yoshi did you a very good job and didn't hurt at all didn't even feel it ask for her if you scared????
Service is always great, but since the merger, payouts akeep lowering or changing. Gonna have to reevaluate to make sure driving to west Fort Worth is still worth it. Also upset they took out the military and student benefits. If money goes down anymore, I will be forced to move. I have been loyal and donate twice a week, and get the benefits removed? Not cool.
I been going for awhile and I usually only have good things to say, but past couple of month the energy has been depressing and seems like nobody want to work there no more. Girl with pink/red hair is always funny tho, and her friend w long dark hair. They always at front desk making me laugh. Love when they there when there not its a ghost town.
Looking for a way to make easy, good money and save lives?? Let me give you ALL the details as a Donor Pro. In return, please mention my name at your first visit that I referred you! Thank you! Out of all the places to donate plasma, Freedom Plasma far exceeds the rest. I have gone to all the plasma centers (Bio Life, CSL, Grifolis) and done their new donor promo and then moved onto another center for their promo, to maximize the amount of money I can make. I have been donating plasma for about 6 months n
This review is ONLY for the new donor bonus. As of 6/21/25 the new donor bonus is $400 for 4 donations within 30 days.
I have been a regular donor at freedom plasma in white settlement since they opened up in 2023. Everytime I walk in the building the environment is always great! All of the staff and management are always very nice and very helpful. 10/10 recommend visiting Freedom plasma in white settlement; very professional and clean place. Yoshi was my phlebotomist today, she made the donating process very easy and pain free as possible! Thank you for being a really great reliable place where I can help save lives and e
I just drove all the way from Weatherford 30 miles 30 minutes to donate plasma show up at 6:11 they send me away. It has nothing to do with on their website saying that that there is a time limit of the last appointment everybody in this place that checks you in are the rudest people ever I recommend you go to the other places because they act like they are God?s children as far as doing you a favor instead of them actually having a job and we are offering ourselves for help. This is very rude and disrespec
For about 2 and 1/2 months it was the greatest center I've ever experienced and the staff since I was 23 donating at centers. Due to certain friendships I developed there and I thought nothing would ever go wrong due to me making a statement to a black woman around a white woman I had said I don't date White Chicks anymore that woman had asked why within 2 minutes she had already told close to eight other white chicks and on that day for the first time I saw everybody's body language and actions be differen
Thanks for the great work Doctor Yoshi! Made my donation day a great success visit precise and fast. Keep up the great work team!
This location is organized and so ran efficiently well. One person in particular stands out to me and that is Marissa. Marissa is very thorough, she patiently explains the procedure and bonus points (IMO) she provides a brief education for any questions. She in knowledgeable and skilled. I'm happy to see her coming my way whenever I am there. Also, they take good care of first responders and veterans.
i?m so sorry it's a lot of good employees but r just rude not friendly lazy act like there beyond other people but kim was amazing micheal was great but i will not be back waste of time
LOVE this place. I went here for 6 months & nearly every tech I had was super nice & skilled. I can't remember everyone?s name, but Shelby was always a great stick & couldn't feel a thing. I stopped going since Grifols bought them. As of 12/01/24, they lowered their donor rate from $50 & $100 for return donors to $50 & $80. Not worth an extra $10 when I can just go to the BioLife by my house.
Yeosha was great she stuck me with no problem great service friendly clean and comfortable experience
I came to the facility once which was today and was called a liar by the manager for no reason, to justify her actions she literally called the police lol ???? when she was in the wrong the way she treated a first time client at their establishment, alot of these managers say and do anything to anyone because they know they can say and do things to people to hide their hands , she literally made me feel very uncomfortable I asked to speak to a manager that was before her and she refused to allow me to talk
I absolutely appreciate these A Team techs at Freedom Plasma, they never hurt me & always give genuine care while donating. Paulo, Breanna , Shelby and Abby Never ever an adjustment needed. I look forward to donating regularly with these techs on my team!
