A short black woman let someone last in line cut all the way to the front. She said ?do we have to do this every time? and he replied ?come on mom just do it? and the employee let the man cut in front of seven people including me. I attached a picture of the guy they let cut in line. Then when he was finished he kept complaining there were too many people waiting to be unhooked so they skipped the people who finished before him and unhooked him first so he could leave. Cut in line twice basically. Who is th

The women at the front desk never answer the phone. They pick up an left me on hold for 45 minutes last week. ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE. This week they are picking the phone up an hanging up. If U DONT LIKE THE JOB FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION AN I HOPE THEY HAVE SOME BETTER STICKERS WHEN I START BACK UP

The workplace is understaff and you can tell by the way they treat you. I finally made it to the donor floor and I had to do a vein check and she did less than the bare minimum because they were short staffed I barely clenched my fist 2 times b4 she was already removing the elastic band she put on my left arm to try the other. I just can't go back here there's one on Cedar ave and it has better reviews

The worst place ever. The nurses and other employees are rude. The wait time is ridiculous because they're always short staff. And not only that they always put the people who they know or like ahead or others.

Can't even accept transitional home addresses when they should even when there's a lease and rent/bill receipt right in front of their faces. I'm sure a different CSL would accept it but this one needs work done and a new policy

I had always heard about the importance of donating blood and how it could potentially save lives. So, when I saw a blood donation drive happening in my neighborhood, I decided to step up and do my part for the community. Little did I know that it would turn out to be the worst experience of my life. As a first-time donor, I was completely unaware of the precautions and procedures I needed to follow before donating blood. I walked into the donation center on an empty stomach and with little water intake. I

There are very few good workers there .like reene, Justin, crystal ,Emily, Ms. Sheila, and Ms.Anne. everyone else sux Very unprofessional, slow, and doesn't know anything. I MISS THE OLD CREW. ??

Workers never on time and it's always something wrong at yeadon csl and they be in their feeling getting attitudes at the donors

some lady with a black thing on her head & light blue visor is very disrespectful, & unprofessional. I had to go to the hospital because of the way she stuck me , she also told me everybody & everything in here smells like the s word. I am very concerned for any future situations

WHY ARE THEY CLOSED? I GOT THERE TODAY (SAT) AT 7:30am & WAS TOLD BY SECURITY THAT THEY?RE CLOSED FOR THE DAY.

Weren't bad when I went about 3 years ago.. Trying to go back but no one answers the phone to answer questions so I don't really know right now if I'll ever return ?????

They're actually the most disrespectful and unprofessional people ever. You can come and wait outside for Csl to open and they will not be ready , doors won't open in time , front desk people got attitude. Don't let you have to go to medical , you will wait hours jus to be seen for 5 secs. Don't matter going to management because they are jus as ignorant

Complete shit show, takes 12 hours to check in, unprofessional and lazy staff. had me Wait two hours after I already checked in to tell me I wasn't in the system. It was my third time donating and I was not compensated for my time.

This is my 4th day calling and there's never no one to answer the phones

If I Could Give This Place Zero Stars I Would. To Start Off Saying I've Been Jumping Through Hoops With Them Since Christmas Eve. When I Came In They Had 4 Hours Until They Closed But Told Me That I Wouldn't Be Able To Be Seen And Filled Out Paperwork And Gave Me Some Bs Express Pass To Skip The Line. Now Fast Forward To Today, I Hydrated, Ate And Was Here At Opening 6am, Then Was Told I Couldn't Be Seen And Would Have To Return At 1030a Because Only One Person Was There But In Fact There We're Multiple Peo

The women there will be extra nice to your boy friend but when it comes to you nope they don't have any customer service skills. I get it your working with people all day who may be annoying but now your with me so why give me the same energy??? Yea they suck in my opinion! No hospitality at all! There was probably about 2-3 employees in there who actually were very helpful and respectful the rest need to be fired ???????? you got people skipping the lines every time they come because they know someone work

This is just about ridiculous I have encountered so many issues with all CSL sites it makes you not want to donate for the better good. I have on multiple occasions gone to donate and the site is closed, there is no information stated on the website, Google hours, or phone when u call. To have a note on the door does not excuse the fact that people travel almost 45min to get to these centers to donate and they are closed for "unforseen circumstances " . CSL as a whole has to do better!

