure you are good while donating always checking on you make sure things are running smoothly. So I highly recommend come in morning for a better experience because there's more life with the morning crew.
Such a wonderful staff, Ariel and Mario are amazing they always ask how I'm doing and and always make the donation process painless and make sure I am comfortable. They make the time that I donate awesome. Everyone at CSL are so friendly and helpful. There's no other place I will go.
I recently started donating and I was terrified. But before you donate you watch a video and it explained whole process and how many people your donation helps. Today I donated and I was a little dehydrated from working out day before. Celeste stood there with me until I received my blood back holding the needle the whole time. I appreciated her to the fullest. The whole staff there are a good group of people. If you have any doubts lose them it so worth helping your community out. Please drink plenty of wa
I usually like coming here and don't have any problems. However today was time for my physical again since I have been donating for a year.. it's crowded right now so I wasn't happy hearing I had to go to the nurse. Then they don't even let you get in a chair after doing your yearly physical. Because you aren't a new donor.. it's ridiculous. They probably just made my process about an hour longer.
Love all the people that work here. Really makes for an awesome experience. Celeste, shottie, crista and Raquel have really been the best and I always look forward to coming in.
I always ask for Perla, Celeste, Shadi and Claudia Erica and Mariah they are the best phlebotomist here. They always have great attitude I love coming here just to make my day better.
They suck in there. They move slow. The Mexican in the front with orange hair is very rude. They will lie to you in your face about being helped in a timely manner. The process there is very unpleasant.
I just want to give a 5 star shout out to Jessica the RN. She is wonderful and was juggling multiple things at once and still had amazing customer service. You ROCK JESSICA! ??????????
This review is for SHADI I like the fact he's a fast paste person and always treats clients with respect the way they suppose to be treated and make them laugh . He is very supportive of his team and the clients. He always make sure clients comfortableness is a priority and he is always aware of the clients needs . SHADI is the best at CLS PLASMA
They don't do their job in the front everybody in the back is nice and does their best everyone in the front is very unprofessional they will leave when there's a big line and usually only have one person doing vitals like why is there 4 booths if there's never only more than one person , and they let new donors cut people who?ve been in like for 45 mins to an hour it's honestly ridiculous
Just letting you know that most of your staff is unprofessional and love to flirt with donors. Specifically the phlebotomist Raquel? she goes as far as having an affair with her donors. Although she is clearly in a relationship herself. Hire professional staff next time. Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely horrible place. Staff is rude and ghetto. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by giving you $40 for your donation. Phlebotomist and allied staff are great but nurses definitely need to find a new profession. They talk about patients in front of them and look down on them. They did it to me! Equipment is old and since it's first come , first serve they make you wait in line for up to an hour to even get in and donate. People donate plasma to make extra money. This place will certainly
Jessica the RN is one of the sweetest. Always pleasant conversations and a smile whenever I stop by CSL. She goes above and beyond to support her team.
Good services at CSL plasma employee Shadi is the best there. He multitask and quick to help and always is in a good mood when he's on the floor he works like a lead and should be treated like one best staff all the way around if I could give them 10 Stars I would.
JESSICA (RN) IS SO NICE AND PLEASANT WHEN SHE GIVES YOU A PHYSICAL. SHE MAKES SURE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED BECAUSE THIS CAN BE A LONG PROCEDURE BUT SHE MAKES IT GO BY FAST.
I have had very good experiences here. Perla has a very light hand when poking and very informative, makes sure im okay during the process.Celeste and Erica are good too.
Gotta Say The Nurse I Usually Get Is The Best Hands Down I Appreciate Her Soooo Much I Believe Some Of The Other Staff Could Learn A Few Things About Making Sure We As Clients Are Comfortable And Our Concerns Are Always Eased Up By Them If They Have A Little More Compassion Like Nurse Jessica N ! Thanks Jessica
Very friendly atmosphere. Techs have great attitudes! Izzy - keep up the easy going demeanor! It makes for a welcoming environment.
Perla is the best phlebotomist i've experienced with @csl. She's very accomodating, good mamners, easy to get along. Hopefully you meet her. Celeste, and Shadi are also awesome.
Perla, Claudia,Celeste, Shadi,Ericka are all friendly and very precise with their work. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
I'm very concerned about safety procedure when it comes to donars, a man had a seizure and not one phlebotomist around knew how to check for a pulse and brought out the blood pressure cup machine ?? I would think they have the training of pulse taking and cpr knowing the risks of donating .....
Wait was a little long due to low staff it seemed but once I got in to actually donate ,Perla was the one to greet me and hook me up to the machine and she was very nice very friendly making great communication and easy to talk to :)
The Nurse here is very Professional 5 stars This place can use more staff, I don't like yelling across the counter, The App has the wrong donation payment each time I come, So instead of leaving I have to go upfront and wait because they don't have any real front desk workers, Then I get told they will fix it later Smh, Next visit will probably be my last time here that problem should have been fixed I don't like asking nor waiting.
Shadi is awesome! Gets it right every time! Very nice guy! The whole staff is pretty dope! Christa is awesome as well!
