2-3 hour wait times even with an appointment, they are understaffed (and know it), you can tell most of the workers that are there don't want to be there, and the payscale can change on you at any given time, even after your promised "new donor pay/per visit", so it's worth calling to make sure you know what your amount is before making the trip. The bathrooms are also not very well maintained. Honestly, 0 out of 10. I'd go to literally any other plasma donation center before trying Grifols/Freedom plasma.

0 Stars if it was an option! Where do I start. My appointment today was for 7:15 am. The doors didn't open until 7:35 am. No explanation or were sorry. A live bug was moving around in Bay 1. Employees had to take the donor bed in the back due to the bug contaminated the bed. Employees talking about getting high and being high. I had 4 more donation left for new donor fees of $100 per visit. Today it drop to $45. I'm going to Biolofe or CSL Plasma for better and more professional service.

As a new donor my experience was okay. Just to make you all aware the new donation fees is now $75 for the first 3 donations then you go from $45 to $75 as if your a return loyal donor? but as you can see it shows for the new donors fees for the 8 donations you will receive $100 and more.. Nope now it's much lower money which is interesting and not fair to the new donors. Hopefully they will go back to pay the new donors the 8 donations they gave before. And to the loyal donors the $40 for your 1st donatio

I started going here in the beginning of may it was ok then I went last week 2 times wrist experience of my life wait time for appointments is 2 hours behind they don't even try to accommodate nobody 6 girls was on the clock behind the bay not sticking nobody just talking but it's a whole line of ppl that need to be seen I sat in this location 4hours for a appointment that was scheduled at 10 am so I asked the person that was on shift kd can I get - a15 credit due to the inconvenience she said yes then befo

I would give 0 stars if possible. I've been donating for 10 years because of my universal blood type at multiple different centers because I always like helping out in ways that I can. I have called this location twice and driven there 4 times and every time I was turned down to start as a new donor. (keep in mind, every time I arrived it was at least 3 hours before they close) Each time they would give me a date and a specific time to show up again and I have done exactly that only to get turned down AGAIN

I dont appreciate having to wait to even sign into a kiosk when i was here before the facility even opened. I wasnt told i was required to make an appointment, so why would i have to wait to be seen at all.

I love this place!! The best one so far. I think all place should have you make an appointment. The initial process as a new donor took 2 hours??after that I was always in and out in an hour. The staff is always nice and professional. The payout is great.

I was a new donor today i went through the whole process & my veins were too small to donate but they said weather or not I donate I'll still receive something. After I sat in there for 3 hrs I was sent home & didn't get any payment

Today 4/2/2024 Freedom/imunotek changed new donor fees with no warning. I began mid March and expected to gain the fees that were shown at that time. The poster stated that I had 45 days to complete the new donor cycle only for me to be told today at the Freedom Stonecrest location that it would be substantially less because the company changed the fees on 4/1/2024. I will be out of nearly $200 and that is completely unacceptable. This is a problem that needs immediate correction especially for donors that

I visted this center and was told they stop taking new donors at a specific time and was told during the week they stop taking new donors at 4 pm so I took a day off to visit today and the had to wait all this time just to be registered and for their staff to keep trying to send me to another plasma center, I asked for a manager sat for about 10 minutes waiting for a manager who finally came out and didn't make the situation even better only to say that they don't have enough employees, my question is why d

They set my appointment for 3:00pm...I've been here 2 hours and haven't even completed a physical... Did my first donation got paid $100 went for my second donation they told me I could not donate because the previous week I had gone somewhere else... But yet they allowed me to do my first donation. no matter what happens they always find a way to stop you from donating..

The staff sucks ,they just talking amongst each other. I'm a knew Donar and been waiting for an hour and haven't filled out any application/paperwork, while regular donors are just sign in sitting waiting. I know they can be more efficient I mean it's a job not a club social gathering.Management doesn't get in until 10:30 I just heard the representative.

It Will Take A Full 4 Hours Just To See The Nurse An Another Hour Before You Can Even Donate I Do Not Recommend If You Have A Busy Day! They Try To Be Friendly To Distract You From The Fact You Are Going To Be Spending Your Entire Day Here.

