CSL Plasma Victorville, CA

CSL Plasma Victorville, CA

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the friendly, professional staff and clean facilities, with many highlighting quick, painless experiences. Several mention specific positive interactions that made donors feel comfortable. However, some criticize inconsistent service, long wait times, poor needle handling leading to bruising, and disorganization with new donor intake. A few note staff rudeness or lack of attention. While many donors report excellent repeat experiences, others feel first-time donors receive better treatment than regulars. The overall sentiment leans positive, but recurring issues with staffing, wait times, and phlebotomy skills detract from consistency.

This place is awesome! I feel appreciation from everyone here. As soon as you walk in the door being greeted by the security guard and any staff member crossing your path. Great sense of urgency! The screening session is only the start to an inviting experience. The entire process is so smooth even management continues to do circle 8?s making sure things are running accordingly. The raffles are a nice touch : ) I won some cool Beats! Thank you so much CSL, keep doing what you do. Frances McKenzie 2025

I created a profile using the app and did the questionnaire. I went to set an appointment for 9:00 a.m. the following day. I got there on time and the front desk personnel told me that they were at Max capacity for new donors. I was advised to come back the following day as soon as the doors open at 7:00 a.m. Kind of a big waste of time. What's the point of creating an appointment then? Well hopefully things work out better tomorrow.

CSL needs to make appointments for first time donors and leave the existing donors as walk ins. I've come to this place at least 10 times in an attempt to donate, as soon as they open or later in the day, and because they don't have enough staff or because it's too late they send everybody home. I was told to call, but they don't answer the phone either. Just beware, Unless if you wanna wait outside like it's Black Friday just to be able to become a donor.

My husband comes here to donate for about a month or so a couple of days ago he donated and we came in today so he could donate again and they turned him away because of his arm was bruised from the last time he came to donate!!! Please learn how to do your jobs right so this doesn't happen to another person.. An hr wasted of both of our times.

Bella, is Great. Very awesome ??. Always friendly, inviting, makes every experience there feel welcomed, at ease, and conterble and always want to come back. Cause of her, this is my number one plasma center. My home for plasma donation. Management should promote her, give her an promotion cause she does her job at her best. Stay awesome and Sweet Bella. CSL PLASMA staff is helpful and nice they make you feel comfortable and when you got questions they are extremely informative and that helped me a lot when It was my first time. Delilah, Yessie and AJ are the BEST they make my visits go by fast. They are the sweetest people with the best attitudes ??

Mike , or Scott and the whole staff took really good care of me I recommend this center. Very places with the staff. Great job everyone. I don't have the name of the girl that put the needle in my arm but she is really good .

Since I became a member of CSL I have the best experience. Like to say thanks to all the workers here, especially Scott, good customer service. ??????????

I had such a great experience today thanks to AJ! I was honestly nervous going in. I'm someone who's afraid of needles, and I was expecting to be uncomfortable or anxious the whole time. But AJ completely changed that. From the moment I sat down, she was warm, calm, and super reassuring. She walked me through the process step by step and made me feel comfortable and safe before she even touched the needle. And when it came time for the draw? I barely felt a thing. She got the needle in so smooth, like butte

I've been to CSL's all over the place,,,Arizona, Reno Nevada, Rialto, and now Victorville,,, which is by far the best one I've been to for a few reasons. Staff member Marissa was very professional, super nice, and knows her s#!t. They have new machines that work better.... And the music is decent.

Delilah , Bryce , and Yessie is the 3 workers there thats been very helpful to me , I usually request for either one of them because theyre more delicate putting the needle in my arm , and they always check up on me to make sure that things are going on good with me .

For my first visit: 10/10 no complains. Great staff, they made sure all my concerns were addressed. I made $100 my first donation!! Will definitely come back. Just make sure you drink MORE THAN ENOUGH water though, and eat a good breakfast After that: Well? they suck! They treat first timers good so you come back I think. I had horrible bruising because the staff didn't secure the needle properly and when I said something about it she just walked away, didn't tape it down. It was extremely uncomfortable. I

Had a wonderful experience Marissa helped me and me comfortable with the process , she is very knowledgeable and i will be going back! Ian and issabbell always helped me and are great workers.

