When I first started coming to this location, It was good, nice staff. I'm coming up on a yr now, it seems like it's to many females in there, with a different attitude problem. When you come. You can't tell them ?ooh that hurts or not there? because they will try to hurt you, on the sly. Stick the needle deep in your arm. To leave a nasty scar on your arm on purpose. Not the whole staff but it's a few nasty nasty Hispanic female staff there. Try to get you deferred, for no reason at all, just petty women i

Place been good for a while but now it's some new Arab female there who clearly don't have common sense or smart on her resume. She messed up 2 time and I had to come back tomorrow. Waste my time and gas because yall hiring desperately and picking former McDonalds cashiers to be trusted.

I signed in. Then was asked for my social to verify information. However, the individual asking questions has a dry sense of humor. Which is fine by me, but it led to me responding accordingly. And then she went anal. She said I couldn't donate. I was okay with that and just figured, next time I won't answer with any jokes lol But then she said something about "X'ing" me. Thats the part I couldn't understand, as I wasn't rude or did anything to be denied going to the location, so I asked if I could leave th

Their whole staff is incredibly rude. They stare at you when you walk in nobody greets you at that. They change their way of things every single time you go in they have you see different people multiple different times and I haven't been able to donate due to the fact of my democratic being low, but the last four times that I've been in They give me a different process every single time. This is the worst facility to donate plasma.

If your going to go these vampires do yourself a favor and never try to go antid aka Donova just came back after not donating last time was 2018 and they no longer accepted me wasted 2 hours for something they could've told me when I walked in. Treat you like cattle and throw you out.

It's very pleasant to go into a place of business and experience professional service with a smile. Good or bad day it's hard to have to smile for everyone but Ms Ericka was very professional with intake today

I got differed for no apparent reason. Which is fine. But I called to know what was the reason for my deferral. Someone from Biomat told me I have to come inside for them to tell me the reason of the deferral. Why not just tell me over the phone? I refuse to go out of my way just to waste my time. Not gonna happen. Might as well permanently differ me cause I'd rather go to CSL Plasma where they actually communicate with me over the phone.

Ashley is awesome! It never hurts when she sticks you

Don't waist your time, staff is very rude. I was standing there for more than 10 minutes and no-one came to help me

They don't ever answer their phones, but tell you to call. Make it make sense.

The waiting time is quite lengthy, and it can be frustrating to spend an extended period without any updates or explanations. It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could provide better communication and manage expectations more effectively. Additionally, some employees appear to be in a negative mood, which can impact the overall service experience. It would be beneficial if they could maintain a more positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

I do not donate plasma frequently. They had a special $100 on the first donation $100 on the second. No one absolutely nobody told me I only had 30 days to claim both donations. Even when they did a follow-up call they never told me that. Then they gave me a measly $15 for my inconvenience. You people need to make things clear because not everybody has to donate twice a week. Then they blamed me and said "oh it's on the signs you should have read the signs" I'm there just scroll my phone, do what I need to

I have donated here 17 times in 2024 so far. I've always had a professional experience from the staff! I prefer this place over other plasma donation places because you must make an appointment for a specific time. So you don't have to wait in line for a half an hour like other places.

Do not believe in their monthly promotions because it is a lie. I was told that I won the March promotion of $250 and that they were going to send me an electric gift card to my email. They ended up sending it to my email but to my surprise the gift card only had $2.26. Immediately I emailed them back let them know and I was told they would look in to it but it's been days and nobody has gotten back to me. As of now I'm assuming these monthly promotions are nothing but a scam to get people to donate more of

You can't sign up on the website with your identifying information and fill it out there. When you get there, they take your driver's license and social security card somewhere into the back of the office to identify you. Apparently having a computer at the desk is just beyond the ability's of this corporation. What does the staff do with your driver's license and social security card? Who has access to it? Takes pictures of it? Who knows. You certainly don't. You just have to cross your fingers and hope th

It was my first time here today and I had a pleasant experience, the nurse that works there (don't know her name) she was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well she was super nice and made my experience smooth. The place is nice and clean and a bit cold so bring a jacket when you go. Make sure you bring mail and an id and social.

