All the staff are amazing except Jared he has a way a way makingyou < feel embarrassed and humiliated for being plus size ( lost weight so extra skin) have left the upset and crying a couple times but i come back to help others. And the other staff are the true faces of the company.
I read a lot of negative reviews here before I went and idk what they went through but it isn't what I have. The staff are friendly and kind. They take good care of you and it is a very clean and well taken care of facility. Great way to help out people and make a little extra cash
Every experience I've had here has been great! All of the staff has been super informative and caring, especially Crystal and Paige. The environment is very, very clean and they make sure you are comfortable! Also, I'd like to add that Julie P at booth 4 is ALWAYS sweet and caring as well!! I love when I get called to her booth, she is gentle and so nice to talk to!
Was really disappointed in the lady screening me tonight. Have been going well over a year. Never once have they checked my ID when screening. Just did it Saturday. My address on my license is not the same as my address now. But had mail Saturday and everything was good. I got to give. She spent more time walking back and forth trying to find a reason for me not to give. First it was my license. Then once that didn't work for her she tried with 2 or 3 people about a scratch on my hand. Everyone said it was
Super friendly people and great atmosphere. Been going here over a year now and no complaints. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Should out to a few people Taylor, Heather and sorry but can't remember her name but she is tall and different color hair and as for phlebotomist, Ali, Delaney and Crystal and very friendly, professional and I barely feel it when they stick me. Would definitely recommend this place.
Crystal H is the best! She is very sweet and professional!! Always brings life & laughter to this company!! I've had nothing but great experiences at your company thank you for all that everyone does!! And it feels great knowing I'm helping save lives!!! Truly great place! And as a side its also a great way to make some easy money on the side!!
I love this place I think the staff is amazing everyone is helpful . Every time I go in I have Nick or Tameka end up poking me a they are incredibly amazing with what they do! Also every time I come in Taylor is always amazing as can be with the screening she is quick and persistent!
Every time I go the workers on each station are the sweetest and most kind people. I always know they are doing their best to ensure my visit is smooth and without issue! S/O to everyone for making this a 5 star experience every time!
I am a new donner and the group here is awesome!
Ty is definitely my favorite! She always makes it a great experience with no pain. She cares about her people and has a great attitude, she is overall great at what she does ?? Thank you Ty!
The least professional environment I have EVER been in (especially a Healthcare type environment). Very poor customer service/interaction skills, not as clean as would be expected, rude employees, not one smile the entire time being inside from any employee, and simply just a ghetto place of business. Just so everyone knows plasma donations are worth a higher pay rate.
I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism I received from April. She does a really great job and has every time. I never have any trouble donating when she works on me. I want to thank her very much. So thank you Apri!
I made an appointment online at 10 in the morning when it was time for the appointment they asked me for my ID and they asked me for my social security the lady who attended me looked me up and down.. in the end she didn't attend me ...son racistas
Ms.Heidi is awesome she was the most gentle flab that I have had since coming. I would recommend this donation center and Ms.Heidi to anyone. As I have put this great review on here I have been lied to three times by the red headed manager guy that is not even the manager. He told me that my first 8 donations were to restart due to the fact that I was differed after one of the flabs did not check the lines and it had a kink and stopped working. So yeah go at your own risk they might not give you your money
They took my plasma twice, but they wouldn't take it the third time, they said it was because they could only find one vein, but it never mattered about finding two veins before!!! I think they are a Scam and a Ripoff!!! They just take your plasma when they want to!! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there, it could be a waste of Time!!!
The staff at Freedom Plasma has been nothing but amazing. From the moment you walk in until you leave, everyone is very friendly and professional. All of the plebotomist have been wonderful, but Angie really shines in this department. She is very good at what she does!
Been going for a while, so I'm used to the stick. I was worried cause I had a person who never stuck me before. Nick did a great job, seriously I never felt a thing. Smooth as silk.
The staff are all super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. The casual atmosphere promotes an easy going and generally enjoyable experience. A good cause with a great benefit!
I have been coming to Freedom Plasma for a little over a year now, and since day one I've had an exceptional experience, ALWAYS. With it being the only center in town to serve SO many people, they can get busy & maybe a little overwhelmed. BUT they are always so kind and do their jobs WELL! Thank you Freedom team for your amazing work! Many don't understand why y?all do what you do or why us donors donate. Rewarding for myself and the ones in need??
Sam is the best. She keeps me cslm.she is absolutely the best
Everyone was great and very friendly. They was helpful and organized and make sure that you are comfortable and everything. For it to be my first time doing this I had a great experience thanks!
