My 2nd time here I asked ?excuse me, where do I go to wait for a bed.? Two employees then cussed me out and called me stupid then said to get out. You guys have the least professional and most awful communication I've ever experienced from any business in my entire life. Then you guys are surprised we don't know what's going on? Evil incarnate. Going so far out of your way to fight and attack some random person that has nothing to do with you as an employee anywhere is unacceptable. But you guys let them g

On my first donation, an employee stared at me and made a very hateful face. When I asked the tech unhooking me about it, she said, "Don't worry about it. That's how they all are. Just ignore it." I tried to let it roll off my shoulders. During my second donation, the same employee invaded my personal space, made subliminal insults, and provoked me. The supervisor comforted me but did not take further action. I informed William about this incident. On February 20, 2025, the same employee targeted me again w

This company is heavy on discrimination. Upon our visit today my cousin was turned around for no reason at all. We asked for further clarification because we did not understand why he was being turned away. Then, two female employees were literally about to fight in front of all of us. This place is unprofessional and needs to hire more people with ACTUAL customer service experience. Turning donors away for no reason at all, or if they have dyslexia, or even something they made up because they don't want to

A machine broke while I was hooked up and I got differed cus it cracked and lost my blood Ever since freedom plasma switched to grifols back in January there is no toilet paper in the bathrooms and the machine break all the time now people don't even show up to work it used be such a nice place to go

Ever since they switch to grifols it's been one issue after another....now we have to sit and wait more time to get out height taken before we can even sign in......instead of that being done while we're being screened....just seems like they taking more than giving...now more plasma for less money since they switched they took money.....make thousands and we get scraps

The "soul plane" of plasma donation spots. Workers laugh and gossip with each other way too much. One was walking around playing music from her phone in her lab jacket. Only one TV and its is on the wall behind a pillar. Brilliant. New donor pay is awesome. I really dont like having to making an appointment to donate either.

I wish u could give negative stars for the job they do in there. Scheduling an appointment is pointless because u still are waiting an hour and a half after your scheduled time to get stuck and screened. They have no value for anyone's time at all. It should be first come first serve with staff available to accommodate the donors. Horrible experience. My phone was on 98% walking through the door I left at 43% battery life after arriving at a 9:15 am appointment. I left at a quarter to noon because I going t

The nurses were really nice and got everyone out fast.

I have donated at most of the different companies in our area, I have noticed the differences in customer service among them, and have noticed that by and large poor service is for the most part a company wide issue. It's seems like a negativity breeds negativity thing where people complain about the work they have chosen to do, their fellow employees feed off of that (not all, as any quality employee who believes in honest customer service would not allow their negative counterparts affect how they believe

Now that it's a Grifolis no workers I. The morning and the doors open at 7am and most days the first person doesn't get seen until 745 if we're lucky

Schedule an appointment for 5:15pm on 5/13 got there at 5:20pm Was waiting on the woman at the desk till 5:30 because she was confused on what she was doing just to be told I can't donate because I'm late, when I told them I'm not late the Guy who was there lied about what time I arrived then proceeded to be rude and disrespectful when I asked for a manager or supervisor. For me to be a new donor I'll suggest that whoever is the manager or supervisor to get that man some proper training on how to properly

I came in today as a new donor. I expected to be longer than usual as a new sign up. When I finished my questionnaire after watching the video I was told there would be some follow up questions. I was asked about my meds ( okay) when I said 500 mg acetaminophen for arthritis, I was asked what kind?after some back and forth I googled my diagnosis and showed her it was a common form of osteoarthritis. This was passed on to "the Nurse" who eventually said I would have to come back with a note from my Dr. So

I stay 2 minutes away, appointment set for 7:30 four visits in a row I had to leave because no one was there to open up m, the nurses are never on time, no nurse no they can't let u in the building so I got tiered of getting up for no reason and decided to stop. Unprofessionalism is the only reason I stopped.

The wait times are extremely long no matter what day or time you go. I've sat for over 2 hours every visit just to get screened since I've become a donor. Needs more training in customer service everyone is loud and issues profanity constantly. The take down cart(s) are always broken there's always one cart so it's takes awhile to be taken down from the machines.

Horrible! Attitudes are the absolute worst. They all act like they are doing you a favor. Unprofessional and ignorant! Always hear the women talking bout what bottles they going to get drunk with after work. Always mad and aggravated! I would never recommend this joke plasma center. If they don't feel like sticking you they make excuses and lies why you can't donate. Had one sasquatch female see me infiltrating and said I'm tired and walked away. I do this to help people. I'm not a crack head or a char

Don't like the this place at all just everything is off now

Not a bad place to donate but don't underestimate how annoying it is that they will change promotions in the middle with no regard to what you actually signed up for. I signed up for 8 donations at $100 each. Halfway through they changed it to only 6 donations for $100 and I'm just out of luck. The people at this location are nice and efficient, but this is a shameful practice, and gives you some indication of what they think of their donor's time.