Had a terrible experience with customer service. It was very disappointing and the staff needs to be trained better with things. I wouldn't recommend.

I have been riddled with misinformation since I began donating. I started at one location, then transferred to a new location after moving. To make sure I didn't miss out on the new donor opportunity I asked the employee at my first center if there was a time limit on the first four new donor bonuses. I was told no and in fact someone who just came back after 6 months of lapse was still eligible for 2 $100 payments instead of four after a new physical. My very first time at the new center they wasted my ga

How come no one answers the phone? It just rings then hangs up.

Review for Grifols Plasma Bank:** I am extremely disappointed with the service at Grifols Plasma Bank. The entire process is a disorganized mess. No one seems to know anything about scheduling appointments, and getting logged in is an absolute nightmare. Despite the process supposedly being online, the staff fails to provide any guidance or information. Instead, they just look at you blankly, mumble "ok, done," and usher you out the door. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service is completel

They now take over 1000mL of plasma and do not compensate you for the now amount they are taking. Usually 880 for $55, now it's over 1000mL for the same $55 and no additional for the extra amount. Talk about greedy

Place is horrible, no new donor fee which is crazy! They wanted me to wait 3 hours for $45 when there was nobody even there. Don't even waste your time coming here you're better off going to CSL where it's actually worth donating at!

When you want to do something good, that not only will help enhance someone elses life but also yourselves! This place is it. A win win. Awesome place to give back and receive. Wonderful staff and great service.

Great way to earn some extra cash. Friendly atmosphere, and honestly the experience is what you make it. Never had any bad experiences there to date as far as employees are concerned. Everyone is actually pretty nice. The reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because recently, they removed the appointment system. The appointment system was really a deal breaker for me. I usually come in at the same time weekly, and for the most part, I would leave at a reasonable time. But since they removed the ability to

Grifols Plasma is Clean, quiet. However; your front desk lady (a nice mature African American lady) doesn't know how to handle customers. She asked for private information from her corner and you are in the front door. EVERYBODY is listening about your personal information. Your person calling people to enter to the donation room , a mid age African American lady, is RUDE! The rest of the staff is AMAZING! VERY professionals, caring and willing to assist you. You need more people in front desk. Your organiz

Day 1 I show up and say I'm a new donor. I'm going old by medical to come back tomorrow. I show up as I was told, I ask where I'm supposed to sign in. The lady just looked at me confused. I point to the sign that says to sign in on the sheet.. she still loves the ka confused so I read the sign aloud and was told no, that there's no medical staff so come back tomorrow. Twice I've been told to come back... So I schedule yet another day, third day in a row. Place is shut down due to no power.... All these is

I enjoy coming here to this facility. The staff is very energetic yet professional. I have never had to be stuck twice. They are always checking my well being during the donation process. I enjoy helping with donation of plasma and it helps with additional income. I highly recommend this facility and will continue to donate at this facility. Many blessings!!!

Adriana did such a good job on my donation. I didn't feel a thing !! She is great at what she does and made me feel so comfortable. Because I am terrified of needles lol thank you so much

Been coming her for a few years now? Please bring back treating the donors as a blessing instead of treating them like they are interrupting your day. Anytime you need help I am willing to help with scheduling lunches for employees so that the office is constantly moving and so old donors can get their physical without being told to keep coming back.

I have been going to this location for about 4 years now, and there's a new lead by the name of Angel who has been wonderful when dealing with me when I arrive. I have issues with scar tissue at times, and it's been difficult for most of the employees there to stick me to where it takes less than an hour to donate. Jasmine has been a leader who has given me the attention and adjustments when needed, and the one to assist me on other visits that have allowed me to donate faster. She is in high demand by dono

Never had any issues in over 6 months. Friendly staff. Only time Ive had to wait long (more than an hour) is if I waited till after noon to go in. I usually go in between 630am and 8am, maybe wait 20 or 30 min. Get there early or expect to wait, simple as that. Although sometimes I go late just because I love seeing people get furious and complain that they've had to wait a whole 45 minutes. Always makes me laugh.

