Once freedom was bought out most the staff left. Few people stayed. The people who stayed are amazing!! The new workers i swear don't know anything. They are very rude and sometimes even nasty with you. I used to recommend all my friends here. I have friends never going to donate again because of how rude they are up front. I am no longer suggesting this plasma donation center. It will be on the list to avoid. Oh don't even try to come to your appointment early. Not allowed to sign in. Not even 5 minutes ea

I was a frequent donator, then this new company came in. Almost all the good phlebotomist are gone.... you shouldn't have to be stuck 3 different times and get bruised up every time. & they make it a big deal about requesting a particular sticker. It takes longer now they are short staff... not to mention the pay out keep getting lower & lower it from $95 down to $75. Would give negative stars if I could. I had an appointment on Tuesday and they sent me a reminder an hour before the appointment but they were closed all day because employees didn't show up. Wasted time and money driving out there. On Wed I went and someone came in after me and their appointment was later than mine and they put them ahead of me because they had things to do that afternoon. It's a good place to get some extra money if they would actually open when they say they will. They've changed their hours around two or three times just in the time that I've been donating. I've been an active donor at this location for a little over a month and there's been a number of times when I've had to leave because the staff wasn't there on time or didn't show up at all. I don't think that is right for me being 210 pounds donating a full bottle and getting paid $85 but a person comes in and they weigh 110 pounds and they get 85 if that's the case then the people that weighs 210 pounds should only donate a half a bottle just like the skinny people. New company takeover is a joke. Some of us don't need their money, but I'll be damned if I get paid the same as someone donating nearly half the time and half the plasma and they get the same pay as me. I don't need you... I went in as a new donor and my address on my id was different than my current address. I gave them a picture of a statement from my landlord that included my full name, my address, and the date (9/9/24) which was today. Four different people told me that they were able to accept that for my address. Then they turned around and said it wasn't good enough and I had to bring in a piece of mail. So i found some mail and bought it back in and showed them. They turned around again and said it wasn't good enough

This place has gone way down hill with the exception of a few phlebotomist like donnette (I believe that's her name) and select others. Seems like the rest don't really care about the job, just there to complain about taking a break. They don't pay attention to people donating and seem to lack common knowledge of the job. I was deferred for 56 days because they neglected to properly do their job

I recently started coming to this center. WOW , very incredible atmosphere was my 1st impression. Clean , organized, staff always on alert for people coming in and other who've been waiting . Very friendly and welcoming from all staff members. Very professional from what I've gathered the 2 times I've been in . Great service . Great job to management for running a great team. Only reason I'm giving this place two stars is I'm being nice because I enjoy each and every person that I have encountered that works at this place.Their customer service skills are absolutely fantastic and are good people and mean well and trying.Problem is they haven't been properly trained ,are learning as they go and some have no clue what they are even doing.In my years of donating plasma I've never been tempted to back out until I came to this place.They get you with the $100 for the first 8 donation

Can't say enough nIce things about this Place. They're very friendly and helpful. The center is extremely clean and comfortable. Mia is the young lady who has been doing my stick and she's wonderful. Did not feel a thing with her. So I made sure to return and have her do my iv again. Really happy and grateful for her and all the other wonderful folks that work there.

Can't make first time donor appointments. Tried 5 times to walk in. Final time waited 3 hours before being told I couldn't donate because I had surgery a month ago. Surgery was not on the initial questionnaire nor was it on their website.

Don't come here, I litearly spent 4 hours waiting, they seemed very unorganized and not very professional. Especially the lady who was doing my paper work, she was in such a rush to get home that she messed up my paper work to the point where I have to come a different day to donate?? I just wanted to say Brianna made Me feel so comfortable and calm because I have a major fear of needles so I almost failed the heart rate test over and over again from my anxiety but the way she worked with me to calm me down was a miracle because my heart be racinggggg lol. I will say HANDS DOWN ADELE IS THE BEST STICK I HAVE EVER HAD, then her personality tops it off!! She deserves a raise or a lot of recognition for the amazing job she does.. I've been to freedom plasma (Louisville Kentucky) now 7 times and I am very happy with the process. The facility is always clean, the process is quick. Even my first visit and physical was under 3 hours. Normal visit for me about 1 hour. The compensation for your donation is adequate and it's loaded on the card right after you finish so there's no waiting. The staff is friendly and professional. I've been coming to this center for a couple months now and have never had an issue other than that darn CDCA . Today I had Sarrina as my phlebotomist, I've had her before and she is always on point with her sticks. I barely ever feel it. Thanks guys!!

So I have had some ups and downs with Freedom. Some staff need to be accountable for the laziness and not completing there jobs for the donors. With that said let me just point out the GOOD!! While it's better than other plasma centers, I had an issue with not being able to confirm a deferral over the phone, resulting in wasted time and money traveling to the center when a phone call would have sufficed. Additionally I wasn't even offered privacy for the conversation!

Sarrina was very gentle and talk me through each step. I like the way that she was conversational, which relaxed me while I was getting sticked. And I hate needles. Definitely a keeper

Today was my very first time giving plasma and I ain't gonna lie, I was a nervous wreck. But Michael personally held my hand through the whole ordeal and made my visit very enjoyable, he was super kind and very respectful. I'll 100% be back.

Too many times I have made an appointment for a specific time to work with my busy schedule and I end up sitting for 30 min or more to be screened and then after getting screened I have to wait AGAIN to get a bed. Stop letting people schedule too many appointments if you cannot accommodate us for our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES! Or hire more people. Stop making us wait

First time donor, but all of the staff at Freedom made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They do a great job of educating you and communicating every step of the way. The facility is clean and has sufficient parking, I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fairly fast pro tips for new donors, show up early, make yourself known, show up 2 forms of id 2 pieces of mail. Watched a guy sit from 2 to 6 because he didnt know to go up to the desk and say "Hello im a new donor." Dont be that guy

The whole process was great. Ms Sam was the one that stuck me and she was gentle and friendly. The staff were kind and professional.

I go here and never usually have problems. Just hate that there is only been 1 girl who can get vaun right to donate. But my husband goes here as well and he's been differed twice and was never told about it. He was always told her could return and when he comes back he's then told he is differed. I've came 2 different times and was turned away due to a high pulse rate. My pulse naturally runs on the higher side. I have documentation from my medical records to prove this, however they don't care. Last time I went it was 105, which is great for me, (normally runs 110/115) their cut off is at 100. So once again, I left without being able to donate. Even tho, I've never had a problem at other centers. It's like they'd rather turn you away then have to work. SMH

0 stars for me the let me make my first donation then they told me I donated somewhere else which I didn't !!!!!! They said that my information was used on the 9th of September which not true they told me tried to donate 3 times in 7 days ???? First time coming to the place coming from octapharma and very fast and professional thanks to blue and the tall girl in he back they made the process comfortable and they guy blue is a little rough with the finger sticking but he's definitely knows how make the blood flow and he was very good at explaining about the center and the plasma process and Lamiya I believe her name was was patient and gentle with me I highly recommend this place.

I used to be very happy but then they lost their doctor. So for over a month I was not allowed to donate! Cost me a lot of hardships and they will not compensate me for anything!!!! ????

Stay away from this place. Inexperienced staff that will bruise you up fishing for a vein. Then they will turn you away on your next visit when they caused the bruise in the first place.

They hire anybody, poor girl didnt know what she was doing had a bunch a blood gushing out of my arm. Doesnt seem safe there