Never picks up the damn phone 20 employees but no one can pick up the phone so generic and ghettos

They are terrible! I'm sorry but I have to be honest!... They are ghetto and sometimes act unprofessional. They gossip, slow poke around. They do favors for other people, one person can come in late and they go straight to the kiosk but if you go in a minute and few seconds late they want you to rescheduale. The wait time is estimated between 2-3 at times 3-4 hours and some change before you can get on the table or be seen to have your finger pricked WITH an appointment! One day last week I had an appointme

I don't understand if I bring my W-2 form (a federal document) with my FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND SS#, WHYYYYY Isn't that good enough along with my drivers license?! ????

Why is the nurse always late? This has happened to me twice in the same month. It's a gamble if you make an early appointment. The doors are locked because there's no nurse. Smh ?? Bathroom toilet stuffed with paper towels first thing in the morning, and the nurse that came in late wants to play trivia games with the clients (what a clown). This facility was once top of the line, now it's a bad joke.

It's about time everyone see what I'm talking about how unprofessional and ghetto they are I was almost in a fist fight with two of the employees because she kept getting smart with me. For one they canceled my appointment while I was sitting right there just to find out someone else donated under my name and the appointment wasn't canceled so when I went back they gave me $40 and I was like no it's $80 this time and they was like you donated last week and I had to tell them how could I donate if I was esc

Ms. Cathy, brittney & KD, Jah and Tara were absolutely phenomenal, kept checking on me & the atmosphere beat BioLife for sure. BioLife was rude. These ladies welcomed me in with open arms ????

Freedom plasma center is not like it used to be. I tried three times in a row to try to donate. I used to go here but now I'm considered to be a new donor. I guess the only way you could donate here is you have to be unemployed the first time I went, they told me I had to come back at 12 had to go to work. I just called today and asked them can I come? They told me I have to be there at 4 o'clock have to go to work and it is 7 o'clock in the morning that I'm calling then they told me I can come in then when

One thing about Freedom Plasma is that they do not place updates anywhere online when the location is closed, even if it's abrupt in the middle of the day. For some reason the center was closed on Saturday. I had an appointment at 11 and got there to see so many people outside. I have been calling them since Monday to see if they were open so I don't waste time and gas coming in, but none of my calls have been answered and there are no online updates. Please just make people aware of what's going on. Other

Horrible horrible they give you money on a card that literally takes all the darn money back. I needed to use this money for diapers for my baby. The card had $90 on it. It took $3 every month because I didn't use it. It took $5 because it declined at the store and I didn't realize it had a fee so I kept having them run it trying to use it. I ended up getting $46.23 in all. Nahhhhh I will never do that again they need to be ashamed of themselves. I won't be going back.

I experienced nothing but phenomenal service at Freedom, everyone was totally professional and caring. The process was speedy, I was a new donor and I was there maybe a little over 2 hours. And I love that you have to make an appointment going forward. I haven't experienced that part yet, I'll update my review on how that goes at a later date.

So I've always had a good experience here until the past few weeks. I'm driving 40 minutes away to get here and have an appointment booked. But no notice that they weren't going to be open which isn't fair when you're not living close by. If they aren't going to open up at their scheduled time why can't we receive a phone call stating that so I don't use my gas to drive here. Also last time I came it was short staffed and they offered us $10 to reschedule. Which is a little ridiculous to me.

Freedom plasma is scamming the new donors I started donating in march and was told my 8 donations must be completed in 45 days to receive new donor fees . I went today on 4-4-24 expecting to get the 130 I was promised and after my completed donation was told the new donor fees for April changed and I was getting those fees now instead . This is false advertising I have sent 7 people not including me and my wife here and now feel as though I've been robbed and scammed out of what I was promised. I kept my en

Freedom plasma has become equivalent to CSL plasma. They are becoming every other plasma center there is, they were actually good at one point. They close when they want, they open when they want and they change the fees when they want too, they changed the fees for new donors in the middle of donors getting new donor fees. We will now only get $45 for the first donation and $75 for the second donation. It is not fair that you all wouldn't give the people that were already there the rest of their fees but r

They prey on people in need of money. They make $3000-$5000 a bottle and only pay out 45/70 which was fine until they started taking more plasma from folks and didnt up the pay. I don't see people coming here for long

I have been donating at this center for almost a year now. The staff is usually nice not always professional but friendly. On 12/27/23 I went in to make a donation. I had on a shirt that came up half way over my arms. The young lady did my vitals and I was able to make the 1st part of my donation. I said the 1st part because when you are a regular donor you receive $40 for your 1st donation and $90 for the 2nd but it has to be completed in the same week. On 12/29/23 I went back to complete the 2nd donation

Corporate changes the pay out fees without notice! I had $150 coming for my 8th new donor donation; but Corporate changed my pay out to $100 without notice. Equally important, the plasma center could not open on time last Saturday; because of incompetent scheduling. In addition, Employees lied to donors. Names were written down on paper; yet I was later told by an employee the list meant nothing. Freedom plasma is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have ever entered!

