I've got to give a shout out, and a special recognition, to Ashley at CSL in Warner Robins Georgia. Always professional, always courteous, always outgoing, always sweet. She makes a tense environment tolerable.
Edit to add the racism you get here when you're a white person. This will be my last visit!!!! DISGUSTING. Never in any kind of quick timely manner for donors. Currently just had to wait 30 minutes while 2 if your workers tag teamed take downs and set ups, or aimlessly walked back and forth laughing between the 2 while the donor line only grew. Machienes were set up and ready for new donors for at LEAST 15 minutes while they just walked around. There is no need to make us wait simply because its early and y
Today's experience was awesome. Chi was an awesome sticker and made me feel at ease. My vein can be tricky so I've heard, but she's always up for the challenge. Looking forward to my next visit.
The staff is chill. I wish I knew names. But the lady who usally works at screening booth 2, is super sweet, and kind. Out of the technicians all of them are great minus 2 of the girls(one is short kinda big side, but very very rude attitude). All the girl with the partial Mohawk is sweet, and always engages conversation to make it more comfortable, same with the 2 tall guys(1 has been in the back room last few months). Andrew( think it's his name, guy with bleached blonde hair) for sure is a asset to the l
Very fast machines, easy process, everybody respectfully. One lady I recall Ms.chi was the best. Sticking was perfect and did not hurt. She checked on not just me but everyone as I was looking around. In general the place had good energy and was efficient with everything they did.
I come in frequently and it's always a good experience. Chi is the BEST! She is always super sweet and so good at finding that vein. She has light hands so you aren't left sore after your donation. I always enjoy seeing her!
The wait was very short, everyone was incredibly warm and made the atmosphere of the facility very welcoming. Special thanks to nurse Tonja, who helped me understand everything and made me feel safe in a new medical environment!
I really gotta say I like the people at csl they are very nice at the intake for me to start donating miss Nikki Neal was very nice helped me set everything up and I really appreciate her for that and I dont really engage with many people but it was one of the moast family like experience I've had . And now when I go in the people are so friendly I feel rite at home the nerses there really have a handle on there jobs and very good at what they do and is a blessing to be able to help others to try and try
It's all about my new favorite friend "TAI" he's the best . His personality his attitude very friendly I always have good experience when he's there he's the best. Very good at his job, when he stick me with a needle I never feel any pain I love for him to take care of me
Nurse Tonja was exceptional, her professionalism and attitude was top tier. She made sure I was extremely comfortable and knew everything about the process before I was started.
Nurse Nikki was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable of the process. I enjoyed learning about what to do and expect before and after the process. The whole staff was very friendly. I will definitely visit again.
Nurse Mrs. Tonja was amazing. She helped me to get situated. She was so kind, helpful, and definitely informative. The world needs more people like her. Thank you Mrs. Tonja.
Tia always friendly and takes the best care of all his patients. He goes above and beyond to assure every client has the best experience.
Ms Ashley was very pleasant ,she took her time to make sure I understood everything ,she had a smile on her face the whole time ,I didn't feel rushed ..Kudos to Ms Ashley!! Job well done !
Great place to visit and earn a little extra money. The Staff here are amazing, nice, and courteous. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Tai and the nurse I think her name was Tanya the nurse( she did my physical and then came out on the floor to help because they were short-staffed.) completely made my visit the best today. From beginning to end it was awesome. I appreciate you both.
Whenever Chi is about to connect me, I know the experience is going to be painless. She's nice and great at her job always!
i had a good experience with ms Tonya , Nikki , Carolyn they were good nurses very nice and really helpful people ..
Andrew my phlebotomist who took care of me to today after I finished my donation was very kind and polite and took very good care of me and did everything he was supposed to do so I would have a safe and suitable donation. Good job Andrew. Keep up the good work.
