so tired of places not staffing properly. there's no reason why i show up 4 hours before closing and can't be seen as a new time donor.

The workers here are extremely friendly, they work hard and are definitely not the issue I have with this location. It's the lack of employees they have working here, or atleast on the donation floor. They'll have 2 phlebotomist doing donations while there's a line to the door. They seem extremely understaffed and of course this is not the phlebotomists fault, but the company or management. They absolutely need to have more people working donation, I typically wait over an hour until I'm finally in the chai

There's a worker named Katie she's a older lady I came in today she was very rude from the second I walked in my advice go to the one on old Yorke rd. Katie should be fired for the way she talks to plasma donors

Highly Recommended Been Coming Here For Over 3 Years This Is The Only Reputable Donation Center Around. Great Staff, Simple And To The Point. Amber And Hailey Are The Best "Stickers" And Make The Process Comfortable, Easy And Quick. I Have Been To Other Donation Centers In The Past And No Other Compares To The Willoughby Hills Location.

There's a tech there that's just seems to get a joy out of deferring ppl as if it's her money. Literally Everytime I get in her line I get deferred for Bp being to high. But I never knew I wasn't supposed to chew gum. Another tech there told her that she was supposed to have me remove my gum and she deferred me anyway. A lot of us are hard working individuals who might just need a few bucks to get through sometimes.. she shouldn't have her nose up

It was nice to come in to facility that treated me like a person not a piece of livestock. The process was speedy and didn't take 3 hours to donate like the place in Mentor. Bree was AMAZING she listened to me and didn't make me feel like a bother being a difficult stick. Hit it first time, no flash. Thank you Haley for the explanation of the machines . Definitely glad I made the switch. Thank you for making this transition a good one. Highly recommend CSL Willoughby

Only stocks gatorade with artificial dyes so Bring your own electrolytes if their saline administration doesnt go as planned

I've been coming for about a year, the staff is amazing. From vitals to the donor floor. They remember first names so you don't feel like a stranger either. Place is always clean and if you have to wait a little longer they apologize for the wait. They are very hard workers. Hailey, hailey 2.0 and amber are all awesome n do amazing jobs

Super cold donating area but professional leg up on the competition. They have a one confrontational screener booth 1. Always here "thank you for your donation" upon completion. Unlike other places.

I've donated here off n on for 5+ years. I've been off for almost 9 months and went back today. Amber...the best phlebotomist there, instantly recognized me even though it had been 9 months and I've lost 50lbs since last being there. My veins are difficult and most ppl have a hard time sticking me. She was one of the few that could always get me. We hugged n caught up chatting for a minute and moved on. Once I was finally donating, all the alarms on the machine went off and she was the one to come fix it. I

Staff at this facility are always so friendly! Girls at vitals are all great. I have issues with making my HR jump when I get there and they all let me relax before they start the process. Katie and Joe are excellent nurses, as are the others. I'm not a fan of needles (who is?), but Hailei is always so gentle and friendly. Amber, Halle, and Dante are some of my other favorites too?.there are other great ones, but newer and I haven't learned their names yet. Everyone is very friendly and makes for a pleasant

The staff is fantastic, they are very professional, the whole staff are incredible, Nikki, Maria, Halie 2 , Amber, May, and one named Hallie or Hanna, Heidi and Lola, .

UPDATE SINCE LAST REVIEW*** so I thought I would try here once again - I got an email saying $100 for 1st donation (it's been almost 2 years since I donated so I guess I'm considered a new donor again) who wouldn't go? WOW!! worst worst decision ever! 1st off I was greated nicely but then when she tried to answer my question her fellow coworker started yelling at her telling her no about something & how wrong her answer was to me (VERY RUDE!! ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I STOPPED COMING!) 2nd - I was given a f

I haven't gone here in 2 years and plan to keep it that way. Staff- unprofessional.. throw the WHOLE staff away. When it comes to medical services, they should all be fired. I came in to be registered literally encountered the same issue as half of these reviews on here "Technical issues", which staff sat and fraternized about. In my personal opinion, as a mental health counselor I believe that the staff comes here to pick up an easy pay check, what is the longest process related to their position? ---Regi

It's pretty good except this one girl there with white and black hair. She came over to my machine in the middle of donating didn't say a word to me pressed some buttons on my machine and slowed down my process. Very frustrating to not even say a word to me. This is why I go to freedom. Made me uncomfortable she wasn't even the one who put the needle in me.

