Customer Reviews

Honestly, super by book and not to be rude and powerheads but to keep donors safe. Excellent with what they do. I'm scared to go anywhere else! Love this place

I have been donating for a while now and all of a sudden my temperature happens to be 99.8 every time I am there but anywhere else I go to get my vitals taken such as my place of work doctors ex. It's always in the 97.6 or so range twice now I have had to deal with this and it's getting old. And there's no such thing as I only have a fever when I'm at CSL plasma it doesn't make any sense. Starting to look more like the equipment is not calibrated to meet medical standards like it should and I'm saying this

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile Cory is the sweetest. He really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. All the staff were nice n friendly also very professional.

I was deferred for losing 20 pounds in a month They told me to fill out a form and I did brought it back they told me the doctor will review it I been waiting 2 weeks I told them to let the doctor know to go over it the doctor still has not reviewed it they do not do there job I will be posting a video about this and i have a lot of followers I was told by one of the staff I can come in but I came in during a heat wave I walked about 5 miles and they told me the doctor didn't review it this is ridiculous

I been donating for almost 2 years.. and is always a problem in this place.. lately my pulse been high. Over 100.. maybe 101 to 109.. they only let you sit for 15 minutes one time.. i been sent home 4 times in 2 weeks. It cost me money to got to there... and they dont care is always an attitute.. i told this lady to just let me sit again for another 15 minutes cause i know i be fine ... and they start some bullsht.. and told me to comeback the next day... horrible place to donate.. im switching to another

First time I came back in months and I get 30 bucks. Waist of time just for 30 bucks like come on while I'm hearing people getting 50-60 bucks do better so I go to the atm to see if there's 30 bucks nope they lie they take 2 dollars away so I made 28 bucks. Bullshit

Honestly I wasnt going to leave a review but I've had enough. For starters you have to make a day out of this because you're going to be standing in line for hours. There is ever only 2 people doing vitals and that line in and of itself is hell. They also take extremely long bringing people to the back. Multiple times I've seen more people leaving after finishing them people they're taking in 5 people walk out 1 person goes back and on and on. There are only a select few workers that are decent putting need

I'm really disappointed with the new pay scale. It makes it a lot harder to recommend CSL Plasma to people, especially since some people I know get a lot less money per donation now. Also, it's really inconvenient to have the facility closed on Sundays. It would be great if CSL could consider changing the pay scale back to what it was before and maybe look into opening on Sundays too. Oh, and one more thing ? it would be nice if donors could sit at their donation stations while they wait to get hooked up to

Like all other reviews, this one will be similar. I really feel bad for these hard workers. But every single time I come to either location you spend hours waiting. 30+ for vitals and an hr + then after vitals just to sit and wait for a donor seat. This location got new machines and they have NOT made anything faster. If anything it's made the wait time way longer! They didn't even get the same amount of machines to compensate the donors. Having a bay and a half when there used to be almost 3. Then we have

Love my girls at CSL especially destiny & jalissa( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) I came in yesterday and they greated me with the brightest smiles and complimented me on my hair and makeup it made my whole day !!

Simply put, it is apparent not a single person here knows what they are talking about. If ownership wishes to contact me feel free.

If you can avoid donating here I would definitely do so! The staff are rude, and don't want to do their jobs! I went there my second time and didn't have to watch a video but then the third time they said I had to and because they closed within a half hour they didn't want to let me donate! The first time I came the lady wanted to fight with me about how long I had my belly button done, I said 5 to 6 years I've had it done, when I said that about my lip rings! Either way its past the 6 months so why fight w

Don't expect to come here and be taken right away like every single other plasma place does in this area because this is the only one that has lines of 10 or more and only 1 person scanning them. They will never get their stuff together. No chairs so expect to stand here for 30 plus minutes. A regular donation here takes 3 hours or more yes I said 3 hours the same time it takes when you are a new donor. Yikes. Highly do not recommend.

Staci is the best nurse they have. I was bruised once but it happens..

Staff is always nice and friendly! I've never had a bad experience! I have been going to this location since 2022!

