However, significant complaints cite unprofessional behavior, long wait times, poor management, and issues with payment reductions or deferred donations. The staff at at freedom plasma is fantastic. They never fail to take care of you and make sure your experience is as easy and painless as possible. Jessica specifically is fantastic, if I'm able to get in her section I do every time, as she always has a smile on her face and gets me in and out as quickly as possible.

The staff is efficient and kind! The scheduling is timed, so the wait is rarely long. The team is always attentive and ready to answer questions. One of my best donation experiences has been at this center.

I will put no blame on anyone who works for this company or any other company bc they are just doing their job, paying the bills. As a returning donor for nearly a year to make extra money, it's not worth it damaging your veins, both my arm have pinch nerves, 1 year later, I can't not sleep a certain way lift or stretch a certain way. My hands shake all the time. Donating has really affected my arms. I do not recommend donating for a long period of time. The money isn't worth it! Can't imagine how many othe

I started donating here to help out a friend when they had a good referral bonus going. They now have an even better referral bonus. If you're interested, the staff here is very kind and quick!

Completely unprofessional always chatting instead of doing their jobs. I had a horrible experience with the examining nurse she kept accusing me of beating beat over and over again and threatened to call the police just because I had bruises on my legs because I bruise easily. If you want to go here please beware that they will waste so much of your time and then say you can't donate for some random unimportant reason at the very last minute.

I love the environment all positive energy!! Ashley, Sadye , Logan such fabulous people really care for you always making you feel comfortable. I would recommend Grifols!

First time takes long because of registration but after that it's pretty easy side money. Everyday needs , vacation money , holiday money. It helps & staff is nice.

The staff is always friendly. I've been coming a while now and I love the extra money. It takes no time!

Just ran into the best phlebotomist you ever had, Cici. If you hired her back with a massive raise I'd commit fraud and grow two extra arms to donate double!

Have always had a pleasant, professional experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Sadye and Lorie

Grifols does a wonderful job each time I come. They are kind and courteous throughout the entire process.

They are slow the people working there just want to stand around am talk an not call anyone I had a appointment at 9:15 and didn't get called back til 10:25. I dislike the service

I donate regularly here and the staff is always pleasant. Never a bad experience!

I went to donate and they stuck the needle to far back there was pressure I had a burning pain it hurt so bad my arm have been swollen and bruised plus the workers talk to much and gossip I walked away they were gossiping about me when the lady had no business to just because I asked her to change my badge because I felt blood she made me seem needy she already hurt sticking me like as if I'm having to take killers and barely can move my arm

There are mixed experiences dealing with this place. The ladies at the front desk are unprofessional, unproductive, disrespectful, and have NO SENSE of decorum, whereas the phlebotomy staff are , for the most part, personable and respectful. These people seem to care and are very helpful. Overall, this place serves a necessary purpose, but only the back of the house staff are professional and civil...but you HAVE TO go through those unprofessional trolls that "manage" the check-in desk first.

I like donating here everybody chill nd lay bacc nd u kno tht love doing they job Yall keep doing Yall thing Yall be making my day

Awesome, friendly... No complaints. Very clean and sanitized

Cece is amazing. I always come to have her stick me because she does such a great job and I don't feel it. She's super funny and great personality.

Great staff and excellent service.also Special thanks to my fav phlebotomist CeCe & Sadye and The Gang!! Love you guys

Diabetics be aware they will wait till the very last second to say anything about having to have your doctor fill out a form. Keeping from donating. There should be should on the website stating this or at least when you initially sign up not an hour later. I am very upset with this experience and never have I ever heard of something like this before.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone watched VBryant disrespect a woman so bad with her loud nasty mouth and attitude to the point of yelling at this woman because she was in pain. The lady didn't want her to fix it because she messed it up and that's her right. Threatening to take her down and saying she's faking and complained about another girl made me feel like she hurt her on purpose. You are at work and that woman didn't say anything other than she needed some help!! Nobody should have to pul

They won't let you donate if living out a rooming house...heads up

Always quick and great people to make you feel comfortable.

