It's not good. Don't go here. I found a much, much better place where they're so much more professional and the whole process is so much more efficient and quick. The staff is okay. I think it's the management needs to be more organized. However, some of the staff does seem to be have a little bit of an attitude. And after a while, you get really sick of it. There was one nurse(?) that worked there (michelle R.) that literally asked me to give her a good review, even though she didn't deserve it. If you loo

I have been donating at CSL for 10+ years off and on and have donated at the Wilmington location since it first opened and never had a problem until recently...First is that they have only had one side of their donation floor open for about a year now with no signs of when they plan on opening the second bay... Second they are constantly understaffed and for the most part they move extremely slowly and are not managed well..The last time I was there I was in line for a bed and was two away from getting a be

The fist day I went the people were nice. I was then told to come back two days later. Which was today. I went through the whole process. Until I got to medical for my medications which wasn't a big deal. But the nurse there started getting on to me because I forgot to say I was bipolar. Which my medications all together help with my anxiety and depression. Which I told her. She then looked at me and said ?I work with people who have addictions, and you just look- * waves hand in my direction* I just don't

Great place, I have been coming for more than a year and I can't wait for a few more donations so I can become a platinum donor. Why? Higher points = faster money = VIP line = helping others with their medical needs. Hey, everyone is human, staff and clients alike, some of us don't have perfect lives, so leave staff alone.

Everyone was really nice and patient with me. This was my first time donating and everyone I talked to explained everything really well so I knew what to expect. I had a reaction from not eating and the staff all reacted quickly and well, making sure I didn't faint and helping me feel better as fast as possible. Overall this was a great experience.

Set a timer and it like it takes 1hr 20 minutes to even get you arm stuck at this place. With plenty of open chairs, plenty of machines, plenty of employees. Not worth your time or energy most times unless the line is short.

I was turned away because I had a bruise on my arm, I explained that it was from having had a vial of blood taken earlier in the week for lab work, and offered to submit a drug screen. The employee told me that they did not do drug screens there, and when I pointed to the sign on the wall directly behind me that says you are required to submit to random drug screenings in order to donate, and told her that's not what that says, she just repeated herself that they did not do drug screens. I then asked about

Need more staff. Been standing in line over an hour and still the same lady checking people in. She asked for help and she is still the only one checking people in

I'm a new donor, and have had a great experience. There are days where the line can be a bit longer, but a little patience goes a long way. I have especially had a great experience with Michelle in intake. She always has a smile for me, clearly creates a friendly environment for all the donors, and keeps herself busy, whatever the need is at the time!

I have always had pretty good experiences at this facility, but today it was extra good. There were a lot of people there and there was a wait but Michelle R., who did my medical screening before donating, did an excellent job. She was very professional, very friendly and she answered a few questions that I had. She was quite knowledgeable definitely made the experience all over more positive.

Very professional and friendly staff. The app is great and easy to use. But the Wilmington location can be busy with long slow lines.

Got through the process, no one was rude but staff definitely seemed stressed the heck out.

This location is terrible! The high turnover shows that no one wants to work there and those that work there on the floor have no clue how to properly stick people. Been witnessing numerous times people get hurt during the setup due to either bad training or the people not caring what they are doing. A young white lady had no clue how to stick me and caused me so much pain! I should literally sue this place for malpractice! It's insane how bad some of these people are! Due to this young lady not knowing wha

I have received excellent care and experience once again. Tasha and Lu were every proficient and made my donation very smooth and flawless. They also did a great job explaining the promotions and how to use the CSL app.

The people that do the screening for the most part are pretty good. There's one guy that just does not gaf, will clearly advise he doesn't want to be there. All the workers complain of long hours and no staff. My last 4-5 visits I have stood in line waiting to be screened at least 45 min to an hour, the line for medical is by far the worst. These last 4-5 visits have been 3-5 hours to completion. This will officially be my last visit for this.

I came in on 8/16 and as a former group lead for reception, it was a terrible visit as no one was at the front desk, I stood and waited patiently for about 12 minutes or so before I had an encounter with Noah or Noel not clear on the name but he is a disgrace to csl and csl values he has a cocky attitude and poor customer service. Had the nerve to ask me how did I know to tell him to transfer me from Decatur 104. When I was screened the young lady was lovely and did her job per sop! When I got stuck the you

First time donor and I was really surprised at how sweet everyone was! My check in was quick. And there are a lot of steps but it was worth it. Everyone made me feel comfortable and informed. I will update with names of who really stood out to me during my visit ??