This place is ghetto, unprofessional and rude. The staff act like thye don't want to be there and when you ask for something or have a genuine question they treat it as if you are bothering them. During my procedure I was finished and didn't say anything just waited for 20 extra minutes to be disconnected the nurse said "well he's just gonna have to wait" that was very rude like they didn't want to be bothered with me or I'm not welcome there well that is okay you will never see my face there again

I was a first time donor and I had the worst experience of my life. When you go make sure to eat before and be very hydrated. I never donated blood before and was unaware of the procedures to follow before donated. I started feeling symptoms like vomiting and excessive heat flashes throughout my body. I asked the lady could I stop pumping and passed out. She said, ? no you're almost done?. It was like a movie of me constantly waking up and passing out. I saw people running towards me and it felt someone rip

Hi i just came back from donating at the yeadon location and i am a new donor but i have been other plasma places, my experience with this place is very mild they are still very slow with the process compared to others!!! I am writing a review today because something bother me while i was there, as another employee was taking me off my machine another employee came and took her cart with the things she needed in the middle of her assisting me all because another patient didnt want to wait i didnt like it v

Walk out.....close it down. The "nurses" here are beyond under qualified.

I haven't been here in a long while and I called awhile back to inquire about new do or fees and was told id have to come in which makes no sense.. why would I travel via 2 forms of septa then walk 15 min to find out I might only receive say $50 per donation knowing I'd have to stand in line for hours before donating? Can anyone please inform me of the new donor fees please and thank you. Also after reading the reviews and the owner response I'm wondering why nothing has changed? I've been to 3 different

I came here to donate today. New donor to this location, but donated many times before. I waited in line like everyone else only to come to my discovery that I didn't pop up on the system because I didn't sign in. Now where was I supposed to sign in? When I walked in no one said nothing? how was I supposed to know?. When people walked in they just got in line. There were other new donors but they got to donate while I was sent out the door.

My experience at CSL Plasma has been marred by recurring issues with Ms. Ann?s demeanor and competence. During my visits, Ms. Ann consistently displays disapproving looks and communicates with me in a rude manner, especially during necessary interactions. It seems her frustration stems from my preference not to be handled by her due to her inadequate skills. Unfortunately, her lack of expertise often results in painful and improper needle insertions, even going through scars and penetrating too deeply. Tod

This is a very popular location in the donor world. I'll start with sharing that there is a $500 incentive for new donors. After those first five donations you than earn 40-50 first visit of the week, and another 50-65 on the last donation of that same week. So two donations a week. There is also a rewards point system great for referring new donors. The points add up to a value of money to be deposited onto your Donor card, which they provide after first intake. I highly recommend you get the app first bef

This location is always packed because the staff just takes their time and does whatever they want. They all smoke weed and openly talk about how they'll smoke each other out or exchange favors for weed. All the ladies up front have the worst attitude and get smart with everyone. Worst csl I ever been to.

The facility is nice and clean. Process goes by quickly, and the workers are friendly. You are able to donate twice a week. Compensation is put on your donor debit card they give you, as soon as you're done. Process takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the number of people. NEW DONORS: Get there before 4 pm, or they will not accept you. It does take about 2 hours to complete your enrollment. If they close at 6 pm, they won't accept you at that point.

Unorganized. Dysfunctional in the back. You better get ready to wait for 3 hours if 15 people are in front of you. They load everyone in the chairs and none of them are even pumping! Worst csl I've ever been to. Even after I'm done "she ain't about all that" referring to we all finished but she didn't pay attention to who got done first. Hey no name tag. So. Can't get her fired. Nice job blue visor.

They where closed Sunday 4/7/24 even tho online says they where open. I pulled up and indeed they where not open so I called today Monday 4/8/24 and asked if they where open. The lady with an attitude informed yes they are open today I asked about why there were closes Sunday and she replied we been closed om Sundays for a month now did u see the sign on the door. Unfortunately no I didn't and I suggested they change it online because they might get people arriving there for no reason . The lady proceeded t

They're okay in my opinion, but it's never any staffing what is going on?

