Disrespectful workers I donate today been waiting a hour for the money to hit on my card I called they pick up said o check it now like what you waiting for me to call then u put it on there I would recommend no one to go hear.

The majority of the staff are wonderful. However, there's one young lady whom works doing triage most of the time she is extremely rude and seems to give me problemsconstantly. I work I'm not a bum selling plasma. I pay it forward bc I've had multiple transfusions. Suddenly after donating 6 months .This same young lady tried deffered because I had discussed why I donated. She reports me as not disclosing this info on my first visit. I sat here an hour while multiple ppl behind me donated..They made a

Slow. The employees are very slow. Ok, now I'm in here for the 3rd time. 6 new donors are waiting and no one is helping us. I believe this location needs a competent manager. The employees went from slow to a complete stop. Too bad there is not an alternative to this place. No structure or order for new donors to sign up the first time. They are heavily understaffed as well.

there is never anyone at front desk. I have had to wait 5 minutes or more the last three times I was there before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. they can not seam to hit the vain.they have messed up my vains twice now out of seven times.

This is the worst place to donate at, don't bother calling them because they won't answer most of the time, the staff in the front are rude and they make it apparent that they hate their job. If you have any change of address dont waste your time here either. I haven't had any bad experiences with anyone in the back, they have been professional and friendly

I've donated here for a year and after today I'll no longer be coming here. For the past year it has been nothing but problems, from them cutting off the new donor bonus right in the middle of receiving them to This guy named Zach some joke they call management will give you nothing but attitude cause he knows he ain?t getting fired cause that would mean someone at this company would have to do something. And for the past year I've donated 800 ml and now all the sudden they want 950 from me for the same pr

Horrible service. Had to get stuck 3 times never in my life had to get poked more than once. Constant pain nurse was useless. Would of been better to have a homeless junkie help you atleast they know how to hit a vein

The absolute worst experience/ waste of my time in my life? I tried to come donate today and they asked for my drivers license and social security card? They said I can't donate here because my last names don't match on my I.d and social? Not to mention the staff here is very rude and very unprofessional? Please don't ever come here or refer anyone to this place? I recommend either going to Bio Life or CSL plasma? I'm pretty upset right now

I love the environment and friendly staff joking around with u and other donors

Some employees are really lazy and don't follow protocol. There's specific employees I refuse to let touch me because I see them not changing their gloves between clients and the other doesn't speak or ask if you're allergic to iodine, latex or confirm your name and donor number. I have been going long enough to know who isn't doing their job properly and I have worked in the medical field before so I don't take those things lightly. Instead of being on your phone while you're in line to get finger pricked

Service is extremely slow. There's no sense of urgency. One pace only, which is irritating for donors. I understand this is a donation, but people have other things to do with their time too. Most of the employees here are nice.

This was my first time coming to y'all's business and there are Sorry workers and rude customer service at the front desk they banned me because I had a fresh tattoo and I asked if I could donate they asked for my id and ssc and they permanently banned me all I did was ask if I could donate now i can't donate to any of y'all's businesses they said I have to go to a different one you are the closest one by me y'all really need to check out who y'all have working with y'all because they act different when bos

Sat for over 3 hours wasn't even acknowledged. People in there had been coming multiple days in a row with similar experiences. They do not act professional they are not timely by any fashion. Find any other plasma center for a pleasant experience you will not have a good experience here

From start to finish, I felt as though I was being taken care of and that my health and safety were a priority. Not to mention, the employees look like they have a great time working together: it makes for an enjoyable atmosphere.

A great place to make a quick buck, and also, their team members, lab workers, phlebotomists, management, the whole experience has just been fantastic. Only downside was on my initial visit, no one helped to guide me initially on where to go and what to do. I felt lost. However whenever I asked for help, they immediately guided me in the right direction. I look forward to coming back twice a week ?

Had a phlebotomist butcher my arm the last few times I was in there. Every person she sticks has their machines doing an error code or saying ?no flow?. My arm is bruised due to the nurse incorrectly trying to restick me. I have to wait until the bruise is gone to return. Shout out to David and I think her name is Mrs. Shamira (probably spelt wrong) but they do an amazing job.

Worst donation center. Employees are slow. Management has no clue how to do their job. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They talk down to donors. When you say something about their attitude. They defer you. Will not go to this place ever again. Disgusting

This is a great place. The staff are all very nice, kind, and helpful when I have question's or concern's. I like coming here because it lets me help others in need, The people are kind and friendly and it puts extra money in my pocket to help build my house and my future. Will keep coming back for sure.

