I followed all of their instructions on how to make sure my veins are good and ready to be stuck. I had plenty of water and I ate a meal about an hour before I went, while still drinking more water. I know my body, I was very hydrated. This was the second day I had come because they couldn't find my veins. They did a vein check this time before doing anything else and the lady that was checking told me she found a vein but that it got to small as it went up, so she told me no for the day. So my appointment was at 1:45 I got there and did my questions on my phone like that asked and the lady claim she checked me in so I sat down whole time she never checked me in so I get up atp it's 2:30 I have to pick my child up at 3:30 I told the lady that so she had another lady call me to do a screening the lady put my weight in n then had to run to the floor bc something happen so I end up having to leave I go back another lady told me I can't donate today 2/17/25 n id have to come 2moro

Horrible experience one I bring my kid in they say I can't cool put it on your signs and then my fianc? try to go donate and they let her go all the way thru the screening process and then tell her she can't do it

I don't have any issues with the staff I really like them. They're really cool, but this place is really not worth it anymore. Some of the people that work their is just completely unprofessional. standing around calling each other the N word. all while there is people that have been done for over an hour waiting to get an iv taken out. Definitely would not go here mainly in the evening they don't do their jobs. Go early in the morning with the people who actually do their jobs!

Took me a couple tries but I got my appointment today. As a first time doner everyone was sweet. Quick tip though the process will go a lot faster if you schedule your appointment online and bring your SSC and proof as address when you go in. It's a pretty smooth prosses.

I always request Shyana every time I go because she's the absolute best! I bruise very easily and every time she sticks me I barely bruise and sometimes not even at all. I highly recommend requesting her if you want a comfortable and nice experience.

The staff are friendly and professional, they make the whole interaction enjoyable. The transition to the new company has been a horrible experience. Lower rewards and a complete mismanagement of services.

I come in twice a week and hope I get Ana. She is sweet and always brightens up my day. She is very professional and patient and takes her time to make sure I'm comfortable.

Shyana and Priscilla have always been attentive and kindhearted with an excellent bedside manner. They are thorough, yet quick. I have never had any issues with my donation process with them and enjoy being in their bay. They always make me and my husband feel at home and comfortable. I had an issue last time I went in for the 2.5 hour wait time and then was contacted by the manager with an apology. So I tried again today to donate plasma and when I went to check in I was told I could not donate today because I did not have an appointment? What is this mess? An appointment to donate plasma? Since when?

I made my appointment for 6:45. I work full time and am not ever sure exactly what time I will be able to make it. So I pick the latest time available so that I know I can make it to the appointment. I drive from work to the Nacogdoches location, about twenty miles, to be told that my name didn't make the list and that they are only able to process 1 person every 15 minutes. When I asked why there wasn't any procedures in place to at least let the client know beforehand that he or she wasn't going to be abl

So far I've been there three times and every time I've gone the staff is amazing! Everyone is super nice, positive, and helpful. I see so much team work. I've gone as soon as they open and I've been before they close and all the staff goes above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and at ease no matter what time it is. They get you checked in pretty quickly and the place is extremely clean. You get paid for donating and you are helping out people who need it. I can't say enough good things about the peo

I love the entire facility but this one guy that with me, went above and above to be as gentle as he could be poking me and withdrawing the needle, he is such a gentle bear... I would more than love to Recognize Mr. Chase Hudson for such great work with a smile on his face despite the pressure in the building. Chase in my eyes is the "Real MVP ??"

The people are great. However, a new company called Grifols took over. They are only paying $45 for the 1st donation and $65 for the second. Previously it was $40 and $80 with a $10 bonus per donation for veterans and first responders. I guarantee the price they sell plasma for went up.

Great comfortable atmosphere. The people or really nice. I haven't had a bad stick but o must say I think Ana is the best one.

This place is awful! I'm a phlebotomist and went in today to donate. I know my veins and knew I should be able to donate then had someone not be able to find a vein especially when all of my veins are big and on the surface of my arm. This place definitely does not meet any kind of standard when it comes to being clean it is dirty and the staff are extremely rude. Also the hygiene of the staff is not good the guy that checked my veins had dirt and all kind of gunk under his finger nails. Looks like a homele

The workers cool but they don't know what they're doing the stuck me twice the proceeded to stick me again for the 3rd time I told them no and I wanted to get off because it's hurting my arm 1 lady got mad I left they said I can't come back no more it's there fault .

Would have been a 4 star at least if they hadn't decided to defer me over a year after I started donating. The woman who gave me my yearly physical didn't mark down that my tattoo of 7 years was present and therfor I was permanently deferred. The best part is when they tried to tell me it was my fault for not telling them that they forgot to mark it down. I have been going here almost since they opened. They have always been extremely professional and sweet. They try to get you in and out as fast as possible and they do a pretty good job at it. People forget it's a small town with a bunch of donors, but they handle it well. I have been going to donate with them for over a year and they are, by far, the best at what they do!

First time donation took a little over 4 hours to accomplish, due to the amount of traffic. But no worries the technician was super sweet and had excellent manners, however the second time I donated it took almost 3 hours just to begin donating with hardly anyone there! Exploiting and treating desperate people like garbage. I didn't even make it past the application stages once I seen how they spoke and treated donors. I could use some extra side cash but not at the expense of being disrespected. I feel for those who have to endure this type of treatment to make ends meet. At least the blood center of East Texas acknowledges you're a person and has respect for your time.

It's amazing for the first 5Ish visit but they messed up my vein last time I went and it hurt for weeks after and my arm was sore so I just stopped going? Was pretty alright though you can get very cold and uncomfortable sitting there for 40 mins though!

I am so overwhelmed by everyone who works there. Especially; Amber, Liz, Mariah, Ru, Bri, and Jasmine are just phenomenal. I've been donating since a good while ago last year and I would highly recommend freedom plasma for anyone interested in giving back to the community even with little time to spare. The process only takes an hour or two and the staff is very kind and efficient. The facility is always very spotless, sterile and well kept. New donors can get 100$ for the first 8 donations and an additional 100$ for referrals. I have donated plasma at a center out in vancouver Washington prior to danating here and I would say