The assessment team is very professional an friendly, but the phlebotomist that I experienced there on Monday march 11 this was my first visit, I have small veins the phlebotomist didn't even try to stick me to see if they could draw any blood they said my vein was too small, I though that what a phlebotomist was trained to do is take blood even from a small vein that what they are train to do but I guess they want easy stick, so I believe they are not good at there profession , the young one that I experi

My experience as a first time donor took over 4 1/2 hours! After being turned away because of ?staffing issues? twice, I was told to come back today at 830 only to be told they nurse wouldn't be in until 10:30! The structure of the process or lack there of is utterly ridiculous. Go here. Do this. No wait go over here. Like what?! But the kicker for me was the chick ?greeted me? like ?what's up how can I help you?? Excuse me? I didn't know we were friends miss. I thought this was a place of business but

They literally let the staff donate before all of the people who wait in line for hours

Am so grateful I found CSL Plasma this past week, and shout out to Shareen for accommodating me when I forgot to bring the postmarked envelope to show my proof of address ? she and Andy said I could bring it for the second donation. I was paid more here than at the donation site I used in California. While the wait was long due to one of the kiosk machines being down, it was fixed by the time I left because the people working here did their best to make sure that all donors were accommodated. Really appreci

Be cautious. They do not follow the pay charts and will pay you out for less. When staff is questioned, they permanently defer you. Corporate does not help either.

Zero stars .I hate this location. Everyone is too busy talking then doing their jobs. Leaving there station left to right. Woman in the back moving enormously slow setting up. I waited in line a hr n half total n probably because they can't talk n work at the same time .but conversations are way more important than the donor. Not to mention once i got back i waited even longer on the bed just waiting to get hooked up . It's rediculous. I am never coming back to this location EVER !! I feel like they wer

This has to be the most incompetent, poorly run, xenophobic, narrow-minded organisation I've had the displeasure of dealing with since I was in post-Soviet Russia in the 1990s. I tried registering online and got as far as I could, then kept being sent round in circles until eventually the computer told me to go to a centre. No means of making an appointment: no, just turned up. So I duly set off for the hour-long journey from home only to be told that they were not accepting new donors today and that I shou

They need a good routine to keep the lines down in they should be okay less talk on the floor would do too but otherwise there okay Justin is great

Long lines, closes lines early and gives you $5 for the worthless wait. Never have water out or crackers! Horrible pay rate for something that THEY make thousands of DOLLARS FOR, paying us pennies. Sick of capitalism and Big Pharmaceutical

The staff are so friendly always kind and respectful. They really do an awesome job and make my donation process smooth as possible. I always go to this particular location in Yeadon because they are so nice its unbelievable with all the people and long lines but they still have u in and out in no time.

Staff was slow, indifferent and very neglige. My second donation I was asked to leave BC I briefly nodded off. I tried to explain to them it was early and the procedure was slow. I was perfectly awake and alert and tried to convey this to a very disrespectful heads of staff. They were quite cold and non empathetic. I observed various other clients sleeping and made the staff aware of this. I believe I was singled out and racially profiled. Staff was unwilling to help or explain any options or alternatives

In front of line for new donor. Been the first and only in line for a physical for an hour and a half... Someone finally asked a supervisor after explaining to me that it's just a staffing issue... We shall see if I can donate and be out of here within 5 hours... The place is so much cleaner and more staffed than b positive, I don't understand why it takes twice as long... It's driving me crazy. Everyone that came after me already walked out after an hour... edit: i have now donated twice, but i ca

The staff is wonderful Ghetto as all hell. & the management are super professional Will disrespect you in front of complete strangers & then kick you out Because they simply can. I wish ppl were not in Such a desperate need to Go to this location & extreme for financial gain.

Honestly, I've been treating poorly everytime I go to this location. This place is clearly understaffed but the staff takes it out the people. This time it was medical which needed to pull me out of line for 30 minutes to update my address and phone number then sends you to the back of the line. Usually when you go to medical when going to a blood donation place you expect there to be something wrong but no just clerical work. The medical was rude to me and sent me to the back of the line which made coming

New Donors get $100 for 5 visits must be completed before 30 days! The Staff are great ???? The lines never long I donated for 30 minutes & I be driving home in 10 minutes easy money I highly recommend people to donate at this CSL Plasma??

