Adrien gets a attitude with me because my money is short on my card Third visit only received 49 bucks It was supposed to be 100 Had to double back go back nd forth with her on why I couldn't get the full amount. She in the end gave me 99$ and everyone knows you can't take 99$ off anything What the heck

Ms.Taneka is one of my three go to people i love her and makayla they the best ones in there to get stuck by! Courtney bomb also they my go to people ????????????

2.5 stars.... the staff is cool, they would get 4 from me... THE PAY is not worth it, no reason to be drained and cold for $30. This is suppose to be a bonus to the weekly checks, and it does nothing. Even if your weight is higher than average you still won't make that much per week.

Jaye is an amazing worker and really nice. Everytime I come there she's always so attentive and make sure everyone is straight. Also Mathew is one of the only managers that I see out on the floor every time I come. Both are always keeping the energy positive and alive.

Freedom Plasma has the best new donor pay all around .. I like how you have to ?book an appointment? ???? S/O to Cam , he always does a good stick!

Ms. Dee Dee was such a delight today. She is quick and efficient. I enjoyed our banter. I love coming here. The customer service is always wonderful. Thank you Ms. Dee Dee for the experience.

Do not go here!!! I've worked in plasma for years and this was by far the worst first contact that I have had. I called to ask about the new donor fees and some extremely rude nerd hung up on me. I had to call several times just to see what they were offering. It ain't over. I will be in to speak with the Center Manager or someone with some sense. Please be mindful when you're answering the phone at the front desk, the CEO could be calling...

Jaye has such a great personality and she's so sweet! You're sure to have a great experience if you're her donor! Chloe is absolutely lovely and a joy to be around! She's amazing at sticking and she's so gentle and caring! Mrs. Dede is absolutely fabulous! She's so welcoming and always makes it her duty to check on everyone even if you're not assigned to her! Jenesha is so gentle, caring, and kind with her donors! Shes always willing to answer any questions you may have and she does it with pleasure! Mr

Every time I go I request Taneka to stick me! She's very good at her job. It doesn't hurt, I flow quick because of the good stick, and I'm out of there fast. I also like how she helps her other coworkers out and she's patient with them

DeDe is wonderful!!! I love her and is always so so kind when I go in. That goes for all the staff. I have enjoyed going to Freedom Plasma for months now. The process is easy and never painful. I always feel great when I leave too. In the event that my iron is low and can't make a donation, a handout is always provided. I would definitely recommend them to all!!

Continued from Amayzinstillhumble (pt.2) Pt.1 When I initially came to freedom plasma Mesha would stick me. She was so kind, caring, and attenive. Ive encountered a couple of employees who have been great w/ sticking me (it took me some time to get used to them initially. Experienced bad sticks before.) w/ great attitudes such as Matthew, Makayla, Christie, Olivia, Janesha, AJ, Kameron, J, Trina, Scorpio (slim lady who is very personable, cant remember her name), and Shun deserve credit as well. I wont forg

Ray is awesome, I was nervous to allow anyone to stick me because the ladies I truly trust Shan and Courtney was on lunch and Ms. Shun was busy with a donor. McKayla no longer sticks. I was nervous and close to leaving. She talked me into trusting her and she did an amazing job. She was gentle and precise. She also assured me that if she wasn't sure she wouldn't just stick me anyway. She kept checking on me and I really appreciate it. Courtney, Shan Mckayla and Ms. Shun are equally good and compassionate as

I'm a regular donor on my visit I had some difficulty on my behalf donating. The phlebotomist Cam took time to check and restick me for a better flow. He wasn't the one who originally stuck me but he didn't hesitate to elevate my issue and give excellent service and support. The staff here is awesome and he is one star players on the team. As well as phlebotomist Tierra who also gave support and called for assistance and I am thankful. Also supervisor Jaye is always a great leader and always willing to othe

Jakari, Ms. Dee Dee, Ms. Jennifer and forgive me if I'm get her name wrong but I think it was Zee. Hopefully she'll know I'm referring to her. They were all played a very big part in making sure I was comfortable as a new donor. The atmosphere of the center is quite friendly with a mellow undertone. I especially adored Ms. Jennifer approach with educating you and the diverse analogies she used to help with understanding the process of everything. Ms. Dee Dee has a presence that is so soul, by the time I rea

This would be my third time coming. They thur Monday and Friday that I sometimes have a problem with that staff sticking me.But I came in Saturday and I was fine that with the young lady sticking me. We didn't have any problems. My problem was that they didn't tell me what the issue was. I just said that you're OK to leave .