Freedom was a great plasma CENTER before they allowed griffols to take over. Sad to see all my favorite stickers and screens leave. Was Nice staff & awesome management
Yea this is kinda sad this place changed and everyone hella rude I hate making reviews but I will like for others not to go here or if so u would get attitude from mainly every single person mainly this African American woman who usually behind the desk She seem to just hate everyone no eye contact no smile roll her eyes just a lot for no reason I was go come in today so I can make a little more for my place but nope I'll rather figure this out on my own (yall need new staffs)
Best rates. Best service. The employees work well together and this makes the donation experience flow better, IMO. They are always busy working the floor. If there is a wait to be disconnected or connected, it's for a valid reason. Every time I go back I see a new wonderful thing. I wish I could name all the employees here on this 5 star review. Yall are great! I feel comfortable and safe enough here to bring one my most precious family members to donate too. So I do! Still amazing.
Loved this place because it was nice, not trashy and paid better than everyone else. Now they sold out to grifols, pay is going down and they suspect it'll get lower once fully integrated. And knowing grifols, this place is gonna end up reminding you of a 7-11 at 1am Edit: freedom plasma, what exactly is calling about the complaint in my review going to do other than get a team member telling me there's nothing that can be done?
Yoshi was fantastic! Highly recommend!!! Super sweet and was painless!
Abby, Clarissa, Nick, Mike ?stonecold Steve Austin,? Danielle, and Marissa are always so down to earth and cool with greeting, polite mannerisms , conversation, a positive attitude, and excellent bed side manners. They make sure you're taken care of quickly! Honestly, it doesn't get any better than here ;) Hey they know I'm direct so this is major coming from me:)
Love the people they are always happy and make sure everything goes right
Yall have busted my vein twice in a row.... I'm not gonna get on my soapbox here, but I think there should be some retraining assigned. Updated review 12/21/2024 Employees have Zero energy, and no one moves with a scene of purpose. Came in for an appointment for 10:15 and still waiting for pre-screening. (11:02)
It's always a great experience at this location. Destiny P., phlebotomist, was so great. Attention to detail while still making the client feel comfortable. She has a bedside manner any hospitalist would envy. Thanks Destiny!
It started out a nitemare as I got skipped by 7 people as this was my first time there. But when I got to lay down and get stuck Yoshi was very pleasant and the most wonderful personality I've met donating!!!!!!!! Very good at what she do. 1? without her, 5 ?'s because of her.
Today I visited freedom plasma and Nikki ,Krisma, Cliff,Red all the people here are so nice and in the area is clean and everybody has a nice attitude come out and if you say that Mary Lopez referred you on Google
Rose is a very special talent. She pays attention to details and understands everyone body is different . I got stuck awkward to where I wasn't pumping correctly and she immediately adjusted me corrected according to the type of vein I have . She definitely a great worker to have
Salma was so nice helping me to get checked in and seen today. She's always great along with Ashley who is so sweet each time she sees me. She has the most courteous attitude and they both are super hospitable! I'll say it 1000 times, it really doesn't get better than Freedom plasma. We are family here and I've grown to love everyone here. If you're looking to donate plasma, this is the best out of any! ??????
I love this place it's small. Sometimes there's a bed wait. But it's not that long. It's a nice and clean facility. Shout out to the workers for being cool. . And ask for Yoshi to stick you. You'll barely feel it if at all. Thank you freedom plasma workers for being awesome!!!! ????
This is a great place if you need some extra cash. They are very professional and put money on a debit card that same day. Very cool place. You get 100 first 4 times you go. Recommended
Yoshi was so amazing! Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I barely felt the needle stick because she actually cared! I recommend 10/10!!!
For the most part they are pretty good except for the few problems they do have which is some of the staff think it's social hour and don't work and play around a lot as well as have an attitude when greeting customers and also stormy moves special donors they are cool with to the top of the bed wait when many people are there before those special donors. It's not fair to the other donors when that happens. Also a machine was giving an error message and I was told they were going to fix it after my donation
Yoshi was very helpful on my last donation.
Always professional, always happy to see me. Makes what could be a stressful situation easier.
