The place is nice and all, however, the phlebs don't change their gloves regularly (like with every donor) instead they wash their gloves with hand sanitizer which only breaks the glove down. Not a great feeling and a very crappy technique.

The worst experience and I didnt even get to donate ,.waited to2 hrs and then they tell I can't donate because of my medication. They have signs every where stating reasons for unable to donate .none of which says anything about medications. Thet should ask first are u on meds then go from there don't wait till the last step 2hrs later a say ur not able to . Unbelievable but ik at 20 people that go there that are in the same meds

Every worker I have encountered has been very sweet. I like coming here.

If you enjoy killing yourself so someone else can live be my guest but they aren't telling the truth about what your actually doing to your body and your health and not to mention they aren't really expert with needles it's your life choose to keep it

I've been coming here for a while now, I've had 73 donations on record and have helped 150 people get the life saving plasma they need. The staff is generally nice. They've recently switched the machines they use and I cannot go back anymore. I've had 3 donations with the new machines and my experience is so awful I simply cannot return. When donating the machine will state that I'm not pumping anymore and the needle will JUMP in my arm, the tube will shake and it is painful and extremely uncomfortable. I?v

Call to see when you can donate put on hold for over 30Minutes!!!!!!! If your smart go to b positive or ked. Pays better and the staff is way better

Overall a good experience here. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. My first visit as a new patient was 3 hours from entering to exiting. It was slow to get started because it wasn't clear what I was supposed to do as a new patient. There was a sign that said to wait at the front desk for a staff member, but it didn't seem like there was anybody tending to the front. One of the ladies doing vitals tests was doing double duty on front desk too, so I guess she didn't realize

Corporate is being unfair. First the take away of the rewards n now just now spent $11 ride to show proof of my address. Until Corporate does the normal thing like it was i rather find a different center. Thank you corporate for making day even worse

They are a very clean facility and amazing people. They are busy at times but do a great job to keep the experience great and moving smoothly.

This place told me I had Hepatitis B and I clearly do not have it. So thanks to these people I'm banned from donating even though I have proof of not having it

I put a 5 star when I first started because I would get a candy bar and it seemed to be great. Fast forward to now. Every time I come now it is SO beyond slow. Waiting in line for over 2 HOURS to not even be on the floor. The girls sticking take their time and giggle and chat the whole time with no regard to time and how many patients there are waiting. I bruise every time. There are some really great people who work here, but then you get the ones who don't care and slack off really making it a long misera

They removed all reward programs and demoted all platinum donors. Place is now a joke. Less employees, less donor chairs and longer wait times. They also cut the pay scale and they don't tell you till after you donate. You need to read a tiny letter by the desk that tells you. The pay scale is based on your weight. The heavier you are the more you get paid.

You get paid for donating plasma. It's clean and the people that work there are nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Workers are slow and lazy and just stand around talking and ignoring people in line who've been in line most over an hour!!!! Absolutely disgusting

They are so disorganized upfront and have zero communication. Then they get defensive when you address them over it. I left because they kept bruising me meanwhile b positive never did. Unfortunately now I can't get back into b positive because they only have 1 new donor appt a day. I had an aggravating experience last week because the staff wanted to keep standing around and gossiping. 4 of them saw me sitting there waiting for a nurse off to the side. Yet no one told me that I was sitting in the wrong spo

I love it here, it's like family. All the staff are friendly, great senses of humor and know how to ease your nerves about donating. They listen if you need to ask about anything and are always quick to help which I appreciate. Shout out to Jillian, Mo, Masiel, Jess, Eydie, and all the awesome people working there who make the experience quick and as painless as possible! Love you guys! I won't go anywhere else.

Love it here, it's like family. The ladies work their butt off trying to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. I was in today the day after Christmas the line was not as long as I expected it to be. Another donor made a ignorant comment about how the ladies were standing talking. It was the end of their shift, all beds were full. It was the day after Christmas others are still home enjoying their family while these ladies are working, give them a break!!!! Ladies keep doing what you do your AMAZING!!