Chi was helpful, her PPE was approved by me she spoke and I didn't feel anything during the process. Highly recommended
I pretty consistently donate twice a week. Andrew took me down from the machine today and was among one of the speediest, most efficient, and polite takedowns I've had.
I have been dealing with ?Chi?, as my phlebotomist for over a year or two.. Chi, is very comprehensive in her approach to the donor experience.. I have heavy scar tissue, and I prefer Chi, to stick me.. that's not always possible.. but that's how professional Choi?s.. in a word I'd say : Chiis the Teal Deal.. always smiling and looking to assist..
Marquita is disrespectful and apparently doesn't get along with some of her coworkers because I overheard her getting smart with one of her coworkers
Making someone wait 20 minutes for someone to write and measure my SCARS, and two super tiny almost completely gone bruises is insane in and of itself but for me to have not been able to do my questionnaire and go straight to medical and then turn around and everything has been shut down and I can no longer donate is wild, like god damn I might just start going back to Macon? none of them would have done that to me.. they also stay open till 3:30 on the weekends instead of 2
Erika G. Is a very funny and polite. And a great sticker also a great worker.
Fast wait time pleasant experience special thanks to Nikki Neal for the wonderful care ??
Great clean environment and vibes. I always ask for Brie she's the best.
The staff here is very friendly..You get in and out in a timely manner. My first visit was kinda scary mainly because I've never done it before but Chi (my phlebotomist) made me feel very comfortable..She is one of the reasons I continued coming
The staff here is very friendly, everyone that i have encountered is very welcoming, Erika is a great sticker and makes the donor experience very pleasant, i would highly recommend to anyone
Miss Ashley has great professionalism and great service for customers
Front desk and health screening staff are all EXCELLENT! Shout out to Dee!! ????? Never a bad experience here and I'm doing my part to help others! Keep up the good work! (Maybe more comfortable donations chairs but?..????).
I love all the tech at this facility everyone is polite and professional. And I refer quite a few people to this location
This donation was like all the other donations previously done at this location. Erica was nice like everytime I have had her do my donation. CK took the needle out and was training Andrew the proper way to wrap an arm and the correct amount wrap tape on a patient's arm. Always a great experience.
Erika is the best! She made it a quick and painless experience. Ask for her by name.
Andrew was super sweet and helpful. And so was the lady that got me started today
Andrew is very hard-working and has great communication skills
Staff was fantastic!! Friendly and professional. Nurse Nikki is wonderful!
Andrew is a great worker and real fast in taking down people
Everyone was super nice and helpful especially Nurse Tonja! ??
I would like to personally thank Chris B for going above and beyond while on duty saving my life.
Brie was so sweet and nice and best stick ever
Devin was so helpful in talking me through the process of donation he was so kind and caring
I recently donated plasma and the nurse went to deep with the needle bruising my left arm and leaving blood clots under the skin lady who did it was very rough I did not enjoy my experience and I think it was highly unprofessional it's sad the lack of care that woman had for me
If that raggedy no car begging others for a RIDE having behind bump into me WHILE I have a needle in my arm, without saying EXCUSE ME..AGAIN, me and her jealous acne face ssa is going to have it out.
Everyone is awesome Thanks for your hard work and dedication Erika is an awesome phelb
I'm not new to plasma donation. I have donated at 2 other centers. The staff here are efficient. If you get there 1st thing in the morning, there is almost no wait. In and out quick. 5 stars!
Marquita was rude and unprofessional and did not follow procedure causing my pulse to be higher.
Friendly Staff ?? Excellent service ?? Faster Service as well ??
Last time I donated... The techs inserted needle too deep .. another tech came pulled it back reinsertion 3 times .. removed needle used a sterile one inserted in left arm .. 4 weeks later arm still bruised with difficulty and pain bending ... Still has blood clots under skin.. I enjoy the process of donating to help.. however I will not return.. also the oriental dude refused to pay me what I was supposed to receive... Very sarcastic..
