I got here at 5 and I'm still in line at 6. We can't sit down. One lady fainted and we still couldn't sit. There's a lady who's 8 months pregnant who's been helping in the back. She should sitting down as well. Once again something in poor community get poor treatment. I'm only because I was promised an extra $50 bucks I never come until it's my 6 months so I can get paid extra. It's a crazy cycle to under staffed mainly because the company is more concerned about profit. Nobody here outside of a couple hig

^The Vitals Check Point area has 6 to 8 booths. However, there's been 2 people working there, checking people in. This, in turn, makes the line long. Help is needed to get people in and out. Should be more help during peek time. The "Nurses" in the back could help out.

Just stood at the front desk waiting to become a new donor. Pretty much ignored, if they even knew I was there. All I'm saying is, I've donated at BioLife and tried to donate at CSL, and there is no comparison. The fact you can make an appointment at one and not the other is huge.

They are fast and friendly and respectful I've already donated 5 times with them I also ask since I'm Transgender male to female could I please change my gender on file from male to female the lady had to go ask her manager to make sure then they updated it so I like that they don't judge people

Atmosphere is cool except for a short, round big lady with poofy hair. She has a nasty attitude and has a pungent smell that smells like bad vaginal infection. She's rude and needs to be processing the blood instead interfacing with donors.

My experience here has been mostly positive. The staff is friendly and professional. It gets very full so come early and not in a hurry.

Nancy the nurse is unprofessional and lazy. My license doesn't have the 2nd on it while my W-2 form did. She instructed me to go home and have my job update the W-2 form. Drove home, had HR change this, and came back. Now she's telling me she I had it changed she doesn't know if I actually had my job change it or not. If you don't wanna take new donors just say that. Stop lying

Too damn slow, all the females just sit and run the mouth in the front! Nurses move slow! This place is horrible, bathroom always flooding! No order just ghetto and need better management because no one cares about the people

This was my favorite donation spot until I came in to donate twice in a week an couldn't because of the very long lines an the wait time ????????

The place has to be the worst place to ever donate the staff just stand around and do nothing. The wait time is also terrible I've been stuck at the same station as a new doner for over 1 hour. They're better places to donate do waste you time here.

The neg reviews are accurate as of 8/21. The lady at the desk was extremely rude, interrupting everything i asked with the same sentence. She also tried every excuse to not do the job. I was turned away on her whim with no good reason

Start to finish 4 hours first time. Darlene the nurse, Tucson and Craig the phlebotomists werehelpful and knowledgeable. They made this experience a good one. Highly recommend.

Horrible service! I am here for my 1st time and it has been 2 hours and I am still waiting. The staff is standing around talking and putting Halloween decorations up. Horrible! If I had not already waited so long, I would leave. Never again! Do not come to this location. Ghetto!!!

This is the most disgusting place in all of Georgia!!! The staff is rude and abusive. I spent almost 3 hours there and they kicked me out because I used the phone once (I didn't talk, just looked in to read the message). I was treated with contempt, I think it's because I'm white. There is no one at the reception all the time. I don't understand where their manager is looking.

I can't say that the entire time I've been donating here has been great. Each time I've gone I've experienced the good and difficult. These last few months have changed my entire outlook on CSL. I'm greeted by name or a friendly smile. A few bad sticks but not from the same tech. Bridgette Freeman has been one of the most consistent techs. She's efficient, soft spoken and does her job without the blah blah blah. There are a few more that deserve props too. It's difficult working with the public but these h

My first experience here today was awful. Unprofessional & long wait times. They say no phones while their staff stays on their devices while helping patients. There excellent at wasting people?s times. Staff is very rude. Your better off going to a different location.

Extremely rude staff. Especially the black lady with the blonde wig. She should be fired. Nobody ever answers the phone and it is an all day ordeal to donate here. The location needs to restaff badly.

Worst location I've been to yet. All the workers walking around with stank faces like they hate their job / life. No care in the world. Line is super long and people been waiting over an hour? Nah no rush no uptick in pace let's just sit in the back on our phones. No appreciation for individuals who are taking the time out of their day to help other people. You've got BAD EMPLOYEES in the way of that person who needs that blood. When I receive customer service like this I turn around and take my business el

These women in here are unprofessional it took them 2 hours to even get to me and it's not because they were busy it's because they were talking the whole time. Work is work if u want to socialize all day instead of work take the day off. Super unprofessional and I would not recommend. If you are not a returning donor u will be waiting hours for service.

