I like their online questionnaire, goes much faster than other places. However, it's been 50/50 on whether the phlebotomist gets the needle in correctly. Today, I drove 35 miles for a $65 donation. I asked for someone experienced because I only have one viable vein. Tess said she was experienced then proceeded to mess up the stick. I got paid $10; cost me more in gas. I was blamed, told to drink more water. I drink 80oz per day, think I'm good there and why can some get it every time?? It's OTJ training for

I've been coming here for a couple years now and it's been great every time. Colleen did my setup today and she was very nice and attentive. The stick she did was super quick and I literally didn't feel a thing! I'd definitely recommend this location if you're needing a little extra cash and want to give back at the same time

I just had my first donation at the center. Everybody there made it such a great experience. Thank you to Tessa who did a great job handling the needles and explaining the process. She operated very smoothly and made it painless.??

I had an amazing experience at Grifols Plasma Donation, and a huge part of that was thanks to Colleen R! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive?always making sure donors are well taken care of. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor truly make a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people she helps. If you're nervous about donating, Colleen is the one to see! She goes above and beyond to e

Donation process is easy, staff are kind, Not too much of a wait to get screened. Sometimes there's a 4-6 minute wait to get put on or taken off the machine. Staff is better at putting in needles than other places I've been to. Can't feel it at all when Colleen puts the needle in my arm.

The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Colleen is especially those things. She knows how to put you at ease, lets you know how you're doing and is proficient in her job. I recommend this location if you are looking for a way to help others and make some extra cash.

I get turned away here much more often than I did when I donated with biolife. Until I came here I have never met a phlebotomist who had trouble finding veins in both of my arms. If there was a biolife location near me I would much prefer to go there. The experience is much more streamlined and the staff seem to know what they're doing much more. Not to mention the bonuses are better.

5 stars for Colleen R, because she's always very friendly and enjoys her work! She makes conversation and jokes around; it's always enjoyable to be helped by her and she does a great job (my arm has a small vein so it's a little difficult, so I appreciate her skill). This Grifols has immensely low compensation compared to other donation centers in the state, so I guess it's a good thing they have a great staff.

grifols is the best!! The workers are SO nice, and very patient (especially when you get sick easily like me). All of them are so fun and really great with people. Tessa, Luke and Kiley helped me this past week and they are WONDERFUL :) request them if you go!!

Colleen R. at the Logan, Utah location is AMAZING!!! I always look forward to her enthusiastic and happy countenance. She is always so gentle when inserting and removing needles, there is NO pain. I also love the short conversations we have. I always look forward to coming to do plasma. EVERYONE is so professional and friendly. BUT Colleen is especially friendly and fun to talk to.

I appreciate the staff and their friendliness, and I haven't been mistreated by them at all. But I don't like getting re-stuck and bruised. It was my fourth donation, and I was told the phlebotomist went all the way through my vein and I was told I'd be getting deferred. My third donation the phlebotomist entirely missed the vein and had to get someone to fix it for her. Back-to-back bruises and re-sticks aren't great, but I still appreciate the staff for being kind and respectful about it all.

This was my first time donating and it was so good! Thaylla was such a great nurse and did an outstanding job. Like absolutely stellar. Hands down the best nurse there ?? The whole process was easy and seamless.

Professional and a nice way to help others and get a little cash. Only thing that took one star down is I had to do my first time intake over again because it wasn't entered correctly the first time. I also recommend not going if you still have any bruising even the tiniest bruise at the needle site makes it harder to adjust. I had a blood clot in a needle that made me have to wait weeks for my next donation. But the people handled it well, safely, and with positive attitudes.

Colleen has been fantastic, she made sure that I was doing well and made me feel comforted. She was also very quick to stock me leaving very little pain.

I always have a good experience donating at this location. One time a worker knew I was in a hurry that day and he did his very best to ensure I got out on time and was very swift! Great place, never struggle to find a spot

Great overall experience! There are so many great people that I've encountered there. Everyone is pleasant, eager to help, and they always have a backup plan if things don't work out as planned. My favorite phlebotomists are Audrey, Kaya, Erin, and Malea....there are others that deserve recognition but these are the ones I have encountered most recently. Overall its a great place to donate plasma and earn a little side cash.

