However, some criticize long wait times, inefficiency, and occasional rude or unprofessional behavior, particularly from management. The pay scale changed now wen I go instead of 40 and 50 get 35 and 45 because of the weight why it changed y?all wanna save money now it's because of them new machines I bet they costed a lot so take 5$ from each donation to pay the machines prices think y?all slick y?all get over on people my app says one price and y?all say different I hate it I'll just drive to the east there plasma center pays more and been had better machines I get 40 and 75 better prices but longer wait and drive well

Where shall I start? Well first off at the beginning of the year they stopped giving donation points out (which helped out some-after you collect so many you can turn them into money) & that was a big downfall in my eyes. THEN the cost of a replacement card went up from $5 to $5.95 so anytime you lose your card it costs you $6 to replace it basically. THEN they got these NEW MACHINES that SUCK!!! It takes the poor girls that stick you FOREVER to set them up (NOT their fault by any means but still EXTREMELY

The whole Staff is kind and nice. They make you feel right at home.

Csl plasma in westwego is normally pretty professional, but on today, one of the older nurses was very rude and unprofessional. I told them that my blood pressure cuff was too tight and I had no flow. After repeatedly attempting to adjust the needle and having a swollen arm, I informed my husband that he should call the nurse out of concern and she became very agitated because of it. She then proceeded to yell at me and condescend after telling her that I had autism and as she asked why did he call her to t

Jada and leah excellent phlebotomy technicians. DOMINIQUESHA GOT ME ALL CHECKED IN. Great first experience. I will return. I visited the westwego location. Donate today.

I'm at my third donation now and staff has been very friendly and informational on the whole process. Very kind and patient ladies.

CSL is a strong cheetah where Octapharma is an old confused domestic house cat that's blind in one eye and only watches TV with the other eye.

Still wouldn't let me donate after 4 days had to drive home on gas light and now I can't leave my house to even go to work thanks for screwing me stupid place it should be my prerogative whether or not I want to donate again after 3 days

I am a brand new donor they only had 2 people servicing the front desk it's like a ghost town very short staffed

I'm here at the CSL Plasma #153 in Westwego, LA for the 2nd time, and I'm still pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, persistence and consistency of the staff and systems here. It's increasingly rare to find a place where people work with the same sense of urgency as you have being there. Rare to find a place that has a system you can't think of how to improve! But what's most rare these days is the courtesy and care the staff at CSL 153 show me and everyone I've witnessed them with.

I travel 25 minutes out of the way to come to this location as opposed to Kenner. Staff are ALWAYS attentive, friendly, and efficient!!! I'm lucky to get in and out of Kenner in 90 minutes, but never takes more than 45 mins-1 hr here in Westwego. Outstanding professionalism, keep up the great work!

This is the absolute best one to go to!! Make no mistake, these people are amazing!! Always smiling, in a great mood, so polite, positive, and always say thank you!!! It is ALWAYS a great experience!! A beautiful staff!!! 5 stars!!????????????????????

I have a friend of mine that goes and she was telling me about it so I decided to go with her and give it a try I was very nervous and scared not knowing what to really expect everyone was very helpful nice and kind explained everything to me very thoroughly and they took their time to answer all my questions. With no problem no attitude and I can give them a 100 for being very professional and honest and explaining everything to someone that may be becoming a new patient. And I really did appreciate it and

The staff are nice and friendly people . Do not care about your well-being after leaving my arm was swollen and 4 days later my arm is still swollen. I signed for discomfort. Not for my arm to be swollen for days after donating. Don't believe I will ever go back there.

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I went ahead and came. It was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly, and professional. Everything was explained carefully, and the whole process was pretty easy. Being a first time donor I thought I would be in there half the day, but the entire process took about 3 hours. Nice experience, AND made a little extra money, not bad.

I've been coming to this location for years and I wouldn't have an issue at all with continuing to give at this location when I move. I've built a great bond with the staff, old and new, and would recommend for others to come to this location as well if you want a pleasant experience.

Normally always have a good experience here. Especially with Lala, she is always on point. She takes her time, making sure to be accurate. Always polite and ask questions to make sure you are taken care of.

98% of staff friendly. Girl's in front very nice and are always cleaning. In the back Rashan Dickerson is the best worker I've seen. It's enjoyable to watch him work. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast without looking hurried, clean, ect.....the nurses are all nice. Crystal went out of her way to get a answer to my question. Thanks to all !

I visited CSL for the first time and that will be my last. The center manager is very rude unless you are her under age daughter and son who is welcomed in the building or her husband who can walk in the back office at any time he feels like it. The problem starts with management.

It used to be slow but now I'm in hear2 to3 hour's every time i come in. It's ridiculous but the staff are always very friendly. They are seriously UNDER staffed and they also have some un friendly staff also but all in all if you DON'T mind the wait and you can ignore the unfriendly staff it's a alright experience. Come on CSL you can do better!!!