I've been coming here over a year so I can confidently say this is the slowest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life. Makes the lines at Disney world look like the NASCAR speedway. The entire Cold War was faster than donating plasma at Wilkes Barre CSL. Don't even bother unless you have 3 hours+ to spare. None of the staff cares about your time, and everyone has 2 speeds, slow and stop. it's not worth waiting 3-4 hours for $50. You'd do better working more at your job. My personal hell is waiting in t

Please hire an efficiency expert consultant. You will recoup your money back in a week. While the phlebotomy staff work extremely hard, the operations routine is so inefficiently mismanaged, it's painful to wrap our heads around how you can function this way and be OK with it. Then you utilize a salary for someone to stand around putting stickers on bags!? Not a good way to use badly needed resources. Empty beds aren't making money & people standing against walls aren't making money. 2-3 hours is a commo

The last three or four times I tried to donate, I walked out, as the line was to the door! Ive tried the morning, afternoon and evening, When the line is to the door, it's about a 3.5 hour wait. All this plus a 30 minutes drive each way. It's not worth 4-5 hours of my day for $50. I would like to donate, but I can't justify that wait. I wish something could be done at the Wilkes-Barre Twp location.

Great place. The workers there are very nice and friendly, place is clean and I've had no problems as of yet and been going since 10/2022. Kerri the receptionist is one of my favs. BIG shout out to all the workers who have made all my experiences there good ones. You know who you are!! ????

CSL in Taylor is great. Sometimes there is a little wait but never horrible. The pickers are great can't say enough about them. I have a tough vein in my left arm so I usually use my right. There are two there that can hit my left. When they are there I give my right arm a break. They are all very friendly there.

The debit card that is given charges for every transaction, after the first transaction. So after we donate, the money we are paid ends up being even less. The fee is .50 every transaction after the first one. Then if you end up being overdrawn because of money you didn't know card company took from you they charge you a fee for that too. Honestly it's not worth the hassle.

Chrissy and Jill are one of the best phlebotomy workers there they are the only ones that can catch my veins. Excellent place to donate! Clean and organized! Update! Mo is excellent fastest donation cici is great to and lavia is excellent! Shay makes sure I'm in and out fast great team! Laniez is amazing and knows how to catch a vein!

I absolutely love this place.Ive been to other centers in Wilkes Barre and had negative experiences. But never once had any bad experience here. The staff is super friendly. Jillian and Chrissy are absolute delights. My favorite Kelly is no longer there but I've had great experiences with all the staff. Newer employees included. The skill of the phlebotomists is way better than Interstate. Edie, Levi, Chrissy, are all highly effective. For first timers you do need to have an appointment. Also the line can g

Always understaffed - Had to walk out - Only two phlebotomist on a Sunday. I stopped going for a year and thought it may have gotten better but it just got worst. I referred someone and they absolutely hate it. It's not the staffs fault it's just there is never enough staff. Terrible management.

Great experience. Everything was clean. If its your first time plan on 3 hours to get all set up... but they are paying you for your time and donation. It was very busy on a Thursday afternoon. All the employees I interacted with seemed to be happy and enthusiastic about their work! Taja and Chrissy are awesome. Looking forward to returning.

Super clean donation center. Besides the long wait for reception; I have never had a bad experience, nor any complaints. The entire staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Special thanks to Jill, Kristy, and Shay for always going above and beyond.

I come to CSL Wilkes-barre over any other facility in the area. The staff here is so welcoming and professional it's such a relief. Thanks CSL workers YOU ROCK!

The process has gotten "better" and the phlebotomists know what they're doing. The check in process and waiting is still horrid most days. I literally just walked out because there's one person doing check in and a line to the door and apparently fast passes are STILL a thing. That is frustrating waiting in line for as long as we do for little money. Maybe I'll update this eventually when they get rid of fast passes and some more staff.

Went to donate today for the first time here, staff is wonderful!! Definitely made me feel comfortable and at home. I felt like I've know them before going in today, it was an overall awesome experience!!

CSL is very clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I don't mind the wait, because some of the place I been to the staff is very out of hand. Jill , Jillian, and MO are some of your good staff.

