I have been going here for four years now and I love it here. Very nice staff to do a quick job. The process is so quick If you come at a good time
Recent donation went great and smooth! One of the best things about this place is the friendly and amazing staff! Reception employees like Stephanie, Ariel and Tanadia, Phlebotomists and others who work on the floor like Thomas, Vanity, and Reign, and managers like Christina, Danielle and Avery are wonderful, diligent, and caring. Great place, great people!
Love the staff, never show up if you're in a hurry, greatness takes time. No appointment required, occasional bonuses are cool. Well trained and knowledgeable.
I've been a regular customer, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. When the younger staff members are working, productivity significantly declines. They spend more time socializing and discussing workplace drama than assisting customers. During my last visit, I waited for over an hour with only three people ahead of me, while employees laughed and ignored their responsibilities. It's clear that scheduling needs improvement?placing all inexperienced staff together results in inefficiency and p
I have been donating through CSL Plasma for over five years the past three years here in Temple, Texas. I walked in today with my fianc? and my fianc??s friend, who was going to be a new donor we had two forms of id and proof of address and was told by older white blonde lady in the front with glasses ( sorry I didn't get her name) that if he did speak English, we could not donate even though my fianc? was there to translate. In the past I have witnessed someone who was deaf and they're spouse signed for
They have a friendly and professional staff. They make me feel at home. I enjoy going and donating
This is a friendly environment and also the the people that work here are always happy and funny and friendly also they great you with the good morning.
Been their couple of times. Ppl are friendly but when they are busy they want to do everything fast this past Saturday some girl name Daniell inserted the needle wrong and bruised all my arm.
I used to love this plasma center but recently they have been claiming I have some mysterious bad odor that no one else seems to smell and keep deferring me. ITS THEIR FING HAND SANITIZER THAT SMELLS! Okay, I wrote this while still angry after getting told I had a note about body odor on Sunday, I was able to donate and I used the hand sanitizer after I finished only to notice a... Rotten egg smell. When I got home, my sister asked me about something that required the app and I noticed it hadn't been update
In being transparent and objective in my reviews. Out of the 3 CSL?s I've visited in my time donating plasma, this was my worst experience. I am sleeved on both arms and have only a few areas to be stuck. At the locations I've visited they have all entered my vein in the same spot. After pointing out where the location is to 3 separate phlebotomist, they tried two different locations to stick me, missing both times as one was nearly in my bicep. Ended up having to switch arms and after moving the needle aro
I had a really good experience donating at this facility. Stephanie, Cat and India were amazing and put me right at ease. The check-in protocol was exactly what they put on their website. So the wait was expected. Easy process since I followed the rules on the website which told me the dos and don'ts for an easy donation. Cat even came to check in on me while I was donating. And the rest of the staff was very welcoming. I wish I knew all of their names. I did not encounter one rude person. They all went abo
Yesterday I went to go donate and they had to stop the machine earlier bc of some problems with it so they told me I would still get paid , the other part would hit in a couple of hours bc the gave me the wrong amount a day has gon by and now they telling me they Kant do it bc of my weight class and etc but I'm a new donner and I thought all new dinners would get 100 for the first 5 times and now they wanna tell me I'm not ,all I'm saying is the communication is horrible people could really be depending on
Terrible facility wasted 1 hour of my time then told me I would not be able to donate after having me watch a education video for 30 minutes and sit in the lobby after showing the staff my w2 with social attached and passport and mail. I feel they need to change the staff in the facility or something it's terrible and completely wasted my time after having to drive 20 minutes to get here. Also I called ahead of time and the staff on the phone told me I'll be good. This facility needs to be revamped and need
I have always had a great experience at this CSL location, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and organized. All the staff perform exceptionally. Especially Thomas he always has a smile on his face.
Was literally in pain asking to stop and was given every reason under the sun on why I could not stop even though they tell you that you can withdraw from the procedure at any point. Apparently, every nurse around them heard the reasons on why I couldn't stop, but nobody heard me say that I wanted to stop. Absolutely would never recommend this place to anybody the past three months. This place has gone extremely downhill and I've gone here for the past three years. Extremely unprofessional staff, I've watch
They stole my donation money. They put my payment on a new card without telling me or giving me the new card they put it on. They also turned off my old card without telling me. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
So my pulse is apparently too high even though everything else I do is perfect absolutely perfect the cutoff for pulse is 100 even when it's at 102 or 106 it's too high, now they give you 2 chances 15 minutes apart but you have to get up and go sit down somewhere else and then get back up and go back and sit down in another chair and all that movement does not help with lowering my pulse rate so I get kicked to the curb if I was able to sit there for 15 minutes I guarantee you I would pass it without gettin
The facility is clean and bright which give you a comfortable feeling while donating. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they're quick to respond if needed. Donating at CSL, Temple, is always a good experience.
