Alisyanna was amazing, best customer service ever. Q did her thing as well. Best center hands down.
My wife came there friday morning her first time giving blood , she had a good start ,then ran into complications with blood return and someone else came and gave her a hematoma and didn't tell her how to treat it and now it is spreading . i?m very upset and that was very unprofessional.
I went from the day they first opened the facility 7/5/21. After 2 hrs of donations they said my vains were too small, make it make sense? I LOVE MOST THE STAFF VERY CAREING.
Some of the staff can be very rude and unprofessional. They talk to each other as well as the patrons crazy. Also after being a new donator for a few weeks and scheduling my appointments pretty much every 2 days (not coming on specific days of the week) I was told that I can only come Mondays and Thursdays so I wasted time and gas going on a Wednesday. This should've been explained from the beginning. Honestly thinking of going somewhere else, I will say there are a few that work there who are warm and very
I've been coming a while now and had a few bumps, but nothing to negatively complain about. But Roxanne is my FAVORITE. She's kind, patient, and personable. I can get put in a section she's not working, and she'll still come stick me if I request her. Cassandra is very good also. Overall, I've had good experiences, and since there's no more walk-ins, my appointments tend to go pretty quick.
If I could give no stars I would. I had my first appointment last Saturday and since I couldn't finish donating because the lady fished for my vein and bruised me they made me stop halfway through. I schedule an appointment online like I was told and due to the lady sticking me wrong it's my fault and they deemed me as a new patient even though I'm clearly in their system and just needed another physical (I don't know what for I've donated at other places in the past never experienced problems unlike this p
My first time donating plasma! i?m okay with the wait as a first time donor, it's expected, & you will be educated throughout the visit. The staff was awesome to me! From the girls at the front desk, the lady who took my vitals, & to the lady who performed my physical, everyone was quick, nice, & professional. And to the three ladies who helped me out when i was about to pass out, God bless you!! I felt taken care of throughout my visit.
50 min wait after my appointment time; this was because; my appointment was @ 1045 and I checked in @1044. They decided to delete me and make me start over because I checked in 1 min early. Their answer was ?everything is done by the minute here? then why did I wait 50 mins after my appointment time? The little kid that is in charge of ?operations? needs another job. By the way, his answer was ?we told you to slow down? I am legally deaf with 65% hearing loss, but instead of asking if I heard them he just d
I walked in with a 9am appointment and the lady at the front (Danija) told me to wait until 9 to go to kiosk . I proceeded to sit and wait just for another patron to come in with the same appointment time for her to let him go straight to kiosk , so I took it upon myself to go to kiosk the same time as him since our appointment was at the same time. I did my kiosk questions just to have them cancelled out just to redo them over again . Danija was super unprofessional and should not be at the front desk bein
Roxanne is amazing and consistent. She was very patient, helpful and treated me like i was the only one there Very gentle and always in a great mood. She can be busy and never seems overwhelmed, very welcoming .She has them gentle hands,Definitely a keeper! Thanks Roxanne for making my visits at ease!
After being told via email I could show up anytime from 7am to 7pm for first time walk in. I drove 30 miles to get here just to be told slots are filled for the day and need to show up at 6:30 am for first time donation! I wish I had been told that through the email exchanged on their contact us portion of their website. Extremely poor first impression! Melissa says to call but nobody answers that number even if you hit the option to speak to an operator it goes to voicemail. So I went back out there to try
I've donated plasma a few times here and at other centers but this was by far the best experience. Roxanne, Brianna, and Shekinah (I hope I spelled it correctly) were awesome! They were efficient but also took the time to chat and make sure I was comfortable. It really felt like they cared, which made a big difference. I will definitely be back!
I was told I couldn't become a donor here because I used to have Seizures as a child but not once had an episode 110 times I've donated at CSL plus many other locations. I think you all need to be less strict on stuff like this.
