If I could give no stars i would. This place will not allow you to donate if you live in an rv park, motel, or are homeless. You know the people who actually need the money? You are discriminating against a whole community. Living in an rv park does not make you "unstable" or a red flag. It makes you human who cannot afford ridiculous rent prices. Do better.

As a first time donor at this location I'd like to say everyone that works there does an outstanding job. ?? It is a clean and very friendly atmosphere from start to finish. I'd like to give a special thanks to Lori and Alec they went above and beyond in there service's.

Decent way to make extra money, however expect to wait 30 min+ past your appointment time to even be seen and another 1.5 hours for screening and donation, some of the techs are inexperienced and you will have your vein blown occasionally especially if you're overweight or have difficult veins.

This is NOT Freedom plasma anymore! They pay about half what Freedom paid donors, and no bonuses for new donors. Not to mention the fact that now they apparently only have 1 doctor, who can only bother to show up ONCE A WEEK for people that want to get into donating. Today I tried calling to see if the doctor was in. It took calling FOUR TIMES, and letting it ring until it sent me to voicemail to get anyone to bother to answer. The center is very clean, and the staff are very friendly, but first why keep lowering the pay per donation? and second, I've been donating for years, and this is the third center I've tried, but the first one that operates by appointment. The wait time here is much longer compared to the centers that operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Hello, I've been a regular at Freedom Plasma since it opened. I had no problem with this staff. Their friendly and very professional, Sam and the others past and present are amazing. I was denied the ability to donate plasma due to the fact I live in a travel trailer and get my mail at a different address. I was told to bring in a proof of address with mail so I did but because I mentioned I live in a travel trailer on the property the girl said I'm not allowed to donate.

The 2 stars was for the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. However, the communication is poor from staff to donor. 1) the first and subsequent donations have had a monetary error when loading new donor promos. This was a technical issue and staff were helpful and quick to fix each time. 2)There is a disconnect in communication. Today I was scheduled for my 6 th donation. I was turned away even though I had an appointment scheduled due to last weeks pattern of donation on a Tuesday and a Thursday.

Im a donor for 2 years and they made a recent pay change for 5 dollar less and the 125 to 100 for new donors, now just 100 flat for the first 6 times not bad. But now they changed it again making it 10 dollars less for frequent donors and that's 15 less a week and all that change in like 2 months. First this plasma center is now called Grifols. The staff is friendly and have fun with eacother which is good for the vibe of the place. I had a minor reaction during the process likely my own fault for not eating and drinking enough before I came ( follow their instructions) but as soon as I alerted them if my issue they all came together to help me and took the situation seriously and I do commend them for their quick actions and professionalism when the situation called for it.

Bunch of kids working at this place that have no clue how to find a vein. They are rude and seem as if I was bothering them. I went to this place 3 different times and they still after several employees attempts couldn't find a vein. I also drank a gallon of water the day before. Update: Once you get through all the craziness of figuring out how to get that initial appointment the facility is great. I have been going for about 4 months now. The staff are all very friendly and professional. You make an appointment for appointments after the initial one so it goes much smoother. Have tried calling back to back for days. No one answers to set up new patient appointment at the Winter Haven Fl location. Last time I made an appointment on the website, like the automated system tells you to, then I found child care and drove up there to be told that doesn't work for new patients. How do I make a new patient appointment? Anyone know if they have a phone number that's different?

The wait is a little longer than other sites but it makes up for that with awesome staff! They are friendly and professional. They always make sure the experience is a good one. Both my husband and I have been donating here twice a week for months now and we love the staff. The wait times are not any worse than the places in Orlando we donated at and with the new hours and now more staff things have gotten even faster. If I could give this location zero stars I would. The problem with this location is they feel like ALL of the people that go here are desperate and in dyer need of their $50 or $80 donor fee. I completed the contact form and received an email to walk in for the 1st appointment. I tried calling several times to verify this and no answer. I also left a message. I drove 30 minutes to be told I need an appointment. I went back for my appointment and was told my hormone patch couldn't be found in their system so I needed a doctors note to donate. Also no toilet paper in the bathroom and no doors on the outside of the bathrooms. I asked why and was told to prevent risky behavior.

Worst Experience Ever!.. I've Never Been More Disrespected trying to help someone in my life. The whole staff sucks. They messed up my appointment and throw like 20 ppl ahead of me. Then try to trash talk some guys mother. This place should be shut down or replace everyone who works there. I love the staff that screen me and do my donations But I have to say every single time I'm there the manager of the facility I believe her name is Lydia walks around with a very snooty attitude and talks down in a very very demeaning manor to her wonderful staff. People there are great but they need to learn to work more instead of so much talking. Not talking to the customer talking between themselves. There are times that all booths are open and they are talking amongst each other about nothing pertaining to the job. Should not have to wait as long as we do. Love Freedom Plasma in Nacogdoches, TX! This location is full of such friendly and professional people. Although everyone does an excellent job, I must say Spence goes above and beyond to ensure a painless experience and worry free environment.

They took my card and social security, treating me as undocumented, they asked me several times for my birth certificate, when I told them that it was racism that I was born in PR (when we are born we are automatically citizens) that I had been there for 40 years and I have never had my social security They calmed down and told me that unfortunately they couldn't help me. Due to a misunderstanding I am no longer allowed to donate at freedom plasma. Because I use a medicated shampoo for dermatitis. It does not make sense to me but ok. I have been donating there for almost a year now without a problem and have been using the shampoo the whole time. They want my dermatologist sign a note stating that this medication does not affect the plasma. This type of pharmacology is not her field of expertise. To ask her to put her name on something she knows nothing about is unreasonable

Typical Polk county business that doesn't even want to answer their phone to allow people to change their appointments. Stops caring about doners after 5 pm because they care more about getting out of there and forget about Saturdays, they just don't care. I am very pleased with Freedom Plasma. Freedom is a better donation center than Biolife or CSL In terms of wait time, safety and sanitation. Very quick process comparatively. Fun employees who know what they're doing. Except Lee. She sucks. But the rest of the staff is very personable and professional. The money is right and you're helping those less fortunate live their lives.

The best employees hands down! Tish and Janett are always a delight to speak to while being screened. The medical personal, Donovan, Mary, & Chris are phenomenal! Phlebs are by far the best in the business! Erin & Ash are rockstars! Let's not forget the management team is top notch, Natalia is friendly and always upbeat. The few workers behind the glass also deserve a mention. They always seem to be working hard.

Trying to donate here as a new donor is difficult and frustrating. I called for information 2 days ago and they told me that they stop taking new donors 2 hours before closing. This is my third time giving plasma. The initial process took about 4 hours the first day. I came on a Saturday and the day before Thanksgiving for the other two visits and they are likely busier on these days for that reason. My third visit I was checked in by Destiny. She was professional, polite and quick with the check-in process.

I found out now they decided to decrease not only the amount the new donors get, but also the amount the returning donors get. I get more on average from donating than I would if I worked that same amount of time, but the amount the company gets from selling the plasma is basically like giving the donors chump change.

Horrible HORRIBLE service! They do not cater to their new donors like every other plasma donation place. They do not get in ANY kind of hurry. They sat there talking and messing around with each other while we were all in line. Seems like none of the employees care or take their job seriously! It was an awful experience. Most plasma places take about 3 hours for new donors. My first time took 5 hours!! I was the 5th person in line and arrive me 30 mins before they opened. Save your time and go some