Pt.2 Next incident, she was sticking someone next to me and started saying out of nowhere how she is "not friendly" to people, and she don't have to be. She also said, "I might be cordial, but I ain't friendly", and how a person don't have to like her bc she don't care. Immature. I reported it to the manager. Seemed as if she was feeling upset with me perhaps, or trying to convey an indirect message. I feel that's what she was "trying" to do. The passive aggressive thing, bc she was feeling a way about me

Ms.Dee was great she knew exactly what she was doing and was very nice. She did everything with a smile on her face even though we had to move to another desk she still was a sweet heart thank you Ms.Dee it was a pleasure to be a donor

I'm a regular @freedom plasma.. and since my first visit up until today my experience with the staff is great.. Especially Mrs. DeeDee.. she is the absolute best. Always a smile on her face and a kind word.. and that's rare in this world.. #MRSDEEDEEISTHEBEST

The staff is very friendly and polite! Mrs. Dee Dee is the best! She's so sweet, and helpful.

That Aj lady is a huge flirt, worst mistake ever to make her a mgr, freedom dropped the ball on that one . I can't stand to see a person with authority abuse their power smh. It's so sad. And she talks about her coworkers in front of other donors using foul language constantly... I've heard her call one of her coworkers slow in front of another donor. The videos I have in my phone of the circus that goes on under that tent will make you question why are these people still working here...but as the saying go

The staff was very friendly, approachable, and professional. The facilities were clean and bright. I was relieved that the bathrooms were well kept...there have been many times where I have to wait until I get home while out & about bc the bathrooms are a mess. I had a pleasant experience and my son and I will be back.

Great experience. Mrs. DD made me feel very comfortable and had great conversation and is very nice. Also we found out that we had a lot in common.

Top tier management in the House! Matt takes care of everyone inside the building employees and donors. Mel one of the nurses there is great I've had a few anxiety attacks in there and she's always been there to help me through every time! Now the people doing the sticking everything they are put through each and every day they deserve a lot more of pay to go through what these folks go through each and every day never a bad experience few All stars to name a few , Taneka,Janesha,Jaye,Chloe, and Kameron! St

I've been going to the one in Hueytown for almost a year now and everyone has always been really nice and helpful to me. My all time favorite nurses are Mrs.Shaun and Mckayla they always keep a smile on their faces and they make sure your doing okay while donating. This place is a No Judgement Zone and that's what I like.

I find it very unprofessional that freedom plasma makes a mistake and says you have Hep B and puts your name on the do not donate list. After they tested again the found it was a false reading. Now I can't get my name off the list. Amy Williams is a horrible manager. I have called the test facility and everyone else and the only people that can take my name off the list is freedom plasma. Well biotech can but they are the same people. Amy Williams will not help me or return my phone calls. I find it ver

I have a pleasant experience each time I go. Anytime I'm there Jenesha Rogers always managed to greet me with a smile and provide me with exceptional customer service!

I was so nerves about the whole process my blood pressure rate was so high but Ms.DeeDee gave me encouraging words that got my rate down to 96! . Very great customer service! 10/10

First time donating. EVERYONE was super nice & professional. First visit takes a while they explain the process and do a simple health screen and set you up in their system. I was nervous a little but the whole process really was not bad at all. Drinking a lot of water before your donation helps. I'll be going back again.

Mrs.Dermeatria is so nice and has a gentle spirit. She makes you feel comfortable and happy to help. She is a remarkable person.

Always have a good experience with everyone here. Ms Dermeatria is always all smiles and friendly and quick with the screening process. It's a great place for to come.

All the ladies and fellows are great, very welcoming. I just wish y'all would expand the age to 70 like some of the other plasma centers. I am very healthy and on ss so the funds from doing this is great.

Ms DeeDee was absolutely wonderful. So glad I chose to change donation centers. Everyone was warm and inviting. Ms DeeDee had a great attitude and was so friendly..

Chloe is the best!!! Great personality and always ready to jump in and help. She is always busy and always have a smile!! 10/10 needs a raise for sure!!

great establishment. Love the staff. Ms. Dede is one of the bests and jaye is the best OS. She makes everyone comfortable and super funny.

If you decide to donate here I highly suggest that you ask for Tameeka. Apologize if the spelling is incorrect. She did an amazing job sticking me. I didn't feel it at all. Was also very friendly and professional. Thank you!!

The staff at Freedom Plasma are great, especially Ms. DeeDee. They make you feel very comfortable and the process enjoyable. And, afterwards you feel great for helping lives with a monetary blessing as reward.

Everyone is always wonderful and usually a great experience, although today this person stuck someone before me and then went to the back and I sat there for a very long time while others were getting stuck .This is the first time that's happened hope it gets better like it was.And Jaye and Undrea are the best.

