Maya is the best I've ever dealt with at this facility. She isn't biased in how she treat those personally known in comparison to other donors or employees. She holds everyone, including herself accountable. She can stick you without excruciating pain due to being very skilled at what she does. She's the only manager there that actually cares about the operation of that center. She works hard and overwork herself. Hopefully they find a better support team before they lose her. So I started calling at 8am to receive no answer. So I drive there for them to tell me it's by appointment only. After I show I've been calling since 8am the blonde haired girl working the front books me a 10am appointment( I had been there since 9:15 already). Ok, so I come back at 10:30 just to find out she double booked the spot and now I have to sit and wait until they can slide me in. I didn't start the video until 11:30. And did not get seen by a nurse until 12pm.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are always so full of life, friendly, and professional. The facility is always so shiny and clean. I'm never there longer than an hour and that's including vitals. Plus it's always a good thing when the initial stick doesn't hurt. I mean I've never felt pain from getting the needle put in from any of the staff, that's amazing. Whatever they are doing there, please don't let them change anything.... Sincerely, A CSL donor for life

This place has grown so much, a completely new environment! Yanna and Leah constantly gives great customer service and her actual job. Great energy. I was in and out, any issues gets resolved quickly. Great team, feel comfortable in their hands. 10/10 recommend this location .

Angelica up front was extremely nice, polite, professional and very friendly. Brie in the back that put the needle in my arm was also extremely nice and polite. She got my vein on the first try. I don't have any bruising. The nurse called the next day to check on me and see how I was doing after my donation. Very clean establishment.

Having not donated in several months, returned to CSL. Seeing the staff was like seeing friends one might not of seen in a while. The new machines are much faster than the old ones they replaced. Honorable mention goes out to a new staff member named Ms. Tempestt. Over the top kind, efficient, and positive. Also caring and professional. Thanks CSL, Tallahassee.

This facility is always so clean and cute. I love the new themes that they have every month and the receptionist are so sweet.

I had a great experience and the staff were extremely respectful. By the way, the group lead receptionist, Michelle, help me navigate and explains everything in a way to which not only do I understand but also make me feel comfortable.

I have been a plasma donor forever decade at this facility and has seen it's ups and downs and as of right now this place shines like a 10 karat diamond! I would especially like to thank Tempest, one of the phlebotomist on the floor. She has the most amazing warm bedside manner, always smiling and has a touch of an Angel. I never feel the needle and that is the best feeling ever!

They are fast and have great skills. Ms.Mo is one of the best if not the best person working there she make sure you are comfortable and ready to go. CSL will always have my vote.

I love the experience I goy at CSL. The receptionist Leah is super helpful and helped me understand all of the steps during my first donation. I will definitely be returning soon.

I have most most wonderfulest when I walk through the door it's like I'm at home. The receptionists are the best. The floor generals are awesome and management got everything under control.

I go to this facility twice a week for over a year and never had any issues or problems. The staff are pleasant and professional. I would only recommend that the amount paid be increased because other plasma donation centers all pay more. This is the lowest paying facility.

The CSL plasma team always makes me donations experience comfortable, professional, and fun! Bre, and the entirety of her staff are incredible! Will recommend this company to anyone.

The staff are funny an nice ?? but there excellent with there machines it's quick an fast they always check up on you overall they are kind folks CSL keep doing ya thing period

AMAZING ??. Phlebotomists does a fantastic job working together and getting everyone in and out. Also, checking on the donors making sure we're feeling ok. So far so good ????

The time to get in and out is amazing now. The staff is warm and and moves very quickly. The front desk also waste no time.

Shout out to Leo for outstanding professionalism , Tempestt for great teamwork , and Mo for displaying exceptional leadership. Keep up the awesome work!!!

My experience with CSL is amazing they are always friendly and polite and helpful caring and always professional thank you all for always treating me well.

I like this location the staff is kind and respectful and it's clean inside I'm never in there long unless it's really busy over all one of the best plasma centers

I can't believe the INTENTIONAL disrespect. They will make u wait longer if u even ask a question. The nursing staff will LITERALLY talk about you behind the desk like your not even a person with feelings! I waited 3hours one day without EVER being talked to or being greeted by anyone. And then I come in today..I was the 2 new patient and I see someone (another new patient) get out before me!! That's terrible service. You should be ashamed

S/O my phleb Yanna is very good at her job and so entertaining to be around?? Always respectful and fast !

