Customer Reviews

I have been here twice now & both times have been excellent. The staff is very friendly & everything is very clean. I love that you make an appointment to donate so you are not waiting in line for an hour to get to donate.

Review:** If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this plasma center. The staff behind the counter were chatting and using profanity, completely disregarding the fact that people, including myself, had been waiting for hours. Their unprofessionalism is astounding?they were unapologetic and downright rude. The facility itself is filthy; the seats reek, and the general cleanliness is severely lacking. I was turned away two days in a row due to a system er

This is my personal experience, I called and called this place to ask a question before I came up here, and not one time did anyone answer the phone, can't donate today, if they would answer the phone, for the people that donate twice a week faithfully, I would have known that. Now I have to walk home because I don't have gas money to pay for a ride, I hope no one else gets done like I have. I been donating now about six months and they can't even answer the phone. And new staff said to me today, they answ

I'm so glad I found this place. All the employees here are very kind and extremely thoughtful and helpful. They treat you like you are a friend and they do their job well. The pay is awesome and the fact that you can set appointments is awesome to save time. They brighten your day with kindness and fatten your wallet with payment. What's not to love. Thanks freedom plasma.

Only amazing experiences. They pay the most in town, have the nicest workers, very quick and clean. I was being harassed by a man and didn't think much of it but a worker noticed and took action and got all the right people involved to make sure I felt safe. That alone speaks novels to me about the character of these people.

Kate, one of the professional phlebotomist that I encountered today, made my experience today amazing! So attentive, and monitoring the machine i was on to make sure everything was done correctly.

Thanks Ms/Mrs. Danielle you shocked me fr! Bad weather outside but you made my day with a painless stick!!! Thanks for your warm and welcoming attitude ????--- P3a

Let me start by saying the staff that I encountered are rude. They are short staffed which I understand but instead of changing the voicemail to let new donors know that they stop taking them at 3 they have all these people come there hoping to donate and can't. It's an inconvenience. The security guard is definitely top flight. He is rude. Everyone there looks stressed. I'm calling the state on them. It's was a lot of violation for sure.

The staff here were very friendly. Shy was very professional and provided great service.

This place is very 50/50. Some days I go in and I'm in and out and a pleasant experience. Today was not one of those days. My appt was at 10:30. I did not get in a chair until 20 min later where I sat waiting to be hooked up. Then sat another 10 or so minutes before someone came over. Within 5 min of getting sticked, the machine starts to go off and it is ignored. Finally one of the better staff members on the floor came over to look at it and realized the machine was set up wrong and that it jammed/broke s

It was a good experience, only bad that I encountered was the wait time but I didn't t have appointment. It was my first time there, other than that I would 100% recommend Freedom over any other companies!! Friendly staff. Wi-Fi was a little slow!! Lol!!

My partner signs in, waits in the lobby for over an hour, comes outside to get a drink. Evidently they called her name while she was getting a drink. Cancelled her appointment. Told her she would have to sign back in on the computers they just turned off, preventing her from signing back in. Nice way to treat a veteran. Go somewhere else

let me start off by saying, this is the worse place i have ever been to. the bathrooms are disgusting, some stalls don't even have locks on them. my problem is back in early september, the two times i have gone to donate they kept saying i had rolling veins. okay, no issue as a phlebotomist you should know to anchor down my veins and how to do it so they don't roll when trying to put the needle in. no, they did not anchor my vein down. instead they repeatedly fished around in my arm with the needle causing

Cat has always been the nicest even took the time to teach me how to make my donations go faster helped me get over my fear of the needle and always made it a painless and enjoyable experience she always went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and constantly checked in on me through the process she made a boring experience enjoyable and takes great care of all the people she has

I've been trying to call make appointment and no one answers or calls back. I've been trying for a few days now and still nothing. They should have people handling the phones to help people with more indepth questions concerns than what the website or recording gives... I can't rate the facility because I have not been there because I'm not getting called back ...

This was my 1st time every getting to actually donate because the 1st few times, they couldn't find my veins but every time I went, everyone was extremely nice and everyone had awesome personalities. Can't wait to go back again ??