I've literally called 50 to 60 times between the hours of 9 AM to 7 PM and not a single time of my calls been picked up. I've left messages and not a single time has anybody responded to any of my messages I've left. how are you supposed to make an appointment if there's nobody to take me call? It's clear this is by far the worst plasma place that you can go to. If you can go to anywhere else, my recommendation is that you do so. No wonder the comments overwhelmingly have bad things to say about this place

For my first time going out was pretty packed and lively full of energy and great people love. The staff was amazing and the process was quick and easy was at the fact the rates changed on me so quickly but I was willing to accept it. I even seen two of my piers there which was Kool I got to socialize and enjoy the peace away from the outside for a few hours. Thank you guys

May 13th 7:15 AM 5 hours on Marta to get here and return home from midtown Atlanta. Just to be told "appointment" only (either by call or visiting first), Well I called at least 5 times and even went online to find out more information before investing this time, no one ever answered. Their response to everyone's review is just a fake attempt to make it seem like they care. They don't, on Monday the earliest available time to schedule was on Friday, that is crazy. Every other plasma center accepts new don

My initial visit was fine, although there was a comment made about being understaffed with nurses. On my 2nd visit I had an appointment for 8:45am and when I arrived there at least 20 people sitting in the waiting room. There is no point to have an appointment if you will have to spend 30minutes to an hour waiting to get you finger prick/weight/BP readings before ever getting hooked to a machine. This place does not run efficiently and obviously an appointment means nothing.

Wonderful team! Under new management and fixing a lot of the issues. Regional and district support on par with the best companies I've dealt with. Certainly happy to donate here and will continue to do so for a long time!

Do NOT go here. I don't know if I saw and old sign or if they changed prices mid-week but I haven't been here in months and I came back Monday & the signs said $45 & $95. When I came in on Wednesday the sign said $45 & $70. When I asked about the discrepancy I was told, "the price hasn't been $95 in a long time". That's a LIE. How would I even know that price? When I donated before (over 4 months ago)the prices were completely different back then. So according to Freedom Plasma not only did I misread a pri

Very Unprofessional. Staff is very rude even when they have made the mistakes or ran out of equipment. Staff untrained and doesn't know the correct information. Do Not Listen to Sammy over the phone because he will misinform you then play dumb when you get there and get turned around. Several people there were complaining about the funds not being on card. If you're a 1st time donor go somewhere else

The staff and the overall experience was great, but my Dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I was supposed to get $130 and I come in and they give me 40. They said it was a new policy 40 on the first visit 90 on the second doesn't matter if you're Under first time, donor program or no? As I said before, I couldn't ask for a better experience as far as the staff and the location. Once again, it's out of their hands and I understand I didn't even want to put a review, but I'm thinking that corporate will

When you set an appointment and get there 10 minutes before and people come in after you and are not new get checked in before you. The system is not working properly. The last 6 times I've been here the system messed up waiting times. They are also chronicly understaffed. Side note I also got covid waiting for my name to be call in early February for they let sick people donate.

My name is Rico Riley I had an awesome experience at freedom plasma. They treated me with so much love & care great staff. I only remember certain employees that I came in contact with. It was Ms. Cathy the nurse she was very nice & a kind person. I also remember Jaihid which was my phlebotomist. Also Ms Aria looked out for signing me in as a new donor.

It's clean. The staff are nice and full of good vibes. I love MarKayla she's an outstanding worker. I just feel comfortable while she sticks me. Mr.Desmond is the best as well and full of good energy. One of the best ones I been too. Despite the prices after new donation fees they give everyone a chance instead of having a flat rate against weight.

A staff member was upset that I asked for another staff member to stick me. So when it was time for me to be finished with my donation . The rude staff member snatched the needle out of my arm just enough not to get caught at what she had done. I informed her supervisor and the building manager. I was told that it would be looked into then a week later I got a call saying I was deferred for 6 months. Do Not go here staff are rude. They mistreat their donors.I pray God takes care of her cause if I do it. . .