Staff are nice, helpful and friendly. In and out in no time flat. I love it here.

I love it here! Awesome staff .. Experienced phlebotomist. Attentive and entertaining. Great repor amongst staff.

Miss Michelle H. Is beyond amazing! The managed to have 2 people's vitals taken In the time it took the others to do their first. In addition to her speed she was so sweet, and attentive! Made sure everything was running smoothly and helped more then what was asked of her. I love this location as they go out of your way to feel cared for and comfortable

Everytime I go Ms Moe is so sweet, and friendly she's awesome ????

Yana is a very professional and determined to make me feel safe and comfortable thanks very much

Yanna was funny and very sweet! Definitely made the donation go by faster than usual

Love donating here ! Good and fast never waiting around and staff go above and beyond for the patients

I just wanted to say Leah or Li is GREAT! She did a great job while I was there. I saw her rushing around stocking and helping patients and getting machines ready. She was doing it all! Sweet girl and she deserves a raise!!! Lol ????

Experience was A1;; Center Supervisor (Maya) was AWESOME!!!

CSL PLASMA IS A NICE AND CLEAN PLACE TO GO DONATE PLASMA WITH A Professional staff that knows how to treat their clients next

Everyone does a fantastic job and making sure every donor is feeling well throughout the donation process

Very friendly and comfortable Hard working employees that go the extra mile for there Donors

Maya is an excellent phlebotomist, she provided me with great service and new insight

The staff at the CSL plasma is so courteous nice and gentle and specially Miss tempest.

They are truly amazing people n I absolute love coming to donate ??

Fast efficient friendly. They good people and professional too

Ms bryonia was great when she stuck me and very nice

I stopped going because you wait in line for 2 hours because of short staff. Those who are there working don't wanna work. Plus you got some really druggy looking people walking in there.... a nurse is never there to do an exam. Really bad part of town too..

I stopped donating here last summer after a phlebotomist entered my vein THROUGH A TENDON and left me crying for the entirety of my donation. I needed the money, so I returned today only to find them incredibly inefficient. The staff were all pleasant. There just wasn't a clear procedure established for what I ought to be doing. I was told I'd get new donor compensation because I had lapsed and was told I wouldn't. I was told I didn't need to see a nurse and then that I did. The kiosk did not register my an

Had an experience with CSL after the recent storm in Tallahassee when businesses were shut at different intervals of time until electric and phone services were restored. My issue was not CSL. I live 40 miles away and drove over twice unecessarily after restoration was restored due to the fact I registered online, for a donation at different organization. Used an app at home. Thinking I'd be smart and if CSL was still closed would just go over there. The other location was closed also. Because of th

Yanna is such a great phlebotomist. Such a pleasure to be around.

The reception with all the piercings is an amazing person love her spirit she has a great attitude and she is really great also love mesha she the best person to have stick you

Absolutely awful. Horribly unprofessional and with no regards to the customers. Been coming here about 2 years and the entire time they've only had 3 phlebs that knew what the Hell they were doing. Only one person who works there deserves any kind of praise for work and that's the one phleb they've had this past year who's actually done a great job happy when she's there. Everyone else is terrible. The worst is probably the manager as I've had the worst experience with her. Couldn't even wrap my arm proper

Close to home, the staff have fun which makes the donation time fly by.

Csl plasma center is the best!!!!! friendly smiling faces and always laughter even when they're busy you can count on them to treat you right. My husband and I won't go anywhere else even if they paid us more!!!! Thank you to the workers yall are amazing!!!!!!

Most of the workers are friendly but they definitely seem understaffed since there is no certain person to answer the phone or direct new comers as to where they need to go and what they need to do. The techs who do the medical screening have to handle the front desk and phone as well as the screening of the people waiting to donate. It seems very disorganized. There are no chairs to sit in while you wait for your turn to donate so I literally was standing there for almost 2 hours. I went early one day ( w

Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do not always follow the hours of operation though. They lock the doors early at times, even if they see someone walking up. It may only be by 5 or so minutes, but I had always been told by staff that as long as you were there before the closing hour said, you were covered. Their weekend hours were off as well. I tried to go in before work on a Saturday because online said they were open at 7am. Turns out they do not open until 8am.