I saw a lot of bad reviews on here. I dont see why though. The staff is nice af. They definitely take care of you up there. My first day they made it as easy as possible then every time after that has been quick and easy.

The people at the establishment are clearly just showing up to sit around and collect a pay check. Absolute horrible customer service. Not a single staff member knows what is going on. I gave this place 3 chances? the first time I stopped in I stood at the counter as one of the employees across the room just kept looking at me until I said something. I told her I was there to donate plasma? duh. Clearly wasn't there to just hang out. Anyways, she said we aren't taking new donors today only registering peopl

I love going to this location. Friendly, funny, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff makes the whole experience feel like home. Amber, Te?Airra, Roni, Hailey, Katie, Emily and many more is why I donate at this location. You all Rock ??

Worst place ever! No empathy and no apology when warranted. Very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with people and making people feel comfortable ever coming back to them again. Don't bother going there there are plenty other centers that really care about other people and their jobs!!!!!

I've never felt more humiliated. It was my first time ever trying to donate, so I wasn't sure what to expect and an employee laughed at me because of this like it was the funniest thing they've ever heard.

I went the CSL for the first time today and from start to finish it was so easy . Jaime the nurse was so pleasant and explained everything to me to where I understood what was expected of me. The front staff to the back staff everyone was so welcoming and professional

I had donated for the first time, they give you a red folder and in that folder is a questionnaire, I was told to fill it out and bring it back to my second donation and I will receive a $5 promotion to my second donation. I gave it to the lady at the front desk, who said we don't take those anymore, it's fine and all but I'm the same week I got the paperwork to fill out and brought it back in, why give the paper out in the packet ??????? it doesn't make sense to me

Get people who know what they are doing and care about doing it, waits are always long you have employees screaming cuss words across the place not to worried about the 10 people waiting to be serviced. Extremely unprofessional, understaffed and unknowledgeable. The staff spends 30 minutes going back and forth with other staff trying to figure out what they are doing, it's very irritating

I've been coming here for he past year. I feel great respect from everyone working here. They take the time to get to know me. Usually in and out within an hour and a half. Easy time here instead of biolife.

The one with the black and white hair is one of the best stickers here! She's very personable and gentle! I'd give this place more stars if I could because of her!!!

My experience is great , makes every time I come in feel like family there so friendly personally and attentive. Amber, te?airra, roni,Halley, emily and all the workers are amazing!!

Wanted to do a good deed. Donate blood for those in need. But to my great regret, I encountered rudeness and unacceptable behavior. And the reason was that the staff of this institution wanted to leave for lunch as soon as possible. I did not expect to see such an attitude towards people. I really don't recommend going there. And my proposal is to change the entire staff. These people should not work in medicine.

Willoughby Hills used to be the go to place. But they are a revolving door. The past 4 times I was there I got 2 hemotomas in each arms, the techs there don't seem to know what they're doing anymore. If there was another one besides Cleveland I would go to there. Unfortunately there isn't. I'm not sure I'll be going back there after my now latest deferral due to their incompetent actions

front desk has no sense humor! dont try joke with them. they will flag you! back how ever staff members are great. easy goof off with make jokes with you. have scarastic personalty do not go here. front desk make you wait for ever get screen.

Yesterday was a long day for the staff short handed but the team handled it nurse Kaite was amazing she continued to check on us and keep the long line hydrated also good job by Hailey m. And the rest of the crew

The girl with the black and white hair was so good at sticking! She was so nice and I couldn't feel a thing when she did it. Overall 10/10

Nice staff and usually in and out quickly

Whoever owns this establishment, needs to get new employees, better employees, employees that want to actually work. There shouldn't be one person AMBER who's doing EVERYTHING while everyone else is worried about what they are eating for lunch. Come on now, get your establishment together.

Took a break from her always had to go to the nurse several times in a roll and waited almost 35 minutes plus seen the nurse playing on his phone as well ended up not being able to donate because I would have been pushing time for work tired of the run around so I went back to BioLife for now I will say there nurses are on the game there!!!

I went here last December. My second time I noticed the blood was not being returned to my vein. Instead it was filling up my arm. I told the lady and she said yes it is and she didnt even come look. The other girl came right over and said your right! She stopped the machine. They wanted to switch arms, no way! They seemed very concerned about me being able to come back.. Please dont go here.

