Christine at the front desk has terrible bed side manners. I have never been asked my name number or drilled for not calling 1st. I completely understand you have a policy to follow but you should know how to talk to people if you're put on front desk. New company does not do bonus for bringing new ppl in which sucks. All the nurses on the floor are always funny and super nice!

1st time was cool . Everyone is very experienced & try to get you through it quickly. It was all new to me. 2nd & 3rd time , . I got a young and Grumpy nurse, 4th was better. I'm debating on going back or not. Undecided.

I have never had a problem donating in my several years of donating plasma, but when I went to Freedom plasma they blew my vein and bruised my other arm on the re-stick. My second time donating I can tell I got someone that knew what they were doing because I had no issues as I expect. I am a healthy young man, healthier now than I was when I donated years ago. Yet I go on my third donation they blew my vein again even worse than the first time. Unbelievable, now I am deferred and have to pay money to see a

Honest a terrible experience I've tried to donate a few times now each time I feel like I get a nurse who don't even really look for the veins tells me they don't exist and tells me good luck next time I ended up gone to the doctors this week and they told me my veins are just fine to donate and don't see why I couldn't called freedom and told them they said it's all up to how confident their nurses feel ??

They only blew my vein in one arm so I don't use it I never had any problems with people being rude to me they are pretty friendly in my opinion definitely a good place

A new company bought it. Went to trash. They take advantage of poor people who desperately need money and make it as low as they can. A couple workers will blow your veins so you have to wait weeks to go back, from their own crappy workers!!!!! Do not go here!!!!

I've been coming to Freedom Plasma for two years now. Friendly and professional staff that never ceases to make me laugh and smile with each and every business. Absolutely love this place.

I arrived to donate and the girl at the front desk wasn't very welcoming didn't greet me or anything was very rude. She immediately raised her voice and asked if I was there to donate and if I had an appointment I didn't get a hello welcome or anything! This is a place that should be comforting and welcoming she made me feel very unwelcome and she acted like she didn't even want to be there. I left and rescheduled my appointment do better with your employee ! And hire ones that want to go to work and make a

I have been donating here for a year now and every time I have came in the staff have been nothing short of nice, courtesy, and professional with just the right amount of humor! The Zanesville branch of Freedom Plasma definitely sets the standard! Thank you all for your hard work!

I've been going here for a year now and I have never had any problems! The workers I've talked to are nice and do a good job making sure everything is going okay. Some folks just like to complain

Before I went there I jumped on there website to see what all I needed. It did not say anything about having the back of the knees looked at I had on tight pants and they was going to make me leave. I refused. I got my pant legs up with very much difficulty. 3 stars for that trip. UPDAT: I have been going there for a few months now. I can't tell you how many times they have blown my veins. How many times does it take for something to be done about the ones that keep blowing veins. The staff are rude. They

Great place to donate and help ppl all over and you can feel good about making a few extra bucks. All in all out help ...helps other's!

Always nice to me only takes me 35 minutes to donate

Horrible experience with untrained employees....I was told I couldn't donate and then I went to my referral source and they told me the reason I couldn't was invalid and there reasoning for myself not being able to donate was wrong n so I went back 5 min.later and the door was locked and I was there 1 1/2 hours before all of this...so I called and called untill someone answered and I wasn't able to comeback in to talk to someone in person even though I was just there and should be still there donating as wa

I enjoys my visits at freedom, staff is very friendly. They work hard to get you in and out as quick as possible. They place is always clean. I only wish they were opened until 7:00pm, for when I work late. Overall it's the best plasma facility I have been to, I have visited three others in the past.

Don't waste your time here! Been here twice my first time was mediocre at best.. Second visit Today at 11:30am was way worse.. They blew the veins in both of my arms then blamed it on me because they said I moved my arms.. and after explaining that I didn't move my arms, they then said that I just had small veins.. The Technicians on my second visit were very cold and not very nice to me like I was bothering them from their conversation with their coworkers about their ?RBFs? She couldn't even introduce her

I've donated at CSL in Columbus for YEARS until I moved to Zanesville in December. This place is awful comparatively. Staff is rude and seemingly uneducated, one of the last times I was there one of the phlebotomists messed up on 2 or 3 different people in a row and had my blood squirt all over the place, a thing that has never happened in the years I've gone to CSL. I feel as if the staff is very judgemental as well and never explains anything to anyone. Like I said, I've been donating for several years no

I have been coming only on Saturdays due to work schedule and I haven't had any major issues. Some frustration on a couple things but all in all good until recently I came in for a regular donation. I waited over an hour just to find out I couldn't donate because they needed a sample. I do not disagree with having to monitor a person but that should have been acknowledged so that the next time I came in they I would be aware. Plus they said that I should get a call with my results within 10 days. If not cal

I went to freedom plasma when they opened and was greeted right away when entering the building, the staff up front were so kind, helpful and explained/ answered any questions people had while waiting. I was called up to do the questionnaire promptly as this was my first time donating. Everything was very easy to understand and the employees made me feel welcomed, Alexis was so kind and we had a few laughs when I messed up a time or two! When I was called for my physical (I can't remember her name) but the

Workers do a very good job they ask you if you need anything like a ball ?? or a glove ?? all of them are very friendly Thank you very much keep up the good work.