Always understaffed, the staff they do have either just stands around singing dancing, or flat out having side convos. They spend entirely way to much with 1 patient just talking. We stand in line for 1 hour sometimes more then sit in the chair for almost am hour. They barely pay anything and claim they only pay us for our time not the actual donation. I bet if they stopped paying see how many people willing to just donate for the heck of it. It could be 3 or 4 staff members on the floor but only 1 person

To CSL: Contact your negligent employees for more details UPDATE: went again, and once again they botched the needle insertion! Different arms, same screw ups. I will now be reporting to the state to have their license revoked. Got deferred because I had a faint bruise on each arm which was caused by the technicians. Apparently, knowing how to insert a needle into a vein is not a requirement of their job. The first was because they put the needle in so far it went thru the other side of the vein. Last tim

They talk too much and stand around most the time lines be a hour to 2 hour wait on top of the donation most times

We drove an hour and a half to donate just to get there and be told we didn't live within their radius. We had called days before donating to make sure they'd accept us and they said their location was closest to us and we'd be able to donate. A complete waste of our time.

They're friendly and clean. However l, they're a bunch of clueless minions & the one that asked about tattoos and piercings couldn't spell or figure out my left from right. They seem to give the run arounds a lot & this "Doctor" doesn't seem very professional in regards to time.

The staff is always awesome. Amber, Tessa, Carlos, Nick D., Melissa, Destiny, Chris, Aneesa, Nana, Lasheena, Sherry... I could probably name everyone there and you wouldn't have a bad experience with anyone. Skilled and professional, the best part of donating is how positive the staff makes your time there.

I went here for close to 4 years I would say, and very very rarely would it take me no less than 2.5 hours. The reasons I stopped going here after being a platinum donor are as follows: Being a platinum donor is an absolute joke that means nothing. The amount of money you get in return for your time and plasma compared to the price they sell your plasma for is absolutely absurd. The employees are always just messing around as opposed to working. Even with a line from the donor floor to reception they wi

Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. They really need more staff though. Wait times have really increased. Michelle O in reception is awesome as well as Cam. Phlebs range from good to top notch.

The only reason I still come to this place is Michelle. She is incredible in every aspect. I see her doing everything for everyone all at once and still doing her job efficiently and effectively. The staff is great with the donations but the little things make coming to this location worth it.

Clean place and nice people but I called a few weeks ago about donating and asked over the phone if my medical marijuana card was enough and was told by the employee that that would be fine, telling me that that's what she did as well. So maybe it was just a one time thing they did for that specific employee and aren't actually able to do that for donors, but maybe the management should double check to make sure the right information about what is and isn't accepted is something each employee knows. Nothing

Want to know the truth. Ok first off they are always talking and not paying attention to details. 2nd thing is when talking around you there waving the tools around as they speak needles what ever is in there hands.. 3rd there are only like 1 people who can actually catch a vein right. 4th lowest payment around. 5th they mess up it's your fault and u get deferred. Out side of this the building looks nice. That's about it. A real and true review!

Absolute trash. You are welcomed by one michelle, as obese and mean spirited and rude and condescending as the day is long. This gem of a human made me not want to donate. But it is about donating plasma and helping folks who need it, not about a miserable pos at the front desk. But from this point forward, I will go elsewhere to donate.

I used to donate plasma at Biotest in Dickson City. Went there for a few years until the atmosphere got sloppy, team members lacked real care and motivation. I started going here to CSL in Taylor and I would highly recommend their services! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, the phlebotomists always make sure they're doing their best in making sure the donors are comfortable and not in any type of pain. Glad I made the switch to CSL!

absolutely the worst experience ever.. you will stand in lines a minimum of an hour usually closer to two hours. employees will just walk out of reception and leave you standing in line with nobody to screen you or they will just congregate and talk to each other while there is a line of 10 or more people waiting you will then get in line for the floor and stand there waiting while there are five empty beds and none of them are setup because again the employees are to busy talking to actually work... lots

Sherry.M and Merinda have helped me above and beyond today. I adore Nidya for 20yrs and (2yrs)-Jason, Amber and YaYa, have been nothing but attentive and amazing these past-soo many year's. Nurse Corey has always been an amazing person and attentive. Only 4 stars NOT Because of the staff but because CSL on it's own, doesn't have a program set up for AB-Negative blood like me.

Sassy made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She brightens up my day and every room she walks in. If she didn't work here I wouldn't come to this place. CSL need to give her a raise.

Everyone that works there are very professional, friendly, and diligent. I highly recommend CSL plasma center.