The staff are very friendly, it's a pleasure to donate here

The receptionist are the best????????csl rock I love the managers good people

Very clean very friendly n very good pay

I'd probably rate higher for this place if the workers were actually nice to everyone and not just people they know. Example? Sweet as can be to my fiance. But to me? Rude. They try to look professional but they have workers who don't represent good. How long you're here is dependent on how hydrated you are. There have been a few times where he's complained the person was really rough with putting the needle in his arm. Even said a few were a bit rude. Yet there's a few workers he got to know and they are r

Like any business they have their ups and downs. But I enjoy coming to donate here. I've been a regular donor here for over 6 months now and hopefully longer. I love how the staff can be very personable. I have difficult veins and I trust the phlebotomists to get it right every time. Their is one person in particular I would like to mention. Ms. Susan is such an important part of the team. Their have been times I've had a long or not the best day. Her infectious spirit and amazing customer service honestly

No snacks, no water bottles, no TV, no positivity, no respect for their donors and what they provide for their patients. They can do better than this. I know they can. They just need to love what they do and it will be a better environment for the workers and the donors. Are we saving lives or are we just collecting a check? It's a question that you must ask yourself. What you do and who you are matters. It's not a place to be gossiping, it's a place to make a change in others lives.

The flow can go ungodly slow sometimes however the staff is normally doing the best they can with what they are given to work with. There is one employee I would like to thank for always making donating a better experience. Susan (donor specialist) I believe is absolutely amazing! She works a lot faster than most of the other ladies that do the intake for donors. She is always so cheerful. She will talk to you while making sure her job is complete at the same time. I think she is a very valuable asset you h

i?ve been going here for two years and every single time I have gone I have been incredibly disappointed with the service. there has not been one time where I have not gone and waited two hours plus for service. anytime I call to ask questions no one ever fully answers my question and they always hang up on me. i?ve had maybe two people who have been able to properly stick me with a needle so that it didn't hurt the entire time I was donating, and both of them no longer work there. the staff is constantly r

Todays experience was very unprofessional. Started out having issues with kiosk. Only 1 worker was really helping while multi-tasking. She asked for help noone seemed to hear her yet management and a few others were only standing around talking. I waited 2 1/2hrs to be bedded. Once i was i waited another 20 mins only for them to tell us they are closing due to no nurse on duty. 10 dollars was compensated. I tried to speak with management yet a distraction of staff laughing at the situation ended that. I ha

I will no longer do any business with this place I needed proof of residency for my second visit so I brung the lease agreement for where I live the "Boss" on duty said that wasnt good enough I spent my last 13$ on an uber to get here my landlord called said my mail finally came he took a clear picture of it i showed it to her she then said she watched me fill out the lease in the parking lit witch is impossible because i ubered there so not only did she say i forged a document she told face lies to my fac

They were very nice and attentive during the whole process and Mesha cleaned the devil outta the draw stations

Trash. Some workers are nice, but it's pretty gross, always loud, and there's no oversight. Phlebotomists can't hit a vein without bruising. They're always understaffed, lines are long, and it's cold as hell in there. Save yourself the pain and go to BioLife.

I walked out today. It was one person ahead of me, but I witnessed people getting out of the back of the line and getting in the booth ahead of other people that were waiting to be screened and was seen and no one said anything. It's just not right that the staff allowed them to skip line and they could have just waited their turn.

CSL is the best plasma center in town! Come see for yourself!

I've been donating at this location for 2 years now and it's fine for first 8 donation but after that experience starts to fall as I was kicked out for entering through exit do to the entrance being locked 10 minutes before the time listed and unannounced ?as a manger approached me saying I couldn't enter through the exit yet there is no sign stating that I then asked for corporate number he gave me a different number and then ask security to escort me I was so baffled I call public law enforcement to only

Customer service is always good friendly I've been coming for about a year now and I've never had a bad donation

Got here at 1130. The screening was quick today because usually that is the long part. Waited over 1.5 hours to get onto the donor floor. The worst part is that there are 4 tech working the floor. They seem to have no motivation or sense of urgency. The really has to be a better process.