At Freedom they were professional and helpful. The establishment was clean. The only negative thing I have experienced was the kiosk answering questions some of the kiosks didn't work properly. For the most part I am in and out in about 1 1/2 hours as compared to 3 or 4 hours at other centers I have been to. All the staff members I have had contact with have been very knowledgeable and friendly. They have some of the best stickers around. This place gets 5 stars from mebest . The best phelbotomists are Ni
First time coming to Freedom and it's been a great experience. Marissa was my screener and she was awesome! Very courteous, very quick, and very kind. My phlebotomist Cayla was equally professional and knowledgeable of her job. These 2 ladies are a credit to their company and their customers.
I just want to say that the young lady Ty made my experience AMAZING! She was very professional and knowledgeable, answering All questions I had. Thank you, need more like her...I will definitely be recommending this Location to friends and family!
Been going as return donors now for about a month on Tuesday and Friday recently had to change our days to Monday Thursday they had no problem with us changing our days at first the system aloud us to make the appointment change last week now this week we showed on Monday no problem showed up today Thursday and say we cannot donate because it's not our day the system aloud us to make the appointment so we drove all that way for nothing spoke to the staff and they were unwilling to fix it even though we dona
Fast, easy intake. Large zip code radius so you don't have to stay in Fort Worth to be eligible to donate. The new donor payouts are $100 for your first 8 visits within the allotted time period. Friendly staff, smooth check in. Just don't go in the afternoon because you'll be there a while.
Bree and Robin in Booth one they are doing a excellent job keep up the good work here at Freedom plasma in taking care of their clients
Seems clean and the wait is not too long. The pay is great but not sure I'll make the new donor payout within the time limit. It's hard to get appointments within the time frame. They stay booked up days ahead of time.
Kamerria was so refreshing this morning! She was in such a good mood! Very personable and great customer service!! And so gentle when sticking!
I absolutely LOVE this place. By far the best plasma center I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and the phlebotomists can actually stick. Adriana and Kiaira always make it happen for me. Y'all keep up the good work guys. And to the people running payroll, I thank those 2 wonderful ladies at least deserve a bonus.??
Well they say "freedom" but is sure isn't fair. Lately Freedom Plasma has made a new policy that you no longer get paid according to your weight and they pay the same amount to the smaller person as they do the bigger person. Kudos to the small people but to the bigger people they have docked our pay $20 each visit that makes us $80 shorter each month. Small people only have to fill a portion of a bottle with their plasma, but bigger people have to fill up the whole bottle. So not only do we lose $20 each w
Breanna always has a positive attitude and sweet smile when I come in. She's very attentive to the patients. Natalie is the only one I'll let take my blood. She's amazing. I appreciate both of these ladies. Job well done!
Adriana was amazing! She was up & down the bay sticking & unhooking us. Literally others just standing around & her doing it all alone. Thank you!
Friendly staff. Easy process. I would have given 5 stars but they recently dropped the pay. There are other places that pay more but the atmosphere is stiff. Here the pay isn't so great but the staff and people who go there are cool. The wait isn't too bad compared to other places.
Have to leave this review for Abby personal she does a great job and myself as well as my husband request her because we don't trust anyone else to do the job. She is outstanding and deserves a promotion
Great Staff. I would like to give a special thanks to Yoshi K. For the caring, and positive attitude. Employees like her is what makes freedom a great place to Donate.
Excellent Service here at Freedom Plasma with great staff all around. No matter which phlebotomist you see they are sure you feel comfortable and at home. I Highly recommend seeing Clarissa she is hilarious.
This is my favorite donation center. It's clean, has friendly staff, and pays the most for a returning donor. Online scheduling makes it easier to donate.
Abby is amazing! My vanes are tricky and she has no problem getting me every time! She always has a smile and a great attitude so it makes the whole process much more comfortable ?? - Amanda
I always ask for Nikki. She's the best stick and has an awesome personality too. I will wait to have her stick me instead of someone else doing it. Will always stop to say hi and remembers events we discussed on past dates. Totally awesome.