If you're trans they will out you and you cannot donate unless you use your dead name if it's still on your ID. This is truly a disgusting policy with no excuse. Again, do not go here if your trans.

Been going to the Altamonte Springs location for more than a year and a half and even though the staff at the machine location is kind and accommodating, I can't say the same about the medical staff during the weekend. Went for a physical last Saturday at 10:45 AM and it was almost 2Pm and I wasn't done , even though the waiting room was EMPTY. The medical staff was more worried about what's for lunch than attending the client. I will never again donate there: my sister in law and cousin will also go somewh

I recently donated at the Altamonte location. It was a long wait, but I expected it, being my first time there. The staff was busy, but not rude at all considering what they were dealing with. They did everything they could to accommodate me, and answer my questions; the "sticking" was perfect, and I hate needles, ugg, she understood apparently and was very gentle with me :) overall it was a pleasant experience, and the money helps out quite a bit. I went there for a second visit today, it took about 1:30,

Has been good in the past, but... I have been much less than impressed with them the last few months: 1. On two different occasions, they have taken my temperature during screening, and it came back 99.8 both times. I was not sick, was not getting over anything, and did not get sick after. In fact, I have three different thermometers at home and checked my temp when I got home, multiple times each. No fever. I find it highly unlikely that their one thermometer reading was right and all three of mine were

I've been going to Biomat Altamonte for just over a year now. The staff here are so wonderful. I look forward to going just because the staff is so nice. Most of the people who work here greet me by my name when I walk in the door. It's always nice to feel welcome somewhere. The compensation is great, it takes little of your time and has been a great experience for me.

Had my worst experience there to date... the screener had a horrible attitude, very condescending and only concerned with pushing me through the process to keep her time low (she admitted this). I could understand that if they were super busy, but there were maybe two other people waiting when I went in. Very disappointing, since the rest of the staff are lovely. Would still recommend the center overall, but if Alex is your screener you're better off walking out.

Maybe it is just me, but this place looks and acts like a people farm. Most of the staff is short tempered and too busy to be bothered. The lady that set my line was really bad at it and oddly rude. The whole experience creeped me out, and not just because several people were scratching themselves in the waiting room. Woah, what an atmosphere. Of you can stand it, go twice and collect 150. I only made it once lol

Outdated equipment and kiosks. Even though you didn't do anything different as far as eating and drinking water, it seems every other time your readings are off and you can't donate. Their equipment is outdated and never gives accurate readings. Never have this issue at other centers. Half the time their kiosks don't work. They pay out lower than average monthly payments than other area plasma centers. Don't bother coming here. I think they lie on purpose so they don't have to pay out the money by turn

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. They take care of their donors and make sure you're comfortable at all times. The facility itself is clean and well taken care of. I've been going for a month now and it's a great way to make a little extra cash. Overall it''s a pleasant experience especially if you come prepared with a book or a charged phone (it's the only time I get to just watch Netflix or Hulu during my busy week). Also, bring a warm jacket or blanket because it gets a little c

This donation center treats you like family and makes sure they follow safety procedures properly. Best place i found in my area that the wait limits aren't bad and the pay is decent. Since I been coming here ive been enjoying my time talking with the employees and other patients.

READ BEFORE YOU DONATE: If you follow your GPS you have to go around to the back to donate plasma, the front area you see is for employees. No, the staff is not unprofessional. No, they do not pick up the phone easily. I called a few times and someone finally answered. When I arrived to donate I understood. The place was packed full of people and a decent amount of staff members, each doing their own job. They are very busy, professional and they do not take to people not listening. Follow the guidel

In some cases, yes the waits are long. But they move you through screening very efficiently. If all of the beds are full, then understandably you have to wait until one opens up. I have found everyone very professional and pleasant. I read all of the reviews and have never experienced any of the bad things that were said here. I have been donating here for several months and everybody knows my name! ??

Went two days in a row. Spent 3 hours total only to be told I couldn't donate in a ride and judgemental way by a woman with no sensitivity or sincerity for anybody else?s experience or feelings. Very disappointing!

