Drove an hour and a half to donate got there at quarter after 3 and was told I could donate because they didn't take new donors after 3. Seriously are you so lazy and inconsiderate that I spent an hour and a half driving to you to donate only to then turn me away because I was 15 minutes past your time for new donors? Which oh by the way they never told me and most places will take places up until 3 hours until closing so yeah this place already left a VERY poor impression with their laziness and unprofessi

Just calling there today made me not want to go donate. The lady who answered the phone was soooooo RUDE!!!!!! Then when my daughter traveled across the city to donate, she was rude to my daughter as well. She turned her away and said no new people on Saturday and she needed to be there by 11. Maybe is she wasn't such a tag on the phone, she could have said that. Definitely needs to get a job working alone with that dirt poor attitude!

I just went there. Between the people who do screening. And management. They just want to find a reason to deny you. Very poor service and the staff there are disrespectful and rude. Wouldn't recommend if your trying for first time.

Sometimes, there's a really long wait to get on the donor floor bc there aren't many people working the floor really early but once you get paid, especially if it's a bonus, it's all worth it. I noticed a new one sleeping on the job though yesterday. That's why it's hard to find a job, because they hire things like that, that don't want to work.

This place runs very efficiently. The check-in process was quick and thorough. I've had the pleasure of getting India whenever I go. She takes her time with you on your first time to make sure you're comfortable. She's great with the needle and hits my vein the first time every time. Honestly, she's the main reason I'm leaving this 5-star review. Give this woman some credit! I'll be back for sure!

They have horrible customer/patient service. The people at the front counter are rude no matter which one of them is there. And you can clearly see them slacking off. But the worst part is how they did my veins like I've been bruised for about 2 weeks now it's ridiculous I'm not donating ever again thanks to the guys at my local CSL plasma.

It wasn't until 8:40 that they opened door then they only took 12 I was 13th in line was told they could only let 12 people in at a time. I then waited 2 hours and 30 min in the cold. I've been going to this place for 6 months, and the good experiences have been few and far between. Reception staff are slow, rude, and complacent. They all equally have the bedside manor of a mortician. Every time I've been in this place, staff will stop what they're doing go carry on personal, non-work related conversations. It cN take hours to just get into a line to eventually donate. Phlebotomists here are hit and miss. I've had multiple experiences where I wasn't stuck correctly, and bruised badly.

I made a call to the front desk regarding credentials I needed to bring . Long story short the lady was rude on the phone this morning in the tone and how she would interrupt me in the middle of the conversation. I spoke in a calm respectful tone so I'm not sure why she gave me such a nasty undertone attitude but that made me not want to continue business with them based off that .

i didn't donate, just was dropping someone off to do so. lady at the desk was rude to me as i moved over a little bit towards where my friend was doing his paperwork and she snapped at me stating ?no no ma?am no you can't help him? i wasn't even trying to help him i literally moved over. and then when checking in my other friend she ordered me to wait in my car or in the lobby since i wasn't donating. i don't mind there being certain procedures and protections, i get why there is and that isn't the problem.

Haven't been back to this place in over 2 months because I was supposed to get my reward of $75.00 on my 2nd donation but I only received $55.00 smh ever since then I haven't been back I won't be going back either because that was wrong as heck plus they don't open at the time they say they open this donation center needs to do better and staff are sometimes mean especially the one worker I won't say her name she needs to work on the way she speaks to people

I wanted to donate plasma at this place in Shop City in Syracuse, NY and they told me that since I didn't speak English I couldn't and I told the person that I understood and I speak very little English. I just wanted to donate but because of the language I can't. For me, this is racism.

All I can say is watch yourself if you decide to "Attempt" to donate. They have a "bully" for a security guard who thinks he's a cop. He will harass you from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I give CSL a big zero.

First time donors are basically frowned upon and no one is at the desk to check you in even if you wanna be checked in. If you end up being patient and trying to do it on your own without interrupting their flow at the vitals you will never be seen and if you be loud they will give attitude. I have been a client with longevity and I am so disappointed in their service and performance some of the staff has the credentials but lacks the humanitarian characteristics that goes along with it. The smile, understanding, privacy, all in all their approach sucks. What's sad about this is that the people who needs plasma to survive are the ones suffering because of this. When are the superiors going to take a sharp look at what is going on??? Resolution is definitely needed.

This place is amazing!!!! The staff is always so nice and welcoming I've been going here for a few years now. Yes it does get busy and yes we do have to wait but they always maintain to stay professional even on the most busy days. This place is spotless clean and a safe environment. The staff members are polite and very knowledgeable in their profession. Plasma is very important for research and life-saving medicines. They are under very strict federal guidelines so can't be for everyone, if interested I would call them for the guidelines . One of the most generous organizations I've ever experienced.

I had to leave a review after my last experience just two days ago. The first time I donated, they had a difficult time because I have small veins and they poked and prodded me, tried both arms, and the next day I woke up to a hematoma in my arm that grew into an enormous bruise that went all the way around to my elbow. I went there on a Wednesday and only had a copy of my SS card. I came back Thursday at 5pm and although their website says they close at 6 I was told they stop taking new clients at 430. I came back Friday at 330 and was told they are short staffed and aren't taking new clients today. I have wasted 12 dollars in bus fae to come out there. I'm giving them 1 star for lack of clarity on their website and for continuing to waste my time.

The process you go through of being able to donate is probably the best way it can be done all of the procedures such as hematocrit levels, weight, temperature once you get through that and are able to donate the process generally goes smoothly. Only issue is I would say which at times can not be helped is that once you are set up to donate and have the needle inserted depending on many things the staff can and do go through your vein but this is always a possibility which can and does cause bruising which

While the idea of this is fantastic, this location is definitely not managed well. There are days where they run out of vital items needed to function. There apparently are days where they can't open till 3.5 hrs after the scheduled opening time, while people start lining up an hour before they open. This hastle causes many patrons to not be able to donate because they are so stressed and frustrated with all the hiccups of the management that their blood pressure is elevated and they get deferred.

I don't think they take these reviews seriously, so many people I know have been bruised and left in pain while donating by an undertrained staff. Clearly it's to the point where corporate is taking whatever the location collects without caring about experience or reputation. Keep in mind that every review below mine complaining about pain or bruising there are dozens more unreported.

I have been giving since they opened. I always feel welcomed, and thanked for my donation. I appreciate the extra money in my pocket. I find it is an ideal place for me to catch up on reading or playing a game on my phone, causes time to fly by.

They turned away my wife because she's overweight, citing "FDA regulations." Per the FDA website: the regulations to donate based on weight is that someone needs to be at least 110lbs. They don't deserve anyone's business. Not ever.

This place is a joy to visit! The staff especially marla, may, kara and alaythia. They were wonderful. They make saving lives as pain free as possible. However there are some staff there that are a nightmare to work with. They condescend and belittle at every chance I will never affiliate with csl again

The staff at this center are all very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend donating plasma here at this center. Donating plasma is so important and it saves lives. The staff at this CSL Plasma location explained to me about how important donating is, they are all very educated and they take their jobs serious. Five stars!!!

Corporate needs to shut this place down I am here at 1 PM on a Saturday and there's a sign on the door that says we are closed for the remainder of the day. Seems like these lazy people want to work whenever they decide to work. Absolute waste of time coming here.

I've had a good experience..however i have seen some staff be very rude to individuals who are donating. If you say anything to anyone about what happened to you..you will be told to leave.