Mckaydee, Kiley, Jayden, and Erin are the best ever ! Completely love them. The staff is so welcoming! Super short wait time in the lobby!! Best experience Everytime I donate ! Staff is very informative on bonuses !

Colleen is my favorite person. She is always able to do the stick and it's painless and precise. She does a great job every time I come to donate.

Colleen did really good job! When she did the needle stick there was hardly even a pinch and I almost couldn't even tell that anything happened because it was so painless. Amazing job!

They've recently started turning you away if you aren't there when your appointment is. I was running about 30 minutes behind what I scheduled, and they turned me away, despite having an empty lobby. Ive never been turned away before today. Frustrating.

I have donating a lot and I have some great experiences. Colleen has done a great for me many times just like all of the other techs. Good people

I had a great experience at Grifols! The staff, Colleen R was friendly and professional, and the process was quick and easy. I felt comfortable.

I've been coming here for months and the staff is wonderful. Colleen is awesome, super friendly, and gives such smooth sticks you barely even notice.

Colleen R. was my phlebotomist today. She treated me with kindness and patience. Her medical skills are superb and she is an asset to any company.

Colleen is a great worker. Always very kind and takes care of me. Half the time I don't even feel when she sticks me.

I had a really good experience donating today. Colleen was really great and made it super easy. She was really nice and super friendly!

The issues I have noted: 1) The staff often acts unprofessionally, shouting jokes across the donor area and openly mentioning when they have stuck people poorly while holding the needle to my own arm. 2) Training seems lacking. When I was returning after a deferral period I heard 3 accounts of what I needed to do to return donating and the final lady, who was correct about the process, was a pain because she let her negative attitude out. Yikes. 3) I also generally hate the donation schedule and plan each m

Besides one of the individuals who first checked me in, everyone was nice. Donated Plasma, got the prepaid card, set it up. Was there for 3 hours but it was my first visit, hopefully not that long the second time round

Colleen was fantastic! Super polite, very friendly and I didn't even feel the needle stick. 10/10 experience for sure

I would like call out for the staff. Colleen R. Sha has done an Amazing job at making it a comfortable and not as nervous experience. Thank you...

Mckaydee is my favorite phlebotomist she always can get that needle in with no pain every time! What a great place! Awesome people.

Colleen did such a wonderful job. She always makes the experience easy and as painful as-free as possible. Thank you!

Colleen is amazing!!! She is kind and efficient. She was able to get the needle in quickly and comfortably.

Generally my experience is good, but anytime I need to talk to someone at the front desk there is such poor customer service. Today three workers were just chatting right in front of me. There was no, ?just a moment we'll be right with you.? I finally made enough awkward eye contact that they finally said something. Also, during donation the workers yell across the room telling jokes and acting like children. Not a very professional look. Doesn't really make me trust them sticking me with a needle.

Colleen is amazing! She is proficient at her job and knows how to make the experience enjoyable!

Colleen did an awesome job getting things set up for me, painless needle stick. Great stuff!

Front desk was a ass I went in new wanting to help people in need. Terry I think was his name large older man was extremely rude we were just trying to figure out what was needed. He was extremely rude honestly left crying and will never go back. Logan utah location fix this !!! Make it right. Noone should be treated this way NOONE

Colleen did a splendid job and was very friendly and professional! I wish I had her every time!

Colleen R was so kind and awesome! She was also so quick and smooth with the poke!

I had a great experience donating at grifols! I was helped by Paul and Kaya, and both were extremely professional! Paul was patient, and answered any questions I had. Kaya did the actual stick, and was very attentive, precise, and friendly! Will be going again!

The Staff were really nice despite it being a busy day. Torek was really nice and a funny guy to talk to :).

They were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was intimidated by going to donate, but the staff were super friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Terry was the main employee I interacted with, both at the desk and the physical. He was to the point and helped me to relax with his friendly chatting. Great help and made things very clear for a first time donor such as myself. Michelle was the staff member to attend to me on the floor, and she was extremely kind and polite. She made s

First time back in 4 years very efficient! Cool raffles and friendly service Shout out to Nathan B for exceptional service and stabbin my arm. Would recommend trading your Netflix time for a romantic hour of plasma harvest. Tons of great help! Cannot wait to come Back !!

