Most of the staff are very genuine and helpful... Just the overall experience has been rough. Ive donated over 100 times in Florida and never heard of anything about bruising preventing you from donating on the OPPOSITE arm. Arm has absolutely no pain in it, I simply left the arm wrap on for 12 hours after donating (i went to sleep once I got home, ate and did some minor things around the home). I'd be a bit more understanding if it was severe bruising... but I didn't even notice it for almost a week befo

Darilyn (I hope i spelled her name correctly) is definitely the best I've had as far as my stick. She did smoothly and with ease she got the flash in the iv and best part is I did it feel a thing. I have rolling bins and the vein she stuck sits in awkward position. And the machines are faster here! Will definitely come back to this location!

When we arrived, my wife was denied because we got married a year ago and they needed to see our marriage license even though we had both of her social security cards, her ID, and a piece of mail. I like this place, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It honestly didn't take as long as I thought it would, but that can change anytime you go lol. The chair was comfy. And even though I had a slight issue with my card, the guy upfront was helpful, even though I'm sure he did not have to.

Slowest plasma center I've ever been to and needle used is largest I've had. The worst thing is slow workers and not enough staff so they make you wait in lines until someone is available.

I have HUGE veins and they stuck me wrong the first time it started blowing and bruising immediately, so they took it out and tried again. As I've been going here, I noticed some irregularities. The 3rd visit, which was the week before last was had fewer workers on the donor floor due to a scheduling issue I overheard. Before I donated, apparently, they were saying donors needed to get their heights checked in the system, which I did. When the machine was done drawing my blood and withdrawing saline, the needle was left in my arm for about nearly 8 minutes. The worker who came over to bandage my arm made it TOO tight. Great place to go to if you're ever in need of extra cash! Lines are long and it's a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth the money. The employees act like that don't want to work here. They only had 6 people in beds with a line of 15 people and it stayed like that for 30 minutes. The ONLY time they get people in efficiently is when their manager is in the back making them fill all the bed. Even then they still complain like it's not their job.

I have donated for the last 4 years off and on (probably 40 times total) my left arm is very difficult to stick and have had many donaton places give up on that arm do to difficulty, today my right arm that I always use was giving the issues for some reason so they switched to my left halfway through even though I warned they of the problems I have had with it. At my new donor experience at the CSL in Webster, the staff was attentive, and the environment was clean even though it was at the end of the day before closing. Quinn made the experience even more pleasant by checking on my progress throughout the visit. Good job, you guys!

I have been coming here for about 6 months, twice a week, until a few bad experiences. Then I came back and had a few more bad experiences, but today I saw Rachael and everything went great. She did a great job and no issues. Thank you Rachael.

It does not matter what time you arrive, there is a high chance that you will have to wait 2-3 hours just to get seated. Seems like there's a million lab coats walking around but only 4 that are actually doing something. Plan your day in advance, the waiting us no joke.

It's ridiculous that I'm expected to show up 2 hours before opening to get a decent spot, but having to go to medical not once, but twice in one week was a poor experience. Having a policy in place to allow a new donors to skip the line is understandable. Letting someone cut in front of you because there screener was faster than yours is understandable. I will start by saying this is a brand new center, and there seem to be many untrained/new employees - I'm sure those are issues that can be worked out over time. Even though this center isn't busy yet, be prepared to wait - I was on site from 10:30-3:00 on my first visit. I worked there for 10 months as a phlebotomist, a lot of Roma on the donor floor, and was a regular gold donor there, after I left because I had to move to Florida, they permanently deferred me from every CSL in the states? would not recommend working there or dealing with the drama that goes on

If you want a painless experience with a friendly attitude, then I'd recommend going to Krystal. She's really good at what she does and makes you feel comfortable. It truly is a painless experience when you go to Krystal

Webster CSL plasma is the best?Especially Mr.Rob he's always respected by me because he gives nothing but respect and he's very very helpful?Now CSL plasma center in Webster is the place to donate?Tisha D is an amazing person as well she's always respectful with a great sense of humor and does her job very well?I would like to thank all of the CSL employees for doing a great job.

The trick is to come when it is not too busy. Otherwise you are looking at a two hour stay for a procedure that takes only 30 minutes. Platletes can take 90 minutes or more. Perhaps have some employees do nothing but change out machines and have other employees do nothing but take blood. Can't really complain. A place where you can earn $50 to $100 every other day.

