Once freedom was bought out most the staff left. Few people stayed. The people who stayed are amazing!! The new workers i swear don't know anything. They are very rude and sometimes even nasty with you. I used to recommend all my friends here. I have friends never going to donate again because of how rude they are up front. I am no longer suggesting this plasma donation center. It will be on the list to avoid. Oh don't even try to come to your appointment early. Not allowed to sign in. Not even 5 minutes ea

I was a frequent donator, then this new company came in. Almost all the good phlebotomist are gone.... you shouldn't have to be stuck 3 different times and get bruised up every time. & they make it a big deal about requesting a particular sticker. It takes longer now they are short staff... not to mention the pay out keep getting lower & lower it from $95 down to $75. That's nuts, like we don't know how much you are getting for that bottle and then that's all you want to give us. Then we spend the rest of o

Would give negative stars if I could. I had an appointment on Tuesday and they sent me a reminder an hour before the appointment but they were closed all day because employees didn't show up. Wasted time and money driving out there. On Wed I went and someone came in after me and their appointment was later than mine and they put them ahead of me because they had things to do that afternoon. I'm using my boyfriend's account so I don't get banned because Matt said he'd ban me because I said those people shoul

It's a good place to get some extra money if they would actually open when they say they will. They've changed their hours around two or three times just in the time that I've been donating. I've been an active donor at this location for a little over a month and there's been a number of times when I've had to leave because the staff wasn't there on time or didn't show up at all. With no notice or signage on the door to show that they wouldn't be open that day, even if you have an appointment. Most of the s

First visit was awesome. Took about 2 hours or so, very professional. Will be coming back! Great pay and the staff was awesome! Very welcoming.

Floor staff was wonderful I enjoyed my time and experience. They are attentive and accurate. I recommend donating here

The staff here are amazing! Very kind, fun and patient! Definitely recommend to come here!

Between Donny , Tim, Quick, and Dazja they are the best crew I've seen in a donation center ... I would advise donating here if you get the chance

I don't think that is right for me being 210 pounds donating a full bottle and getting paid $85 but a person comes in and they weigh 110 pounds and they get 85 if that's the case then the people that weighs 210 pounds should only donate a half a bottle just like the skinny people. Why are you gonna take a fool bottle from the big people and only take half a bottle for a skinny person and still pay us the same amount of money that is not fair or professional. That is actually robbery cause you can't sit ther

New company takeover is a joke. Some of us don't need their money, but I'll be damned if I get paid the same as someone donating nearly half the time and half the plasma and they get the same pay as me. I don't need you... You need me remember that. You're basically telling me that I'm going to compensate the people who don't weigh as much as me, but I have to give almost double and spend nearly twice the time. They get the money I'm supposed to receive. I do it to save lives, not because I need the money,

I went in as a new donor and my address on my id was different than my current address. I gave them a picture of a statement from my landlord that included my full name, my address, and the date (9/9/24) which was today. Four different people told me that they were able to accept that for my address. Then they turned around and said it wasn't good enough and I had to bring in a piece of mail. So i found some mail and bought it back in and showed them. They turned around again and said it wasn't good enough

I visited the freedom plasma in louisvlle today and I just want to say that the whole staff is exceptional but Mrs.Drea today was above and beyond she makes this facility so welcoming and comfortable and I really appreciate her ....

This place has gone way down hill with the exception of a few phlebotomist like donnette (I believe that's her name) and select others. Seems like the rest don't really care about the job, just there to complain about taking a break. They don't pay attention to people donating and seem to lack common knowledge of the job. I was deferred for 56 days because they neglected to properly do their job

I recently started coming to this center. WOW , very incredible atmosphere was my 1st impression. Clean , organized, staff always on alert for people coming in and other who've been waiting . Very friendly and welcoming from all staff members. Very professional from what I've gathered the 2 times I've been in . Great service . Great job to management for running a great team. Great job team they couldn't do it without you . THANK YOU AGAIN TO ALL STAFF !!!!! KEEP IT UP !!!!

Place sucks! Cheap basterds! Stay away it is not worth the money. Absolutely not worth the money.

Only reason I'm giving this place two stars is I'm being nice because I enjoy each and every person that I have encountered that works at this place.Their customer service skills are absolutely fantastic and are good people and mean well and trying.Problem is they haven't been properly trained ,are learning as they go and some have no clue what they are even doing. In my years of donating plasma I've never been tempted to back out until I came to this place. They get you with the $100 for the first 8 donation

Can't say enough nIce things about this Place. They're very friendly and helpful. The center is extremely clean and comfortable. Mia is the young lady who has been doing my stick and she's wonderful. Did not feel a thing with her. So I made sure to return and have her do my iv again. Really happy and grateful for her and all the other wonderful folks that work there.