Friendly staff. Easy process for getting in the donation program.

Love this establishment. Kim at the front desk is amazing.. super professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend donating your plasma to Freedom. All of the staff is professional, and for the high volume of people that come in to donate, you are treated with respect & kindness. Thank you Freedom.

I keep coming here on Saturdays for early appointments and they say they're not open till 11am well why would they not call to reschedule appointments or why are we even able to book appointments if theyre. Closed it's unprofessional and it's a bunch of us standing outside for appointments we were allowed to book and get all the way there to say they're not open till 11amm

Staff and service was amazing, that's not the problem. They suddenly changed the pay structure for new donors with no warning. I was supposed to make 100 but I only made 40, so I'm changing my formerly positive review to reflect that. Corporate greed SMH, how did they really think people would react, especially when we're in a recession and inflation is making everything expensive, how disconnected is corporate from the rest of the world? This was obviously a stupid idea on their part.

I've been goin here since March of this year and I've always been giving excellent service from everybody who works there, they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Never had any problems or employees being rude to me. Definitely recommend this place for anybody who can donate, I think the only thing I have that's any criticism would be the last time the employee helping me get out of the chair said I got paid $110 for the day but it ended up being the regular $45, I was sad because I was hoping t

Wait time for a new donor is INSANE, especially for a new center. Everyone is nice but appreciation for donors' time is non-existent. $130/week isn't worth this. Thought having donation appt times would eliminate majority of wait times. Wrong.

I love this place! I love the staff and management. And I love me some Brittany she is the best. And I love me Some Mrs. Tasha she runs her facility like a plasma center supposed to be ran. The teamwork is beautiful. Including the queens that work in there oh my God. The best plasma center I have been to in the eight years I've been donating. God Bless You All At The FREEDOM PLASMA FACILITY ????

I was told that the contract you sign doesn't matter, and they can change whatever they want -when they want to. I signed up to make $1000 and ended up with $200. I had even spoken with 3 people on the phone who told me I was fine as long as I came within 6 months. They said my next donation would be $40!!! So they expect honesty, and then scam you all the way. They also issue a payment card that is a total scam. You can't even get the money off the card without it costing you $5. They charge an ONLINE FEE

They dont never answers the phone and if they do they put you on hold until you decided to hang up. I had to get a letter signed by my doctor in order to donate again. I got the letter signed by my doctor. They told me it hsve to have a doctor stamp on it. My primary care doctor at grady says they dont use stamps. I cant get in contact with the nurse because they never answer the phone and im not wasting my time going back out there for nothing. Its 2023 who still uses stamps anyway?

New Donor Experience was terrible. I get here before their first hour of opening it's slow and they still drag they feet getting me through the process. The start was fine because I was the only one they had to work with at the time but you have three people at the front counter. I hand my id over just for waist 7 or 8 mins just standing there before I'm finally sat down to start. I do the first part fine then I'm sent to wait for my vitals to be checked next. I wait 30 almost 40 min before I get called b

My husband came in this morning and waited for over an hour. They were super busy so that's not where my concern is! The staff is very nice and polite. The problem is that he was supposed to get Atleast $100 and they give him 40. They said it was a new policy 40 on the first visit 90 on the second. He was on his 4th donation since the end of November. All three visits he received Atleast $100. So when he left today and only received $40 he was shocked. After waiting all that time and not being told the new

Professionalism is beginning slip from the first time I started coming here. Some staff members do not show discretion when handling phone calls. You can hear the details of the call as the staff member is speaking too loudly. Also, the staff often hold lively personal conversations with each other that make me think they are at home instead of in a medical facility. Time to tighten up before this plasma center becomes like some of the ones in less desirable areas. We want this one to be different, right? I

The staff was friendly and the system flowed smoothly. I want to give a special thanks to the manager Ashley who I would recommend you talk to if you have any issues she is very helpful and actually cares if there is a problem and willake sure it is fixed, I know from personal experience. I'm still kind of new but plan on being a long time donor here.