First I would like to say that. I am not giving a one star review. Because The people are bad or how they're handling stuff is bad. Everyone is very lovely no matter what. But the one thing that's been bugging me is the protein gager. If you like to call it that That tells you how much protein you have any of you are able to donate today. Or not Not only is it on reliable of telling you, the actual amount you have. And there were protein, but apparently there is a much better one. That accurately tells you
I waste my time going here. I stand in the long line, get checked and then sent to medical for bruising that they cause. I'm then told I can't donate. So I'm told I can't donate more than I can. No compensation either for their errors. I've even been told I can't donate because of a skin tag on my arm. Total waste of time!
Have been coming here for extra cash for almost a year. I would give more stars if the points were worth more and the payment was higher, given the ridiculous profit margin for the product and how it is procured. As for the Temple staff and facility- 5 ? -Staff 3 ?- Facility: 1) Men's room still has broken toilets. 2) Customer exit has had cones in front of it for over a month now. 3) The switch from granola and nutragrain bars to crackers is a low blow.
I have been coming to the location for quite some time, enjoy each and every visit!! Danielle is always pleasant happy and extremely helpful!! I look forward to coning here each and every time!!
I am very upset and disappointed, my fianc? goes to donate but every-time he goes someone gets a hematoma or something goes wrong . Ether to him or to someone else . Please stop this from happening, this is crazy. His whole arm feels like a rock and is bruising . I know donating comes with risks but it should not be every-time he goes or happen to someone all the time . Very upset, I will be calling in the morning.
I drove from Killeen to Temple today to make a donation, but when I arrived, the lady had already locked the door, even though there was still one minute left until 3. I was low on gas and wouldn't have made it back home. I had struggled to gather the donation money, borrowing $5 from my mother, and I couldn't ask her for help again. The day before, I had run out of gas on the highway, and my mother had to come and rescue me. We were already behind on rent due to being in between jobs. I am grateful for tho
This was a new experience for me, but I've tried donating at a different company in Waco. The folks at Temple CSL were great. Much better than the other place. They treated me like a person, not just some animal waiting to be milked. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees all seemed very nice and competent. I would definitely recommend this company!
I enjoy seeing the the people. Everyone here are very nice. I really enjoy getting to speak with Sandra. She makes me feel relaxed. Thanks to all of you.
The staff at Temple is always really friendly and attentive. They treat you like a person and take interest. They are pretty fast too!
Been going here for just over 6 months and they are great! The staff are all awesome. Yes sometimes the wait can be long, but not due to the staff being slow... just the way traffic comes all at once sometimes. If you make it a point to do it twice a week like I have, it can be helpful income... I've earned over $3K in 6 months.
My initial 6 months when I was donating was excellent... after that it went straight downhill with this location... (1) Employees always over talking about their personal life to each other & not concentrated on their job at hand... (2) Never was thanked for donating... (3) csl supervisor gave me a call before one of my due donations & asked if I could come in a donate again without being compensated because they screwed up on my previous donation??? ***SCAM*** in my eyes. (4) I will never ever go back!!! (
By far the best location iv been to, all the staff is super nice and know what they are doing, I always get in and out within an hour or less depending how busy it is but I don't mind, the girls make it fun when there's a wait????
Have gone a dozen times and the techs are quite nice/friendly and efficient. The phlebotomists are also quite friendly and nice, I had only had an issue one time with one of them being a bit aggressive when marking and leaving a mark, but when talked to about and discussed with the floor manager they handled the situation. I am now a regular, and though they can get quite busy due to the area they keep it clean and follow guidelines. Would recommend !
The people are always nice and it's clean. The workers do their best to get you in and out of there as fast as they can.
Yea I've been to bio life, they asked me some funny questions that I didn't get.like "why does this apply to me giving plasma?'then thier prices are low. At csl everything makes sense and they don't make you feel I don't know....like it's a privilege not a choice.
The rewards program is B.S. they don't honor it like they should.. Definitely False advertisement. They make up B.S. stories when you call in to find out why you haven't gotten paid.. I have called your company repeatedly and your not gonna fix it, and make it right. So why bother. Unless your gonna pay me what you owe me. Which I doubt
I wanted to share my experience with you all, so that future donors can be aware. I normally have an amazing experience here. Im in, hooked up, and walking out within 2 hours. I usually have very kind techs that make sure im comfortable, and make sure that i am aware of when they are applying and removing medical equipment from my arms. On Oct 6, my experience differed dramatically. My tech seemed frustrated, Rushing even. Normally every tech, regardless of time worked there, uses the stick to mark the nee
I love the workers at this center. They are always pleasant and helpful..I have never had any trouble with painful sticks or misses her like I have at other centers
They are un professional and take too much Time flirting rather then to do their job it's very unprofessional
First time today and I am glad to say it was the best experience ever! From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone was super nice and helpful. Nancy and Toni made the experience the best and were awesome at explaining everything along the way. The phlebotomist who started my line explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I made the mistake of not eating enough before my session (never will again) and started to feel off. I didn't have the energy to speak, but luckily one of th
I really love donating here, Mathew and Patricia are my favorite phlebotomists. The staff is always so friendly and caring. I would highly recommend coming here. Just know the wait can be long sometimes, but they do their best to take care of everyone and get them back as quickly as they can.