Csl plasma is a great donation place to come to!! They have the best staff that welcomes you with open arms. When they start to really see you often, you start to become family. Yessie is great, she creates conversation to the point you don't feel anything while donating and the process is quick and simple. I suggest csl plasma over any donation place!!

It's an Amazing experience everytime Delilah sticks me.. She needs a raise, she's non stop everytime I come. That Beautiful smile is pleasant as well..

Really clean environment the staff is experienced and attentive. You can come in on your own schedule without an appointment and they're usually pretty quick

This facility is always kept clean, the staff is very friendly and professional and donating here is a very seamless process. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I was paid more. It's always a pleasant experience. Thank you Yessie :)

Just want to say Issabbell Garcia is the best !! Made me feel very comfortable and the whole process was a 10/10 I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

been coming here a few months now, and everytime is a good experience, they have a awesome friendly staff which makes it a pleasant visit. even if the line is long they usually move pretty fast, check in is a breeze also with your phone, my one and only problem is the restroom only has one urinal and toilet for a place that wants you to drink plenty of fluids should expect more traffic in that area, but is always clean!

Delilah is great. Always asks if things are going okay, if patients are comfortable, and is there to help her fellow coworkers.

Only my second time here and I was helped by AJ both times ....AJ is a real professional ...her service was painless and quick thank you AJ for being awesome at what you do you made my experience smooth and comfortable ...

I've been coming for a while now and Delilah is hands down the best worker here. She is super knowledgeable about the donation process and is always extremely helpful when I see her. She deserves a raise.

I want to give a big shout out to Cassandra sydney and the team. I've been donating with this csl and only recommend the Victorville csl. Also another shout out to the management of csl.. Daphne Carlo and myesha. You 3 three are very awesome.

Scott and Corky were so wonderful! Really made me feel at ease and so friendly too as donating can be an intimidating process sometimes. Left smiling :)

10/10 I recommend everyone go here ! Bella is fast , efficient, friendly and has great customer service !

Been donating at this establishment for over 6 months now, and it is very good. The workers are very professional and know how to take care of their patients and they make it easy to go through the process of donating. Would recommend to go here.

I had a good experience with my phleb her name is Jasmine m as well as Scott thank u for giving me a great experience with you guys

I highly recommend CSL Victorville! The staff is very welcoming and personable up front with Bella and the gang treating me right every time?. all the way to the back where amazing phlebotomist like AJ get you in and out quick and easy each time..

I love this place, everyone is so nice and they play really good music which makes the time go faster. I'm usually in and out, waiting time if any is minimal. Highly recommend

AJ is a great nurse , very nice worker love her energy put a smile on my face everyime , one of the best in there if not the best ??

Such a wonderful experience with Delilah today.. Very professional and easy on the eyes.. Thanks Delilah for making my first time donating so memorable (:

Everyone is always so nice and friendly which helps the whole process! It's always clean and cool and the team does their best to get you taken care of in a timely manner!

There must be something wrong with the management or just with the employees brains because they cannot seem to understand simple tasks, explain their role or mine for the donating process or do anything else competently. Don't waste your time unless you want to be degraded and belittled. Seriously these guys suck.

My first donation was on a Friday morning, it went very quick and the entire process was easy to understand. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you to Ashley, Ian, Jorge and Marisa as well as the nurse that helped me (long black hair and glasses, sorry I was not able to write your name down before I forgot) for your customer service; it made being a fist time donor a nice experience.

It has gotten a lot better since opening. Wait times are very low and Yessie has been the best, one of my favorite!

The staff in general is great. Delilah is awesome. If she's here, I'm requesting her ??

Returned after time off and welcomed back with open arms staff going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be a successful donor . Hanging out with the night stalkers :)

AJ provided an enjoyable experience I felt safe and comfortable with her getting me going ????

It's my second time coming here and this place is professional and clean. I don't like needles whatsoever and Wendy pricks my finger and it doesn't hurt at all! Wendy is very sweet and nice . 10/10 mainly because of Wendy! She has great customer service and is kind. I recommend donating here.

