I have never left a review in my life but this place deserves one. I used to go to Octapharma and grifols blew them out the water. Octapharma had me waiting in line for an hour and a half with no chair, to then be examined in front of everyone else, have my weight announced LOUDLY to where everyone in line can hear, rude employees and trashy. ruder donors (one compared me to an escort and I had to stand next to them snicker next to me for another 35 mins, to then be DENIED from donating because my pulse was

I had a quick and easy experience at Grifols Plasma! The staff were efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable (Special thanks to Corey for his assistance). Everything went smoothly, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for a fast donation experience!

Rude staff the Manager wrote a weird deferral because I asked why the machine was taking so long so I'm never going back here they brought it to my attention when I returned and I told them I'd rather not even donate ever again with them. If the managers that sensitive she should get a job somewhere else I have the right to ask why your machines are slow... Now I'm off to BioLife where the machines are not slow...

I have been donating here for several years and I can honestly say that it is such a pleasant atmosphere to come into each time. Corey keeps processes flowing, greets donors, and makes everyone feel welcome. The staff is absolutely professional, with a heart warming understanding and relatability to donors!!

I just love how fast and friendly everyone is. They treat you like human beings and the vibe is nice and the facility is so clean. I definitely will continue to come here especially because I hear they do promotions so you always earn more!

I just came back after using another plasma center but today was my first time back after 2 years, I was definitely surprised in a big good way the center in Aurora off of sable was clean and staff was awesome especially jasmine she was very informative and caring!! I would recommend this plasma center for anyone new to the process!! They have updated all of the equipment and process they are very professional and respectful!!! I would honestly give them 10 stars! Very quick and professional!!

I really like coming here. All the staff are nice, professional, and efficient... With the new machines donating is much faster. Sometimes I'm in and out in around 45 minutes....

Jasmine helped me walk through the experience as a first-time donor. It could not have gone smoother and she could not have been more helpful in navigating a process that is both safe but also not complicated. Would recommend.

This place is amazing, and the team always have smiles on and are ready to laugh. Special shout-out to Chan, Lids, and Ave Maria; but good luck telling them apart. I had a fantastic experience at the Grifols Plasma Center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Lidia, in particular, made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the donation. The center itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location, especially if you're lucky enough to have Lidia assist you!

I walked in to this very clean donation center. I was nicely greeted and welcomed by Teresa. I was very nervous but Teresa definitely made the process much easier then I expected, from start to finish. Elizabeth was also amazing at her job, very fun person to talk to. Most importantly everyone in the building is great and welcoming. Would recommend this to everyone.

This location has an incredible , caring, safety oriented to that will make your visit a pleasant one . From personally being helped by Alejandra, Marissa, Dayana, and Elizabeth to Sergio, Deloris, Denise, Jesus, Monica and these few more I can't remember the name in this moment . Quick easy way to donate Plasma for some extra cash. The fact that the allow walks-ins for initial physical stands and completing the screen via your phone prior to you appointment is a huge bonus over other plasma donation sites in the area. They make the process fast easy and mostly painless.

I was told I was not pumping fast enough, (not a health issue or an issue of interfering with other people or anything) so I explained I was in the middle of a family emergency, and kind of preoccupied. My wife and I went in to donate to help those in need of the plasma and to help ourselves who need additional money. When checking my wife's veins they noticed a bruise that was left when she had blood taken several days ago at the ER. They wouldn't allow her to donate because she didn't have the release form stating that they found nothing wrong beyond arthritis and a pulled muscle. Loved it before. Now it seems like they are sacrificing comfort for efficiency. They put all the chairs facing each other. So you are facing the people across from you. It can be a bit uncomfortable when someone is staring you down. They also are beginning to assign numbers to donors and chairs which may even lead to discrimination of donors and employees. So apparently they don't give you the new donors fee if you've ever at any point ever donated at any Grifols Biomat. I have not donated since 2021 at Grifols Biomat. Also I made them very well aware that I have been donating at CSL plasma. I said it on the phone and when I was there in person. It wasn't until after I had been there for nearly 3 hours that I was told I can't donate there until it's been 7 days since I last donated plasma. I've been here many times the last few years. They seem to have a lot fewer staff now so you have to be patient, arrive early, and I highly recommend using their online kiosk for the questions. These things will help speed the process along. I haven't had many of the issues that others mentioned but I've seen many people get upset in person for reasons the staff has no control over. Switched over from CSL a couple months ago & it was a night & day difference. The staff is very welcoming & nice. The process of screening & donating is faster & more efficient. I recommend this donation center for first timers but also experienced donors, the experience is impeccable.

As a first timer it's alright but that's about it. However, I didn't have a good time coming here. I had discomfort every time I went either the needle was too deep, the staff inserted the needles aggressively which bruised me and the donation time is longer than an hour even if you answer the questionnaire ahead of time through the app(machines are junk as they have little to no touch sensitivity) Also they have appointments slots every 15minutes but if you are running a little late at the end of the nigh

The first initial visit with exam and physical only took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Every visit since then has always been an hour or less and the staff are really friendly. They also play great movies.

I'm a long time donor at Aurora Biomat. The donor fees are nice, but I continue to come back because I appreciate the staff so much! They're friendly and helpful; they also make the donation experience a good time.