I just want to shoutout Li , she was beyond professional today And made sure i was okay through the whole process . Thank you Li!

CSL Plasma in Tallahassee consistently disappoints with chronic understaffing, unresponsive phone lines, and a refusal to address their shortcomings. On two separate occasions, I was denied the opportunity to donate plasma due to the absence of a nurse for the required physical. Despite my persistence, calling for hours yielded no results. Even after involving corporate, the lack of coordination and excuses persisted. It's disheartening that a simple act of donation is marred by their inability to ensure ba

Great work ethic and friendly staff

Everytime I go there is no one to help me but the security guard who will ask the staff a question for me. Today when they'll accept a new donor they couldn't do it b/c no one was really there. I call 3 times a day to speak to someone and no one has EVER answered the phone!!

So they post these bonuses for consecutive donations then take them away when it's time to pay out. It's September is not the first time they've done this to us. FYI

Mesha and the entire staff there are awesome! I love everyone's energy

Mesha has and always been great nice and considerate 5 stars or not enough

I came into your office on yesterday to donate. Just as I sat down and Nick was prepping me to donate the system went down. After Nick went and talk to Toya he then told me that I would not be able to donate and that I needed to speak with Toya who was the manager on duty at the time when I was trying to donate. After talking to Toya she explained that I was in the system, but also wasn't in the system I would not be able to donate but as soon as the network came back up I would still get paid my donation p

You are either waiting 2 hrs to get your vitals taken or you're waiting 2 hrs to get your plasma taken. They are ALWAYS understaffed. If you complain you get out in deferment. You can tell the employees don't like they're job therefore they could care less about you. That being said they're is a few nurses who go above and beyond and treat you with caring and respect.

Nice place to donate and make some fast cash, if it's your first time donating be prepared for a few hours process, bring a blanket or light jacket to lay over yourself if you get cold easy. Also DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, I think my time would have went faster as for as the actual donation process if I was more hydrated. Eat a good meal before coming and use the bathroom before you start the donation process. Overall I was very happy about my visit today and definitely will be coming back.

The employees were all great and made it an easy first time. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they permanently deferred me because of my honesty, not even a drug test.

If I could put lower than 1 star, I would. My husband wanted to donate. He had the worst experience the first two times with unprofessionalism and long waits so he gave up. The third time, they gave him a hard time because of his service animal. He felt discrimated against. What kind of medical place is this anyway?

Went to the doctor before going to donate plasma. Lab results came the next day saying my iron & protein was critically low. I cant believe they lied and said my iron was ok to donate. This is a very unprofessional business.

Love the compassionate staff here!

Great spot really friendly staff

Informative and caring.. opposed to other medical professions that are singly client based, they really have spirit and heart for their job of choice

Chill place. On a bad day the line can be long but moves at a decent pace. On a good day you're in and out before you know it

Normally I wouldn't have a issue with donating here. But last time the girl stuck me and missed my vein twice. NOT ONLY did she miss my vein TWICE, She missed vein AGAIN when trying to return my blood back to me and put the saline solution that was supposed to go in my vein WAS PUT UNDER THE TISSUE OF MY FREAKING SKIN! so I left with a Gold ball size lump under my skin which was filled with Saline and missed my vein 3 times! My arm is now bruised all the way around my elbow, side of my arms and under my arm

?? awful came Monday no staff waited 3 hours outside the door.I wouldn't recommend no one to waste there time to come here.Short staff, unprofessional, came back today and waited for 2 hours just to get to the back only 2 staff on floor to stick and release. ?? ??

Waited almost all day in line and employees that where in the back moving very slowly like they are just waking up. Very unprofessional service and work The employees up front they were polite and getting people in and out.. Good service there....

Well...well..well...today's experience is not well. These people show lack of motivation...NO sense of urgency at ALL. I have been sitting on this bed for 50 minutes before someone came over to my bed to stick me. There are only 13 donors in this building on the beds right now. And 1 phlebotomist sticking. My problem I have been in this place for 2 hours now and I am finally getting stuck now.

The Plasma Team Eveytime I visit is exceptional maya , Alice are absolutely the best nurses out there