Michelle is a hard working and very respectful young lady. Love seeing her face , she keeps a good mood , makes the visit better than usual.

I tried a few times there and got sick each time. The flow rate was always too high. I've been stuck multiple times and have had some crazy big bruises and experienced quite a bit of pain. They hire people that don't know what they're doing. The last time I was there, I threw up and they brought me a Gatorade and said to stay there until I felt better. About 3 minutes later this other woman comes up to me and says I need to get up because people are waiting.. I said I was told to stay for a few minutes cau

Yesterday was the first time that I donated plasma. As a retired nurse, I was thoroughly impressed with the process. The team of professionals functioned like a well oiled machine. Thank you CSL for a great experience. What you do everyday saves so many lives. You folks are fantastic????

There are some really smart and helpful people at this location but it depends on who you get. The girl who hooked me up had no idea what she was doing and kept asking another phlebotomist for help . I was also readjusted 4 times and crying almost the whole time . They finally let me go a hour and a half later . I will definitely never be back but for others just be careful when going to this location.

I am at returning donor, but it has been a good long minute since I've been. I was so impressed with the amazing level of care I received and stellar kindness from everyone I interact with today. Especially the nurse, Winter.! She was not only expeditious and very knowledgeable, she was kind and compassionate too. Kudos to the entire staff that work with me today and I look forward to coming back and being a regular down her again.

this company needs to pay more so they can keep the employees who are actually nice and good at their job. the turnover is inane, and the ones that do stay are some of the rudest, most miserable people ive ever met. especially the bald one

Sometimes they are 5 stars sometimes they are 1 it depends on the quality of the ever changing staff and operating procedures since they seem to have a very high turn over rate of employees and change how they do things constantly. The center staff are usually friendly and sometimes well trained but the good ones always end up leaving. I assume because of how poorly they are paid for the job expectations. The referral program and bonus program is/was difficult. I referred a friend last year and she met al

Consistently inconsistent staff high turnover rate.. Closing early without explanation while having people in line side.

Very disrespectful environment. Finding any and every reason not to let people donate because they are too busy and don't have help. They will let any regular druggies go through no problem just not a normal person. You'll have to go through 4 times throughout to get told you got cancelled before donating.

Michelle Ray is an amazing person since I moved to Wilmington and started coming here I can actually say that she is the most welcoming person I've met she always genuine and kind and out a lot of people I have came across donating plasma she is a legend in the making she brings a great energy every time definitely a outstanding person yall have

I was there to donate for the first time. I got there and they had me watch their 15 minute screening video. Afterwards they had me wait in their waiting area. There were only 4 other people in the lobby at the time and after 30 minutes of waiting I got up and asked about it. They told me to sit and the waiting area before completely forgetting I was there again. Plenty of people came in and just got help right away. After another 30 minutes I just gave up and left.

I enjoy my visits to CSL. I've been going now for about two years. The associates are kind and take good care of me and my wife. They make us feel like part of the team. I hope I'll be able to continue visiting for years to come.

Love Tasha she's a great asset to the company. She takes her time and never leaves the floor until she's made sure all her patients are taken care of.

Certain staff members are inattentive and unprofessional. I am a consistent donor who has made 7 donations at this Csl location. I love being able to save lives and I especially find donating meaningful due to the fact that I have sick family members of my own that have used plasma to save their lives. Prior to my 5th and 6th donations I drank plenty of water and electrolyte beverages. It is advised by Csl plasma to hydrate 2 hours prior to donating which is exactly what I did. During my 5th and 6th donatio

Recently started going back after a year and WOW such a turn around. From the sweet ladies at reception to the phlebs on the floor. Everyone is so professional and polite. Teamwork is 100%.. They had me in and out with no problem! They definitely made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the front door. One of the ladies at reception was telling me how they also started having different themes every month and it gives donors chances at winning prizes? this month is a 55? Flat screen TV.. While I was

This is a cool place to come to help save lives and earn extra cash. Very professional and friendly. You can earn about 270 dollars your first couple of visits

The incentive programs are literally becoming a waste of time no one is ever giving the correct information the system always has a glitch and you gotta come for no reason at all after planning trips just to be denied the incentive you came for. Literally wasted time and money for nothing

After all the red tape they take you through, I get to the back and get some typical black angry females who has all the fairness going on tell oh we can't find a vein which was a lie but I'm going to press the issue because for you to be phlebotomist you didn't even try to stick me very unprofessional! Three phlebotomist and not one attempt to even try claiming they didn't feel any veins, this is the way of the wicked and evil thats plaguing the world and they think it's ok. I pray that your soul find peac

This lady was very disrespectful to me she didn't really know what she was doing I know because I have been to multiple plasma centers definitely wouldn't recommend just saying ??