Mrs Nikki is the best. She's a great nurse, she listens and gives positive feed back. I just love her personality.?? I love all the helpful information that she gives me to make my donation a success. You're the BEST MRS. NIKKI
The absolute worst plasma center I have ever donated to since I started donating back in 2020. Even Biolife on Watson is more skilled at phlebotomy than this place, and that's not saying much. The only person I would trust to stick me after so many negative experiences was a worker named Tai. However, that last time I donated on the 14th of October a stranger who I didn't know stuck me since Tai was unavailable, and was joking with her staff of "who could stick 12 people the fastest" which immediately made
I haven't been in about 2 years but I came in today and the staff that was there were amazing very friendly and awesome customer service and especially the lady that helped me through whole process Nikki Neal ty for yr awesome customer service
Waiting over an hour to be checked in.. Tech continues to leave to make chit chat with other techs. Once through check in wait for another hour in line to get hooked up to donate. Techs are being slow on purpose.. Over heard one tech/ manager tell another we need to slow down more so people will go elsewhere..
Ghetto and everybody is rude , and majority of the phlebotomist stick you hard !
First timer but when I seen how many lives both human and animals it helps my heartstrings got me! Just like a teaspoon of blood can save a babies life. Customer Service is almost nonexistent anymore. No hello, how is your day going. No please no thank you, etc. Let me tell you between Raven, Toni, Evelyn, and Theresa it definitely exists in them not on them. They are very professional, handle stress like pros, and take the time to ensure you have all the knowledge to make sure you want to move forward a
Shout out to one of the hard working people of CSL KD!
Xzonia is a wonderful associate & has great personality
Erika is by far the smoothest sticker I've had here
Very professional. The nurses are very nice and sweat, and explain everything thoroughly. They assist you if you need any kind of help. They take you and help you step by step. No worries, you are going to be in good hands. If you are not looking good or if they see something wrong, they immediately stop the procedure. And they make you wait and give you a drink. until you are better and well to go. I know by experience.
Erica the best poker and tee the best in the back room
Great workers, great work ethics, great all around
The donor techs are very approachable and down to earth
Marquita took her bad day out on donor and was very rude!!!
I promise she is one of the best that does it. Brie!!!!!!
Brittany and Devin 2 best to do it !
the ones who put the needles in will purposely move the needle around in your arm so that bruising occurs. when this happens, depending on how big the bruise is, you can't donate until a doctor sees you and approves it which can take anywhere from 3-5 days. if you're depending on this money to pay bills you should be able to be compensated when a "professional" interferes w that. I know exactly who was working on me and he will definitely be reported. I did nothing wrong and I'm at risk of homelessness beca
Erika is one of the funniest employees in the building, she really makes donations live.
Three of us went in needed money for bills, food etc and they just made excuses why we couldn't donate if you go to the Warner robins one don't get your hopes up. They make it sound a lot easier then it is to get approved !!!
The employees are wonderful people with a great sense of humor and knowledge of their work which is very comforting. I have never had a bad experience or any difficulty with anyone at the establishment. I consider them as friends almost like family.
There qare many facets to running a business such as CSL, and a donor encounters many employees during the process of getting approved to donate plasma and the actual donations. One employee that most donors never meet is the Warner Robins location's custodian, Charles. I was impressed with the spotless, clean evironment on my first visit to CSL almost one year ago. It's always this way, despite the high number of people who are in and out daily. A big tip of the hat to Charles for doing such a great jo
Majority of their employees are intoxicated whether it's liquor, weed, coke, or pills. They constantly make mistakes when sticking people and their ?phlebotomist? are not thoroughly trained. I have had large hematomas twice and when they mess up they either act like they didn't do anything wrong or they have an attitude with the donor. They have tried to defer me on multiple occasions for their lack of care & once for a personal issue that a manager had with me. This manager ,Trametria Rayford, used her wor
There was an issue with some of my intake paperwork and Ms Nikki & Ms Berta got it straightened out in a timely manner. Very pleased with all of the Staff there at Warner Robins CSL!