Absolutely unprofessional my last visit she stuck me wrong of course so I was drip returning for about 30 minutes because she didn't know how to fix it. This is absolutely disgusting bad attitudes and expect not to be checked is crazy work they should just shut this location down. I will never step in this location again, and if I do get the same attitudes, there will be smoke. ????

Nicer than Columbia Dr. Located in the shopping plaza off of North Hairston, where the movie theater used to be. The staff is all nice and pleasant. They inform you very well on your first visit, which is 3 hours long. Make sure you bring a piece of mail with your correct address, your ID, and your SS card. If you get cold easy, bring a jacket. You are not allowed to sleep while you're donating but be respectful of those around you. Bring headphones or earbuds if you're on your phone. Once you're done, they

^Been understaffed, making it longer to get in and out. Still under stafed. One person at check in; and 3 on the donor floor. :( 2? stars

Employees honestly just dont care to help you i asked for the manager name the security guard said " im not about to be messy " in a business were you deal with blood and plasma customer service should never be a problem but its a very big problem at this location corporate needs to fire and rehire a whole new staff to save the stone mountain csl branch

Front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and do not follow any proper customer service guidelines. They are in no rush to get their jobs done and spend an unnecessary amount of time standing around and talking. These people do not take their jobs seriously and have a numerous amount of issues from allowing people to leave unpaid, to improper punctures for blood withdrawal.

Went on Sunday and had a good experience. Everyone was calm. I went in the morning but it was my first time.

Why y'all don't never answer the phone y'all just let it ring why ! I been calling still nobody answered.pick up I'm calling

I donate regularly and have a total of 60 plus donations with this particular location and they have been a great and consistent donation experience. The lines can get long at times but that tends to be during rushes of people and is not normally a very long wait. The staff are respectful, concise, and kind. I have never personally had a problem with a staff member and have been thanked for every donation. They recently added a hydration station that is normally stocked with waters and snacks.

Literally wasted my time here. Tried to donate plasma but couldn't because they said they didn't have any nurses available.. but it's literally employees standing around doing nothing..makes no sense to me therefore this place should SHUT DOWN. There is no point in running an establishment like Csl plasma if they're not going to be any NURSES here to screen you and get you paid.

Update: I still agree with my old review. Today the nurse had encouraging words for me, and I really appreciated that. Friendly staff and their is a gentleman who keeps an eye on things. Facility is nice and clean.

I always have a pleasant time here (even tho there's a needle in my arm) everyone is always so pleasant and helpful I've never had a bad experience. They make saving lives comfortable. I also loved the new person I worked with Nae she was amazing !

This center is my favorite donating center but the team lead at the front, Tondalia, is very rude and disrespectful. I've only had one unprofessional encounter with her but her attitude towards guests and other staff is very unbelievable. It is evident she doesn't want to be at work. A company can only thrive if they have good leaders. I drive an extra 15 minutes to come to this center due to the facility being clean and the rest of the staff being amazing. I held off on making this review in hopes it was o

Overall the experience is smooth. Not too much can really go wrong unless its something from your end, or the phlebotomists wind up slipping up, which is a rare occurence. The workers are nice, the atmosphere is very laid back, and although the wait times can often be very unappealing, they make sure you are very well taken care of to the best of their ability.

I actually like this donation center. Never had an issue with the staff or process that hasn't been resolved as quickly as possible. This morning I completed my intake with Nae and I absolutely love her energy. Very friendly and informative. She made my morning feeling uplifting and bright and I really appreciate that about my experience with her. I recommend this facility for those looking to donate.

Generally ok, these places are pretty good most days. Beware of the new people, or "The Timid Stick" if you've ever been deferred you know why. Don't be afraid to ask for someone specific, especially if you know you're a difficult stick. Rolling veigns and varicose are veteran phlebotomist issues. Good luck.