0/10 I have been twice. First time there I was given a hematoma on the first poke. This time I was poked/adjusted on three times in the same arm, which ended up giving me ANOTHER hematoma. Two visits two massive bruises on my arms. These were two different people. I would STRONGLY advise NOT going to this place. Place is dirty and seems like they hire any geek off the street 0/10
I look forward to coming twice a week or as often as work lets me. It's a great way to earn some extra $$ and help save lives since plasma can't be synthesized. The staff are friendly and make the experience comfortable, quick and even sometimes fun. You'll find yourself loving them and wanting to see them. I always look forward to it. Tyeese (Ty) is by far my favorite as she's a great phlebotomist and a fun person. I love seeing her and having her stick me as I barely feel or don't feel it at all. Getting
After 1 year+ I have only great experiences here. The whole team is great: Nick, Lori, Jillian, Misty, etc, etc. highly recommend.
Freedom Plasma has been very professional and friendly every time I have been in there. The employees like each other and get along. They engage in conversation with you and make you feel comfortable. Taylor and Lori were both helpful.
Sam and Lexi were FANTASTIC! Really made the experience go so much smoother. And Lexi was AWESOME with the needle stick! Sam was phenomenal with the clean up and disconnection from pumps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND both of these young ladies!
Don't go here unless you want to be insulted... Back story I woke up this morning, took a shower per usual and went to donate. Started to checkin and got sent to a private room and told "I smell horrible." This was my 7th attempt to donate with only 3 successful and the first three everything went smooth and those staff members were great.
They should be ashamed of themselves but they are too superior for that! The least compassionate people working here I've met in a long time. Entirely unprofessional and for no reason other than to just be mean and heartless because they can. Bottom of the barrel employees showing their true colors.
My first experience at Freedom plasma was awesome!! Lori, Bri, Nicole, Crystal, Nick, Jojo, Sean, Mary and Delaney was so wonderful to me. I didn't feel a thing! They are an extraordinary team. Thank you all! ??
Most of the people on the floor are nice and professional..others walk around and do not do nothing..its good for extra cash..But could be better..Also have some that very rude...and I don't DO RUDE
Went in to donate, was very aggressively asked if I had an appointment. I said no and tried to explain I was just going to check since I was a reoccurring donor. I was told (once again aggressively) told I had to have an appointment to donate and they didn't have any openings and book an appointment. Nothing was said to me when I first visited about booking an appointment, nothing was said the last two times that I went about an appointment, especially since I walked in and signed in. That incident just mak
Y'all always are fast and efficient. Taylor is my favorite. She always has a smile on and ready to cheer u up.
Crystal is an excellent phlebotomist. Sam is good at her job. They should get raises. Only thing I'd hope for is to see movies and tv shows like price is right, let's make a deal, dateline pretty much any! Tv show or movie! during donation, please please no more music videos! Requested it, was told ?fleas have control? what's a flea? Told phlebotomist
Crystal, Tori, Nick and TY were awesome at Freedom Plasma in Paducah! Very professional and compassionate! Love the whole gang there!
Been going for well over a year now. The team has always been awesome and nice. Currently they are collecting school supplies to donate and have collected non perishables before to donate. If I had a critique it would be that the way things are done changes alot, however the employees have worked hard to update donors. The wait can also be frustrating. Usually not an issue but sometimes... dang.
Not professional, and they have some terrible phlebotomist
Very friendly staff!! They are if on times so if not sure call and ask they will tell you. Money goes on right after donating which is great. I just wish they paid like they do in other areas lol. Paula is great at the sticking and comfort of needle placement!! If you have any questions the staff answers it and if they don't know the bosses do. Give them a try out be a great way to save money for vacation Christmas even a little pizza money.
I love Julie p and Tanya and Sam oh an gretta an Taylor oh lol .... Tamika Crystal TY Nicole Whitney love YA
They are very compassionate and very understanding. They make you feel very comfortable. They are very nice and deserve more credit then what they receive from clients.
Went to become a new donor they told I could not become a new donor. When on the website it says accepting new donors.
I began donating plasma a month ago and it has been very rewarding for me, not just monetarily, but personally. By doing this, I'm helping others. After my 2nd donation, I had a fall and broke my elbow outside of the center. It wasn't because of the donation but my own human error. They have been great in working with me and everyone has been super nice. It is a great place with a caring staff.
Had a good experience. They had a good lady to draw blood Julia today. She did great with one stick.God job
First time ever doing any kind of donating; they left me alone and on the machine for over 2 hours and when I asked to take a pic of it the lady said she would get fired. They completely blew my vein out and the entire experience was nothing short of unprofessional and painful. Thanks freedom plasma for making it hard to carry my own son in my arm. Update: nice to see I got a fairly robotic response, though I'm sure you're not allowed to make it very specific. I don't know how unless I was given a new vein
I have donated 4 times so far and look forward to each visit everyone at the Paducah KY location is very friendly and makes the time pass quickly and they are always keeping an eye on you making sure you are doing well
So I'm using my husband's phone I love this place and the staff they treat you like family know u by name Nicole tyesse Julie and crystal are the greatest. I'm glad I go there come by and see them
Whitney is not only a smooth and quick phlebotomist, she's also warm with a beautiful smile.
Taylor is very professional. She makes me feel welcome and I enjoy my visits here
Arianna was awesome and very gentle. She's also very kind and deserves a raise! ??