Staff is decent with the exception of Chris, he skips donors who are in line for queue, leading to longer wait times for most and faster times for others, picking and choosing who gets called instead of following the order. My last visit I waited 70 minutes to get called for vitals and when I asked what number I was (because the tv monitor that normally displays the line queue is off), I was told to stop asking because it makes them busier. Freedom plasma should enable a text alert system to notify donors
I was turned away and permanently deferred for having a perforated septum from when I was 16. I'm 51 now and see NO reason it should affect anything at all. I've been donating everywhere else for the past 10 years without a problem. I'm fed up. Then when I post it in a review I get a response saying to call to attempt to fix the problem signed by -Marissa- but when I call NOBODY there even knows this fictional person. This place is a joke and I intend on filing a complaint for discrimination and false accus
Too many of the staff are rude, equipment is always breaking down, the techs spend more time standing around and complaining about management than taking care of patients. Yesterday I had one tech so morbidly obese she had trouble walking from one end of the bay to the other. A hazard since I was there when one cylinder almost exploded and a tech had to sprint across the room. I've ended up so bruised I had to skip weeks while I healed, and most of the time no one answers the phone so I couldn't call the
Erica and senior employees are good. Everyones friendly but lately its just hit or miss. With new people you don't know how its going to go. And they go about resticking you like nothing. Like they didn't just completely miss the vein, lack of compassion. I wish if they would be honest if they can't find the vein instead of man-handling someone. I'm reviewing because I don't think I am going to come back. I've donated many times but I'm not going to keep wasting time getting pricked for no reason. Some of t
Every time I go in there they can never seem to hit a vein then leave my arm bruised I have went 4 times and only one person can seem to find my veins and they never answer there phones on top of that have caused me two greater bruises causing me not to be able to donate for over a month highly recommend going to bio life instead
THEYVE INTERGRATED WITH GRIFOLDS AND ITS GOING DOWNHILL ALREADY! THE PAY HAS DECREASED AND THE PATRONS ARE HIGHLY UPSET! WORD OF MOUTH IS DANGEROUS AND FREEDOM PLASMA IS GOING TO LOSE A LOT OF THEIR DONORS!
The staff are friendly and understanding and pretty personable. The process is as fast as they can make it and payouts are really fast, like ready when you walk out the door fast. They recently bumped up the payments which was really cool. If you are new to go maybe you'd not mind using me for a referral? I not only get a bonus after your second donation but you do too! Just mention my name, Travis Dean Baker referred you and we both benefit! Isn't that neat? Also, if you are military, or a first responder,
I was a new donor, the people were very friendly and nice, the place was clean and I was out of there within 2 hours. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is b/c the lady that hooked me up to the machine spilled my blood all on the side of my chair from the needle (she must?ve didn't clamp it after putting the needle in my arm) but I'm still going to come back. lol
This place runs so smoothly compared to others I went to. It is fairly new and some of the staff were still training when I was there but that didn't really slow down the speed of the process at all. The ease and speed and overall friendliness of the staff made this such a pleasant experience even if you are getting a giant needle in your arm. Almost zero wait time, accepts walk ins, plenty of parking, and a couple of flat screen tvs to watch while you donated. I'm already referring people! ????????
First time donating at this facility. Honestly, it went really smooth and quick. Daeja was such a sweet person. She did my physical part. The lady who poked me did an amazing job as well. She did it in one go. I believe everyone referred to her as Ms. Kay. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I noticed a lot of the girls working did not have a filter for their face. There were a lot of eyes rolling and snarky facial expressions. Other than that, smooth process, in and out quick.
SHOUT OUT TO SECOND SHIFT AND FIRST I LOVE YOU BOTH..Amanda..ras..tiffini..Cierra...angel .ebony..the I will add more when I get names ..y'all all are amazing..your what makes this experience worth the trip ...your genuine nature's and kindness ..never lose that ...y'all deserve a raise...you all deserve to be recognized...this is what I came for...!!! You all genuinely deserve to be called techs...your sticks are on point ... cleanliness on point .. attitudes to die for .thank you for being you ...thank yo
Overall I'm happy with the professionalism and donor fees/referral bonuses. The staff I've interacted with since starting here have been pleasant and helpful. The new donor workflow and ease of navigating the check-in process leave a bit to be desired. It's not terrible, but it could be streamlined and made clearer, for sure. An app that works and not a 3rd party site for making appointments would also add a lot of value here. Cleanliness wise- they are not quite as good as some centers. There is often p
I wanted to like it here until they screwed me over with a lab error on their part and with all my proof and my Dr. Calling them, they defer me based on their mistake. Again I have my solid proof . The floor staff are great but with any plasma center, you never know if a lab tech will mess up and your blood sample gets contaminated and you have to fight and prove you are healthy. I'm at another center now and good riddance here.
I have been going for a few months now and things have been so much better, the way you have to make an appointment makes life so much easier for continues donar. The environment with all the girls and the two gentlemen is awesome. This is the one place out of all of the plasma centers I will continue to come to.
Great vists - they added appointment for new camers less wait for return donars. Nice and polite
It has been about 3 years since I last donated at the Grifols donation centers and stopped due to constant pain caused and ridiculous wait times. I decided to try again with a new place as they are right up the street from my house. I was in and out of there in less than 2-1/2 hours as a new donor, no pain from needle insertion, no sickness after donation, no bruising/swelling, or anything I usually got from the other place. Definitely worth the visit even if you're short on time
I came in Tuesday as a new donor and Kia assisted me with enrolling and the process was very smooth.; she also screened me and when she did my finger stick I barely felt it which I appreciate because other centers would stick me 3 times I am very happy with the entire process I had a very nice experience and the phlebotomist that stuck me was so patient because my veins are hard to find but Chanel was excellent I will be back to this center great staff is hard to find!