I had a great experience when I went. I was the last one to get done donating that afternoon which took about 45 minutes but the wait was peaceful and I was treated with kindness and good care. Miss Brenda is my favorite. She is always super sweet and take great care of me. I have no complaints at all

Takes forever to donate in this place, staff is not kind and they are talking each other even when they are injecting you with the needle. I would love for Wilmington to have a BioLife plasma.

First time donating plasma and didn't know what to expect. Two workers stood out, Michelle and Robyn. They could not have been nicer. And they answered any questions I had.

Michelle Ray is the best ever!! The best you could ever get!! She makes my donation experience worth it.

Tasha is a phenomenal worker. I look forward to seeing her everytime I walk in CSL.

Very clean and organized. However it's a bit frustrating at the front desk. You call they say they need 3 forms of identification one of which having your address on it with in the last 30 days. I brought ID,social, and a piece of mail. It was my fault the mail didnt work as it was not within 30days. So I offered a pay stub from my last check on January 31st. That was fine and acceptable. However as I was doing the check in form, I let the Receptionist Ebony know I had a new job and no longer worked there.

Me and a girlfriend went in there and the ladies at the front were SOOOO rude and acted miserable and we were treated so poorly!! We left before we even finished the videos.

I've gone here three times. Two of those three times they infiltrated my veins (if you don't know what that means, it means they punched through both sides of the vein, causing bruising and making the line unusable). As a result, they told me I couldn't come back for two months, so I could "recover". So because THEY messed up, I have to waste my time finding somewhere else to go for the next two months and re-screening there. Completely ridiculous. Some bruising, and the loss of maybe 100-200 cc's of blo

I am editing this because one of the staff tried to bribe me with $5 dollars to change this review. Iv been donating plasma at different locations for years. Although I know that I am fine I still tend to get nervous. Today I was waiting to be stuck amd I heard that a person in training was going to stick me. I asked nicely if I could have someone else do it because I makes me nervous. Then the assistant manager, who was training her, laughed at me and said it was fine. I replied saying it just makes me un

All staff do is joke, play around and talk about what kind of liquor they're going to drink. The floors were dirty (sticky) in the medical office and the office where you go to get your picture taken. The one guy with the deep voice answers the phone in what he thinks is a funny voice causing people on the other end to hang up. I hope they didn't need legitimate help because he's no help at all! He's too busy flirting with all the females in there. I was there for an hour and a half just waiting to be seen

Ive had several not-pleasant experiences at this location. From under-staffed, unprofessional service, to un-trained phlebotomists sticking me with needles. I hope management is able to see these issues and take action so solve them. If management ever gets to this, please please have your phlebotomists fully trained and qualified before they reach the floor! I'm happy to remove this 1 star review if that happens. I just hope no others have to go through the same thing.

Absolute butchers. I didn't even go back for my last 100$ visit and it took over a month for my circulation to correct itself in my right arm. Do not go there, the money is NOT worth it. I lost sleep for weeks because the entire Lower half of my arm wasn't getting blood. I would have to wake up, rub circulation back into my arm and then hopefully get back to sleep after that 5-10 minute process. Had it not gone back to normal I was 100% going to sue.

Extremely pleased with the courtesy & mannerism of the staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who made sure to introduce himself with a smile! I was very nervous @ first however within minutes I was reassured & even relaxed. Thank you all for your time and understanding that some of us donors need a little more patience & attention lol. ??

They refuse to answer the phone and for all potential black male donors the little white girls that work there WILL lie and get you perma banned. I told her I had to pee while I was Hooked up to the machine and she told me that if I was unhooked I would only get $5 for all of my blood. So of course I tried to hold it and she went and told management that I was jacking off on the donor floor. Then when I tried to call and see why I was deferred I was hung up on. If I was jacking off why were the police not c

Great visit like alway stuff are alway friendly I enjoy every visit when I come

Everyone was great the nurse who checked vital signs even Tasha and everybody in lab I was very happy with the kindness and promptness

I always get great service when I donate here.