Signed up on the website. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 50 minutes and was told first they don't do appointments anymore although I showed from my app it was scheduled. The lady who nice decided to get me in. 5 mins later find out my zip code 17815 is not allowed to donate at this location. A phone call and a scheduling from the website said nothing about this! Make sure you check if your anywhere else trying to go here. On my way back 50 plus more minutes!

When I first walked in, place was very clean. Everyone was nice. First visit was long, but I expected that. 2nd visit.. I was sitting there and everything was fine but I realized no one changed their gloves! Even after touching the cart that had the sharps container.

The staff is very friendly but the miscommunication is downright awful The equipment is an adequate for fingerprinting, wait time of appalling again that's not a reflection upon the staff. They are doing the best they can.

After the first 8 times it's not worth coming back. It's sometimes not even worth the first 8. The employees are so lazy that you will be here at LEAST 3 hours. No matter how the line looks, there's always at least three people standing around chatting. I've been left hooked to a machine pumping nothing because the machine had stopped and the woman next to me continued to just talk until someone came around for her to ask to do it for her. They clearly don't care about donors time. I was stuck here an extra

Awful staff. Very rude and they don't care about wasting your time. Scheduled an appointment via the app ahead of time. I stood in line for nearly 40 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. During that wait, they ushered 2 more people in front of everyone in the line. As I was next to check in, they told me I had to check in up front where no one was staffed. I stood their trying to scan my QR code for a few minutes with no success. As I was trying to scan my code, someone that worked their approached me

CSL is great! I've been going here for awhile. The staff is so friendly and incredibly welcoming. Angela is the best! She's so gentle, extremely cool, sweet and down to earth. I would highly recommend CSL plasma.

I never had a problem with the 75 or so donations I have there. All of a sudden I'm getting turned away because I'm coming up as a partial match? A different name but same birthday and same last 5 on the SSN. People at the center were trying to help me the best they can but when I call the online number, nothing. They basically say I have to deal with the center. THE CENTERS NOT THE PROBLEM! I've been waiting on a phone call back for about 3-4 weeks now. I guess that's not happening.

I love coming to the Wilkes-Barre location because everything is very clean, the staff is wonderful and efficient! Today I had the pleasure of having Massiel stick me and it was painless, easy and I was 100% comfortable. I will continue to give my donations at this location!

I would like to praise Angela Wood she is always so nice, it's a pleasure to go there she's always smiling . She answers any questions I have she is very positive it's a nice place to go to . She knows what she's doing when she inserts the needle . Also mo, jill, massiel , kofi , kiersten,Jillian , are always pleasant and smiling too . It's clean there too . Very.

Clean but way understaffed and the staff they do have focus more on talking then working..need more workers up front

This location is really professional and welcoming. I always enjoy talking to staff when coming into this location. They are wonderful and really make the process simple and effortless one.

This place closes locks it's door way before 7 O'clock because they don't want to work called corporate since they want to make their own hours this facility really needs people who actually want to work

The entire staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. Each of them was pleasant and kind. They took the time to explain everything and guide me each step of the way. It's an clean, fun and inviting environment. This all made the process easy. ??

As a long time Plasma Donor, I have experienced several different Plasma Centers/Companies. As I approach 2 months at CSL in Wilkes Barre, I cannot rave enough about this center. Hands down one of the cleanist centers I have entered, from lobby, to bed area to even the bathrooms. Most centers bed areas are strewn with trash around overflowing trash bind. Not here. Wait time has also been nonexistent compared to most centers. Checking in is quick and you are almost immediately sent to a bed post check-in.