I was a loyal donor at the Goldsboro location until about a month ago. I had an issue with one of the managers who tried start a confrontation with me at this location. When trying to talk to this manager, he basically didn't want to hear what i had to say. Apparently on of the other workers when said I was sleep, although i had headphones on, was pumping, just looked how much I had left to go, then started looking down and elsewhere. now even though I guess cause he said he couldn't see my eyes, but im coh

It a great experience an they make sure they take care of u

This review has nothing to do with the Goldsboro center or its staff. They are always top notch to me. My complaint is about Grifols, the new owners. You guys are pitiful when it comes to paying donors for their donation. First, when you first took over you dropped pay by $5, which to some may not be alot, but to some that was a lot. Then low and behold Monday you took another $20 a week from us!! This is ridiculous on your part!!

I have has the best experience today at Freedom. The technician Lalisha was excellent 5 stars..He was very patient and nuturing. I was in the chair a full 45 mins even down to the final wen I get my return of fluids back. I have never been 45 minutes or less. I always be hours. No adjustments it flowed straight. Go see her

I would like to bless up Cece, on her new endeavor! Congratulations. You deserve the very best. This company has lost a gem !

Normally?great service. Sometimes hit or miss, with wait times longer than an 1hr to be processed and on the floor. Donation fees could be upped every couple months. But today?s visit was the worst one since 4 techs dug in my arm to get a line to flow. First finger stick was trashed due to an error with the centrifuge machine, and then second finger stick resulted in too high of protein even though I overheard someone say I could still donate with my protein being in that level, but the tech wouldn't let m

Cece has done a great job making sure it's a smooth and quick donation! She is very personable and will make you feel comfortable here.

It's very hit or miss. You may get a good experience or bad experience depending on the caregiver you get assigned to and what kind of day they are having. I come quarterly and have seen many faces come and go. Make a long story short. They simply don't care. I have sat on a no flow until the blood in the tube coagulated, I have had them miss veins, and speaking of veins they have the "vein finder tech" but refuse to use it. And you better not ask about it because you'll get flagged as rude to the staff. Th

It seems like after the first 8 donations they no longer care about treating you with kindness nor how long you're in there. Also seems after the first 8 they won't let you get past the $45 donation when you go in for the second donation of the week there's always an excuse you can't donate. Also they permanently deferred my boyfriend over the fact he had went to another plasma center in Raleigh over 48 hrs before going to them. After already had deferred me for 56 days because they chose to stick a vein th

This place was awesome before it changed company?s this place went from people standing up in line because there wasn't enough seats to now it's like 2 to 4 people in the lobby but my biggest issue was with one of the managers here named Michael when I donated on a Friday it was no appointments they started doing appointments on Saturday the day after I donated so when I returned for my visit the following week they said I had 2 have a appointment n I was not able to donate so after driving an hour away no

Shakyra is a great phlebotomist. Highly recommend.

Hey I wanna take my statement back that I made a while ago...ok so long story short during that day, I opened my refrigerator and noticed I ran out of ginger beer , next thing uk I started feeling cranky and decided to take my anger out on my history tabs and this site was the first thing at the door. I wanna say that I think every women in that building is a hard working sun of a gun ! N definitely get my respect! I wanna see y'all win nun the less ! Follow me on YouTube: Hookmanhookman Love love

I think this is a great place. Sometimes the wait may be long , but they are starting a new appointment system starting May 15th. I'm excited to see how that goes. The staff are extremely friendly, so long as you mind the rules, and the beds are clean and comfortable.

Great place, great staff, would 100% recommend ??

Great experience from my first visit over a month ago, but was told on my second visit that I can't donate because there was a light bruise from where they attempted to draw from me on one of my arms. Now nearly a month has gone by and still can't donate because one person won't check a box to say I'm good and that person only comes in once a week apparently! Shouldn't have to wait this long to donate again... over a light bruise!! I'll change the review if I can get some kind of resolution.

I've been going there for months and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience...except one time I was there over 2 hours. Probably 95% of the time the ladies are friendly and all do an outstanding job! I just can't wait until they extend their hours and days!