Unprofessional at its finest this is by far the worst plasma center I've ever been to. The girl?s walking around with their nose tooted up like the to good to stick you?.. Although it may not be every phlebotomist?s in there but two/ three is enough to say the least. They have been sticking my arm like they're trying to blow out my vein?. I mean Freedom is really sad. Management is sad I've been trying to reach them all day not a care in the world for the ppl that makes your business possible. They would ma

I have been coming here for awhile now. Shunlanda has been great the past couple of times I have encountered her. I have had a good experience with coming here.

The very first time I donated plasma I was not able to finish because I was feeling hot and light headed. The entire staff encouraged me to eat eggs and drink more water. They could tell I had a heart to help others and with such great support from the first donation I knew I was in safe hands at Freedom Plasma. I am now a returning donor and overcame my fear of needles. I have been pricked by Jenesha a couple times and am always comfortable but everytime Jenesha ask me how I am feeling no matter what lane

Shalonda is the best worker there always makes sure I'm okay and comfortable, sticks me good, and is a very nice and attentive person overall

Mrs. Demeteria is The Most Outgoing Person in the Building. I Love Her ENERGY!!!! Nothing against the Other Employees..... But Mrs. Dee is The Truth!!!

The place is ok but the the system sucks got deferred for 56 days and waiting on sample to come back . But when it did they tell me the dr has to come this Saturday then i call and they said the dr is on vacation so I guess i won't be able to donate till November 15th now what kind of idiots are they

Mrs.Dermeatria is great at her job. She is friendly and I love when she screens me. Chole is great at her job. She is the best

Miss Dee Dee is a very nice and very friendly person sometimes when I comes in here I be going through something and she just makes my day

Shalanda is one of the best! She makes her patients feel comfortable and is always in high spirits ??

Can't find info for filing a grievance on a employee there.. if anyone can help me. Seen to much there and when I tried to address the legal issue was met with no help... Sadly..

Begin my Donor experience with Freedom Plasma on May 16, 2023.. and I must say the visit was wonderful. I've been a Plasma Donor since 1995 and since that time Plasma Centers have come a long way with updating information & facilities. I really appreciated ?? my visit from start to finish. Nurse - LaToya was very welcoming from start to finish. I met staff members: Nurse-LaToya, Cam'ron (MS), A. J. (Phl), Makayla (Phl) were excellent throughout my entire process. I recommend anyone that's interested to Plea

Very unprofessional I couldn't even concentrate on the video cause they talking to loud and cursing especially in front me a new client just know I will never come back there ever again

My experience was fast and pleasant the front desk was very kind. Mrs Dee dee was fabulous and very knowledgeable.

Ms. Amy makes me feel insufficient as a donor and person. She stated to me that if I donated I couldn't be employed. I would like for someone from corporate to contact me and let me know if that's true. My name is Anastasia Mcterry

The place has gone downhill since October of 22. The phlebotomists/helpers are messy unprofessional, slow and rude. Most unprofessional staff there so far and believe me is changes every 2 months, because of poor management. Long wait time but it pays more than the others in the city.

managers are very rude and disrespectful and does not care about the people or the workers. I had a complaint I was stuck twice due to poor training the worker admitted. So everyone is always bumping heads .

I love Ms Dee Dee!! She has the perfect personality and is so calming to me !!

Very friendly environment I loved Mrs deedee she was very understanding and helped me through my vitals ??

I went to Hueytown location i put down I take Torsemide The nurse tells doc I am taking lasix two different meds so I was to take a paper to my doc to get signed off and I did I took it back to Hueytown location and two weeks later the doc still not signed off and now doesn't sound like they even have my paper I don't take lasix but didn't argue so now can't give plasma and the staff has not been one bit helpful on this matter I'm guessing I was not good enough also when I called the first time I was tol

Excellent care and customer service with a smile from Ms. Molly and Ms. Dee. Thank you ladies for making giving plasma a smooth, friendly, painless, enjoyable and lucrative experience. ??

I love the place overall but Cloe is really the main reason I come she just makes my day need more employees like her

I donated plasma here ONE time and they gave me a permanent deferral because something came back in my health record but they NEVER told me what. It's been over a year and they still can't give me a single answer about it and I've called but have just been told no I can't donate. Plus to top it off they blew my vein out the first time horribly told me to come back the next week and I did all for them to turn me down. Thank you for ruining my experience donating plasma I guess it's not needed after all.

Always have a great experience. Shout out to Mr Matthew your doing an awesome job. Keep up the great work.

Tanka was a very understanding and caring person.. She made me feel very comfortable