This would've been my first experience..I arrived 6am my appointment time, was told have seat,..returning donors were seen before me even though some arrived after me,..I waited 30 minutes and still waiting to check in. I asked an employee how much longer to check in & also how long is the process since I have to get to work in 2hrs,..she asked front desk female who replied back she's only person there, she will get to me soon...she could not give time & security also replied back by saying the entire proce

After donating at a couple other places over the years, I decided to try out CSL because they were running a great new donor deal. My first time was longer than expected at close to 4.5 hours due to a system issue, but overall decent experience. My second donation was right at 2 hours and over half of that was spent waiting to get seated and unhooked after donating. Most of the employees are friendly and the place is clean. Can't beat it for some easy Christmas money.

I would choose this location over any other I enjoy the professionalism i receive from the security to the staff I can always have a great conversation with someone and get a laugh. The are very diverse and inclusive in their work environment. Could it be faster at times sure but they balance with great environment

This is the worst location I have visited the lack of urgency the staff have presented and the lack of professionalism is ridiculous! I entered and started my new donor registration at 1pm and have still yet to see the nurse and or be placed in a donor chair to have my plasma drawn. I am distraught and very frustrated the expected wait time is 1-2 hours and I have been waiting going on 3-4 hours.

I've been cominge to this location for a while. I love the service. THANK YOU TEAM FOR THE WORK YOU CARRY OUT! ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IT'S FOR THE PATIENTS. As a Healthcare worker, I know it can be challenging. Never think you aren't appreciated. I appreciate the employees here and some comments I will send to corporate because I dare not take away from the fantastic performance that is carried out here.

Donated a few times recently with no problems. Today I was told I couldn't donate cause my blood pressure was high which I would have understood if they had actually taken my blood pressure. They never took my blood pressure but put in the computer that they did. Falsifying documents is illegal and this place should be shut down.

I've been coming here for almost 4 years and the customer service is always good. I always feel very welcome. They work very fast to get you in and out in a timely manner.

I have not been here for a year so I am aware of the going back through the process of a new donor. I wait in the line for an hour to then be told to go to the front to scan my phone. With the given vague directions I wander to the front to find said thing to scan. I walk back to then be told that I've taken a test apparently a year ago and the results won't be in until tomorrow. I understand that they were swamped but no need to lie. There will be no need for me to come back to this location tomorrow or an

This particular location is usually fast and prompt. Staff is also pretty friendly. If I come at 6 am I am usually in and out in hour and 15 mins. Unlike some other locations this one seems to move pretty fast have not had any bad experiences!

Long time wait , don't do their job just talking and laughing , the staff rude and disrespectful, they intentionally try to kick new donors out by long time wait and not respect them

Been donating off and on five years at this location I love the staff my experience is always safe and sound quick and pleasant? today Ynaeah was the first face I saw upon entry she greeted me with a kind ?Gm Gorgeous?!! That made my day she was accurate and precise and gentle when attaining my vitals during the screening process I love it here!! Go CSL!! Not to mention the head Nurse ?Thurgood? I think he comes with the place he's awesome!!

Lashaundra or Lashanda idk how you spell her name or if that's even her name! She always wears the wigs (synthetic) at this point is harassment last time I dealt with her she lied and tried to get me deferred about something so simple as not putting my jacket on the hook like she asked I didn't know that was protocol! Lucky people who knows me know I don't bother anyone and they said she's very problematic with everyone (staff said this) this time I come still the same she's very condescending she asked me

The process flowed easily for 1st time donor, but it does take a few hours. Nadia was honest about it upfront so I didn't mind. Loved her energy as well as the other staff members that interacted with me.

Melaine screamed at me from 4feet below but was an awesome experience. #priscillaForever

Very quick and easy process. Staff is always alert and gets me off of the machine minutes right finishing. Everyone is nice and professional I will continue coming back as long as I can.

My experience at this location is nothing less than SUPERB! Great friendly staff, who are quick and efficient. Thank you for such a great experience every time I thank you all for your service and quickness

I have to update my review. First ive been going here for some time now. The staff doesnt care and is pretty rude. Ask to speak with a manager. Before i could even speak she gets frustrated and walks off. Tanya was the manager.

My experience has been horrible. I've never seen a more understaffed place. The people are nice but they can't keep up with the customers because they don't have enough help. I've been sitting in the rm where they register you for 45min and haven't been started yet. They might have 3 people tops up front. I really feel sorry for them.

The staff here is always great. I've never had any issues of any kind when i come here. I hate needles but they have made me so comfortable I'm writing this while getting stuck.