Takes FOREVER to get through the line, then the people that take your plasma take their sweet time. Talking and laughing. It's like they have zero respect for peoples time. I've never been out in less than 2 hours. At Biomat I can be in and out in and hour to hour and a half. Go to Biomat on new center. They are fast and efficient. It's like they understand no one has hours to spend donating plasma. They don't pay as much but your time is worth the difference in pay. I'll be going back.

I would say they were good but they're not. Waited in line for over thirty minutes waiting for vitals but, they kept letting new donors come in front of repeat donors. I have been to many plasma centers and they don't even allow new donors to do this. Other plasma centers let donors earn their way of having a vip pass or some kind of bonus of skipping the line. Not everyone should have that privilege. Also not all repeat donors have time to wait around to make a few extra dollars here and there. I'm going t

I complained to the tech that several people were watching TV on their phones without earphones (the noise was incredibly annoying and I didn't want to be stuck in the chair for 45 minutes listening to 3 peoples youtube videos from across the room). The tech got incredibly annoyed with me for complaining (even though they have signs prohibiting the use of speakerphone), left me sitting in the chair for another 20 minutes, and then proceeded to do my most painful needle insertion that I experienced since I s

Went again last night to CSL on the corner of Kerr and Market. 13 times now! This place is so clean and welcoming. As soon as you go in, you are greeted. You never enter or leave without someone speaking to you or thanking you. Staff and equipment are great. I want to give a shout out to a few that I see often and are really very good at what they do. Brenda, gets that needle in without any pain at all. Amber can take it out and keep your mind somewhere else entirely, Monica really cares that you are ok whe

I am so glad I decided to switch to CSL! Everything about them is better, from the friendly greetings when you walk In the door to the much faster computer interface to the friendly knowledgeable staff! All around a much faster more enjoyable experience and I thank each and every one of them for making it so pleasant ??

Michelle Ray is very efficient employee, she hard working and gets me in pretty fasy

I really enjoy donating here, everyone is super friendly. They have a great staff and management team, there are even some familiar faces like Amber, she's one of the many amazing people that work here. If you donate I would 100% recommend CSL

I had to wait 45 minutes to get stuck from a phlebotomist on the floor today for donation. They never told us there was a wait. Management told the employees not to say anything, I could have come back at a more convenient time if they had. The staff work so hard and upper management rarely helps. Poor management

I been donating for several months now? I never had a bad session. The staff is amazing

Michelle Ray she's always nice to me and other people...need more people like her...

Today was my 1st donation. I was so pleased to find CSL in Wilmington NC, welcoming, inviting + CLEAN. (I was very nervous) But that all quickly vanished as I was greeted + spoken to by ALL the employees as they were very FRIENDLY + truly appeared to LOVE their job. Each employee left a GREAT lasting impression. (If your torn on were to go, or weather to donate or not) Rest assured, they REALLY KNOW what they're doing + truely care about their donors! (MOST IMPORTANTLY) I was stuck by Ms. Brenda what an swe

I've greatly enjoyed my experience here, especially as compared to the hell hole of another option for plasma donation in Wilmington that exists as well. Mrs. Brenda S. is awesome, she is one of the best phlebotomists who gets it right every time. There are some really awesome staff here, the environment is very light, bright, clean, happy, and overall is a generally easy experience every time.

The people that work there are great, but expect very very long wait times, at least 3 hours, if not four. Bring water, snacks, and a blanket, because you will be there for awhile. Prepare to either stand or sit on the floor, as there aren't chairs for you to sit on when you wait in line.

I've been coming here soon after it opened and have always received great customer service and professionalism. The staff here are personable and kind.

Be your own judge. Today is my first day at the new center. It's clean, bright and smells phenomenal! The greatness doesn't stop there very polite happy to help crew. Jack, Megan, Ebony, Lynn. Just work on getting a TV and WI-Fi.

heard one of the workers say ?we work at the employee?s pace not the patient, sorry not sorry but we aren't rushing for you? then saw someone wait 30 minutes to get unstuck. This is pretty common.

I donated there for about a year. The staff are wonderful and the place is great but I didn't donate for a few months. Wene I went back they said I couldn't donate anymore. I'd been blacklisted by the computer cause it didn't like my address. The one I'd been using the whole time. I guess it's a good thing computers don't need plasma or it would be killing itself.