Every time I go in to donate plasma, the staff is always so friendly and professional. They always make sure to take care of me during my donation. I've had some bad experiences with my donations, from almost fainting to throwing up. The took care of me the entire time until they knew I was better. The entire place is always clean. I also love knowing I'm saving lives! 10/10 recommended this facility!

This is an awesome place to come to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is an easy way to make some extra money if you aren't afraid of needles. This center is in a good location and easy to find. My veins are very deep so I have to stick with my main girls: Brittani, Shelbi, and Alondra. Yall are amazing. Keep up the hard work. ???

I love donating here. The employees are so friendly and just really makes you feel comfortable. Love the way the employees can joke around with one another and the donors as well and just have a good time while still getting their stuff done. Recommend this place for everyone to donate plasma.

I have been coming here for years! Each time is a great experience. The staff here is always so helpful And friendly nd educational. This location is always clean from the beds to the restrooms! I will continue to donate here. Come be part of making a difference ??

Great place to donate. The staff are super friendly and professional. They will get you in and out fairly quickly. The experience always been awesome highly recommend you visit and make some extra cash. The main reason to donate is to save a life and help out someone else.

This is a good place to go if you need some extra cash. You can make $135 a week for 2 visits. It only takes a couple of hours to donate. Not only do you make a little money but you're helping out because they make medicine out of the plasma you donate. The facility is very clean and the employees are friendly and professional.

Worst experience I've had at a plasma center. The assistant manager is incompetent and rude to staff and donors. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

The staff is amazing. Must say though Beaumont clinic is by far the least paying around. And why corporate office decided to not allow the staff to play music or movies makes it not as enjoyable... Get it together corporate!!!!

I don't know how this place even has good reviews. I sat for almost an hour after watching a video and read information. Someone that came in after me got sent back first. The place was ghetto and there were constantly people in there cursing and yelling why they had been waiting so long and many trashy men in there hitting on multiple women being very disrespectful and the 300 pound security guard was useless and just sat on her butt eating. I never even got service after I was told to sit in a chair and w

This place used to suck but then they got that new system going in the last couple months and everything runs smooth every time I've been in there. I've been in and out in an hour the past five times I've been there. It used to suck where it was like a four hour wait but now they got a computer system where you answer your questions before you go in the booth and then you wait in line for the booth which is short and it's usually straight to the back on the bed within 10 minutes

I was lead to believe I would get 100 and only got 75 I told the lady I have never donated before and she threatened to turn me into the fraud department because some with a different address used my name. Went back again today same lady did the same thing to my son I refused to donate because of how she was treating my mentally handicap son my first donation was thrown away y'all lost 75 dollars because your decided to pick and choose who can donate I will never donate again

This place is awesome! Super clean and the staff are always professional and excellent at what they do. Feels great to know my small donation helps so many.

Great place! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and organized. I'm always able to get in and out very fast!

For the most part everyone is nice and friendly I feel that some of your sticker need to listen to use on how to stick us it s our body and after donating 3 years are more you know how and where to be stuck and sometimes it's. Best to got throw the scar tissue or sometimes just go a little bit above but for the most part everything is going well in front of him could use a few more people in the Boost to get his back there quicker other than that love the service

Best place to keep people like my mother alive. They want change the name of the center to the Stabbing Cabin though like I asked them to for name brand reasons but it's cool. Everyone's nice to me and my wife.

Absolutely love this place. Not only is it helping me with a little money in my pocket they encourage you to be healthy from drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated thus donating plasma process is easier. Eating right to maintain appropriate protein levels down to weight check, blood pressure, iron you name it. It isn't just a place where they are not happy to work. The staff is always SO kind and so happy to see a familiar face. The establishment is clean, well maintained and offers security as well as c

I always enjoy my time donating. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I recommend them to everyone who enjoys giving back when it's possible to do so. PLUS, why not when it benefits yourself as well. Nice, clean, FAST, beneficial.

5 stars for the staff but 1 star for upper management. All the staff at the beaumont location are great. The suits however sent so great, when I started donating 3 months ago the atmosphe was alright with music in the background. Corporate got some calls and that got taken away so they stated playing one movie a day on repeat. Well the suits said that that was destracting the staff side note I noticed no difference at all. Now the staff act like Zombies. As I'm being told by others I'm not the only one wi

I love to donate to help people out and myself so I can be blessed and help others to be blessed. The staff is very professional and nice. Always smiling. This is the best plasma center in Beaumont Texas. Thank you have a great day...