The phlebotomists are exceptional, Tessa is my favorite. She always does a great job!!

Amazing staff! They are all very skilled and knowledgeable. All around a great place to be!

Colleen is amazing!! She comes across very experienced and very personable!

A refugee friend tried to donate. She has a job and speaks English with an accent. She met all the requirements but was turned away because she (doesn't speak good enough English). She was also told she was not allowed a translator.

Everyone is so kind. Joy, Sadie, Audrey, Grace, Kaya, Malea, Krista, Mckaydee, Efrem and Jaedyn rock!

This place is the biggest joke, I have now wasted 2 days coming down here when the first time their verification system is very outdated. My married name has been changed for several years and their watchdog credit that they run when you cannot have your social and your driver's license match and it comes back that their system is outdated since it did not have my information correct. Second day that I came in I made sure I was well hydrated. This is also not the first time I've donated plasma. I've gone to

Colleen R. did a fantastic job when I went in to donate. I didn't even feel the needle! Thank you!

Colleen R. was great. She has a great bedside manner and is proficient.

I've been donating plasma off and on for about 20 years here. There are always a few really good staff members but this current set of staff members are the best. I don't even feel the needle going in my arm. It doesn't matter who it is, they all do great. And everyone is super friendly. Makes it easy to want to come back.

Colleen R. was awesome! She was very sweet and she did well with inserting the needle, it didn't hurt at all! I'm also glad she asked for a review because most people are to afraid to ask. Great donation!

If it wasn't for the workers this place would get 1 star. The workers seem to be pretty good people. The problem in actuality is with Grifols, they just instituted a new donation policy which has us giving more plasma for no extra pay. So they get more without us seeing the benefit of that. I went from 880 ml to 1000 ml. On top of the fact that this location likes to take advantage of the fact there isn't another donation location closer than Ogden ( they pay less than the other locations I went to prior to

The process to start took a long time (about 4 hours, including donation) but was pretty simple. Everyone at this Logan location is great. Most of the staff is very friendly and everyone seems very competent. Arden, Lindsey, Colleen, Kylie, Olivia, Kaylee, and Brittany are GREAT and so friendly. And there are so many others who are great that I just haven't caught names of. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in donating plasma. *ETA 5/2024 after reading some older reviews from other people th

Colleen R. did a great job with my donation! Very sweet and thorough.

I was very nervous to donate plasma, but the staff here made it as quick and painless as possible. I was only there for about 2 hours, and from what I understand that's pretty short for your first time. The staff was very kind, patient, and welcoming. If you're nervous, don't be!

Colleen was friendly and personable. Colleen displayed professionalism and confidence backed by speed, efficiency and delicate handling of instruments and puncturing my vein with barely any pain. Colleen also shown the same consistency with another patient. This was my best experience among the four times I donated plasma. Thank you.

I have been donating for 7 months and the experience has been great. The staff are well trained, friendly and efficient, getting checked in by Kami and set up by Colleen just to name a few, is always enjoyable. I enjoy having an hour to myself, providing life saving plasma and earning a little extra for my family.

Colleen did an excellent job helping me with my visit. She was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any concerns or questions. She put a smile on my face!

Colleen did a great job of making sure that I was drawing plasma properly whilst simultaneously mitigating what little pain she thought I felt to the best of her ability. She is quite amicable, fun to chat with, and overall a good worker.

Staff has become incredibly slow. It's not uncommon for them to get me started 30 minutes after my set appointment time. Also sitting after finishing donating for several minutes after staff just seems to sit around and look at you. Idk

Biomat has improved a ton over the past couple years for sure! The crew they have right now is so good and solid. I've had literally no issues with anyone and haven't noticed anyone else needing to be re-stuck. Staff of note: Ben, Erin, Bonnie, easton, Kirt, Leah, Kylie, Paul. Tessa is especially great?always fast, on top of it, and I barely feel her pokes. Nik is always so chill and unrushed. Zach is always great and I love when he's on the floor. The camaraderie is so strong and I love the banter and fun

It's impossible to say too much about the good this place does! So grateful to have Grifols in the community. And with expert, customer-focused workers like Jorgie, I know people will keep going back to donate again because she makes us feel appreciated and important. Thank you!