The Staff at Freedom plasma is so professional how they handle their customers. The Staff is so professional especially the ladies in the both they are the face of the company, for even if you can't tell they always greet they donors with a smile. A staff member there by the nickname Cece always has a positive attitude and always overcomes whatever the long days has in stored for her. If anyone deserves a promotion it's her because she gives off POSITIVE ENERGY.

If I could of left a no star I would have. I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting, watching everyone that came in behind me be called. And then when I asked the manager says oh I'm sorry I canceled you. Nice huh? All because I went to the bathroom, I never even stepped outside, just sat here and waited to be told oh im sorry,. After waiting for 2.5 hours. Totally not right if you ask me. Not happy!!

They really treat me like family and they show their appreciation for every visit/donation. First shift is the best shift and I always set my appointments with them. Screening is always cool with my favs Tiffany, Mrs. Jen and little mama Londa????. Very professional and beautiful Queens. I was having a rough day yesterday I ended up going later than normal and as soon as I walked in Londa greeted me with the biggest prettiest smile and a energetic Hey Ms. Wanda?????? immediately changed my mood followed by

Never been so discriminated against before in my life until today According to the manager Adam me having a preference of who pokes me in the arm is called ? Being Smart ? to the pheblomist . According to Adam he told me if i get after 5 I get whoever I get and in those words . That's why I was deferred . I guess the fact that it's my arm means nothing to Adam and his staff . I simply explained to Adam that the selection has nothing to do with gender , race etc .. Just comfort see I prefer the same one or t

I go there every week and it has been one of the best discoveries. Not only do u help people but it also helps me financially. Went to see Christina today and she was the bomb. Would recommend anytime.

I am a long time patient/customer (over 2 years) do not go up here if you take any meds without checking the meds list!!! I like that you go up here and can make money that's the ONLY reason they have a high rating is because people make money and are happy when they leave because they lined their pockets. The people at the counter TAKE FOREVER and show no mercy. I do like the phlebotomists I've never seen such a high functioning group of arm stabbers 1000000%

Employees are very kind & professional. (Tamika, Shakena, and Noah) are great ?? 3 of my favorites. Any questions or concerns the employees will answer for you . The employees always make sure you are comfortable.

The staff here are all amazing!! Noah is definitely my favorite. We always have great conversations. But everyone is very personable and caring!!

From my experience Ms Nikita has a great positive attitude, friendly and very great at her job. I haven't had any issues and I highly recommend her ??????

Kiosk screen is always filthy with either boogers or food fingerprints. Bathroom stall doors always has blood smeared on them. Staff is rude. Especially if you ask for help or ask for you blood spotted seat to be wiped off. This is a dirty and unprofessional establishment. Please do better. Someone could get sick just from donating.

Great place good vibes donating in and out. But could improve on the kias speed lol. Also the employees are nice and fun to talk to when it's not that busy, I like how they support my career in acting ??

Super friendly staff it was my first time donating they were very fast and polite . Super smooth experience.

I enjoy my experience each time I visit and the staff are so kind. They take their time and make sure they are gentle with you. I would recommend anyone. Thank You.

I was scared at first but I soon got over the feeling. The professionals who worked there was great and treated everyone like family. Great experience just to give back and help others in need..

For the most part a decent experience and does not take longer than normal. I will say they are helpful and seem to actually enjoy their work

Yes it's for AMAZING cause n yes pays good however it's hard to donate because they want mail for area, PO box doesn't work n it's alot of extra to try n do something good .... Love the cause though

I love it I actually would love to be apart of the te I read though the reviews and I'm like wow I love this place and the people I do see some that act that way but I just don't think they truly understand there jobs u need someone who goes around all DAY LONG JUST TO TALK TO THE PEOPLE AND keep workers smiling that's a big part it's not about who come we're just Glad they did I'm Robert Harvey call me if I can help would love to learn

Some of the staff make u feel like u are worthless for coming to donate. I always hear them make side comments about the people donating. And alot CANT stick.. They talk about one another and have bad attitudes. I stopped going. I have donated when I lived in Charleston and it's nothing like this. I enjoyed donating in Chuck town but here. They need training lots of it

They told me I could never donate forever for the rest of my life here because my protein level was too low after testing it only a few times

I enjoy myself while I'm here sitting, waiting, whatever the case may be , the staff is always nice and very caring , but the one person that stands out to me the most is Mr.Trey the manager, he always double checking on me , making sure I'm good to go , an not just to his job standards , but to my comfort as well , if it wassent for Mr.Trey the manager, I promise you I wouldn't have been coming back .??????