Be prepared to call at least ten times before someone answers the phone. I called two days in a row and spoke to a rude person for about thirty seconds just once. That was only after calling nineteen times, just to schedule an appointment. And don't expect a call back even if you do bother to leave a message, it won't happen.
Nikel is awesome. She is very caring and concerned about donors comfort. The first time she stuck me I didn't even feel it. This is the second time she has stuck me and it was just a little pinch.
If I'm being honest the place is decent but I don't recommend ever calling I've been calling this place for an entire week at least 15 times a day no answer if your a new donor and have question even if it's a single question I recommend to prepare yourself to drive all the way up there to ask one question because this company act poorly when it comes to answering the phone. Why do you guys even have phone if your not gonna answer them
Literally beyond upset! I referred a friend and after his 3 donation, though the last 2 were incomplete, I found out that I will not be getting my bonus until he's successfully donated 2 times. Wow guys! That's called false advertisement!
Went in as a new donor was told to come back at 3. I came back at 3 on the dot then they changed they're story to I was suppose to be there at 2 and was told to leave because they can't give the right times and actually stick to the time they say
I wouldn't bother, unless you're one of the lucky few that gets in when they open, you're not getting in here, and they don't take appointments.
No matter who stuck me and I ain't feel a thing this the best plasma center I've been and we have in Fayetteville NC come donate twice and boss up ya life
Got up early and took an Uber there just to find out they only take a few new donors in. They never said that on the phone only come in at 6:45 am.
I came all the way from another county to find out that the center is clothes without any notification. I show up in the parking lot is completely empty with the door locked with other donors walking into the surprised that the center is closed without any notice
I got a paper this morning saying i donated at another facility which i understand but what i don't understand is them saying that i donated more than twice a week i donated at my old center Thursdays and Sundays i came and donated at this center Thursday and was told to come back Saturday because they aren't open on Sundays so I'm Very confused those are two different weeks so how did i violate anything but that's not why I'm leaving a 1 star or that I'm upset I'm upset at the lady who was at the vital si
They get you in and out fast, just have your info ready
All the employees are great. Cierra is my fav. phlebotomist! The process is reasonable. My husband & I always received our pay immediately.
I've been trying to contact someone at this location for 3 days about becoming a new donor and absolutely no one answered the phone! I even sent a email on the website.
Staff is wonderful and that crazy Mgr Is funny To ebony and T thank you for today love you guys
I drove 50 minutes only to be told I needed an appointment even if it was my first time.
Mckenzie Amanda and Ciara are my favorite people at this place if they leave me and alot of others are leaving behind them.i have had nothing but great visits with them and love it
McKenzie is absolutely patient and wonderful I always look forward to seeing her when I come in.
Freedom is great! Much better than other centers I have been to ?? The staff is awesome! Wait times are low.
It was great $100 for my 1st 8visits..$800
Often appointment times run late. Staff pleasant and center cleanly, including the bathroom facilities.
i just love the atmosphere the employees are just the best even down to managers i just ?? this place
I went here multiple times but never have I meet any manager so rude before it makes me not want to come back anymore
Hello does the phone not work
Went in at 1pm got seated to donate at 330pm sat for an hour waiting to get hooked up to donate. It's been 3 hours since I left and still haven't been paid
Fastest plasma center around ???? Staff is so friendly and cool. Best place to go save a life ?? and get payed for your support and time ??
Its a calm environment. The phlebotomists are highly trained. I highly recommend getting stuck by deonka. It's painless
Some of the staff is rude and nothing will be done about it we are Black people y'all need our plasma and the money is low and there's times they are rude and the floor lady will try to trigger you with a lil native lady who is just rude for nothing
Super great place to donate. Staff is friendly and keeps you informed all the way through the process
They are amazing and quick . Very clean and professional . I will be going back and refer anyone I can.
The person name big dog is such a good help when I came in she asked me did I need anything with a smile keep there plz ??
Best donation experience ever just got to get there early as a new donor bit overall it's great!!
Turned away upon arrival. Full for the day. Out of radius after being told over the phone I was good.
Everything is great except y?all don't answer the phone. That needs to improve
once your in they are in they are really good place to donate
Only 20 percent of plasma reaches patients who need it the rest is sold to pharmaceutical companies to make a profit ever wondered why most plasma centers are located in poor neighborhoods
They never answer the phone called today too see were they open
Highest pay, and best staff in the region. Sell your plasma here!
Nikel Is such a great Phlebotomist and She really goes above and beyond!!!!
Unorganized, people standing around not working

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