Kelly is seriously the freaking best!! She has such a bubbly perfect personality. She's so funny, welcoming, energetic, literally the best! If you get her, you're in amazing hands! You can tell she really does love what she does. If I could giver a million stars I would but sadly I'm limited to 5 lol. I get a little anxious donating and she seriously wiped all that away. If I could come here and just hangout with her I would lol. Kelly if you see this- you're amazing boo! keep it up!!

I called and asked what time I would have to get there as a new doner. They said as long as I get there by 2 o'clock they'll accept me. It took almost 3 hours and I got caught in the rain but I still made it on time. When I got there they told me that they had 2 new doners and didn't have the time to take me so they turned me away. If you tell someone that as long as they get there by a certain time than they'll accept you than they should honor that.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Wait times vary from good to bad but mostly on the bad side. The staff could use some serious schooling on finding veins. I have been bruised multiple times by these people because they put the needle in to deep or at to much of an angle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've donated at much better places than this. The staff needs to be trained better!

A complete joke. Each time I come here there is always an issue either they say iron is too low or blood pressure is too high I literally came here with supposedly too low of iron and then the next day the same iron results and she said it's so close to their threshold that I will be ok and allowed me to donate now the old white lady today said I was overdue for a physical that's suppose to be every 4 months however I had a donation at my fifth month no one brought it to my attention then and then she says

Was not happy today , they do false advertising. Was only my third time donating plasma , but apparently if you don't come back for a while you don't get the $100 like promised you only get $75 This company does this a lot. Promising you money if you bring people in and etc. then cheat you tell you you won't get the money till next time you donate. They don't give you what they advertised it's always a work around

I have been donating here for almost two years. This is a clean facility which I enjoy. It's is professional and they give lot of different bonuses for different occasions. There is also two days a month that is allocated for donor's appreciation days where they give out gifts or snacks. Also free wifi. I love this center I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Me and a family member have come 4 times. Every time its "not excepting new donors at this time. Went in the morning. Nope. Went in the evening at 4 like they told us to. Nope. They dont close till 7. You got 4 nurses standing around at the front but cant get any new donors registered in 3 hours? I recommend csl plasma on 17-92. Has actual social distance waiting areas. Very lenient on timing. Always love new donors. Friendly as can be. Doesnt look like a dingey office. Actually professional.

Hi my name is Marc Marley Surin and I donated at grifols plus I absolutely love it there. They are nice, fast, and extremely professional! I recommend anyone truly. Like, big fact it's a awesome location.... I would say my staff favorite staff member but they all deserve a raise. Period !!!!

This place is the best. The staff is friendly and do anything to make sure you're comfortable. The wait is reasonable for as many people there are that come here. They also pay the best out of all places

I've been donating to this place for a really long time now. All in all I can't say I've ever had a horrible experience. Although I Will not lie, the vibe does always have a touch of un professionalism sometimes but for the most part everyone who has attended to me has been pretty nice. It's just you can always tell when they've had a horrible day. They have no problem with protraying it in face, Tone of voice and body language but Hey they are people just like us and I've seen that kind of donors they've

Great business. People are always friendly and it's always pretty fast. Location is the only downside since I'm on other side of town but I always come here bc the staff is amazing.

First time donating at this facility and it was a great experience. Clean facility, great workers, perfect hours, and the process is pretty efficient. I have been to other Plasma donation facilities in the area, and this one is by far the best in Seminole County. *Update* Avoid this location- donate at your own risk!

I am an anti-d donor. I have missed 2 donations this month because of the new appointment only donations (and I'll probably miss more next month). I have a random schedule and twice (so far) I have been unable to get an appointment when I have time to go. The appointments make a 1.5 hour donation into a 2.5+ hour donation. It sucks donating now. I am currently looking for another company where I can just go and donate without an appointment. Even if you manage to get an appointment and get there on time. I

Came in to donate blood because my doctor recommended for me to do so walked in but I did not have my Social Security card with me so they wanted to run my credit for me to donate blood to them!! can someone please tell me how does my credit has anything to do with me donating blood so if my credit is bad that means my blood is no good!? please someone explain this to me unbelievable that they would even ask anything about my credit for me to donate blood I am still in shock over that to me it's a scam s

I like this location because its on my way home from work,I get off at 2:30 and arrive by 3 and most days I am out by 4-4:15. I say 4 stars because they don't do appointments so its just a mad house, other than that most people there are super friendly once you build a relationship with them and donate a few times.