Beautiful customer service! As a returning donor after 5 years this place has definitely up their game. Theres a snack table with complimentary drinks and energy bars. Hats off to Shakyah! Perfect for this job and as a difficult stick she was smooth and my flow was the fastest of all time! Good job CSL Stone Mountain!

Today I am giving Associates Latrise, Tondalia and Latonia all five stars for their exceptional customer service. They were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location.

The Stone Mountain staff from CSL Plasma has been coming to my center in Gainesville, Georgia to assist. Every single staff member from Stone Mountain rocks! There have been 7-10 different staff members assisting in the last few weeks. Every single one is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and does such a wonderful job. They all have commented how much they love their job and what wonderful leaders and supervisors they work with and for. It clearly shows!! Good job Stone Mountain. Thank you for helping our cen

very good performance today. I had a litttle trouble leaving this google review, Ynaeah went above and beyond to help me through this process. i love how shes always willing to stop what shes doing to assist her team or us donors.

I have been coming to donate at CSL on and off for about 5 years. I've always been satisfied with the quality and service from the staff. I understand things don't always go as planned with vitals but I was always provided with heplful tips to be better the next go round. I will always turn to CSL for plasma donation even if its not as often as others. Plus saving lives feels good!! Thank you CSL

I don't think I have ever left a review but I have something to say ?????!!! Man look ??????????????-listen??????Shanice Love is awesome???. was very detailed in anything I asked , &what she wasn't sure if she tried to put me thru to someone that could help (me being the handful I am I wouldn't let her )??I just got her to answer all my other questions in which to me was more important ?..and boom ya girl fell thru saving me time and herself !!!!!! going forward we out here saving lives Pun intended ??and

Been going to CSL for quite some time now and never had an bad experience. Staff always treated me like family and I'm always in and out every visit.. Great Business here....!

Being a Donor rather its organs, plasma, or blood you should be treated fair, with respect and humanity just isn't the same. Most workers are respected and respectful as well as certified to do their job, while most are RUDE, unprofessional and disrespectful. This Location really needs a NEW ERA of STAFF MEMBERS if they wanna keep their Donors and status, money etc. I Donate for good reasons, and causes, I'd hate to be drawn away from helping others because of unprofessionalism and its not just this locati

The staff is great and there is always at least one person there that makes me laugh when I go. They do however, seem a bit short staffed, so it can feel as though the line refuses to move.

I have donated here several times and had some good experiences. However, two times in the last month the needle was inserted improperly and I developed a hematoma. I understand that this is a risk of donating, however my 2 Star review comes because of how it was handled. The first time the lady who inserted the needle did not report it to any high up staff members and gave no instructions on home care, things to look for to make sure it wasn't getting worse or really any kind of information at all. It def

Awsome experience with whole staff !!!! Nae was the Beauty that processed me in. She was Awsome, so professional With a kind spirit and i pray everything that her and her coworkers touch or do turns into Gold and is Fruitful!!!!??

Lines are never too long. Staff is friendly and Technician Kyle made my donation painless. Kyle is all kinds of awesome!

I love this CSL plasma location!! They move very fast and very productively. Great personalities all across the board as well! I be forgetting a few of the greats ones name but for the most part, everyone does a great job. No complaints

Very grateful for CSL in general but especially this location in Stone Mountain. They make you feel comfortable and are happy to answer any questions. Nadia is polite and knowledgeable. This is a good place to donate plasma if it's your first time. They'll explain everything to you.

It's the day after Thanksgiving and you'd expect it to be busy and short staff yet they were staffed and prepared and time went smoothly. From the security guard to the wait staff up front to the techs in back. Thanks CSL Stone Mountain

As many times as I've come to this place, in this year alone, I've never had a nurse do my vitals then get up in the middle of my vital exam & start doing other tasks at work, until today. Sean Savage started out very well, seemed to be helpful to others & he got up right in the middle of my vitals. He did apologize afterwards, however being that he had one more step to finish during my examination & he shouldn't have gotten up. They have new employees very often which doesn't surprise me. The whole establi

I arrived here at 7:30 this morning. I was third in line at this point as a new donor. I sat well over an hour waiting to be seen. Finished all my paperwork finally only to be turned away because I previously donated at a different plasma company a week ago. I have not gone over my 2 donations in a 7 day period. However they ?flagged? me and said I'd have to wait another 8 days for that to be removed. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the lady that took care of me was very nice and detai

I was left on the machine with air bubbles and the female was not helpful she was rude with an attitude and making this face as if she's fed up.. I raided my hand for several minutes and stoll received no help Morgan is the only helpfulfemalestaff on the donor floor she's very professionaland csl should hire more dedicatedAnd motivated staff memberslike Morgan. The male workers are professional the female staff is unprofessional and lazy as if they don't want to do their job. Please hire and replace staff..