Very clean very fast and seamless process I had an extremely knowledgeable and skilled phlebotomist Named AJ who helped me through the process and also gave more insight on how to have more successful donations I will surely be returning

Rosa is great, friendly, and quick at your pre screening. Always a pleasure to talk to!

Always nice and courteous. Very clean! AJ is great, very professional just like everyone there!

This place is an entirely different experience from Biolife. From the moment you walk in the door till you're on your way out. I've been at biolife for a few months and even though the pay is a little bit more it's not worth it. Will not be going back there, and I'm thankful for this other/better option! Shout out to Corky for her kindness, beautiful spirit and gentle hand. Thank you

Been going to donate plasma for a good minute now and all CSL has been amazing every time I do go. Every employee (Ian, Javier, Amber, Rosa, etc) has been real laid back and great to talk to. My last visit on 10/09/24 was an amazing visit. I walked in and got seen right away with no wait in line. I was able to talk and get to know some of the staff more. Shout to Ian & Rosa who I had an amazing conversation with and made my donation smooth ????. #ThankYou??

The staff are very helpful, Ian I think that was the name, was very handsome and helpful

I have donated 8 times at this location and I have always had a great experience. Yes, lines can be long some days where we wait for awhile and others they can be short. What it all comes down to for me personally is how nice every single staff member is that I have been in contact with. They are starting to recognize me now and will stop by if I'm standing in line just to ask how I've been. It's very welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. Customer service is everything and is why I come back. I actually

This place is awesome! For first time donors the process is timely so be prepared for that. After your first appointment the process is a breeze, I have been helped by Elston, Amber,Tanisha and a few others who are very respectful and knowledgeable but I don't know their names! Overall experience has been awesome. Thank u!

My first time patient donor experience was super quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and the facility is surprisingly quite clean. Javier attended to my vitals the first time as well was my second time. He's very personable and funny yet professional, although some of the other staff seem to be annoyed with his shenanigans. Eric was also very personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable when it came to some questions I had. Overall had great experiences both times.

Yessie was awesome very polite and good at her job. Thank you ??

I really love CSL PLASMA from the time I walking through the doors the staff ( I mean everyone) are awesome, very accommodating, friendly... the building is very clean well kept, the donation process is simple and painless.. I definitely recommend coming thru, thank you to Vickie, amber, yolanda, javie, Ian, riley, Lala, Wendy, and the whole staff for always being so friendly, respectful, and professional, absolutely recommend coming thru and donating life and time. Thank you to bryce,aj, yessie,Bobbie, and

The customer service is always great. I've been coming here since it opened Depending on the time you show up. Sometimes could be a little hectic, you just have to be patient do not come here if you're in a rush, if you're in a rush try to find a better time to come because it's never gonna pan out for you. Always From the moment I walk in always being greeted by staff member at the front desk. Starting with Wendy and Rosa who happen to be the ones who always screen me and have smiles on their face before d

Had a cool experience at CSL Plasma Isabel deserves to be manager she was on it and the workers are respectful bio Needs to take notes

Aj done a wonderful job she's the best ,customer service skills are impeccable...

My first few visits were ok but this location more and more sloppy????.. came in with my brother and it was maybe one other person waiting which should?ve made this a quick trip but since it was his first time he had to get another physical but they literally had him waiting for 2hrs??????? just for him to pass his physical get to the back and they couldn't even properly find a vein!! Horrible waist of time w/ careless attitudes, very unprofessional

The facility is clean and well organized. The staff makes it super easy to donate. Staff is very friendly. I'd like to thank Amber for doing an outstanding job getting me checked in. Keep up the great work.

Great staff very friendly and accommodating. Q was very helpful! Thanks so much I will return!

Clean facility, very well organized. The process there to donate is quick and easy. And the staff there is friendly and always ready to help. Thanks Wendy for the best check in today. Best tech at CSL

Honestly everywhere you go has its ups and downs. They've been open for only 4 months, they're getting the groove of things. I've been down at CSL in Rialto who?ve been open much longer and even though up here is new they are doing great in comparison. Keep adjusting take your time. You're doing great your facility is new. I love this place it's great so far. The staff is great. I miss Jimmy the security guard but other than that honestly there's always room for improvement but that's with life in general.