CSL Plasma is a JOKE!! First off the one in Wilkes-barre Won't process new comers after five pm. Then why the hell are they open til 7pm? If your gonna have your place open until 7 you should be taking people up til 7pm! Now for the worst csl plasma center - located on main ave in Taylor(Scranton ) pa. First off don't even bother going if you are ANY KIND OF MEDICATIONS! Or have been on any kind of medications because they will permanently defer you from their facility! Do not go there if you want to be t

Terrible service . Staff talks a lot instead of doing there job to make the lines move that are out the door . Wait time is ridiculous!!!!!! Need more staff or hire news ones . Only a couple that actually work here .

Over the past 6 months, this CSL location has been in a declining state of turmoil. When I first started donating here, the staff was pleasant, competent and efficient. It was a joy to come here. Then like someone flipped a switch, the staff turnover became excessive. Each time I came in to donate, someone else was working their "last day" and saying goodbye. Around the holidays, the hours changed without notice and were never updated on the app or the website. When I figured out the new hours, stopped wast

The staff are attentive and respectful. 1 in particular deserves major praise. Her name is Michelle O. She takes the time to listen to the donors and helps as much as she possibly can.

Two hours wasted because there was just one intake person working this afternoon, their busiest day apparently, and only One person working (she was very nice btw). Two total hours waiting and couldn't donate because of high BP. Is it any wonder it was high after standing there for TWO total hours? Hire some intake people! Maybe change it so those who've already donated get served first over new ones? She had us waiting in between registering new people. And at the very least add some chairs to the intake q

Great place... Staff is so friendly, intake was a long process but its understandable why. The nurse who took care of me was knowledgeable and careful... Its nice to save lives and still make a few bucks while doing it. I will definitely go again and and again. Excellent place.

I had no problems at all. Besides not being paid what I was told. They say you get $10 extra for your birthday week (if you donate twice, which I did). I asked about it multiple times... was ensured it would it be there. I never received it. It's not the money, I make about 65k a year. I'm a man of principle, It's the principle. So I will not donate again. Oh well. Don't lie to people

Waited 20+ mins as a new donor for someone at the front desk to acknowledge me so I could start the process no staff did so I left

Been donating here for almost 4 years and never had any issues here. All the staff members are amazing !! If you're a new donor I highly recommend coming to CSL in Taylor.

Definitely my choice. The techs are easy going which makes the process easy to deal with. Sherry, and Chris are 2 of my favorite. If you should stop in and it's the first time donating plasma, definitely make it CSL in Taylor.

I strongly suggest donating? Yes you get paid, but of most importantly you are helping others? The Staff is very professional and very personable? I will be donating until I cannot any longer? which I hope is far in the future? Thank you to the Staff for making me feel so comfortable?

I talked to a lady on the phone about prices and about donating and she said that I had to come in to get a quote. When I came in they told me that there's no nurse on staff so they couldn't even do the initial setup for me something she easily could have told me on the phone. This is one of the most poorly run places I've ever seen.

So im editing my previous review. As of this year center had changed drastically. Expect extremely fast service and polite staff. This center blows biomate in Dickson out of the water. If u donate in Dickson do yourself the solid of coming to csl you'll never go back to Dickson I swear it.

The staff are amazing!! Always putting your comfort ahead of everything & always greet you by name from the moment you walk through the door. I love knowing they are there to help me help save the lives of people... Thanks Nidia & Shanice for making my donating experience such a pleasure...YOUR THE BEST!! :)

The people are nice but you wait for hours while employees are talking and walking around doing nothing. Empty chairs and you still have to wait. There's definitely no structure structure

Management allows under staff of Phlebs causing long waits and stressed employees. In the search to work faster, staff do not change their gloves after disconnecting or sticking patients which could potentially contribute to introduce a virus or bacteria to any patient that is being stuck with dirty gloves. And if the above mentioned is not enough, they do not clean the beds after a patient donates also due to the pursuit to work faster in a understaffed environment. Universal precautions should never be r

Understaffed. And a lot of times the staff is joking around and in no hurry to get to you. There are exceptions but overall your gonna wait a while and no one really cares

The staff at this center are all friendly and knowledgeable. They do everything to ensure a smooth donation experience. Shoutouts to Nidia, Brian, and Nikki, you are all very nice. And the rest of the staff too!