CSL is a far better place to donate plasma, than bpl the only other site in town. Its a professionally run facility, no having to listen to all the workers BS!! like you do at the other place. The staff are so very nice and helpful from the moment you walk in the door til you walk out. So if your thinking of donating do yourself a HUGE favor and go to CSL. Look for a lady by the name of Brenda to stick you she's great you never even feel it!!!! Thanks CSL for another fast donation

This is Tony Phillips, a first timer today, and I would like to say that this place is above and beyond what I expected. They greet you at the door and they take you right into their world. You are never left wondering what to do next. It takes a while to get into the system but after that, you are led to a very comfortable recliner and you can either enjoy the music overhead or bring your own. First timers get a set of earbuds to keep and I used mine to listen to Pandora. I almost finished my crossword pu

The staff here is amazing! They really take extra care of donors to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. The facility is always kept clean and all employees are friendly and sweet.

I donate with CSL and love the staff here they are nice, friendly & caring (-) a couple but anyways they could do a little better on the payout. Telacris payout is way more but the wait there is terrible so I hang with yall because of the wait time. Yall gotta do better CSL. JUST A LITTLE ANYWAYS ??????

I've been a donor now for 2 months. This has been a wonderful experience. I taught my two sons about Charles Drew who invented the plasma red blood cell separating machine. And he is from North Carolina. The staff is more than courteous and very helpful as a matter of fact I would like to work here and I have currently put in an application to do so. Thank you for all your help and all that you do. Mike.

Everyone is extremely friendly here. Very clean. Very thorough and professional. I used to go to the other plasma place in town and CSL is hands down better. Because they are new the waiting time is short...for now until others discover this is the place to go!

I have to say, when I first came to donate at the facility I was very nervous. CSL Plasma was very welcoming and put my nerves at ease. They informed me of the forms I need to donate, explained the process throughly, and read off all precautions and what to expect while donating. I was moved through the line very quickly. My donation was simple. The beds are comfy. The phlebotomist are all highly trained and professional. Expectations were exceeded with plasma donating at CSL. In and out painlessly and ef

This place is awesome. The workers kept a smile on my face ALL are friendly and caring. Monica does an amazing job when she sticks me. Great job everyone!

I had a great experience at CSL today Tasha on the floor was amazing.

Michelle V. And Candice were caring and kind. Took their time with my donation + helped me when I needed it! Love this location and all its staff. Thank you for helping us out to help others!

The staff up front hardly moves with a purpose. Spend more time side talking then trying to get clients in and out. Once on donor floor the process is perfect. The front needs MAJOR work. Highly recommend BPL Plasma. Anyday!!! Let's small talk in the front would make the process better then what it is...

It is a new and clean facility. However, there are hiccups in their software and operations that cause excessive and unwarranted delays. I'm allergic to laytex. It alerted the screener and she reported my situation. Went in for third donation and it locked me out of the kiosk until I went to medical. So that freaked me out. Again, time wasted and they once again reported my Lauren allergy and reaction. Then I get in the back and the technicians are not organized. They "guess" who is next. When they have a p

First of all Susan was awesome with getting me registered for my first time. She knew what she was doing and she was funny about it too! She made a nervous experience a comfortable experience!

Twice now the app has estimated my payout as 65 but I only got 50, if this continues to happen I shall try somewhere else

My first time ever trying to donate plasma. Went with a friend. They literally yelled at me 3 different times and the lady wrapped the tourniquet so tight around my arms she left bruises. (It was when they we're checking my veins to see if I could donate). Basically I couldn't donate because I didn't drink a gallon of water (their words) which was absolutely fine because I was going to leave anyway lol. My friend didn't even bother donating either cause she couldn't stand the disrespectful passive attitude

Some of there staff like the Young ladys very rude and they need to ask how many people get treated rude if the owner heard about how rude they were he would say be nice to donaters cause they help people live and u get paid only because people donate if people didn't donate they wouldn't be working there

The corporation is led by liars and manipulators. There is nothing worse than false advertising to get people in the door GO TO BPL

This place is crazy! If you have an allergic reaction to iodine then they will deferred you permanently from being able to donate. While I was there a lot of people were getting deferred. No one should come here. I have been donating plasma for years at other centers and I have never been deferred. I will not recommend this place.
