On my first donation, an employee stared at me and made a very hateful face. When I asked the tech unhooking me about it, she said, "Don't worry about it. That's how they all are. Just ignore it." This company is heavy on discrimination. Upon our visit today my cousin was turned around for no reason at all. We asked for further clarification because we did not understand why he was being turned away. Then, two female employees were literally about to fight in front of all of us. I wish u could give negative stars for the job they do in there. Scheduling an appointment is pointless because u still are waiting an hour and a half after your scheduled time to get stuck and screened. They have no value for anyone's time at all. I have donated at most of the different companies in our area, I have noticed the differences in customer service among them, and have noticed that by and large poor service is for the most part a company wide issue. It's seems like a negativity breeds negativity thing where people complain about the work they have chosen to do, their fellow employees feed off of that (not all, as any quality employee who believes in honest customer service would not allow their negative counterparts affect how they believe

I came in today as a new donor. I expected to be longer than usual as a new sign up. When I finished my questionnaire after watching the video I was told there would be some follow up questions. I was asked about my meds ( okay) when I said 500 mg acetaminophen for arthritis, I was asked what kind?after some back and forth I googled my diagnosis and showed her it was a common form of osteoarthritis. I stay 2 minutes away, appointment set for 7:30 four visits in a row I had to leave because no one was there to open up m, the nurses are never on time, no nurse no they can't let u in the building so I got tiered of getting up for no reason and decided to stop. Unprofessionalism is the only reason I stopped.

The wait times are extremely long no matter what day or time you go. I've sat for over 2 hours every visit just to get screened since I've become a donor. Needs more training in customer service everyone is loud and issues profanity constantly. The take down cart(s) are always broken there's always one cart so it's takes awhile to be taken down from the machines.

Horrible! Attitudes are the absolute worst. They all act like they are doing you a favor. Unprofessional and ignorant! Not a bad place to donate but don't underestimate how annoying it is that they will change promotions in the middle with no regard to what you actually signed up for. I signed up for 8 donations at $100 each. Halfway through they changed it to only 6 donations for $100 and I'm just out of luck. The people at this location are nice and efficient, but this is a shameful practice, and gives you some indication of what they think of their donor's time.

By far the most fun, family feeling center out there. Workers seem to like each other and fun while still doing the job. Good tunes playing.

I don't understand how this place has almost 5 stars I've donated plasma for 5 years all over the country. I told the lady to go into a different hole in my arm She stuck it in the same one. Hurt like hell I asked them in the middle of donation to remove the needle and it seem like I was inconveniencing her she was very rude. Now I've donated at a number of places in Cleveland and hav finally found a home at Freedom. The staff is alwys coo and friendly as u kw wht. Everyone here sticks u w precision and they all hav the ability to put tht mind at ease b4 hittin yo vein w tht needle. This place is so unprofessional I came there with mail on a evenlop and all and the lady told me it wouldn't work which is weird cause csl ended up taking the same mail I brought here . I honestly think the lady was just racist ! My boyfriend also was talking about how one lady was falling asleep while on the job !!

I have been to two other plasma centers and been a regular donor but Freedom is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and the lines are short most of the time I love the fact that they are open early so I can get in and out then get on with my day. Thanks for all that you guys do. Freedom Plasma is wonderful place,the staff is wonderful and friendly but I do notice a small problem; the lack of disconnection carts; a lot of donors get frustrated; please address this issue as soon as possible.

By far the best center I have been to! The staff treated me with the yo must respect and even though there were a lot of donors there, they got everyone through as quickly as possible. Bait and switch. I called ahead and asked about promotions. I was quoted a totally different amount than what they were offering. Then, I had a tiny scratch on my finger, called it an open wound, so they deferred me. It was completely ridiculous. Add in that they were so rude and snotty about it. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Absolute worst donation center I have ever been to . Staff is rude , incompetent, racist and don't even know their own rules and every person does what they feel is best no one follows one policy . I would not recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy . Place should not even be open

Very clean and the staff is professional and friendly, and always checking on you and doesn't just leave you , when the machine is beeping. So much better environment than a lot of the area donation centers.

There is public using the phone at the counter nobody else matters they've been hanging out for a half hour nobody doing they're job it's all party outside smoking weed I'm scared to come here

I am brand new to Freedom but its so streamlined and such a smooth process. Heather, one of the nurses, is simply fun, kind, and great at explaining things.

I've been to a lot of different plasma centers over the years and honestly this one is by far the best one I've been too all the staff is knowledgeable management really helps out and stands by there employees.. it's only been open since August but it's a positive atmosphere.