Love this place, employees are super nice and gentle, great experience in general

Colleen was awesome! Super friendly and nice! She constantly talked me through everything she was doing and it was the easiest and least painful stick I've ever had!!

I throughly enjoy coming in. Colleen and other staff are amazing

Colleen is awesome very knowledgeable and positive. She is very good at making you feel comfortable for this process. I like her healthy attitude on life. Thanks for helping me not to be nervous and being patient through all my questions and we both know I had a lot.

I've donated for about 18 months now. They stopped playing movies for the donors several months ago. I do not enjoy my visits anymore. I'm giving 1 star to send a message to bring the movies back!

Colleen was phenomenal. She was efficient, personable, and i barely felt the poke. I come twice a week like clockwork and am always seen quickly and without complication.

Been going for 4 years and can say most phlebotomists know what they're doing, but the new system they have is the worst. I'm seeing more people spend longer than an hour donating because the filters always clog. They need to go back to the old system.

Colleen R did a great job! I barely felt the poke at all

The staff is great, but it seems as they upgrade the portal and customize our individual donations that it takes 15 minutes longer to donate, about 25% longer, and they draw more plasma, but they don't pay anymore. So somewhere in the corporate levels they're making a lot more money for themselves.

I hardly ever have any issues or complaints when I come to donate here. The staff are attentive, courteous, friendly, and take pride in their work. I am always in and out of here in a reasonable time and they communicate with me if/when unforeseen circumstances arise. Would recommend donating here! Everyone is on top of it but MJ and Joy are always incredibly friendly and great at their jobs!

Colleen did awesome! She's great

Great experience, and a great team! Everyone was so friendly, and I appreciate Celeste for the excellent care she provided. She did an amazing job with the IV as well!

Colleen is always great at sticking. One of my favorites!

Colleen, she is soooo good! I wish she is the one sticking my vein every time. Quick, not painful at all, and she's very nice and gentle.

Becca and Tessa and Kaya and Nik and Leah and Carly and Molly. are the best. Everytime I come in they are sweet and very caring to my needs. Everyone remembers faces and names and its a good environment to donate andmake a difference in.

Amazing stay. Like a 5 star hotel. #wouldrecommend

I have been donating for over a year now, and I love it! Every staff member is awesome! I, personally, have never had a bad experience in my year's time,, although I have a couple of friends who have a couple of rough experiences donating. If you go twice a week and schedule appointments in advance, it is SOOO worth your time!

I've always enjoyed coming to donate here. Everyone is so nice and treats every donor with lots of respect. Shout out to Paul Danica, Taylor, Eve, Jorgie, Molly, Lindsay, Carly, Kaylee, Leah, Kiley, Jaedyn, Teresa, Ben, Brooklyn, Aubrye, Peter, Garrett, Easton. They have always been great!

Great experience. Colleen was helpful, informative, and very kind

I have been donating here fairly regularly for the past few years and have never had any big complaints. There have certainly been times where I have had a longer than expected wait time but those have been far and few between. Most of the time I have been able to donate in less than an hour and a half give or take. Also, the staff is professional, respectful and friendly and that has kept me coming back even though I have had a few bad experiences of being deferred due to low protein for example, or due to

The employees here always treat me very kindly! One of the phlebotomists, Colleen, has no trouble finding my veins and I feel no signs of pain when she inserts the needle in my arm. Overall an amazing experience every time I come to donate plasma!

Colleen was the one who took my plasma and she was awesome! Kind, calm, and not overly chatty. Most importantly, I have no bruising or pain from the needle. My only complaint is that there was an unusually long wait for first time registration and exam. I had an appointment at noon and didn't end up leaving until after 4. I didn't have anywhere urgent to be, but I suggest giving yourself extra time just in case.

Great experience! The staff was kind and got me in quickly to donate. Shout-out to Colleen for her good service and experience. Will definitely be back

Griffin and Paul are incredibly staff. They are attentive and skillful. Other staff has been pretty rough and rude. Also, I have been refused donation even with an appointment because if how busy they were. If you are that busy then you need to refuse walk-ins and lower the number of reservations.