Mari is very nice and did a phenomenal job on my screening, very professional and of course Darnella is not only a great ?sticker? but she is a very hard worker and stays on top of everything each time I come. Makes my donation very easy. THE COMPANY IN A WHOLE IS great , fast , and organized ??
I've waiting for two weeks for this Rude unprofessional Dr. By the name of Seysiara Ahmad! (one with dreads) She is slow, always coming into work late (at least a hr) when she does finally roll out of bed she still makes people wait on her. Her staff are just as rude as she is! The only polite workers was Brittney and Cliff! This Dr needs to learn how to manage her time and be more professional! She sucks as a Dr! And of course since I spoke the truth they'll probably deffer me
I showed up to become a new donor and was turned away because I showed up a little after 6pm. I've been donating for 4 years now and never heard such bs. I heard a lot of good thing about this place and decided to check it out. It's very personable and friendly atmosphere with great customer service,,,,,Ha. Nope I'm all about customer service and there's none there. Yes I left with s bad taste in my mouth for sure. I even called to make sure that I did need an appointment to become a new donor?. the lady sa
I've only been donating for three months but everytime I have been here the staff has made me feel extremely at ease. Abby and Robin especially go out of their way to make you comfortable and put a smile on your face. Thank you for your caring and professionalism.
I absolutely love the Freedom Plasma - White Settlement location in Fort Worth, Texas! There are several workers that make donating a comfortable experience every time I donate. A few of them that I can remember by name are Kierra and Mari. Kierra doesn't hesitate when it comes to getting donors in and out, all the while making the donation visit very comfortable. Mari is absolutely amazing! She has a very positive attitude! The overall atmosphere seems peaceful, except the days when there's an overflow of
This place is really hit or miss. A lot of the time it is ok, other times you'll get rude employees who won't even speak to you during an exam and if you have questions they act like you're wasting their time. You are required to make appointments but sometimes the waits are very long for no reason. My last donation I had to leave after an hour of waiting to be seen. People coming in after me had already been called and the receptionist said it was some kind of error. It wasn't the first time that had happ
This location is very ghetto and unprofessional. They talk more than they work and I've been there maybe 2 or 3x so far and won't be returning EVER. Was told after my 2nd donation my referral gets a bonus that wasn't given and the appointment system is always down or giving error messages. It's very time consuming and not worth the money at all when the people are rude and systems are too basic to work. Tried speaking with Supervisor Deanna but apparently she didn't want to be there either and was not help
I recently found out about Freedom Plasma from different people and from what I was told lived & lives up to what I experienced. From the very first moment I stepped into the facility I was greeted with open arms. The entire staff ensured me that I was in excellent hands & I saw & experienced it first hand. Keep up the excellent work. I consider yall as my family & I'm truly grateful to the staff & I Love Y'all dearly. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.
Great experience here at this plasma center. Great employees very welcoming and attentive.! Need to shine light one employee there that were such a great help to me the day I needed the most was a young lady named Marisela( I hope I got her name right). I Will definitely recommend.!
Kamerria that's who you need to ask for there is only a few I'll allow to stick my arm and she's been good at her job since her first day here. She's great at what she does always has a positive attitude highly recommend her
Yoshi's awesome she made me so comfortable and at ease....
I like coming here and i will come back here, but i will say the employee(skylar gowen) was trying to be petty just because i corrected him saying my name wrong and i wasn't being rude to him about it, i felt like he was trying to get me banned from donating.
This is truly an amazing center. The staff is amazing from management to the floor staff. Even when they are busy the wait isn't long and the staff engage with the donor which provides for a more friendly atmosphere. Great job!
I've gotten the utmost worst customer service here due to a BIG-BACK MUCINEX MONSTER. It just goes to show no matter how much money one earns, one cannot afford self-esteem.
They make you schedule an appointment but overbook each time slot so it's a long wait time. There were 25 people waiting to be seen, all the chairs were taken and people lining the walls. They only call people by first names and make it seem like your fault if you're not the right person. Ridiculous.