I have donated at a few places here in Georgia, Arizona and Missouri and there was nothing special about the process. Freedom is quick and the IV needles are not as big as other places. I enjoy being greeted by name and genuine kindness. The recent changes have really improved the atmosphere and the new hours will help to make sure that I donate regularly. I'm very comfortable with 1 worker. She appears to be a lil older than the others, softspoken and about her business. I wish I could remember my twin

Jazmine and Jahad were really nice and informed me on what I need to do In the future donations. Thank you

Hello Everyone I started as a new donor at the stonecrest location in Lithonia, Ga The staff members are great workers there However, I was informed that the payment I was as expecting to receive had changed during my second visit and that it was a corporate decision I feel betrayed and unappreciative because my decision to donate was partially based on my own needs and agreement for new donors compensation at that particular location. The amount of pay had dropped unexpectedly with out notice. I feel it sh

They often don't have enough nurses and don't update you. They need to be more organized. This has happened multiple times not everyone here is for the same thing. Just separate certain ones

Ok I made a post about this place awhile back about how bad it was. They have done a whole 360 this is the best place to go to.. SAM the guy in the front is SUPER nice and customer service is next to none ?? and the manger lady the short one know how to run the business and she will listen to any Complaints you have. Recommend..

I was a return donor after 6 mos, and as I was changing my donating location to freedom. After completing my 1st donation I showed up a day earlier than I was allowed by the regulations. Well it was an oversight on my part. I showed up Friday instead of Saturday. I answered my questionnaire honestly since it had been almost a full week since I donated at another location. The system flagged me and I was permanently deferred from donating. I asked to speak to a manager and no one assisted. This slight over

This place was so smooth with working with an man called Sammy. Everyone was really helpful and cool. I would tell friends about this place. And Sammy is easy on the eyes! Miss Steff was on her job also.

The only plasma center to ever change their pay out amount for the first 8 donations. How do you all expect to compete with other plasma centers when you give people $40 during their first 8 donations? I was supposed to receive $125 but they only gave me $40. I feel that we are owed the rest of our fees. They're only offering to honor the new donor fees if you started in December, this makes no sense and I doubt this plasma center will last even for the next two years.

Catherine is the greatest nurse of all time. Had a small mass and other nurses wanted to send me away but she took the time to look into the code for a benine mass and made sure I was able to donate. Amazing woman very clean and organized office space beautiful facility.

As a new resident of GA,having obtained every piece of information I could get, then to be turned around in person, after I mentioned on the phone what I was bringing had my social on it. You'd think some kind of grace would be shown. I'm pro black all the way,but it really be your own people. Takes too much energy to go off on people for wasting your time. I wouldn't recommend this place. First impressions are everything ???????

They have a nice facility but when it comes to actually donating your blood and plasma for money they will give you the run around and try to give you less money than expected because of test or lab results. Today I had a donation set up and appointment but they did not allow me to do it and and gave me a blood sample to test my blood to donate when I wasn't told that my previous donation so they literally paid me 10$ for that like it would do anything but honestly rules have to change in according to the r

Today was a great experience! Raven, KD, Asia, and Shcorlette were a pleasure to work with and be around. I definitely will be referring more people to this facility!!!

FIRST TIME DONATING? Read this review. Just know trying to get some extra cash for groceries and gas for a single mother can turn into you dropping your kids off and never seeing them again. My thoughts every time I'm here. Never confident in their 1 week trained staff. Now I don't want to be disgruntled but I will express the truth. Great fee schedule. (Even though they are making thousands hand over fist from our donations selling it to pharm companies- well they are owned by one so not sure how that work

Fastest and most courteous plasma facility I've been to hands down! Management are complete professionals. Even awarded people who were inconvenienced from a blackout 10 extra bucks for our loss time. Thanks Big Guy!!! Also my phlebotomist Jaihid has successfully become a master at his craft. I am an extremely hard stick and he has taken the challenge and nailed! Awesome attitudes across the board. Freedom Plasma is really for the people. Amen!!!! And they pay very well. Most I've seen.

KD and TJ, are amazing hardworking, personable employees, I love their work ethic, every time I have been around these two individuals, they never change, thank u for being u!!!!

Cathy is a very sweet and out going employee. She make you feel comfortable everytime you come in to donate. And very respectful. KD is an awesome employee. She makes sure that you are straight and everything is going well with you. AWESOME EMPLOYEES ??????. ON 07/01/2023 ONE OF YOUR STAFF ALWAYS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND SHE DOESN'T CARE WAT SHE SAYS IN FRONT THE DONORS. ALWAYS AN ATTITUDE WITH ,"ASIA" THIS I S NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I DON'T NEVER WANT NONE OF HER SERVICES. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.