This CSL plasma center is so great and have a great vibe when you walk. The staff here is amazing they take care of you and they always check up on you they sanitize everything all devices all materials. They very nice when it comes to the customers/patience. This is the only CSL plasma I recommend and if anyone needs to donate I recommend CSL plasma overall keep the good work.

The staff here is professional and friendly, however they definitely don't have a since of urgency. My first visit there was 5 hours and my subsequent 4 visits were all over 2 hours. I recently just went to one of their competitors, ADMA, and my first visit there was less than 4 hours. One other weird thing I found is that the prepaid debit card they offer does not allow you to make purchases on eBay. If this location is convenient for you then I would recommend them.

Why hasn't Tondalia Williams been given an opportunity to manage this location or at least be given a position to make changes that could improve our experience. Each day, I see her she's on time/early, proficient, expedient, and professional. Brining in managers that can't come on the floor to help the staff with donors (sticking) when short staffed then deferring donors when they speak out is ridiculous.

Ive been a CSL donor for about 7 years and this center is the best I've been too! The friendly staff works hard to get so many people safely taken care of every day! 100% recommend

I actually had a great experience here this morning. Idk what all the bad reviews are about. I'm from another state and they got everything done professionally within 2 hours time. I will be returning in 2 days! Go CSL!!

They are very unorganized. No matter what time you go there will always be a long line. Management is very lazy and unprofessional.

These workers are very rude and disrespectful. Most of them look unqualified to be working in a job like this. I'm disgusted.

It may take you 5 to 10 minutes to get in the chair, after your vital sign screening. But, the team in the back attitude, help you forget the wait.- A Good Attitude, changes things.

Don't go there. I've seen different instances before with other people(workers arguing with donors)but today something was wrong and my arm and it was hurting a lot. I waved over to the girl who stuck me who was across from me maybe 10 feet. She was setting up a machine that didnt have someone sitting there. she didn't respond. So I spoke again she immediately responded with "who are you talking to like that" in which I responded someone help me this is hurting a lot. She proceeded to walk sarcastically to

This place is being ran like I circus, I got a special promotion offer stating if I started back donating I would receive a $100 bonus on top of my donation. I'd be questioning this bonus since I walked into csl at 10am this morning I was ASSURED that I would receive it MULTIPLE time. They said after I donated. I'd see the bonus $100 guess what? No bonus and now I've been waiting on a manager for over 1 hour to Manually enter it I to the system. Over something that no fault of my own. I guess when it being

The staff is always friendly and courteous very helpful and plus you get crackers and drinks on your way out which is helpful as well too so above all had a great experience

I actually like this donation center. Never had an issue with the staff or process that hasn't been resolved as quickly as possible. Very friendly and informative. I recommend this facility for those looking to donate.

The lady with the grey wig is very rude . She has a very nasty attitude and makes fun of donors with other staff . While I was there she had other donors complain as well . Very unprofessional

They can get busy sometimes but I love the staff. Vitals are always quick for me and I love Craig, Kat, or Marissa for a stick!

I was just here on Monday trying to donate. My experience here was the worst. Long waiting times when they wasn't even busy and their staff is very disrespectful. One of the workers act as if he was high. The other staff didn't know what he was doing like it was his first time. The female staffs have competition with each other. With the value of unprofessional here, this place should be shut down. For some reason every business in this location customer service suck Dekalb get it together and get on this..

I was scared to walk in here after reading reviews but decided to go anyways because it's the closest location to me and obviously money tight (gas)... I got there around 10:30am on a Monday and was in my car by 12:10! Also keep in mind that this was my first donation. All staff was friendly and were doing their jobs fast. The only thing it was strange to see men literally hanging out in there.. like you see drug dealers hanging out in gas stations lol.

The staff is great, when they show up. It's always under staffed. Expect to be here for AT LEAST 2 1/2 hours. Showed up before 6:30am and it still took 3 hours to donate. My advice, go to a different center.