First visit lasted a little over 3 hours. Second visit took about an hour and a half with donation time. Staff is pretty friendly and professional. However, I learned the hard way that sometimes they don't have their nurse in house. The nurse who is required for new patients to get processed through screenings. Furthermore, I spent about 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one picked up. I have pressing questions and there is little means of asking them.

Always closing early, , I've actually seen employee'slock the door 20 or 30 minutes early just because they felt like it. I drive 30 minutes one way for no other reason than just because they're being lazy..

You call these people to get more information and of course they answer telling you WRONG NUMBER! How do you know I am calling the wrong number sir? You didn't even ask me who I was, what I was calling for or anything for that matter. So that makes me think, you simply did not want to work. GREAT JOB CSL!!! Your employees are fantastic.

The service is excellent. I've only ever had issues when others fail to follow the rules - the staff are pleasant and do what they're able - some feel they are above rules when it comes to their phone usage.

Facility is clean and staff is friendly and respectful. Ms LaLa (Phleb) kept coming back to check on me. I am a fairly new donor, so that made me feel good. Thank you??

The staff is nice and friendly but they are extremely inefficient. The wait times for returning donors is usually longer than the actual donation time. The wait times would be a lot better if the techs would open up more booths and concentrate on their work instead of goofing around. Every time I have been in the staff has open and loud conversations with eachother and often stop working in order to socialize. After checking in at the kiosk I have to wait in line 10-30 minutes to have my vitals done because

I must say first that most of the employees are awesome. Now let me say why I wouldn't give this place 1 star if I could. The management are rude! I brought my son with me to donate, he has dyslexia and needs help. They made him wait for 3 hours on more than 1 occasion and this was his 12th donation. I explained once again to the lady that my son had a disability. She sighed heavily and shook her head. Very nasty. I asked her if she had anyone in her family with dyslexia and she didn't say anything, she jus

This was the most disgusting, time consuming , and absolute test of patient EVER! I never write negative reviews but in this case I felt the need to share my experience. Hopefully, others will read and stay away from this company completely! I am familiar with donating plasma and frequently visit Octopharma Plasma in Gretna, LA. Decided to switch to a closer location to home, so I stopped by CSL. The whole staff should be FIRED. Nothing but young and enexperienced people trying to do a job that is so basic,

Staff is good but they fight each other. Takes 4-5 hours to donate and not because of the amount of donors but the workers that are understaffed and can't stick donors. Alot of infighting too

The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to select it to leave a review! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been here since 2:40! Its now 5:27!!! I only want my 1st 50 & I PROMISE I WONT STEP FOOT EVVVVVEEEEEEEERRRRRR IN THIS PLACE! RIDICULOUS!

Very good professional caring workers also love to have fun and joke to brighten up your day also they do their jobs correctly they don't have no bad negative attitude with anyone I encourage everyone to go to the plasma in westwego and he also thank you for your donation

Glad to have a CSL close to my job and I've been coming here for years, great vibes once you get in the donor chair lol

The internet said they open up at 8am Saturday n the phone voicemail thing says they open up at 8am n then u get here at the place n on the door it says they open at 9am. Then u call n tell them all this after 9:20am n they hang up on u. Rude people. Finally someone came out n told us what was going on. Once got in u have to wait awhile but front desk lady was nice. I hope the back goes ok. Call for there times.

I've never had any problems always respectful and thank me for my donation on the way out the door..????

Easy to get to and donate. They pay immediately. Friendly and courteous

I had a great visit today the workers are very nice and professional I really had a great experience

They hired a lot of new people but instead of speeding visits up donations take longer. However, everyone is always friendly.

They lied about the line and now I have to leave for work and wasted my gas. Im almost homeles.. terrible terrible customer service. Just to get me in right. Now here's a bad review for a terrible staff. Get it together.

I have always had a positive experience at this facility. Everyone treats me with kindness and they are all super friendly.

I don't today was the exception. Most of the time it's crowded, and I have never won so much as a front of the line pass. When they were giving away gifts like pools and bikes ect. I would ask who won and I never got a answer. The screeners are on point and professional, but when the stickers see me commeing they often pass me off because I am a difficult stick I have been doing this for decade. Since I have been comming hear I have developed a lot of scar tissue in my mane vein from them chewing up my vein

They were friendly an nice an made sure I was okay at all times

Very unprofessional nobody changes their gloves & if you ask they to it's war!!!! Samira is the nicest technician everybody else ?throw the whole staff away?

I recently had a bad experience with this place but today Paula and Yvonne were exceptional very professional especially Paula Yvonne has a soft stick that was awesome highly recommend to c Paula n vonne

Lola is so polite and patient ?? great customer service from the overall staff?? BRAVO ??

They system always and then they tell u call but no one ever answer the phone it's always busy and it's always when it almost time from them to get off people with jobs come when they can and it's always something

They are always polite and they are very attentive to the donor?s needs.

Nice staff. Clean. Quick service

Never had a problem with anyone, great workers.

The MOST unprofessional establishment I've ever set foot in. Staff is inconsiderate, rude, uses profanity like they're at home, talks about their personal life loud and carelessly, complains all day about how they can't wait to get off, and throws tantrums when doners walk through the door.