Can't make first time donor appointments. Tried 5 times to walk in. Final time waited 3 hours before being told I couldn't donate because I had surgery a month ago. Surgery was not on the initial questionnaire nor was it on their website.

Don't come here, I litearly spent 4 hours waiting, they seemed very unorganized and not very professional. Especially the lady who was doing my paper work, she was in such a rush to get home that she messed up my paper work to the point where I have to come a different day to donate?? I will never come here or recommend anyone to come here. This is not okay.

I just wanted to say Brianna made Me feel so comfortable and calm because I have a major fear of needles so I almost failed the heart rate test over and over again from my anxiety but the way she worked with me to calm me down was a miracle because my heart be racinggggg lol. So I just wanted to shout out to her because I would have been late on rent if it wasent for her. ??

I will say HANDS DOWN ADELE IS THE BEST STICK I HAVE EVER HAD, then her personality tops it off!! She deserves a raise or a lot of recognition for the amazing job she does.. Vic you might seem grouchy but you work you butt off in that place. Thank you for being so great.. I need to make sure everyone knows this too I can't leave Ms Andrea out she always welcomes us with a smile and open arms her presents makes my day each time. Thanks for always smiling no matter your day.

I've been to freedom plasma (Louisville Kentucky) now 7 times and I am very happy with the process. The facility is always clean, the process is quick. Even my first visit and physical was under 3 hours. Normal visit for me about 1 hour. The compensation for your donation is adequate and it's loaded on the card right after you finish so there's no waiting. The staff is friendly and professional. I had one small issue and it was resolved before I left the center. I will recommend Freedom plasma center to my

I've been coming to this center for a couple months now and have never had an issue other than that darn CDCA . Today I had Sarrina as my phlebotomist, I've had her before and she is always on point with her sticks. I barely ever feel it. Thanks guys!!

So I have had some ups and downs with Freedom. Some staff need to be accountable for the laziness and not completing there jobs for the donors. With that said let me just point out the GOOD!! Shelby she is Amazing, Hard Worker, always smiling and willing to help anyone!! You lose Shelby you'll lose a lot of donors!!! Mike he fits his position well. Eager to help and do what is right! Great man smart for promoting him!! Last but not least SAM she works so hard with a smile on her face along with she is the

While it's better than other plasma centers, I had an issue with not being able to confirm a deferral over the phone, resulting in wasted time and money traveling to the center when a phone call would have sufficed. Additionally I wasn't even offered privacy for the conversation!

Sarrina was very gentle and talk me through each step. I like the way that she was conversational, which relaxed me while I was getting sticked. And I hate needles. Definitely a keeper

Staff are wonderful, pay is great and facilities are nice. The only thing I wish they would change is the pay card company they use. The charges are ridiculous. An get an app for the questions an scheduling appointments made. Correct that an they be perfect....

First timer me and my wife just this past week. And it was super easy, they moved the process along and no waiting forever as I was worried would happen. Looking forward to going back. And the money obviously comes in handy big time.

Today was my very first time giving plasma and I ain't gonna lie, I was a nervous wreck. But Michael personally held my hand through the whole ordeal and made my visit very enjoyable, he was super kind and very respectful. I'll 100% be back.

Too many times I have made an appointment for a specific time to work with my busy schedule and I end up sitting for 30 min or more to be screened and then after getting screened I have to wait AGAIN to get a bed. Stop letting people schedule too many appointments if you cannot accommodate us for our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES! Or hire more people. Stop making us wait

Sarrina is the best! She always gets good stick and has amazing vibes. Great at problem solving and confident in her work!

First time donor, but all of the staff at Freedom made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They do a great job of educating you and communicating every step of the way. The facility is clean and has sufficient parking, I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fairly fast pro tips for new donors, show up early, make yourself known, show up 2 forms of id 2 pieces of mail. Watched a guy sit from 2 to 6 because he didnt know to go up to the desk and say "Hello im a new donor." Dont be that guy

The whole process was great. Ms Sam was the one that stuck me and she was gentle and friendly. The staff were kind and professional.

I go here and never usually have problems. Just hate that there is only been 1 girl who can get vaun right to donate. But my husband goes here as well and he's been differed twice and was never told about it. He was always told her could return and when he comes back he's then told he is differed. That upsets me bad and makes me not want to come back. I hate the miss communication

Lazy ass workers. They weren't even busy today at about 12pm and they stopped taking new donors. Despicable hope they close down next.??