The process takes a very long time your first time. Seems like there should be more people to complete the intake process. Everyone is very nice though

Qualisha was wonderful and very thurough in her work and I think she is awesome! Thank you! Love this location in Victorville! Ian also was so awesome! All the staff are great!

Love this place. Great in person service, smooth process, clean and sanitary as it can be. First time donors get there upon opening! After the first donation, the wait isn't as long and I recommend to come after 3pm when the rush is over. With that said, I hope you enjoy your donation.

I let my donor status lapse and had to redo the new patient stuff. Front end staff was great! It was late in the day but they got me through quickly. Amber was really sweet and fast with the vital check-in. Donation area was awful. I always let them know I'm a difficult stick, but that made no difference here. The first woman dug in my arm until she blew my vein before passing me over to another girl who was a bit more gentle but still couldn't hit the mark. Left with two bruised arms.

Update: It appears that the company has brought in more staff and focused on reducing wait times. Thank you, CSL, and all the staff for working hard to improve the customer's donation experience. Old review: I haven't been able to donate in weeks. I've tried popping in many times, but the lines have been too long for me to wait through. For people who work full time and have families, it's hard to spend hours here waiting to donate. There never seems to be enough staff to accommodate the high numbers of do

Marissa done a wonderful job. AJ done a great job I will request her when I walk in

Immediately entering the center the first thing you notice is how clean and organized the the staff and building is .... My overall experience was great and one staff member Named AMBER?? walked me threw the process with the best energy ever with knowledgeable information that's needed to know.. she's very welcoming with great intentions and happy vibes I'll definitely be back to donate... Thank you CSL Plasma.....????

Everyone very kind helpful greeting very nice if you are a donor they are very careful with your health and your well-being

Very clean, very professional. I always enjoy my experience here. Stay donating ??

Corke and Scott are so kind and attentive to the needs of the clients.

nice staff, quick and easy as long as you drink lots of water

Imagine going in just to donate plasma and nothing else and you have nurses acting rude for no reason.Never give any of the nurses problems yet they seem to always take their bad day out on me. I'm not there to be your little imagination boyfriend for you to turn around and get mad cause I don't give you attention. Its ridiculous that people have all these delusions and thoughts of someone who is simply there to donate plasma and that's it.This is honestly not the first place this has happened to me and I'm

It's been great here get taken care of Wendy and Q all the time. The process does take 1 to 2 hours and once ur in the chair max 30 min. Great service ??

Been going to this spot consistently since early April and can say that its a very nice, clean, and friendly environment. Staff always has a smile on their face and are fast in what they do. Best location ive been to personally!

I absolutely enjoy coming when I can to donate knowing that I'm helping people who are in need and getting a little extra money is a plus. Today I had the pleasure to have Ian take my vitals, not only was he super sweet but very kind and extremely helpful in fact All of the employees there are very nice

Very nice and clean spot to donate. I always have a great experience. Today I had the pleasure of Elston to take my vitals. Very nice man and great conversation.

Q did an excellent job taking Vitals, with the most pleasant-est of attitudes?????her

Good pay but the lines take too long. They need better management, been going to this one for a couple of months and each time I go, seems like it gets worse. Csl down the hill is better and faster. Tried donating today and was at the vital line for about 2 hours and was only halfway the line, only 1 person doing vitals and some of the phlebotomist need more training. My husband also goes there and let's them know where to stick him but instead of listening they infiltrate his arm badly.

Second time visiting and it is a very fast process elston helped me with vitals and was very nice and respectful ?? donating process was a breeze as well fast process all in total after your first appointment. great way for extra cash.

My husband and I had the best experiance today ! Everything went by really fast and everyone was so friendly. Special thank you to Elston for being so helpful and for explaining everything!

I love going to donate plasma here at this location. The staff is always so friendly. Wendy is the most friendliest person you'll meet at CSL and always makes my visit the best.

Wendy Is the greatest friendliest awesome person ever and she fast and every time I go there she make me feel welcome and she caring and whenever I have any concerns or questions she has a answer to it or she trys to look up the info to help me and she is very nice also