Was lied to when I stopped in yesterday and was told by the nurse at the counter I could use my W2 as both proof of address and SSN but when I stopped in today the nurse at the counter said I wasn't allowed to use it for either

Ive heard of this place, a couple family members and friends say its legit, and they pay you out for you donation. All imma say is if this changes to a 1 star. Not only should your phlebotomists be fired and hire people who know what they are doing. Because if someone blows my veins on accident, then they should probably not be working there to begin with. My veins are wide and pop out to visual. Ive never stuck myself and i can count how many times on one hand that i allowed a medical professional to stick

Every time I come into Freedom Plasma in Zanesville I am always welcomed with friendly and professional staff. They go out of their ways to make sure everyone feels welcomed and are very taken care of. Taylor, Keke, Stella, Trista, and esp Katie D. Are some of the staff that really go above and beyond!

Was told I would receive a call back in regards to the MD lifting my deferral was working with Pam who said she would talk to her staff about professionalism. They have now taken 8 weeks to get back to me and I have called every Wednesday, the day that he's supposed to be in. He is almost never there or hasn't done any work from what the staff tells me. I am promised answers and a call back and never receive it the lack of care and promptness is concerning after 8 donations I will never come back you also o

Kayley was awesome. I have deep veins and a curved one at that and she was able to get it first time no issues. The staff there are the greatest!!

I was very disappointed because I gave all information and medications then was told that I couldn't because I have arthritis!! I know that's not 100% true because I have been going to a different location that I have been donating at for over 2 years and they just did my one year checkup with all same information!! Now my medication list is the same and they did more through work on making sure that I was good to go. But the people there just quickly put the info in and said nope you can't donate. If all d

FRIENDLY HEADS UP TO SUBOXNE PATIENTS!********* don't bother. although never mentioned once on their website, in their paperwork, introductory video, nor anywhere else, you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO DONATE. after going through two long hours of repetitive introductory information and questioning, I was told by staff that the list of medications preventing you from donating intentionally leaves Suboxone (and who knows what else) off so people don't come in and lie just to donate and get the $100. instead, in their

DO NOT TELL THEM IF YOU'VE HAD A TBI! I'm a disabled combat veteran and I incurred a TBI in Iraq because I was too close to an explosion. I am physically healthy in nearly every other way. Yet somehow a traumatic brain injury is able affect my ability to donate plasma. I wasn't given a very straightforward answer as to why... The nurse said something along the lines of "I don't know maybe because they think short term memory loss means you won't remember the rules or that you can't consent or something like

I have went to freedom plasma in Zanesville for about a year now. I was going in for another donation on this day and ended up doing a physical. My physical was fine but when we were in conversation my long term illness (which is a nerve disorder, nothing to do with my blood) gets brought up,do to the fact that I've had this illness more than half my life. I have to get a paper signed and stamped by my doctor so that they will know that it's ok for me to donate. ALRIGHT no problem. But here's my problem. A

I like this location a lot. It's s clean but pretty cold inside. The staff is professional and engaged. You need an appointment to donate.

Intake was pretty quick but if you have ever had a seizure, you cannot donate at this location. I was told my asthma wasn't a problem but a seizure 3 years ago brought on by stress will disqualify you.

They they lowered payments to people who weigh less to below what they were paying since opening this location. They also increased payment amounts to people who weigh more. Took away incentives for return donors like the 5th and 7th visit return bonuses are no longer available.

I love the staff here and donating however when a person comes bright and early because they have a job to go to and the staff make them wait behind everyone else because you were here first with your blanket something is terribly wrong. I'm hoping this will reach corporate because this was not right at all.

Great customer service! Loved the staff, will definitely one back!!!

Wouldn't let me donate plasma even tho the person on the phone said all I need was my if it social then got rude with me when I asked them to use the address on the card

I've been displaced four different times got doctor's papers jumped through all the hoops went today I watch people walk in get served and I sit there and waited after logging in this is the reason for the one star

The staff there is always amazing and very friendly Everytime I go in there. I will continue going there every week

Great staff nice place to make a quick buck. Very clean and sterile. Very professional

Thanks to all the staff for being so kind. A shout out to Cassie you did a great job keeping me calm!!!

Very friendly staff they know me by my name now. It really helps others and helps me also.

It's ridiculous when someone gets turned away for literally being 1 minute late just because it was my first time so I guess that one minute makes a whole difference

This place is a joke, uneducated workers, they messed my moms arms up and have done it to many others

Love it. To help others when needed.

Aside from the payout system for plasma donation being backwards in my opinion. It's a friendly environment an for a good cause

It's a nice clean place. The gals are nice and friendly.

All the staff are very nice and pleasant everytime.