By far the most fun, family feeling center out there. Workers seem to like each other and fun while still doing the job. Good tunes playing.

My first donation experience was exciting. I was very impressed with the staff and just wanted to say thank you to Ms Shanita for making me feel welcome. She took very good care of me and I would recommend Freedom plasma to anyone.

I don't understand how this place has almost 5 stars I've donated plasma for 5 years all over the country. I told the lady to go into a different hole in my arm She stuck it in the same one. Hurt like hell I asked them in the middle of donation to remove the needle and it seem like I was inconveniencing her she was very rude. Then she took the blood pressure thingy and knowing I'm in pain throws it on the arm that was getting the needle. I told her just leave it in . She didn't give 2 craps Most places I've

They pay ok but their costumer services sucks. I was told to walk in whenever with a new donor but when I walk in they said ?things change? and looked at my like I was crazy. Don't go here unless you really to deal with rude blacks

The workers lazy. far from energetic they only been open a hour and already talking about their not taking any new donors ? with the workers they have it's just a matter of time b4 this location go down hill

Now I've donated at a number of places in Cleveland and hav finally found a home at Freedom. The staff is alwys coo and friendly as u kw wht. Everyone here sticks u w precision and they all hav the ability to put tht mind at ease b4 hittin yo vein w tht needle. I had an incident there 2day, the fault of no one jus one of them things tht happens and the 2 ladies (i believe they are sisters) had my area as well as my arm clean and restuck in no time. Was also advised to start using other arm so I'd be in an o

This place is so unprofessional I came there with mail on a evenlop and all and the lady told me it wouldn't work which is weird cause csl ended up taking the same mail I brought here . I honestly think the lady was just racist ! My boyfriend also was talking about how one lady was falling asleep while on the job !!

I have been to two other plasma centers and been a regular donor but Freedom is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and the lines are short most of the time I love the fact that they are open early so I can get in and out then get on with my day. Thanks for all that you guys do. Sincerely Jeremiah

Freedom Plasma is wonderful place, the staff is wonderful and friendly but I do notice a small problem; the lack of disconnection carts; a lot of donors get frustrated; please address this issue as soon as possible.

By far the best center I have been to! The staff treated me with the yo must respect and even though there were a lot of donors there, they got everyone through as quickly as possible. Aminah screened me and Ryhad inserted my needle! Big shout out to them for being very professional. Thank you freedom plasma

Bait and switch. I called ahead and asked about promotions. I was quoted a totally different amount than what they were offering. Then, I had a tiny scratch on my finger, called it an open wound, so they deferred me. It was completely ridiculous. Add in that they were so rude and snotty about it. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Absolutely horrible. My experience was a nightmare! Then 3 others had their own horror stories. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY! So so so unprofessional! Everything that shouldn't happen.... happened.

I was told on the phone I can donate today took 2 buses there for them to tell me I have to reschedule

Hello I don't know where to start well the Stuff is amazing there all great ppl I was kinda in a bad mood but out of all the two staff members that are great and Professional outstanding where Tori and Krissy...when I Left the building I was feeling great ...not only there work but also they have much Professionalism in them hope to see you all again

Absolute worst donation center I have ever been to . Staff is rude , incompetent, racist and don't even know their own rules and every person does what they feel is best no one follows one policy . I would not recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy . Place should not even be open

Nikki & Bri are two of the best worker make u feel comfortable and very kind hearted ?? ..... Had a good visit Thanks Freedom plasma ??

Very clean and the staff is professional and friendly, and always checking on you and doesn't just leave you , when the machine is beeping. So much better environment than a lot of the area donation centers.

There is public using the phone at the counter nobody else matters they've been hanging out for a half hour nobody doing they're job it's all party outside smoking weed I'm scared to come here

I am brand new to Freedom but its so streamlined and such a smooth process. Heather, one of the nurses, is simply fun, kind, and great at explaining things.

I've been to a lot of different plasma centers over the years and honestly this one is by far the best one I've been too all the staff is knowledgeable management really helps out and stands by there employees.. it's only been open since August but it's a positive atmosphere. Aminah Is an awesome screener she's always smiling and nice Ryhad and Kato stay sticking and moving in their assigned donor areas The entire staff is A1 the names listed above were the first ones that came to mind

I've been going to this plasma center for about a month now the staff is awesome and the facility is super clean and the lines are short I love the atmosphere I rate freedom plasma number one in Cleveland. Oh yeah and Ashley is the best ??

Worst plasma center ever. That place needs to be highly investigated. They permanently deferred me because I had a cramp. LOL??

The people that actually need the money can't donate because if you live in the shelter, don't bother because you're not eligible

They do not answer the phone