Crystal is very amazing kind and caring. Her and Heather make me feel welcomed and make me want to keep coming back.
The one star is for not mentioning on the site nor Google maps that it's appointments only, that's not my fault it's yours. I'm a regular donor and processing doesn't take much time but lack of organization and communication is not good. It wasn't that busy and they could've squeezed me in yet they refused knowing it's not my fault, losing time and traveling is not what I looked for, not sure i wanna do this again
The place is clean and friendly but it's always problems with they're phlebotomist I've been going there since March of 23 haven't been able to make eight donations yet because of mis sticks I think they need to move the fill in acting phlebotomist s they have they're to Broadway or something some of the phlebotomist they have there are professional and smooth but unfortunately I don't think they have the option to choose who pokes u with a needle. Some are really good and realize they drawing blood and som
Crystal does a great job here she makes the experience much more tolerable I gave her five stars
Ericka the dct/ screener is amazing and very friendly. She makes the visit all worth the while!
It's a really easy process everyone friendly go check it out with Ty, Erica, Crystal let the help you out
JoJo was awesome, I had some complications my first donation. She saw me through the whole process. Thank you!
Love the staff members and has been a great experience during my time donating so far
I absolutely love Sam as my check in girl and April as my phlebotomist!!!! They are awesome!!!
Great staff, great atmosphere, highly recommend! Lori and Heidi are wonderful!
People are always so friendly and supportive. Love all the phlebotomists they are all 5 ??..
Crystal Whitney and ty all very professional and make sure your comfortable the care about their patients
I have drove up there 4 times and each time the new donor wait time has increased which wasn't much of a issue but being refused and told they are not taking new donors I went again today to try got there a hour after they opened was told it would be atleast a five hour wait and that they weren't taking any new donors today but then told to come back in a hour and I could try again I drove 45 minutes each way I even told the staff the wait isn't a issue but the refusal to let me donate is why I won't be try
This was my first time n last time donating my experience was horrible the first stick was good then they came n adjusted the needle then I'm assuming my vine gave out so I allowed them to stick again n they didn't receive anything from that stick then a manager came n told me that I wasn't gonna get paid for refusing to let them stick me again after the fact that I gave plasma n now that I have finished I still haven't received my payment I have called twice at different time n all I got was give ten minut
The one in Paducah Kentucky there plhebotomist need extensive training I've been in I think 4 times everytime there is a problem with the way they stick second time I went in I lost a bowl off blood was deferred 56 days after being stuck twice third time had to be restuck needle came out of my arm shooting a stream of blood in the air the second stick was going good until a worker started messing with the needle and had to pull it the last time had slow flow one girls answer was gotta restock another girl a
This place is great! I had the best experience with Lexi and Bree. I will definitely recommend freedom plasma to everyone I know.
Great experience didn't even feel the stick. Glad I can help.
Taylor was friendly and helpful and Whitney is ALWAYS great!
shout out to nicole jones crystal henderson tyeese anderson annabelle durham an last but not least sam u all are a great group of Ladies and do a great job thank you all for the kindness yall show an compassion thank you all
Thanks Ty. You're one of my favorite phlebotomists. You really make the donation process pleasant.
These folks know how to ruin a day. The time required isn't worth the result. When they make you wait for hours to start even with an appointment, what's the point? What should be a simple process is made impossible.
TY did an absolutely amazing job she is super!!
This is a wonderful place that helps others with plasma and it also helps you out! Taylor was amazing and gave me beneficial information!
The people at Freedom Plasma are some of the very best. I am usually a hard one to stick my veins see a needle and run lol ?? but they always get me in one try and no pain.
I been donating and not once did the tell me my portine was low so I boost up then I was told my portine been low on my last few donations and had to to go see my doctor get a paper filled out and get A blood sample by my doctor it came back good I take it back to freedom plasma and they say we want to do another blood sample now this is going for a few weeks then I was told they want to do another blood sample now I'm waiting another week and I call today to see if I can donate and was tol
Wonderful people ?? crystal is so kind and very professional
This place is awesome Taylor and Tameka are amazing and very polite
Crystal ty Paige tamieka Erika n Sam are the best
Always a good experience. Whitney and Ty are the best!
Taylor is amazing always a smile and welcoming wave
Crystal is the best and polite and makes me feel good about every donation
Amazing place ! The techs here are better than any Hospital I've been to...very clean
I like the way the people that handled me today was Crystal and Taylor
The staff are great. And the last few times I have gave plasma have went very smoothly. I have not had to sit and wait.
Great friendly staff.they treat you like family. Clean walls and floors. Go get some some money.
Some of the most unprofessional phelbotomist ever, I have only been a couple times and they keep blowing my veins in both arms to the point I was unable to donate from them just trying to insert the needle.
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Caring individuals
Always welcomed and treated great! Great Team!
Heidi with the hair tinsel ..best sticker ever.!
Tyeese and Paige are the best phlebotomist in the building.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