My experience with this company/location has been a most wonderful and amazing one. I can't say ENOUGH about the staff and the new manager there. They seem to have the antidote for operating and running a business! I HIGHLY recommend this location. They are a professional and very friendly staff.

Freedom plasma gave me a good experience. There was a young dude by them name of Darius VERY Professional and he kept the donors laughing and entertained while waiting on a bed. It doesnt get better than Darius. He's the best Nurse hands down. That man deserves a raise the way he treats his donors. He really cares about his people

I am going through depression and anxiety right now because I have lost so much due to corruption and lies as well as making my own mistakes.I will tell you don't waste your time or energy with this or any of the plasma centers. They barely give you enough to survive.Your health eventually declines, the more plasma you give.Go to work and hustle, never let scammers and liars tell you ?You can't do it?.Fight if they go against you and don't beg people for money or food, you letting them know you can't survive an

DONT COME HERE!!!They regularly change the payout in the beginning, middle & end of the new donor payout. I didn't believe the reviews before I started & now I'm one of them??(don't make the same mistake

Today I donated and it was my 5th time I was suppose 150.00 but wen I got done the said only 100.00 I feel cheated and and it's not right at all..people already having a rough time with the cost of living and yall doing people like that it's wrong and I will not return and ima tell everyone what yall doing..I am highly upset...it's not right

A friendly staff by the most part. Alll staff get to u know personally. The two managers r wonderful also. They treat everyone like extended family. But there r couple bad appples with attitude and childish ways. But he goood definitely out ways I bar far. As long u don't end op went them. 5 starts

I feel like they don't like white people! How do they kick u out saying many people that work there said I had a attitude! When I only talk to one person..,...

This place is a scam they are false advertising 100 for first time donors for your first 8 donations and on my 5 visit they only gave 45 and said corporate changed it last minute. Waste of time and gas .I will report to BBB

By far the worst plasma center ever! I came here for better service and they intentionally put my buddy before me when i was called first keeping us from getting the $100 buddy bonus. Not only that but they are more rough then the others , we stopped going to previous plasma center for that very reason. And we both have high pain tolerance but these people are rough with the longest wait times and the slowest machines

This my second time making a review. I love this Plasma place and I absolutely love the staff here at this Plasma place. I actually recommend this location. Not saying y?all all come here and pack it out ??. No, but I love it here. After new donation fees, everyone gets the same donation $40 & $80. I see a few reviews with negative comments and I highly doubt they lack communication and someone is rude. The place is filled with love and good energy.

Everybody was exceptional especially Nurse Cathy because she was very very professional and deserves a pay raise, she work very hard being only nurse, seen her doing little bit every thing ans deserves more help, good customer service her office was clean, good attitude, dependable, dedicated and Cathy loves her job.Again she deserves a pay raise and honor for her hard work.

Excellent service and staff but Donors are underpaid after new donor promo ends. Donors are giving their time and resources to donate but once the new donor promo ends they are underpaid. Also while it's understandable that plasma is used to make medicine to save lives the manufacturer(s) is making significant profits from the medicine at the expense of donors.

Gotta give Ms Tika and her whole crew two thumbs up for the great job there doing and great team work guys, friendly establishment, looks and smells clean.i recommend anybody near the area to get see how just doing plasma can save a life,

This will be my last time donating here the staff is good the corporation is NOT . They told people last month they were honoring the first 6 or 8 donations for 120 now they are only honoring the first two donations meaning many will miss out on extra cash. Blood is literally a million dollar corporation no need to be frugal to those saving a life

Today I'm giving five stars to all the staff. They are extremely professional, kind, and patient. Everyone does their best to be helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

This my first time at this dry attitude faculty until I meet KD Latress markayla ebony and Asia they made me feel welcome and they listen to my special requests cause I'm a special person.. They had smiles on their faces and genuine Intentions on helping people..thanks

The visit started off a little rough but Mr. Patrick took the time to make sure that everything worked out even though everything that could have happened happened!! Great man for his position because he handle it like a professional!!! Thanks mr patrick, tk and Mrs Kathy!!!!

I TRULY APPRECIATE the plasma center....I was able to get major cars repairs done. I still HAVE work to do on my vehicle but I am humbled because I was able to get the EXTRA monies for repairs and I work full-time. I SHALL continue to come back to the center because any extra funds is greatly APPRECIATED thank you all again