It's definitely not like it use to be went down hill now they pay you even less

I love this place, the staff is absolutely stellar and I always feel comfortable. They do a great job at getting the donors in and out and making sure we follow rules

It's an amazing place to donate your plasma with the great phlebotomist and the customer service I would definitely what you thank ,Mo ,Jillian, Chrissy, Baeb and the rest of them

I was there and saw a woman almost pass out,it was alerting the worker sha. Came right over got ice packs and calmed the woman. She stayed with her until she felt ok. Sha it was great to see how quick calm and nourishing you were towards the woman. When sha and lavia works I feel better and things go alot quicker

Awesome staff. Knowledgeable and very Caring. The facility is very clean. The front staff Techs are very professional with the initial testing before you're ready to donate. The Techs that work in the back are very professional and caring, always asking how you are doing and making sure you are comfortable. It is an awesome feeling knowing your donation can help someone and knowing the Techs taking care of you are making it an easy donation, Makes it that much better to donate.

Very disappointed in the staff and process. Of course, there will be waiting , which is to be expected. What is NOT expected is being forgotten about while in the bay waiting to be stuck by an employee. I was the first donor to be placed in the bay and was skipped over by the blonde employee with red glasses. Instead, she cleaned, set up open/free bays and chatted with coworkers about trading snacks and food. I thought once she was done with the last bay, it was my turn. I thought very wrong as she then whe

CSL PLASMA IS EXTREMELY CLEAN. THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. JILLIAN AND MOE ARE MY FAVORITE, THEY ARE SO CARING. THEIR CONVERSATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY HELP EASE MY ANXIETY AND COMFORT LEVEL. 100 OUT OF 10 FOR SURE.

You'll be here for five hours every time you come in bc none of the staff are attentive. They stand around and talk not to mention most of the staff are very rude! Horrible service in Wilkes barre location

Very nice and polite. Never a dull moment when ever I visit. The leagues always have smiles on their faces. I absolutely love it here

They are very clean and very professional. Massie L is one of the best. She is very nice and gets u hooked up without any problems. Overall very good place very friendly

Great place. Employees are friendly and other donors are nice. No problems. You have your money before you are out of the door. Highly recomended

I love coming to CSL it's truly my favorite place to Donate. The staff is nothing but special. They make you feel like your a part of a family. Mazzi Nat Moe Jess they're my favorites, lthe whole staff is cool tho. I recommend CSL to any new donor or anyone looking to donate.

I have to say I've never had this done before But a good friend of mine had referred me and said it is painless And also you'll be helping people. I was it nervous at first but the staff nurses phlebotomist they were absolutely wonderful. They truly make sure you are aware of everything that is going to happen or could possibly happen I would definitely recommend CSL to other people.??

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH PLASMA CENTER!! ITS THE CARD AND MONEY THEY GIVE YOU! 4th time getting paid. Card info was stolen and I lost about 20$. Was told to fill out form and wait 35 to 40 days (I'll assume business but he didn't clarify) for them to figure it out while or as they "if the money was used fraudulent" (which I don't live in settle Washington so clearly I didn't use it) but now have to wait 7 to 10 days for new card and then MAYBE I'll get my money back. It's clear they don't want you to fi

Everything and everyone was super nice. The facility was clean. Barely any wait. Only issue is they offer a $5 bonus for leaving a review. I left review after first visit, for the next 4 visits I kept asking about the bonus I NEVER received,. I was told they couldn't find my review, I even showed them the email confirmation for the review. It was way too much trouble and frustration for $5.

If your going to be closed for two days and least have it fully staff when you open back up tuesday. I saw people standing outside in the cold and when they were let in they were standing inside the staff had attitudes being rude after some donors were confused to when to step in the booth their is no seating arrangement while waiting to be called to the booth their is not enough booths to get a good flow of people on to the donor floor nor is there enough trained employees to be able get you in and out qui

Very friendly environment and nice and friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean facility, and good COVID protocol. It was slow to start, because there were a lot of new patients, but once we got in, everything went smooth and quick. Good rates too.

I had a great experience at CSL Plasma. As a new donor, the set up went very quickly despite the line being quite long at 8 in the morning. The staff was very kind and courteous, as well. The whole donation only took about 45 minutes, and the staff made sure to check on me to see how I was doing the whole time. It was very nice, and I will definitely be going back!