They are the best facility I've been to, always polite & professional & don't make you wait long. Awesome staff, awesome job! Props to Amber!!!

Amber is awesome. She has a heart of gold . Her personality is beautiful. Thank you so much for being my friend.

Close the facility until you can properly clean and maintain the clinic. Men and women are using the same restroom and there's a knat infestation to the point that they're literally flying all around landing on arm while being treated.

My 1st and 2nd visit both were great experiences! Amber is amazing with the sweetest personality

The girls were knowledgeable but also down to earth and they explained everything being it was my first time

Amber was phenomenal as always. She always gives it a family feel. She's always supporting her crew

Its amazing how many girls are standing around talking and doing nothing when you come in and then I stand there waiting to be screened while I get ignored because they don't want to work. I will say the staff in the back is great though.

This is a great location. It is clean, professional, and the workers are great. Amber is fantastic, knowledgeable, and personable. Keep up the good work!

Almost every time I go to CSL, I am in and out in one and a half hours or less. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean.

Everyone is so sweet.i have a few that are my favorite.one is Mike the MSA one is gondeshell.she knows what she is doing.u never feel the stick.

Amber at the front desk of CSL plasma willoughby site is amazing she's always a helping hand? I love me some Roni and cid those my two favorite stickers?. Hell the whole crew amazing

Staff is rude and a 3 hour wait in line and if u don't wanna wait three hours they tell u u can go somewhere else and donate management don't care about the long lines eather they don't get there staff no help to make things go faster and management is very unprofessional this place don't care about the donors peroid unless ur new and they want to impress u by baiting u with there new donor fees please save urself the trouble and do what they say donate somewhere else very sad

It was my first time there, but definitely not my last. The staff there were so courteous and helpful! I was ecstatic!! I could hardly believe that they were related to the center on west 25th!!

Knowledgeable and caring staff! Was a little anxious at first but they were very accommodating and respectful. Thank you all!

Great staff and it's clean like really clean when you come to the one in willoughby hills make sure you ask for Andre he the best at his job no cap

Amazing staff and experience! Simple steps to follow. Easy visit & just an hour of your time.

CSL in Willoughby Hills is the place to donate plasma. The staff/Phlebotomist are friendly and outgoing. They make you feel at home, throughout the donation process. When you enter the extremely clean facilities, you can see the necessary covid measures in action. I made the switch from BioLife Plasma in Mentor Ohio. No regrets. YOU CAN DO THE SAME!!!

This place is a joke. Everyone is unprofessional and all the workers there do is play around and laugh with each other while there is a line of donors. Takes at least two hours to donate and I donate the lowest amount. Everyone is just standing around with no sense of urgency.

There are so many good things i could say about this place but honestly it's better if you go and see for your self staff is incredible they are friendly and they get you in and out what more can you ask for thank you Andre

Always a pleasant and enjoyable experience for me staff is great and getting better as far as I'm concerned!!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Inside was very clean and it wasn't very busy. I will happily be coming back to this location!

Amber ????? She is the Truth !!! She Definitely Deserves a Pay Increase!! You Go Woman , MAY GOD BLESS YOU TO THE FULLEST, Real Talk ??????????

Great customer service , much more professional and faster then w25 branch . Everytime I come in they waste no time getting me on a bed beat center in the CLE area ??

I went there today.. everything is new inside.. the people and managers where very nice the workers was awesome.. I'm glad that they came on this side of town we needed this thanks CSL plasma center

Amber does a great job every time I come in here sticks me with no pain and always have a smile on her face.

I'm not sure what happened to the old staff that was here about 5 months ago but the new staff is pretty rude, yelling at people to come to the window and as they walk to it, yelling about how slow the patients are walking, it's unprofessional and not a good look for the facility

Amber made my experience so easy, she is very professional and pleasant.

Clean place and cool staff, pretty sufficient at what they do.Amber, Gonda and Tierra are the best

Very friendly staff and move things along. Really runs smoothly when Amber is supervising the donor floor.

The entire staff was friendly and fast, couldn't say enough good things about this location. Give them all a raise!

The nurses suck. They have you waiting for hrs while they on breaks all day. lol.

The staff is fantastic and I look forward to giving again. I wish the fees the donors received were higher

Nice staff, short wait time, quick and easy. Way better than BioLife.