This place is the absolute worse. Came in to donate for my first time & I was there for almost 4 hours. Everyone claimed it took me so long to get processed because there was a meeting in the back going on with management. However I was the only person waiting everyone else went in front of me. I spoke up so they began to rush me, one phlebotomist even said ?I'm surprised they even allowed you to donate, they don't like being called out in here? . Once I got in the back all the conversations I heard from al

This center started out okay but then started having issues with wait times, bad sticks and supposedly low protein levels. It's a shame because most of the people working there are nice although sometime talking about things that they really shouldn't be when on the floor. Permanent deferral from them because again, supposedly couldn't pass on my blood work. I find this kind of ironic since my provider did one and everything was well within normal limits. Wrote a complaint to the corporate office and have h

I think that the staff is very unprofessional. They talk too much instead of doing their job so because of that we are delayed. They talk very unprofessional like about their personal life and just things that we shouldn't hear. It's like they have an attitude towards people because we are getting paid for it like treating us like we are below them. I have heard them say very mean things about people in there in front of me. I just don't recommend you go there.

I was really skeptical about giving plasma but the whole process was very simple and Kristen helped me through the process every step of the way! Definitely one of your best employees! I will most definitely be returning here because of her.

This place is amazing the staff are very friendly and respectful

Nothing against the staff; they were always kind. But the pay that the new company gives is absolutely ridiculous. Don't even have new donor bonuses. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost all their donors. Very unfortunate!

Cece is an amazing person that helped walked me through donating my first time. She is an excellent employee!

The Yellow team is great, and I'm so glad that Kriste is there to set up my donations. There are some less experienced technicians, but they have all been courteous and professional. Great service for the community!

The staff are always professional, welcoming and friendly. They handle their clients with grace & care. The atmosphere in the facility is always on a positive vibe. The best part is that the process don't take long like other places; YOUR IN AND OUT!

Absolutely horrible experience completely all around with freedom plasma. First time I went in they had trouble finding my vein for a few minutes then no problem. Second time I went in I had 2 needles tried one on each arm and she still couldn't find it. On my right arm im not sure what possessed her to do this but once the needle was in she aggressively moved it around inside, My right arm was brushed and swollen from it. so bad the picture is from today. I had to wait a while for the brushing and swelling

The lady I spoke to was telling me I couldn't donate because I have scars on my arm from poison oak. I can't help that I got this and have been coming for 3 weeks and today was turned away. It's is not fully healed. These people are a joke over some of the smallest things. Don't go here if you have a bruise or a scar they will be nasty towards you.

I did not like the place at first I felt like they didn't have it together however it is one individual that works there she told me her name is Nikki ? her customer service is outstanding , she makes you feel comfortable. it made me want to come back

The wait times are a little long but the best part are the friendly staff , the one phlebotomist that I always get in the morning , Ashley is always very knowledgeable and friendly to me and others I see her work with

When I first started donating with ImmunoTek the staff would explain everything to you as you went through the process. Even today after about 3 months of donating the staff would still explain and will aways asks how u feeling. They treat every like family and very well respected. Thanks ImmunoTek.

First 8 Donations is a scam , apparently when u get to your fourth or fifth they tell u the promotion ended very sketchy even though they still promote it. The female on the phone told me I should have read the Fine Print ?? , No maybe y?all just failed to mention it for business purposes. I see why nobody is returning. If u are thinking about donating here please go somewhere else we're there's no Fine Print/ sketchy

Been going there ever since they open in Goldsboro I been count on that money to pay bills well this they put me on 60 referral because I had a dry spot on my elbow my elbow people it's psoriasis I had my life no big deal they turned away what dry on elbow half with donating plasma they don't get it out my elbow And paysign takes half for bank fees it's ripoff.

1 star for Grimy Grifols. 5 stars for the freedom plasma team. The freedom plasma team is great over all. I always ask for Cici or Guillermo, both are fantastic at what they do.

Cece is the one the best people I've had the pleasure of being served. I wish her nothing but the absolute best.

Love my girlies they are awesome !!!