I am a first time donor. The facility is very clean & comfortable. The staff is very friendly & focused on their work & execute their duties diligently which clearly demonstrates their passion for their career & i greatly appreciate this. We are instructed to watch an informative video that details the purpose & goal of this organization & it opened my eyes to the necessity of plasma donation centers for the health & well-being of humanity. The process is very clear & fast & any concerns or questions you ha

Yesterday I went in to donate 45 minutes before closing and I didn't receive my payment that same day. Today I called and was instantly helped out, I was explained their payment system was not working properly. I received my payment within the hour with an extra 10$! My first time donating there I had an incident where my needle site was forming a bubble and I panicked! But Matt fixed it quickly and I had no bruising or pain. There is another female phlebotomist her name starts with a K, and she is also rea

I love the new appointment system. it's fast, clean, and the staff are all very friendly. The little games and prizes make it fun and interesting. My favorite choice from all donation centers for sure. ^__^

This place is not trustable, they got my results mixed with someone else and have barred me from donating anywhere even though I have provided proof that they messed up and almost caused me to get a divorce. They have refused to do anything about it or provide me with a number of someone who can help. Be careful going here because if they're mixing up people's donations there's no guarantee they're not giving people infected donations.

I decided to come back here after about 1.5 years of taking a break from donating to work on my health. A few things have changed in that time. Most noticeable for me is that the process seems to go a lot faster. My first visit this year took a bit, can't really blame any one though since they had to find my file from long ago. After that, getting on was a breeze. I remember it taking 45 minutes or more to have my vitals checked in 2016. Now, I can't recall waiting more than 25 minutes tops, maybe 15 to

It was a great place to donate whether you needed extra money or wanted to help save someones life. over the last couple of weeks they have changed management and I am unable to donate anymore because of a blood pressure machine error -_- sweetest donor techs ever. Love Amanda,Luz and Layla. Best people there!!!!

Charlotte and john do amazing jobs with those needles! every time am here they accomdate me... the sucky part about this place is the wait i recommend getting there super early like 530am exspecially if its your first time! The first visit is about four to six hours but any time after that its 2hours max! great money pay attention to dates they run specials all the time! if you dont mind needles this the place to be staff very friendly and down to earth!

I spent over 3 hours there just for them to tell me I am unable to donate due to having cadaver tissue donated to me from an ACL surgery that happened over 15 years ago. The whole process was slow with repetitive questionnaires. It wasn't even that busy. I've donated plasma at other centers and never had this issue. The lady who was doing my physical said I needed to bring documentation from my physician from 15years ago! Waste of my time. They should have a better system before wasting someone?s time witho

Love this place! Clean, fast and all around great! Staff is very funny and friendly!

If I could give them zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option. This is the most unprofessional medical atmosphere I have ever witnessed in my life. They treat their donors like second class citizens and like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to donate. Any complaints of their treatment of the donors or their lack of professionalism gets you the response this is voluntary and you don't need to be here, completely ungrateful to the gift you're giving to help other people, not to menti

Excellent staff, very friendly. They have stepped up their game. Everytime I go,Im in & out in no more than 2hrs tops. You have to consider everyones donation time is different. You have to be patient & wait on a bed. The staff is awesome. If you dont have time & patience then dont go. They do check your iron, protein,BP,weight, etc. You do have to watch what you eat,no dairy before you donate. Certain factors will get you deferred. If you follow their guidelines & do what your suppose to do. I have never had

This place is fine staff are nice and my first time it took 4 hrs because of all the extra things we gotta do for first timers but now when i go it takes me 1.5 too 2 hrs at the most. So who ever said its takes 5 hrs evertime is way off lol staff does talk alot but they get the job done in a fear time. People gotta understand that there could be days that are more busy then others. But iv had always been out no longer than 2 hrs at the most and the people they say that skip are because there blood type is o

Much more pleasant process because of appointment scheduling process! Much faster in and out of here! Friendly and professional staff. Haven't had a bad stick yet and/or had to be stuck twice. ??