I've came 2 different times and was turned away due to a high pulse rate. My pulse naturally runs on the higher side. I have documentation from my medical records to prove this, however they don't care. Last time I went it was 105, which is great for me, (normally runs 110/115) their cut off is at 100. So once again, I left without being able to donate. Even tho, I've never had a problem at other centers. It's like they'd rather turn you away then have to work. SMH

0 stars for me the let me make my first donation then they told me I donated somewhere else which I didn't !!!!!! They said that my information was used on the 9th of September which not true they told me tried to donate 3 times in 7 days ???? If so would have been a mistake but instead of deferring me for a day , week or even a month they decided that forever was the answer. I told them if anything I lost track of my days or something but they treat me as if I done it all the time or intentionally but sti

Love the staff... Shelby has been a awesome addition to this work place. She is always willing to help someone when needed and always has a smile on her face

This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice and professional. Clean facility and i will definitely be coming back! Blue did an amazing job and im so glad he helped me!

I love it. The staff is friendly and great everyone is terrific my favorite is blue :) he's fast and confident on what he doing he informed me great on the plasma process made me feel real comfortable because I was nervous at first.

First time coming in and was very nervous they helped me through it all the way and answered all my questions (I asked a bunch lol) no hesitation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to donate. Also the payment is very easy and immediate 5 STARS

The staff Alisha and Vic were very unprofessional they told me how ghetto this center was because I said I was jammin to Mary j blige how they listen to hood music cause we black with a run on the back of the hand Vick said Alisha told a pt I will see you outside.. they were horrible and very unprofessional I won't be back,

The team here is the best I've experienced in 2 years of donating. Keep up the good work. Always a pleasure to see everyone!

My experience here has been great thank you to Erica for always sticking me softly and not making it hurt she's a very pleasant person and very appreciated

First time coming to the place coming from octapharma and very fast and professional thanks to blue and the tall girl in he back they made the process comfortable and they guy blue is a little rough with the finger sticking but he's definitely knows how make the blood flow and he was very good at explaining about the center and the plasma process and Lamiya I believe her name was was patient and gentle with me I highly recommend this place.

I used to be very happy but then they lost their doctor. So for over a month I was not allowed to donate! Cost me a lot of hardships and they will not compensate me for anything!!!! ????

They are nice people, and they try there best to make sure all is good before you Donate your plasma

Fast and friendly. Really enjoyed the staff they make you feel comfortable while at the facility.

On most days is fast and easy in and out. But they've been short staffed lately and the experience takes a little longer.

Workers are very rude. Why bother making appointments when they don't take you back till 2-3 hours After your appointment time

They almost never answer the phone but other than that it's a fairly decent plasma center

I went to donate and they said I will never be able to donate because my ID has a middle initial and my social has it written out. I didn't make them. Can't change that. I think it's completely insane.

They not accepting new donors till Jan 2025 That's crazy?

Freedom plasma is a whole VIBE. Help your pockets at the same time as helping people that need your plasma. Every one that works at Freedom is a delight, but Miss. Mia is my favorite. Keep showing out Freedom plasma

Stay away from this place. Inexperienced staff that will bruise you up fishing for a vein. Then they will turn you away on your next visit when they caused the bruise in the first place.

Freedom is good place to donate Angela miyaha Shelby Laura is the ones u wanna get them to stick you they the best

Sarrina is the best up there. Knows what she is doing and very friendly!

Love this place it's clean they are nice and professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have been to some horrible places for plasma and freedom plasma is by far the best one in the Louisville area.

They hire anybody, poor girl didnt know what she was doing had a bunch a blood gushing out of my arm. Doesnt seem safe there

They have some weird rules. You can't donate if you work/worked there!! Plasma is a life saving business and all should be welcomed!!

Sarrina is one of the best she explains everything well and she quick

Sarrina and the rest of them are very helpful, their mindful of the people needs, great place

sam t freedom plasma was very helpful, i usually don't get comfortable with donating at first. Thank you again Sam ??

Really kind people who do a good job making me feel less nervous

Not only is this place unsafe but every time I go there they mess up something they gave me the wrong amount of money said they was going to correct it and never did

Denette is the Best !Sarina is Awesome! And Shelby!??

Worst place ever because I have trouble reading they would not let me give like really not everyone can read perfect so they are really a sad place I'm sick of people and company's like that

This place deferred me for life for answering a question wrong. Who does that?

everyone seems to be focused but donor/worker communication seems neglected do to ego for some reason

Place is a joke sat in their all day to be told that I can't donate because of a past that's been over 23 years ago

Sarrina was very pleasant and friendly great phlebotomist

Bad experience left my arm black and blue. Could not find my vein and blew my artery .