Staff was nice friendly but you had other donors having their music going in waiting room .. really not music you should listen to in a business.. staff just letting happen.. I'm sitting in here now having to listen to trash music..

Waited an hour and a half and never called up meanwhile everyone that got there after me got called. Tried to ask what's going on at the desk but no one bothered to talk to me period.

I have never been treated like an alcoholic or a drug user until I donated here. The girls up front...especially the one that is really loud like a man...are rude and have no interpersonal skills what so ever. They smile with men for the most part. Granted people donate plasma for different reasons. I donated because I needed the extra cash and I know the benefits of donating plasma. With that being the case...they have no right to treat you like you are any less than they are.

People are lying walking to establishment had to get their attention had somebody look at me three times they were not busy they were just running their mouth about their night with her boyfriend then if your full name meaning on your license doesn't match up to your Social Security card meaning initial just initial for your middle name on your Social Security card and your drivers license And it's not spelled out N they will want U to go get more information what a scam fraud of a place to even question yo

I had a good experience,I am a hard stick but they did great,it was different bring on the other side. I have 20 years experience in plasma donation, but I have never donated until now.they were good at sticking , but they talk about each other to much.not good in front of donors..i asked if they were hiring and they let me know that they won't hire donors .suggested I tried the center across town.

I have been donating at Freedom Plasma twice a week for over a year, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences here!!! The staff is friendly, and there's never a dull moment around them!!! You can tell by their service that they really do care about their donors!!!

Very unprofessional. Staff is very rude. I have had to remind them to change their gloves and put on new gloves on several occasions. I will not be returning..

Freedom plasma of sumter has and will continue to keep my business. The staff are all amazing, starting with Kimberly, Alexis, Tiara, Shameeka, Tamika, and of course Devon. Oh and we can't forget our lovely ladies upfront for their constant customer service edicate. They include Madi, CiCi, DIAMOND and anyone else I forgot. As long as I still have plasma to donate I will forever come here and no where else.

The waits are longer since the economy has plummeted, so expect to spend 2-3 hours here. Workers are polite and some know what they are doing

Love this place they pay well and the staff are real down to earth it gets busy sometimes but they try to get u in and out quick and always have a promotion going on.

The employees there are also always professional, very considerate of their customers, and caring. Clean environment, and safety is always first.

Horrible location with no professionalism whatsoever. Doesn't want your donations if you're a minority and refuses to communicate with doctors to get patients cleared for donations. Avoid at all costs and donate to a better location if you wish to save lives.

Great people love the service friendly staff tamekia small is the best she is so friendly and nice and always happy and always have a smile on her face

They are very nice people. They treat you with respect. They try make you as comfortable and welcome as they can. I love to go to freedom plasma.

Ireie is one of the best screeners they have and Ms meeka is one of the best phlebotomists they have they're always kind and professional and it's always a pleasure donating there shout out to Ms Kimberly as well always going the extra mile for patients

The staff here was amazing so professional, the atmosphere was nice, the NEEDLE-STICKERS were awesome ???????? and I will be back

I called them to see if I was considered a new donor so I gave them my information they told me I was a new donor. It wasn't until after I donated for them to tell me I wasn't because I was a couple of days off . Going there was a complete waste of time because someone doesn't know what they're doing.

There is never someone available to answer calls and when you arrive as a new donor they give a different cut off time each time you arrive. Their customer service is mediocre at best.

Tameka S. Was very polite and helpful during my visit. They're always friendly and uplifting workers.

The Manager lied to my face, and told me, I was not able to donate when I was told to come back!!! It's cool I'll stick with octoplasma! They treats me better they anyway!!!

I really enjoy coming to freedom plasma the staff is always awesome and very helpful especially Kim with her bubbly personality and willingness to help.

After a month of not donating plasma because it took a month to get my answer because I had a lump of fat taken out of my shoulder and that was it. Not can't donate to them. Nothing change during that time of my operation.

I had a very good experience. Quick and painless, clean and hospitable.. I will be back soon!

Staff ?s always helpful and hard workers, always welcoming and professional, very clean and friendly,