I came from another center on a new donor bonus. I come here.. I guess they felt the need to hide the fact I'd be loosing that amount and get paid as a normal donor. I called the grifols I donated at prior. They totally blamed it on me. They said I should've asked first. I love when people don't take accountability. As if it wasn't their job to explain or something? They surely explained everything else. But forgot to mention that part. And it's my fault some how? So I lose money when people don't do their

I just don't understand that if your an employee there you should be experienced and qualified to stick people.. When your there you have to make sure that you are getting "serviced" by the right people... Me personally I prefer Mike or Maria...i have never experienced a problem with these two... My thing is getting stuck in both arms by someone who clearly not know what their doing and you being deferred as if it's your own fault... And no this is not my career I have 2 jobs and my son and I donate plasma

Arrived at 9 am have had 2 people ahead of me to donate for my first time at this location I've been here 3 and a half hours and there's still 1 person ahead of me. they're very disorganised and spend more time talking than actually doing their jobs. Will not be returning should have stuck with Csl Plasma

Horrible. They made me wait 1.5 hours just be told u need to leave. And the Indian lady was super rude and condescending. No one knows anything and they loose track of who needs help. Hate it here already.

Beware, they twist the information that you say, and they make things up and are very selective. I called corporate on them, and they are working on a resolution. They deferred me just because I said I got dizzy one time more than 15 years ago! Since then, I haven't. I have had labs done and donated plasma as well!

Only been there once (for now) but first impression, very clean and organized place. The staff there are honestly probably the nicest staff I have ever encounter. ??

I have been coming here for about 2 years. I know pretty much all of the employees by name. Great bunch of people, great customer service and great on there time.

The nurses in the front are not very knowledgeable. They caused me two hematomas during my last donation, one on each arm, due to the inability of the phlebotomist to hook me up properly. I have been donating for a long time and I have only ever had problems at this center. They told me I cannot donate due to the hematomas present on both arms that they caused. They've also been doing something recently that seemed off; fraudulent, even. They have been telling me on my second donation day during the week t

Today was my first donation attempt and I did by mistake tell the doctor the incorrect dates of my last plasma donation and he was very rude.

I was there for 6 hours waiting to be processed as a new donor and then donate. The website said to expect 2.5. They had to provide a snack because I was waiting so long. That night, I noticed I didnt recieve the payment but decided to wait until the morning. The next morning, I woke up and still nothing. At 7:15 am I started calling to have it corrected. I had to call 8 times before I finally got someone to answer. She wanted me to call back in half an hour to reach the lab and I outright refused. Apparent

Very inefficient. Took 2 visits and over 8 hours of waiting to get a simple physical just to be able to donate. I work in the medical field, no excuse for being so slow. Came back for second donation, waited over an hour and hadn't even had my vitals checked. So unless you have at least 4-5 hours to give up, it's not worth it.

Worst place ever .. staff is so unprofessional.. i set there as a new donor for an hour and 1/2 only for them to tell me that the proof they have previously told me would work as proof of my social security number they wouldnt use then when I asked to talk to the person who refused it they sent some rude supposedly assistant manager only for her not to listen to anything I had to say and roll her eyes at me .. then she preceded to talk to another donor when our conversation was not over and this donor did n

You walk in and some terrible reality show is on tv. Not only are the staff unorganized but they are constantly skipping people, putting the needles in sideways and are generally acting unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable donating here if I didn't have to.

Always happy and friendly workers. Because of my small veins i feel Cece Julie Alex and Ashley are the best phlebotomist in my opinion hope this helps have a gr8 day.

Staff is friendly and gentle with the needle. Communication is awesome also. My experience rate is excellent and I be referring more people to come donate ad well.

The only center I know of that doesn't allow their donors to switch centers
