I like their online questionnaire, goes much faster than other places. However, it's been 50/50 on whether the phlebotomist gets the needle in correctly. Today, I drove 35 miles for a $65 donation. I asked for someone experienced because I only have one viable vein. Tess said she was experienced then proceeded to mess up the stick. I got paid $10; cost me more in gas. I've been coming here for a couple years now and it's been great every time. Colleen did my setup today and she was very nice and attentive. The stick she did was super quick and I literally didn't feel a thing! I'd definitely recommend this location if you're needing a little extra cash and want to give back at the same time

Donation process is easy, staff are kind, Not too much of a wait to get screened. Sometimes there's a 4-6 minute wait to get put on or taken off the machine. Staff is better at putting in needles than other places I've been to. Can't feel it at all when Colleen puts the needle in my arm.

The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Colleen is especially those things. She knows how to put you at ease, lets you know how you're doing and is proficient in her job. I recommend this location if you are looking for a way to help others and make some extra cash.

I get turned away here much more often than I did when I donated with biolife. Until I came here I have never met a phlebotomist who had trouble finding veins in both of my arms. If there was a biolife location near me I would much prefer to go there. The experience is much more streamlined and the staff seem to know what they're doing much more. Not to mention the bonuses are better.

5 stars for Colleen R, because she's always very friendly and enjoys her work! She makes conversation and jokes around; it's always enjoyable to be helped by her and she does a great job (my arm has a small vein so it's a little difficult, so I appreciate her skill). This Grifols has immensely low compensation compared to other donation centers in the state, so I guess it's a good thing they have a great staff.

grifols is the best!! The workers are SO nice, and very patient (especially when you get sick easily like me). All of them are so fun and really great with people. Tessa, Luke and Kiley helped me this past week and they are WONDERFUL :) request them if you go!!

Colleen R. at the Logan, Utah location is AMAZING!!! I always look forward to her enthusiastic and happy countenance. She is always so gentle when inserting and removing needles, there is NO pain. I also love the short conversations we have. I always look forward to coming to do plasma. EVERYONE is so professional and friendly. BUT Colleen is especially friendly and fun to talk to.

I appreciate the staff and their friendliness, and I haven't been mistreated by them at all. But I don't like getting re-stuck and bruised. It was my fourth donation, and I was told the phlebotomist went all the way through my vein and I was told I'd be getting deferred. My third donation the phlebotomist entirely missed the vein and had to get someone to fix it for her. Back-to-back bruises and re-sticks aren't great, but I still appreciate the staff for being kind and respectful about it all.

This was my first time donating and it was so good! Thaylla was such a great nurse and did an outstanding job. Like absolutely stellar. Hands down the best nurse there ?? The whole process was easy and seamless.

Professional and a nice way to help others and get a little cash. Only thing that took one star down is I had to do my first time intake over again because it wasn't entered correctly the first time. I also recommend not going if you still have any bruising even the tiniest bruise at the needle site makes it harder to adjust. I had a blood clot in a needle that made me have to wait weeks for my next donation. But the people handled it well, safely, and with positive attitudes.

Colleen has been fantastic, she made sure that I was doing well and made me feel comforted. She was also very quick to stock me leaving very little pain.

Great overall experience! There are so many great people that I've encountered there. Everyone is pleasant, eager to help, and they always have a backup plan if things don't work out as planned. My favorite phlebotomists are Audrey, Kaya, Erin, and Malea....there are others that deserve recognition but these are the ones I have encountered most recently. Overall its a great place to donate plasma and earn a little side cash.

They've recently started turning you away if you aren't there when your appointment is. I was running about 30 minutes behind what I scheduled, and they turned me away, despite having an empty lobby. Ive never been turned away before today. Frustrating.

Generally my experience is good, but anytime I need to talk to someone at the front desk there is such poor customer service. Today three workers were just chatting right in front of me. There was no, ?just a moment we'll be right with you.? I finally made enough awkward eye contact that they finally said something. Also, during donation the workers yell across the room telling jokes and acting like children. Not a very professional look. Doesn't really make me trust them sticking me with a needle.

My married name has been changed for several years and their watchdog credit that they run when you cannot have your social and your driver's license match and it comes back that their system is outdated since it did not have my information correct. I've been donating plasma off and on for about 20 years here. There are always a few really good staff members but this current set of staff members are the best. I don't even feel the needle going in my arm. It doesn't matter who it is, they all do great. And everyone is super friendly. Makes it easy to want to come back.

If it wasn't for the workers this place would get 1 star. The workers seem to be pretty good people. The problem in actuality is with Grifols, they just instituted a new donation policy which has us giving more plasma for no extra pay. So they get more without us seeing the benefit of that. The process to start took a long time (about 4 hours, including donation) but was pretty simple. Everyone at this Logan location is great. Most of the staff is very friendly and everyone seems very competent. Arden, Lindsey, Colleen, Kylie, Olivia, Kaylee, and Brittany are GREAT and so friendly. I was very nervous to donate plasma, but the staff here made it as quick and painless as possible. I was only there for about 2 hours, and from what I understand that's pretty short for your first time. The staff was very kind, patient, and welcoming. If you're nervous, don't be!

Biomat has improved a ton over the past couple years for sure! The crew they have right now is so good and solid. Been going for 4 years and can say most phlebotomists know what they're doing, but the new system they have is the worst. I'm seeing more people spend longer than an hour donating because the filters always clog. They need to go back to the old system.

The staff is great, but it seems as they upgrade the portal and customize our individual donations that it takes 15 minutes longer to donate, about 25% longer, and they draw more plasma, but they don't pay anymore. So somewhere in the corporate levels they're making a lot more money for themselves.

I hardly ever have any issues or complaints when I come to donate here. The staff are attentive, courteous, friendly, and take pride in their work. I am always in and out of here in a reasonable time and they communicate with me if/when unforeseen circumstances arise. Would recommend donating here! Everyone is on top of it but MJ and Joy are always incredibly friendly and great at their jobs!

I have been donating for over a year now, and I love it! Every staff member is awesome! I, personally, have never had a bad experience in my year's time,, although I have a couple of friends who have a couple of rough experiences donating. If you go twice a week and schedule appointments in advance, it is SOOO worth your time!

There have certainly been times where I have had a longer than expected wait time but those have been far and few between. Colleen was the one who took my plasma and she was awesome! Kind, calm, and not overly chatty. Most importantly, I have no bruising or pain from the needle. My only complaint is that there was an unusually long wait for first time registration and exam. I had an appointment at noon and didn't end up leaving until after 4. I didn't have anywhere urgent to be, but I suggest giving yourself extra time just in case.

Griffin and Paul are incredibly staff. They are attentive and skillful. Other staff has been pretty rough and rude. Also, I have been refused donation even with an appointment because if how busy they were. If you are that busy then you need to refuse walk-ins and lower the number of reservations.