First of all let me say that everyone here is great. Wait times are not bad and staff is extremely friendly. My complaint is with the pay card they use. They switched card company and now they are a predatory company that charges if you don't immediately take your money. They have multiple bbb complaints and this needs to be addressed. Hopefully corporate office sees this or it is passed to corporate office. This is not ok. The people who donate here need every bit of money they can get. This is preying on
Brie was a great help for me today and is every time I go..Thanks Brie and CSL!!!
After donating today for about a hr an half today I waited another 45 minutes JUST to get unhooked while the whole time the staff was just chit chatting away..plz do better
It seems as if they are doing their best to defer me. I've been turned away 3 times. Each time I'll fix an issue they have a new one. The nurses n staff are great!! I know they are protecting me but, it's still disheartening get turned away so often. UPDATE: Finally!!! I donated yesterday. I was very impressed. I HATE needles!! The tech put me at ease and relaxed. It's a simple process. I laid back, she stuck me, 35 minutes later, my money was on my card and I was walking out the door. Thank you very much M
I have had one of the best experiences I have ever had this morning at CSL everyone is awesome there !!!! but the one I want to acknowledge today is the guy that took care of me his name Jalen.. every time I get him he makes me feel appreciated , comfortable and a pain free stick every time I have wanted to do this several times and I failed to do so but I feel as if he deserves to be acknowledge for his great public relations skills because he goes above and beyond !!!!
Bria was exceptional at work today!
This girl (Emily) is a racist. She doesn't need to be working as an employee if she goes around harassing and belittling people. You're supposed to treat loyal patients with dignity and respect, not like trash. The manager who is allowing this to happen needs to be fired as well.
Great experience fast wonderful personality keep her working here( LENA)
I'm adhd and have a naturally high pulse and have been turned away twice! And if the max is 99 then why did they let me donate last time with a pulse of 101 and everything went fine and I felt fine after I doubt all of these technicians are certified doctors so why is it that a little over 99 can't be accepted when that's normal for that person! And your told after a retake of vitals come back tomorrow? Why? I can't just wait and come back same day, plus I gotta bike in the hot sun to get there, I'm gonna t
Only reason why it's 2 star and not one is that I would give the afternoon shift 5 stars but the morning shift ruins it for the entire place. Imagine drinking 3 24 ounce bottles of water and 2 28 ounce Gatorades 2 and a half hours before you actually enter the center to donate, only to have the needle put in your arm wrong several times and then told you didn't hydrate enough. Then because they never admit fault they stop your donation make you drink more liquid even though your bladder is so full you could
Skinny black girl with braids and glasses is always the one sending me home. Everytime. She must hate working or just hate work.
I've been to different centers over the years but I've never had my vein blown!!! From my observation the ppl there are very inexperienced. They will dig in your veins the needle is huge it shouldn't be required. I will not go back
So far my experience of trying to become a new donor was not impressive. I spent hours yesterday trying to get someone on the phone to see what I needed to do. Finally got through, I asked if I needed an appointment, they said no just come in. I go in..... there is a sign at the front desk that says new donors sign in here. There is nothing to sign in on. I stand there and wait...... and wait..... and wait......there is noone for me to ask anything.... employees from across the building look me dead in the
Don't go here unless you really need the money. You will wait hours to get checked in and then hours to be seated, half of the stations are left empty and every single time they put the needle in it hurts like hell or they try to stick you more than once. Go to Biolife it's a professional place with short wait times or no wait at all, when they stick you it's minimal pain or sometimes you don't feel a thing.
Not sure what the phlebotomist name was but she was clearly on drugs based on her mannerisms and physical appearance. I did not donate as I did not trust her to do her job correctly. Which makes me question the business standards of this facility. Biolife seems to hire more professional workers.
All staff is very Professional and very friendly
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