This site used to be the best in and out now they are just about Olney level Rs. Since the week of Xmas they either been short of stickers, nurse or stock. They've been closing early with out any notice an being aware days before opening up late and still not giving the patients any type of notice. I went there at 6am couple weeks ago they said come back at 10 came back at ten am they closed early without being seen. Today I checked the website before going, it said open I had two new patient referral with

Super slow, Prepare to spend 3 hours here just waiting in line

My lab results haven't came back in 3 weeks. This was my extra money Because it's positive an I love helping people. Been stressed because I can't help people who need the plasma In consideration because it's not my fault the lab results haven't came back I think I should be rewarded points An the staff is rude when I'm calling to see if my results came back Very inconsiderate for me to keep coming there an being denied 5 different times

I had second thoughts as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot to see several staff members in the front of the building smoking. This place is dusty and ghetto. I went in only to be told by an exasperated staff member that they are extremely understaffed, not taking any new donors and that you never know what you'll get when you get there?.. unprofessional. So much for being able to help those who need plasma.

I would like to say, I think I wasn't being grateful enough for the CSL location on Aramingo. Although the Aramingo locations wait was very long, they insured they checked me and did proper protocol. Changed gloves and all. ARAMINGO WILL BE MY SELECT PRIMARY LOCATION. Today, I decided to donate. I just donated a few days ago on Aramingo. But since the Yeadon location is closer to my house I decided i?d go there today instead. WORST IDEA OF MY LIFE! The line, it was very short. I didn't wait long and that?

The wait is astronomic and the customer service is lackluster and the donation center itself doesn't have any order. There are over 20 stations to donate and at least 50 people in line at even given hour or day of week. The close when they feel to busy and the hours of operation are not correct on their site. If someone really is in need of some money while being a good person and donating?I suggest shoveling snow or cutting grass?.you'll be done those faster than trying to donate some blood. It's pathetic!

Overall, i give this location a 10 star if i could. You have to understand its not easy dealing with people who have different spirits and personalities. Most people found ways to make quick money and took the fun and joy out of the true meaning to why they are giving phasma in the first place. People rush inside as soon as the doors open like rombies and dare you to jump in front of them. Ther conversations are loud and disrespectful to themselves and those around. It's no wonder staff don't want to be the

Watch out for this location, they ghetto and never take the time to pause and evaluate the situation. The vitals lady up front with the massive gap and bullfrog face acts as a gatekeeper to the donor floor, the few female stickers always Jack me up like it's personal. Loud conversations, dirty bathrooms, fights amongst employees and management, complete negligence. It's bad. There's not a word to describe how trifling this location is.

I like it here! The staff is is very polite and respectful! They do get busy however they stillove in a timely fashion! Keep up the good work guys!

Great staff and awesome experience ( however I'd appreciate if the management acknowledged that people are rude ) some donors are very disrespectful and should be deferred . Mostly women work here and they shouldn't be disrespected?.!!!!! Period, it's management?s job to protect staff and I take it personal when situations are ignored, especially being so close to a rough neighborhood?

STOP DONATING YOUR PLASMA!! They return damaged RBC's back to you and most times they pay you less than 5% of what a bottle of your plasma is worth!! Since they are understaffed let them be under on donations!!

This lightskin lady (new maybe ) today stuck my arm the wrong way within 5 mins of being stuck I started to feel lightheaded and ready to past out, I don't even think she stuck me in my vain and then pulled the needle out after my return as if she didn't care about what she was doing or how my arm felt. Her attitudes was completely horrible when somebody tried to let her know she was doing it wrong!! You shouldn't have people like that sticking us that completely unsafe and she needs to be fired or more tra

This is supposed to be a professional business but no one answers the phone there to give the public answers

I was told by the second lady that brought me back to the room that I would be able to donate just for today and then I would get a deferral because apparently the proof of mail that I had wasn't good enough for HER even though everything was correct.. even though the FIRST person I spoke to at the front desk, said that everything was good to go? every other donation center I've gone to ive never had this issue, thanks for wasting my time?? Would Not Recommend.

My experience donating was fine but please be aware that the pre-paid card they give you will be charged $3 a month if you don't use it right away. CSL took $27 from me in 2022 and no one even told me about this charge! I literally gave them my blood and they took my money back.

Always a good experience and environment when I visit. It's usually quite empty, a HUGE change from the Franklin Mills and Olney locations... a breath of fresh air actually as you don't spend 30+ minutes waiting in lines, even during peak business hours.

My first time donating plasma was a good experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. The facility is clean and sanitized. I felt safe and well taken care of during the process. Everyone had mask and gloves during the entire time i was at the facility. I will be returning. The prepaid card was an easy process to start with compensation for donations.