Use to be my favorite place to donate, but the lines/times are getting worse instead of better. Some of the people don't seem to care or act like it anyways. For me the long waits are getting ridiculous.

I am giving this review 5 stars only because of the friendly and professionalism shown by Krystal. Anytime when I go donate I will request Krystal to put the needle in my arm. She comes by to check to see if I need anything and the way she inserts the needle makes it completely painless. Some phelbotmist will hurt you because they cannot find your vein. Thanks to such a great phelbotmist like Krystal, I will keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

I have been a donor for over a year now I love CSL over any other Plasma Center located in Webster I want to stress how important it is to eat a good meal and drink lots of water before you donate If your not prepared you can have a donor reaction Which simply means you could get lightheaded nausea and possibly faint ..but if you follow the direction this doesn't happen After 100 donations I thought I would be ok to donate with out following my routine And I had a reaction they were awesome Jazz the cutest

One of the attendees is a straight up liar. I went today to try to donate switching from another class center, and they wanted to tell me that I'm deferred. Upon calling CSL customer service they inform me that I am in fact not deferred. their lazy come on here and someone was in their time. If you don't like your job, don't work here!

They REALLY need to do something about wait time!!! It's beyond ridiculous! It's always 3 hours! Employees standing around doing nothing! So, it's not an understaffing issue!

I don't know which location is worse out of this one and the Baytown location. This location is poorly managed. The staff just stands around gossiping while the lines are almost to the entrance! You can easily be standing in line for 4-6 hours! I urge anyone to go donate at BioLife or any other plasma collection companies before coming here. This should be your absolute last option! Just absolutely awful wait times there's no real coordination it seems understaffed half the personal seems rude I'm sitting here now writing this review they won't let me donate because they say I need a physical but won't let the nurse that's available do it have to wait for someone else for some reason can't tell me how long it will be they need me more people they need some professionalism got here at 6 15 am it's now 8 am and I haven't seen anyone other then 1 nurse for physicals I was 7th in line now

This place deserves 0 stars. They Have hardly any staff. You stand in line for over an hour because only one person is sticking people. Their phlebotomists are not trained well at all. I am a very nice and respectful person I have several family and friends that give plasma at this location out of good faith and a few extra bucks to help ends meet and we've all had an issue with the same older African (no disrespect intended) lady I guess she's the manager or whatever her attitude it so stand offish and she has horrible customer service as if she owns the place. It's my first time ever visiting this location. Although it is very clean in here and the staff are pretty professional, the line in here is extremely long and they currently only have 2 booths open to screen donors. It's currently 10:30am and I've been standing in line since 9:43. And the line still has no end in sight. I don't think I'll be coming to this location to donate again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to come here either

I've been visiting CSL Plasma off / on since college (2015) in several different states. WA/FL/WI/LA now TX. This by far is one of thee most exceptional plasma centers. Staff professionalism, overall cleanliness, responsiveness to guest? the whole nine yards. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it's always room for improvement. Keep up the great work.

I really don't get all the negative reviews. The most I've ever waited to be cleared is 30 minutes and most times I walk right in and there's no line. Some of the staff is friendlier than others, but I have never encountered a rude employee, nor an uneducated one who doesn't know what they're doing. She never wears he own face shield so I don't know her name but she always has big lashes , makeup done , dark lipstick , and a wig. and she's so rude. Only come here if you're a first time donor. Otherwise you'll spend the next 5 hours waiting in line. I can see at least 20 machines open and yet the line for waiting is almost out the building.

Tried 2 days in a row to come here as a new donor. Yesterday the lady at the front desk said the computers were down for new donors and to come back today. I showed up today and she told me they weren't taking new domors today. I told her I was here yesterday trying as well, she didn't care and sent me on my way. She was so rude and dismissive. I will never come back to this location.

Dont go that place! I came from another plasma center. This location made me wait 2 hours and l was still on the line for physical check! There was another line for donation through entrance. All employees were hanging around , laughing doing nothing. Stay away from that place.

I'm a healthy person with good veins and the plasma process has been a breeze for me. I have donated 6 times now and there has not been any issues at all. The place is clean and well organized and everyone is super friendly. Crystal is the best!

My first donation went smoothly. To my dismay I was told to come back only two days later (Friday, then Sunday). My body felt overall depleted but I needed the money and that was the deal.
