When I first started coming to this location, It was good, nice staff. I'm coming up on a yr now, it seems like it's to many females in there, with a different attitude problem. When you come. Their whole staff is incredibly rude. They stare at you when you walk in nobody greets you at that. They change their way of things every single time you go in they have you see different people multiple different times and I haven't been able to donate due to the fact of my democratic being low, but the last four times that I've been in They give me a different process every single time. This is the worst facility to donate plasma.

Someone from Biomat told me I have to come inside for them to tell me the reason of the deferral. Why not just tell me over the phone? I refuse to go out of my way just to waste my time. I do not donate plasma frequently. They had a special $100 on the first donation $100 on the second. No one absolutely nobody told me I only had 30 days to claim both donations. Do not believe in their monthly promotions because it is a lie. I was told that I won the March promotion of $250 and that they were going to send me an electric gift card to my email. When you get there, they take your driver's license and social security card somewhere into the back of the office to identify you. It was my first time here today and I had a pleasant experience, the nurse that works there (don't know her name) she was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well she was super nice and made my experience smooth. The place is nice and clean and a bit cold so bring a jacket when you go. Make sure you bring mail and an id and social.

Been coming her for a few years now? Please bring back treating the donors as a blessing instead of treating them like they are interrupting your day. Anytime you need help I am willing to help with scheduling lunches for employees so that the office is constantly moving and so old donors can get their physical without being told to keep coming back.

I have been going to this location for about 4 years now, and there's a new lead by the name of Angel who has been wonderful when dealing with me when I arrive. I have issues with scar tissue at times, and it's been difficult for most of the employees there to stick me to where it takes less than an hour to donate. Never had any issues in over 6 months. Friendly staff. Only time Ive had to wait long (more than an hour) is if I waited till after noon to go in. I usually go in between 630am and 8am, maybe wait 20 or 30 min. Get there early or expect to wait, simple as that. Although sometimes I go late just because I love seeing people get furious and complain that they've had to wait a whole 45 minutes. Always makes me laugh.

I've been going to Biomat Altamonte for just over a year now. The staff here are so wonderful. I look forward to going just because the staff is so nice. Most of the people who work here greet me by my name when I walk in the door. It's always nice to feel welcome somewhere. The compensation is great, it takes little of your time and has been a great experience for me.

Had my worst experience there to date... the screener had a horrible attitude, very condescending and only concerned with pushing me through the process to keep her time low (she admitted this). I could understand that if they were super busy, but there were maybe two other people waiting when I went in. Very disappointing, since the rest of the staff are lovely. I called and asked what time I would have to get there as a new doner. They said as long as I get there by 2 o'clock they'll accept me. It took almost 3 hours and I got caught in the rain but I still made it on time. When I got there they told me that they had 2 new doners and didn't have the time to take me so they turned me away. If you tell someone that as long as they get there by a certain time than they'll accept you than they should honor that.

I have been donating here for almost two years.This is a clean facility which I enjoy. It's is professional and they give lot of different bonuses for different occasions. There is also two days a month that is allocated for donor's appreciation days where they give out gifts or snacks. Also free wifi. I love this center I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Me and a family member have come 4 times. Every time its "not excepting new donors at this time. Went in the morning. Nope. Went in the evening at 4 like they told us to. Nope. This place is not trustable, they got my results mixed with someone else and have barred me from donating anywhere even though I have provided proof that they messed up and almost caused me to get a divorce. They have refused to do anything about it or provide me with a number of someone who can help. I spent over 3 hours there just for them to tell me I am unable to donate due to having cadaver tissue donated to me from an ACL surgery that happened over 15 years ago. Very inefficient. Took 2 visits and over 8 hours of waiting to get a simple physical just to be able to donate. I work in the medical field, no excuse for being so slow.