I love donating here . The lines move fast and everyone is so friendly . Celeste , Perla and Shadi are always so professional are my favorites and make me feel very welcome .
Perla, Celeste, shadi and Claudia always do a great job when I come in.I want some tacos next time Lol .. Keep up the good work.
Everyone up until today has been cool, the process is a bit lengthy every time and takes some time even if you are not new, but I had to meet with a nurse today because of previous donation bruising, she had an attitude and was rude right when she greeted me, acted like I was bugging her for being the first person she had to see and so soon after opening. Talk about lack of bedside manner, get another job if you hate your job so much. I then got an attitude back towards her as the is human nature and she
I have been coming her for a while I like it the people here are so so allsom I have no complaints keep up the good work perla ,Celeste,Erica and to all the other staff you all are doing a great job I have no complaints at all
Love this place n the customer service of all the workers are great amazing people
Sometimes the time spent trying to get through the process can lead to some frustration, but its nobody's fault. There can be equipment issues or medical issues, but everybody there is so nice! They remember you when you walk in and joke with you while you're donating which lends itself to a more personal experience. And no matter what at the end of the day, you're doing something great for people who really need it AND earning some extra $$!
It's a good place with good people Perla is a good worker there very nice makes you feel comfortable just overall a good person an funny hope if you go you get to meet her an Ariel to great guy cool nice respectful I appreciate them alot
Staff suck they are lazy no one shows up on time undertrained they think because they go to school for six weeks they are experts and can do no wrong will ignore you while your in pain then get upset cause your upset and fussing cause they dont do the job correct then play pass the buck if they feel your a problem or hard stick new workers lack major hands on training management lack professionalism no empathy or understand that there staff can be wrong. Then have the nerve to defer you cause they stuck yo
I went on the app and clicked the new donors start here button. All it did was have me set an appointment but offered no information. I got to the center early but was told I was too late to be seen as a new donor and they don't even do appointments. They're walk in only the app didn't mention that at all. So a couple days later I came back 3 hours before closing and they said they stop taking new donors at noon on weekends and 4 on weekdays and I should call before coming. I actually did try calling before
Izzy took my vitals a few times and he's super friendly and also very professional. The whole staff are professional and get me in and out each time 10/10
Horrible. Took my friends plasma, paid him, relized something is was wrong. Sent him home to see a Dr and took the money back. After they have already took plasma. When asked about it we were told they do not take the money back. LIERS. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Do not donate here.
Celeste, Shadi, Claudia, and Perla for the hospitality and always making me feel welcome. And also thanks to the rest of the staff as well.
This facility was awesome. This was my first visit so it was a little Timely due to paperwork. But the overall process took under an hour. And as a incentive they gave me $100 in my pocket. And I get $100 each visit for the next four visits.:-)
From start to finish, the staff was wonderful! Mariah went above and beyond, making the experience quick and painless. Thank you Mariah!
Zero stars if I could!! Their app and Websits said Stockton is my closest location and will accept me. After making a appointment and driving 40 miles, they turned us away.
RAQUEL,CELESTE,SHADI,PERLA, ERICA I think they are the best ones there always really nice never have a problem with them never have any issues I've read some of the reviews and I think alot of people have being nice and having conversations with the donors mistaken for flirting I don't get flirting from none of them it's just them doing there jobs and being friendly while doing it and there's nothing wrong with that and the wait time as well if you don't have any patients then sometimes csl is not the place
Perla, Shadi and Celeste are very helpful and professional always with a smile. Hope you come in and meet them.
They'll send you to the nurse for anything . Got a bruise caused by one of the phlebotomists from your last visit ? See the nurse . You've only be coming for a few months ? You need an annual checkup, see the nurse Got some place to be ? See the nurse And guess what , the nurse is slow and pissed she's even working at the place I was the fourth person in line outside in the cold waiting for 40 minutes and Literally got held back 30 minutes and 10 donors passed me because I had to go to the nurse and simpl
I look forward for a speedy transition and good vibes when ever I see my boy SHADIE and PERLA and KENYA when I arrive I know I'ma be taken care of they have how say a certain JE NE SAIS QUOI about them .
Jessica N. was very helpful in the process of helping me answer questions and during my physical. Will keep coming here. Her help is so amazing
I love how the workers are kind to me and I totally would recommend them a raise for their hard work and for all workers my name is Anthony Perkins Jr and Jesus loves you all every since I've been visiting CSL plasma I have not had any worker disappointment or rub me the wrong way thank you God
I want to thank all the staff members working their, especially Perla, Celeste,Erica and Shada (Dr Houdini) Everyone is so Professional and Courteous! Thankyou
Nice people Perla, Kenya, morning shift the whole team clean space can't remember all their name's everyone has been really nice and respectful
I checked online if I was accepted in the center in the website, I drove over a hour and twenty minutes because of traffic just to get turned down and that the area code i live in is not acceptable, ?then why did the website notify me that the zip code is accepted?, I wasted my time and my gas,??????????
There's a really good staff, there fun and effecient. They provide water and snacks. They also provide information which helps me stay healthy while I help others. I like the crew.
!I want to thank PERLA for her compassion and care during and after donation , best phlebotomist i've experienced!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