Horrible!Staff entered wrong info so only got $35. Also staff texting(personal) when 3 people were done and needed to be taken off. Ignored clients and then we're rude. Thank goodness BioLife will be here in a month!! I'm never coming back.
Went several times without issue, but the second to last time I went I ended up with some bruising. When I went back in for the last time, I asked to use the other arm because of the bruise, and they flat out said, "there is no bruising here" despite the fact that you could very clearly see a bruise on my arm. At this appointment they placed the needle incorrectly, and instead of just switching to the other arm, they "adjusted" it about 15 times, which was extremely painful. It hurt so bad through the enti
Staff incorrectly input information causing $10 bonus not to be paid out. When asked about it I was told the office staff will fix it, maybe. That's not good enough. Also, was promised raffle tickets. Went Friday and was told I would get all tickets on Sunday. On Sunday was told they didn't know where the tickets were, sorry. Always an excuse for something. CSL will go out when Biolife comes in.
This place has deferred me for 7 days and it's their fault. The first time I came I failed the test due to high protein which of course is not there fault. But the second and third time I came I was given a regimen of how to eat in order for my protein to pass the test. I followed the regimen which was told to me two different ways the first and the second time I came. I failed the test anyway. The 3rd time I was finally given a paper with a list of items not to eat and finally was told to prepare at least
The staff was absolutely terrible to my wife after the lights went off on the 8th in the storm the workers were scattering around yanking and pulling on people's Ivy's forgetting that they use the scissors on the IV but still continued to threaten my wife 56-day referral because she wasn't getting all her blood back turned out looks like I need some more training or properly training because they forgot that they put the clamp on her IV she did nothing wrong but because she said supposed to be professionals
Great friendly place to donate
I always have a great experience at CSL every time I come.I look forward to seeing Kiera and Misty. Both are super friendly and fun. They make my experience a great one. It's awesome they recognize each person and make them feel welcome.I will continue to come back.
They are always professional with their work, and I've had some really good phlebotomists. Plus, they keep their holiday decorations on point.
This place is a joke. Theu make you jump through hoops as well as STAND in like for sometimes 2 plus hours. Then make sure sure you don't have any improfections on your skin because they will treat you like a dope head and send you to there3 fake "medical" to try and get people out. If you go there enough you will hear almost every employee complain about hating there job or complaining about to many people being in there.
They have the best staff and people here all smiles. Everyone was attentive and getting along and happy to be there. Can't recommend coming here enough be a hero and get paid haha.
Although the wait can be long (for reasons I completely understand) the process itself is very smooth and carefully done. Kira is about the best employee there. I've donated seven times and everything goes well with her around. I just hate 3 things. One, get some better phlebotomists because every other time I go something goes wrong with my sticking. 2, I wish they'd do away with the express pass thing. No one should be allowed to skip people who have been patiently waiting which is why I refuse to use min
The nicest people work here like Chad on the the bosses is funny and always helpful. Matthew and Manny and megan are always nice and awesome at their job. Never hurts. I recommend anyone who wants to make some extra cash to come here to csl. A Great place to make extra cash and hang out with some super nice and amazing people.
Today was my first experience and I love it. The staff definitely made you feel comfortable and the explain the whole process to you. I will definitely be coming back!
Great staff, Much more attentive than other CSL facilities I've been to. Clean and military friendly. Can be quite busy sometimes so plan accordingly.
I saw this place saying they're paying a decent amount so I tried to donate versus the usual blood donation I do every month downtown. I have weekdays off and this place takes forever. I wasted like an hour and a half just waiting. Heard another guy saying he had been waiting over 3 hours to donate. At that point, I might as well just sign up for overtime at my workplace for the extra cash or help some on Craigslist move some furniture. Honestly, you're better off donating blood downtown than here even tho
Very well staffed organization most are well in tune with each other and management. I am always glad to go and be a part of doing the Amazing.
I am a retired medical professional. I view things from a different angle. Clinically you are in great hands here. The facility is clean and the medical staff seemingly does a great job adhering to standard disinfecting practices before and after processing each patient. The actual process of giving plasma is a breeze, once you actually make it to one of the collection stations. My issue is the process and time it takes to get to the drawing station. I have worked in Urgent Care. I understand the backlog w
I'm always treated well at csl. Plus they have the most interesting payout schedule with bonus opportunities.