Takes a while the first visit due to the process not due to the staff. Staff were all super friendly and helpful to me even though it was super busy. Had been hesitant after seeing other reviews but I had a perfect visit thanks to everyone there

It was ok until today. They had me waiting for 30 minutes because manager said that they had to calibrate the machines in the facility. Here I go taking out my time to donate and still have to wait. I rate this a 0. I thought they open up at 7. Very big inconvenience????

I just went to donate Plasma today I had a bad reaction I was told I raised my hand looking for help and Candance ran right over to me an asked me what was wrong I told her I felt very hot and overheated she ran to the cabinets an got two ice packs one for the back of my neck and one for my chest to help me cool down and then she got a church fan and was fanning me then she called I think it was her supervisor or someone in medical I can't remember her name but she came and took a pillow and it helped eleva

every single staff member is rude, they're always short staffed, they constantly have staff walkouts at random, they will talk to you crazy if you try to confirm ahead of time that youll be able to donate before committing to the trip there just to close early anyways, or sometimes they will just close a half hour ahead of time UPDATE 10/27/23: no longer understaffed, staff still rude and will treat you like trash for asking questions, and they still close at random every other week and will NOT reimburse

Not professional.security accused me of unplugging the kios for CSL on the exit waiting area. I told her I didn't do that & that it was unplugged when I arrived. She unplugged my phone and threw me iPhone charger on the floor. I thank God for Jesus because I changed my ways from when I was Military because she would have been treated like the teluban or isis!

These ppl can't work and talk at the same time it's like everybody has to huddle up and talk while ppl stand in Lina and wait for vitals?. It could be a line out the door and somebody will take a lunch and leave one person to do vitals?. Then it's ppl who just walk back and forth and do absolutely nothing I watched a girl walk back and forth with her hands in her pockets not doing a thing? this place use to be fast and efficient but now it's a constant reminder of how the olney CSL is? there is no customer

Place was Top Notch In and Out Waited maybe 20mins. Staff is cool laid back but very safe and professional... I'd definitely Rock wit um..

The staff is great always friendly and professional. I get there early to beat the crowd and the heat.

I set out on a mission to exceed the expectations to create a legacy between me and my God. I wanted to see what it would be like to extend my very being, beyond the flesh that I exist in. To transcend the confines of life. To know i can be in 2 places at the same time! I was skeptical and had no one to guide or support my decision. I saw the pop up one day. Months later, I explored and saw The Rock... I waited until I got the courage to call. There was laughing in the background! It was very welcoming. I t

Today this place disappointed me instead of drawing my plasma they took my blood because this white lady mess up and didn't know what she was doing plus no compesnation was made for the mistake im probably never coming back to this location again.

2 hours waiting for a chair 1 hour in the chair, $100 for the first 8 visits. That's over $30/hour. Great environment, kind and knowledgeable staff I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Cool staff at times .. long wait times . Even when I'm one of the few in-line Update to 2 stars after further review

It has become impossible to donate recently. They're constantly understaffed and closing early. No medical personelle in, so if something requires you to see medical (like yearly physical or you got a vaccination), you can't donate. Longer wait times than ever before as well.

Extremely short staffed on weekends... Hour process just to get vital signs done. Been in line for 40mins now to get in chair and there is 6 people ahead of me... Never again

They move faster then the other locations. Staff was pretty nice. I see myself ?? going there more often. Great job staff ????????

Been going here for years, not every visit was perfect but I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. Compared to other centers this is one the best.

App waiting time estimators is way off.

First time going in there is way better then the one up Olney it's less crowded and the employees was cool I guess the less Ppl less stressful for the employees

Love it, not a fan of donating blood but the staff helps me out by keeping my mind off the huge behind needle tht goes int my arm, it a great experience if your a first timer staff is awesome No issues nor complaints. Blessings OG

Quick way to make some extra cash and ur saving lives in the process

Worst csl plasma, they seem to forget how to do their job when it's most necessary.

so far i havernt had any problems

It seems like this place only serve crack heads, and low income people, they don't want to work with people with clean blood.

Very friendly, clean & quick as possible..**New Donor Alert**.. and the best part is, they got me to care more about my own health??

Very Honest and Respectful Definitely recommended to come to this location assistance manager is very sweet and the Armed Security Helped us a lot !