Edit: 1:26 pm Not only were the Wait times horrible, I had to wait 20 minutes to just be unhooked from my machine after my 28 minute donation!! It took as long as my donation to be disconnected and I had 2 separate employees come look at my machine. When I told the manager about it I just get an "oh well I'm sorry". Over 4 hours stuck waiting for a 30 minute donation. Ms. Quin was the only one RUNNING from bay to bay to unhook people and stick other donors. She had a perfect stick and was very apologetic. S
Marisela is the new Allstate because we are in good hands when we are with her . She is always working hard Everytime I come here and she always does her job with a smile on her face.
They waited until I came in for my THIRD donation to say I'm temporarily deferred because my protein was low for my first donation/sample. Wasted gas and time and they expected me to drive back just to give another sample and only be paid $10.
Adriana is amazing! Constantly working and very sweet! Her sticks are phenomenal. Darnella is an awesome phlebotomist. She's always helpful and willing to take initiative. She needs a promotion.
Breanna and Cayla are absolutely amazing. They are courteous, professional, kind, and patient. Please hire more incredible people like them.
Great experience, I usually try to find Abby , Clarissa or Sabrina they all are great at sticking. Also Marissa is a joy to get checked up by.
Kiddos to Keimesha McFarland. She took good care of me. I didn't feel any pain with my finger stick. I hope mangerment pays her to train others on her painless finger stick technique. She definitely deserves a raise and more PTO.
The nurse shade was very quick and professional and made my experience a breeze. Her physical was detailed and I learned a lot in little time !
A well-known DCT at Freedom Plasma with excellent experience has done such a great job way to Ashley. She definitely deserves a bonus. For the holiday. Hands down she got my vote.
I love this plasma center. They're friendly and courteous while being professional as well. The only drawback is their cutoff age is 65 which means you can donate up to 66. Sadly I will turning 66 in 11 months. Would love it if they raise the age limit
Kamerria was awesome! Amazing sticking and great service definitely recommend her to my family when they come visit ,great work ????
I came here today as a first time donor and had a great experience. I didn't have to wait at all to get in, everything was explained very throughly, and all of the staff were very kind and professional. I started to get lightheaded and hot during the donation and the staff was so great at taking care of me. The card also had the money loaded on it as soon as I left. Very happy I chose this location and will be coming back! :)
I love the workers here. Always comfortable. However the management really needs to step up. Come in and the staff struggles because they are understaffed or they run out of the necessary equipment. Like today it is the anticoagulant. Most days it's alcohol so if you're allergic to iodine you're s.o.l. also they are running around with one cart because they're only given the one machine that seals the lines. All of the other ones have been broken since last year.
I like this place best of all the places I've donated over the years but me and my boys got flagged as we came from another plasma place within like 2 weeks of donating but they did clear us after like a week. Rumor on the street is there is one gal there that sticks the needle in too far, i just remind them not to each time i go. Abby is the really good though. Some others but I don't know their name.
Nikki was extremely helpful though the donation process! I definitely recommend her to be the next person to stick you. The Facility is always clean and the staff is always welcoming.
Worst experience of my life, my first time donating and nothing was explained to me nor was I handled with care. I was neglected after been poked three times and in extreme pain. I was given the wrong direction as to when to pump my fist and when to relax. I was then told after pumping at the wrong times for a long period of time, I kept asking for help and no one was responding to me. After the phlebotomists looked at me I was asked to speak with a nurse, the nurse was extremely rude and all I wanted to kn
Clarissa, thank you so much! She got me in and out. Best person to stick you! I always enjoy the staff here. I hardly ever have to sit in line.
First time doner! I was feeling a little nervous and had a lot of questions but Marisela insured me everything was going to be okay and made my experience really good. Smooth process and everything!
I really like how friendly and welcoming the staff is. They really do make you feel like you're more than just a job. Thank you freedom for the hospitality you ladies are amazing.
Kamerria is awesome! One of the only people that can stick me good! Always courteous and kind!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