Very sweet people. They make you feel comfortable during your visit.
Such a great place and great staff! It's an easy way to earn a little extra money in your pocket while also saving someone else?s life! It's a win win if you ask me! Be prepared to wait as it is not a super quick process but still worth it!
A wonderful place to donate at! The facility is always very clean, the staff is friendly and attentive and they strive to make each donor pleased with the experience. Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Manny and Chad. I was informed on every step of the process, protocols were followed and their service was efficient and timely! I would highly recommend the CLS temple location to anyone interested in plasma donations.
I like the atmosphere and the people who work at the plasma center, they always make sure to help at ensure we have a good donation!!
First time doing this, online its has where you can schedule appt. Had one scheduled for 3 got there at 2:30 and was told they were not doing new clients rest of day and that they didnt schedule. Plus I tried to call that morning and just automated couldn't get live person ...what I saw was laziness
Wonderful environment to be in, I felt right at home and was treated with the utmost respect. The whole staff was on their A game and was out quicker than a trip to the grocery store. Great way to make quick money.
Have been going to this center for a year now . Everyone is so kind and friendly. Clean environment.
As of Aug 26 2023 1153hrs I have currently been here for almost 10 minutes and no one has approached me nor told me anything that is currently going on. I have not been hooked up at all. This is ridiculous and needs to improve IMMEDIATELY.
This place has rolled down a steep hill. The machines keep messing up and the floor staff are unprofessional. They keep messing up the needles and bumping the carts into the beds of the patients.
I always enjoy coming in. The staff is so friendly (Margie, Alexis, everyone ??)
I've been going here for over a year and every time is great experience
Misty and Kyra are a great addition to the CSL Temple Tx branch. They know you by your name and greet you when you come in. Very pleasant to talk to when they are taking your vitals and they are always smiling and in a good mood even at the end of their shift.
If you don't donate for three weeks they lower the amount they pay from that point forward. You have to stand in line for up to three hours some days. Between the drop in compensation and the long wait times it's made it so it pays less than $13.00 an hour in compensation. As of today I will not be returning. It's not worth it
Alexis is amazing at what she does! She found a vein in my right arm when even Sr. Phlebotomists couldn't, which made my donating experience today great! Thank you Alexis!! I will ask for you every time I go to donate.
Every time I come here, I keep getting deferred for something different. But when I go to the doctor everything is fine. Won't be wasting my time coming here anymore.??
I had a wonderful experience. Nice , clean environment. Ms. Sandara was very professional .
Great staff and service! They desperately need more staff though, both front desk and phlebotomists. If you're interested give them a call and see if they're hiring, they could definitely use it!
I always have a nice time when I come here because the people that work here are very friendly they like to talk to you and see how your day has been makes a little bit more personal I have never had any bad experiences here I would recommend it to other people if they just want to make a few dollars and make a difference in the medical community.... Chad you're awesome boss
Best plasma center ever. Nice employees, center isn't usually crowded. Easy to get in and out quick.
My experience for my first donation there started off to a rough start NOT due to their fault and they made me feel "wowed" by they attitude and helpfulness. I want to thank the assistant manager and nurses there
Update: I asked and they said yes!! I wanted to make a recommendation. The other CSL plasma centers in Texas allow service members in uniform to get ahead of the line privileges. Could we do that at this location please.
Nice staff and a great way to earn a little pocket change while helping others out.
Best place ever and very polite staff I recommend for everyone
They wasted my time (2hrs). After the tests I qualified to donate, but then the nurse asked me about my medicine and I could not give her the name of one of the pills. I asked if I could go on my app to give her the medicine I get mailed to me. She did not let me. I guess they do not really want to help lives. I will not try to give plasma again, because of this waste of time.
Alexi and others are always kind and know.whst they are doing well
A wonderful place and a great environment, very funny and nice staff. Definitely recommend this be the place to come and donate, some of the staff, lindon, chad, Bobby. Just some of the few wonderful employees
Friendly staff ... Those folks really know their business.. I've never had a bad experience...
If you go early then it's pretty quick and efficient...just make sure your iron is good and you haven't drunk caffeine bc it makes your pulse go up too high >.<
Completely unprofessional, wait in line with 20 or more other donors and only 1 person checking vitals. Standing around talking about banana bread. No sence of urgency what so ever.
Tyra is great at what she does. I prefer her over anyone else. She is confident and very knowledgable.
IF ZERO STARS WAS POSSIBLE?. KIRA ATTITUDE SUCKS AND SHE WAS NOT CLEAN SHR DIDNT WIPE THE CUFF B4 and AFTER USING IT. WHY IS THERE AN HR WAIT JUST TO THEN GO WAIT FOR ANOTHER HR TO GIVE PLASMA AND YOU ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON ON THE DONOR FLOOR.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