Here in line on 10/7/21 at 1:28 pm. Walked in at 12:45 and still in line to donate. The four employees in the back are laughing and cutting up instead of attending to donors. They seem to have no regard for their donors time . I will probably have to leave as they are making me late for work. Never again with CSL

First time I would have given 3 or 4 stars wasn't that bad aside from the wait, second time my phlebotomis blew the veins in both of my arms, she asked one of her coworkers to help and said she wasn't right handed so she couldn't get the right angle, thankfully after 3 different adjustments another phlebotomist ran my last cycle so I could leave, and then the phlebotomist who messed me up said "Well there's my unsuccessful for the day" as if she was the victim I'm not sure I will ever donate plasma again af

Everyone that works at the Taylor location is Great, very pleasant and funny. Most of all they all give great sticks. Best of the best.

All the staff there are nice I talk to Nydia the while time that I'm there when I go to donate they do a really good job I like how they are really polite and comforting to the donors I look forward to my donations Wednesdays and Fridays And I are so talk to Jen she's really nice too

Unprofessional. I probably leave with a bruise about 50% of the time I donate. Otherwise a nice facility with friendly staff.

I love coming here because there is a very nice woman name Nana she is so sweet and kind and everyone that comes here make sure y?all ask for her to get screen

I've been giving plasma a long time and I never got bruised before until twice in the past week. Their incapable ( but nice ) nurses butchered my arms. When I went back for another donation they declined me because of the bruises that they gave to me. It was a complete waste of my time and I will not be going back.

Waited over an hour already. There were 12 people in line ahead of me and only 1 person went in so far. At this rate I'm gonna be sent home due to closing before I can even donate.

I donate plasma every week and they are very nice and very helpful. They care about every donor, God bless them. they work really hard.

Horrible experience try to donate for the first time I had to go two days in a row first day I went waited 20 minutes didn't even get acknowledged I was there after signing in so I left second day same thing half hour away not even being acknowledged so much for helping save in life huh

Even when they're busy they try to remain focused on helping people completely. Once you go there for a while and see some familiar faces it's like home away from home

Great experience I'm a first time donator and felt at home due to Michelle A. & Destiny making the process efficient understanding and comfortable

I love this place when I come in and visit NANA makes you feel like family always in a positive mood this why I come here always feel welcomed

I have been in other plasma centers, this is the first time they call me to check on me, people are nice

Horrible experience I donated for years and ended up with a double hematoma in both arms at this facility, bubbles from the needle sites, blood was oozing from one, never again!!! They refused to take responsibility, said my veins weren't cooperative lol, they dont know what they're doing

I always show up at 7:00 so I'm pretty close to being first in so it's not busy and I'm really getting sick and tired of showing up there and being told to come back at 9:00 because we don't have enough employees and then today January 28th 2022 I went there for 7:00 and was told there weren't opening till 8:00 because they were having a meeting now why couldn't they put a note on the door so when I donated on Wednesday I could have read it and known that all them people showing up and having to sit there a

This place is welcoming and amazing. The people here are sweet and they really make the process not as scary.

Wonderful staff, always a pleasure to walk in and feel welcomed by everyone. Very professional and fast. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff is very sweet and makes what could be a nervous experience very easy!

You will be waiting 3+ hours to donate. They don't work and would sit around and talk and do nothing.. very disappointing

I think michelle o it's a nice sweet person with me no complaints at all

Had an amazing experience today Michelle o went above and beyond to assist me and get me through the process

I really appreciate the staff at csl, definitely friendly, funny and courteous.

Great staff. Very caring and knowledgeable. Not a bad hour of your life knowing that you can save lives.

They are the nicest people they make you feel comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience when I was there last week Nidia was extremely comforting as I donated I will definitely be back !!!!!

All the employees are awesome never had any issues best donating center so far

Not sanitary clean they stop wiping down the chairs befor and after donations that's not cool at all..

All they do is sit and talk all day .

Jennifer was very courteous and efficient.Great customer service?.

Sherry , lasheena, and everybody are fantastic and great people to be around.

Wonderful place the staff is amazing i got my favorites ?

Nellie V is the best phleb I've ever had

Manager, Nick is very rude and bias towards donors.

Place is a joke. I will never go back there.

Nice staff and they know you by name when you walk in

Very good nice worker and very clean place