I've been there 3 times and every single time I had a great experience..I'm not sure what her last name is but her first name is Rosa She's the most friendliest person and very professional All the staff are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable through out the entire process.. But I especially want to say Thank you to Rosa You always make my procedure a pleasant one The facility is always clean

Staff is very unprofessional! Some of them will damage your veins being reckless and unaware. When filing a complaint management refused to discuss situation and refused to give corporates number! Not a very pleasant experience,I wouldn't recommend even if you are doing it to help others , this facility needs to be looked into IMMEDIATELY!!

Grifols as a company doesn't care for their donors. Cut rates now no tv. No extra money for first responders or military No wonder their techs arent happy.

Great experience always in and out quickly.

Not sure why you guys have that woman name J. Lofton (the light skinned woman with the really long dread locks) working there but I am completely disappointed in her service she is veryyy rude and obnoxious and I think that she sticks you hard to be mean. I will definitely NOT return to that center and be serviced by her I would rather go to Greenville

honestly ridiculous! no one ever answers the phone! there are only a select few that work in there whom i seem to find as very helpful and actually gives outstanding service!one who i find to actually care her name is Bree very sweet and always helpful and actually follows protocol ! BUT i am tired of calling and calling. they took my blood and sent it off told me it would be two weeks.. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS and i have heard NOTHING not what is going on ...not where my blood is ...not a single thing! and

Courtney and G were so awesome and made me feel comfortable and at ease on my first donation!!!

Somehow the same exact day I went to do my 3rd donation they no longer had the new donor promotions for up to 8 visits. Now all of a sudden it's only good for two visits. Seems very fishy will no longer donate there.

For cc she was very good and she always made sure we all where taken care of and we had what we needed

Cece is awesome love her she's kind gentle an very patient with her clients

Great staff very helpful , informed , patient and encouraging Clean environment including bathrooms , waiting areas , screening areas and donor floor Love the seating during screening Good pay for beginner and returning donors Recommend Freedom Plasma all the time ? best place to donate plasma I've ever visited ? so glad they are located in Goldsboro NC ??

The female with the brush cut is very rude and messed up my vein, also everyone else is bandwagon around her. Today my last day coming here and trusting them with my life.

The customer service has not been on point lately. A lot of employees playing around when they should be coming together and working as a team to get these ppl out.

If I could give zero I would. They said I showed reactive on a blood test which was a false positive and now can NEVER donate plasma again anywhere in the nation. Mind you I'm not the only person coming back reactive for this specific disease. Thanks for ruining my relationship, side hustle, anxiety of not knowing if in fact I was infected but no, I got a so sorry there's nothing we can do.... Well F right off then huh!?!?!?!? This has to be some type of legal action I can take right?

I drove an hour to become a new donor only to be told I live outside their 50 mile radius for donors because my zip code was 52 miles from their location. No mention of that on their website and the lady I spoke with on the phone before I drove out there said nothing about it as well.

Cece is wonderful. She is kind and sweet. All around just a lovely person to be around.

What a gigantic waste of time being asked the same questions over and over again for the same answer to be a problem later. Hour and a half of life I'll never get back. Poor system.

Nice and clean . Friendly staff

CC did an excellent sticking me with the needle and she was so polite

I like this location they have a crowd of new donors to donate but once u get passed that part it runs smooth for u the location was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming the pay rate was good no complaints I recommend coming here to give them a try

Unprofessional staff. Lots of horseplay

Friendly staff and well ran. My favorite phleb has gotta be Cece.

They don't know a rash from an old scar, no way are they qualified to make a medical diagnosis, let em' stick you at your own risk, I'll trust Jack the Ripper himself before I let them stick me with a needle...

Everytime I go there it's clean, sanitary and safe. I deal with a few selected ones in there and they are awesome. I actually like going there.

Kristy is awesome and professional

There were 3 super nice ladies that really helped me and my grandmother out. But some of the others weren't too nice.

The employees are very friendly and treat everyone like family... And they are very professional when it comes to helping an individual who may be experiencing issues!!

Donated here 3 times and got deferred because of females here playing on my phone.

My first time donating at this center was great. I definitely will be returning back. Thank you for your services.

Great Staff .. Always