Great experience at the center been coming here for a while and the stuff and management are very great love lashes (massiel)as my stick person she's one of the best in there but all around great center one of the best

I went here on Sunday October 11th 2020. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She made sure I was helped in every way possible. When I finally made it through the very detailed screenings I went into the back to donate. There was 2 phlebotomists (Karen and Leslie) were also very knowledgeable and cared about my well being. They made sure I was comfortable for the whole process. I will be returning!!

Terrible 2nd in line to go on a bed and noone was stuck for 45 minutes. #1 in standing around and trying to look busy. I had to walk out again. 3hr wait is ridiculous. 2 people work others wander around aimlessly. Toxic work environment and will never go there again. If you hate your jobs then leave................. Its not our fault.

I've been here 4 times so far. Every time they ask about the mark THEY left. Or about a mark from a bandaid, that I'm allergic to but still have to use. They told me on the phone new donors get $100 the first 5 times. I get here and that's not the case because I don't weight 150lbs or more. Even the website says $500 for the first month. Doesn't say anything about weight. After my first 5 times, I don't think I'll be coming back here. It's always something. I never had such problems donating elsewhere over

I've been donating at CSL for a while now. I go there because they are clean and friendly for the most part and on the good side of town . From time to time my protein levels are a little low so I get deferred I went in to have my blood work drawn and they have been giving me the runaround for weeks, saying my protein came back but the other five panels didn't not to mention the fact I didn't go in there for anything other than low protein, these people told me last week to call back today . I call and now

Great and friendly staff, but unfortunately I barely go anymore because the influx of people. It's not just worth the money you get to sit and wait 2 or 3 hours ????

Usually I am there early. That's because it wasn't cold. Everything else changed and my donation process is 10/10. Sometimes well most you gotta make em smile to start the day

Great, friendly & efficient staff. Everything runs so smoothly here whether it's busy or not. Also big shoutout to Jill H. She's so full of energy and laughter, one of my favorites

The focus only on the fast pass people and you wait 3 hours for nothing because they treat you like a dead body when it's ur turn..

I was very nervous being a first time donor. The staff was very personable and friendly. They take their time and explain the whole process and answer any questions. It turned out to be a relaxed and calm experience. Highly recommend them!

Always a great experience and the staff there is AMAZING especially Kerri.. She's always so friendly courteous and dedicated to going above and beyond

Staff are usually goofing off with other staff slowing down production. I have been waiting to be hooked up to the machine along with several others for an hour while we watch two of four staff goofing off with each other.

Dont expect to be there any less then 3 hours no matter how much you need to pump. They are understaffed, underpaid for donors and employees, and the wait is ridiculous! The staff is amazing although they have recently lost a few valuable employees such as Chrissy, Jose, and a few others. I'm thankful the blue haired girl, Jill and Jilly Bean are still standing! They need more money and to feel appreciated bc if csl does lose them, it will hurt them very much.

First time at CSL & everything was great. Staff was beyond friendly & very knowledgeable. I was nervous about going, but i am quite impressed at the facility and thankful I chose to use CSL vs other options in my area.

CSL in wilkes barre is hands down the best plasma center in the area !! very clean facility, awesome management, and wonderful staff!! i truly enjoy going to donate. not only are you saving lives but you're making friends too!

The staff at Csl plasma are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience once while coming to Csl to donate. The center is very clean and has great experienced staff. I always highly recommend them to all my friends and family!! ????

Great staff. They're so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I love coming here.

Whole staff needs to be retrained. Has to be one of the worst places I've ever been too. How they got a 4 star rating is mind boggling.

My first time being here was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an easy way to help others and earn a little something for yourself. I would definitely come again.

All the girls here are amazing and if you need a laugh for you day this is definitely the place to come not to mention professionalism and down to earth jill h will be sure to make you laugh everyday is a great time here all the girls are wonsergul and have a wonderful sense of humot

Can't say enough great things about the staff at this place!!!! There has yet to be a person who hasn't greeted me with a smile. I have been donating here for awhile now & wouldn't think of going anywhere else! I can't specifically call anyone out by name because you are all so good it doesn't seem fair ???????? ??Ty you all for what you do??