The staff is nice and professional. The whole process takes about an hour if you're a new donor a bit less on your next couple of donations. It truly depends on the person how long the donation process will last. The facility is always clean bathrooms included. There's vending machines and you get a nice little welcome bag with a few goodies. There's always chances to win extra money. All in all its a good place to donate because you're helping make life saving products plus the money is also a nice incenti

Upgraded back to 5 stars. The wait times have improved a ton which has been great, lots of new staff and they are doing well. Some of the games are back now which is pretty fun :)

BPL employees are always polite. Margo,Erica, and Jamaica are absolutely the best at what they do. You are treated with respect and dignity by everyone at this location. I love that I can make a difference and make some extra cash.

Quick I'm always getting in and out with no problems. Rachel always, does a vein check before she stick me and never have a problem when stick me. Ms. D is awesome whenever there's a problem she always correct the problems and she a high spirit person. There should be more people like her.

Protocol is being broken and there are major issues which needs to be fixed. The Houston office isn't being ran properly due to individuals placing things in the computer without documentation for transfer or new donors. If it's the same company, a donor should be able to donate no matter where within that company. Management is rude and needs to be more logical and caring. I have more concerns and need to speak with someone

Great place nice people.Place is always clean.. sometimes shorthanded but even then they do the best they can.great way to make extra money and help people at the same time..

I love my BPL. The people, the service, the perks. Effortless and Professional atmosphere. If I could rate them higher I would... And they take care of customer relationships.

Thank you to everyone for you're part. It is an awesome feeling to know that we help so many people. Not to mention the amazing staff always happy to see you and doing their part.

From start to finish was 2 hours 3 minutes 22 seconds waiting time from the time that I walked into the time that I donated all my plasma y'all need more people to work and every single booth you need to have your employees quit talking so much and do their job but I will still give you all of 3-star rating because I've been donating since 2011 and yells little kiosk new computer system stuff I think is BS I like it the way it used to be when you walk in you sign in and piece of paper you sit down and you w

I been coming to this place before it was Biomat haven't been in a couple years so I had to start completely over which was not a problem however the staff was very slow there are maybe a couple staff members that are nice to you the others are very rude an act as if we are the problem an ask the same question 6 or 7 times like you have a disease we already have to be there 2 to 3 hours do your job so I can get out of here nobody has time to be waiting around for a all day process some of us has jobs kids w

Nice friendly staff...Very clean a sanitized! Great place!! Helpful at times when gas prices are so high and at the same time helping save life's. ????

Great staff. Very friendly and try to get you through in a timely manner. Some days are busier than others but usually get you in and out pretty quicly

I love going there. They are very helpful an gets the job done like they suppose to. An leave me big smiles

Staff is always nice and friendly and efficient! A great way to help others and earn some extra cash at the same time.

They think everybody sick it's so hot outside and in the place it's 104 outside but they will turn u around instead of sitting you in a cool area it's hot in there I check my stuff everyday they have all these new machines and they don't work right

After this month seriously considering going to Nederland. They need workers so bad that people were coming to work from Houston. And they go and fire there best workers and keeping some that I know play on her phone. You can't eat or chew gum, but she sure does. Thinking they got rid of wrong one.

I love coming in and see all the employees. They are always nice, quick, and efficient!! I come back every week .

Good experience at first then after waiting 3 hours to donate. The person who stuck me stuck me wrong so I was having flow issues from the beginning then put the arm cuff so tight my arm began to turn purple. They said I wasn't flowing anymore and in return kept playing with the needle in my arm about 5 separate times when it was flowing then said they needed to restock me halfway through the donation I told them if they couldn't get it right the first time I sure as he'll won't let them try again then the

Well it seems that most of the time y'all are under staff, your kiosk machine always 1 is down. Not knowing the reasons, but some ppl by pass the kiosk and go straight to getting there vitals sign and they could be the last in line. Not fair to those who get the early. I feel everyone must follow the rules..

Not really complaining, but I spun a reulet wheel way back in January an won a t shirt. Well I never received it, no biggie. So I went to Ohio for some work, came back few weeks ago an went to B.P.L. to donate plasma and I see a paper on the wall that states that shirts are in to let the people in the office know, and you'd Receive one. But they couldn't find my name on some paper. So I never got my shirt. Which I understand. But one of the ladies that work there made me out to look like a liar. I'm not me

Staff is great, even when they are Crazy busy, they still get you in and out very prompt. Most definitely a better experience than csl there competition, witch offers nothing of kind !

I was greeting with the welcome to bio mat.The keiosk asked me personal questions about how I was feeling and varies other questions testing my knowledge on the whole donating process and if I agreed to continue with the process. After agreeing took my vitals and then waited in line to get on a donation bed. The phlebotomist prepared the machine and then the process began .After I completed my donation I have returned back to the lobby and was paid. They also offered varies promotions i quilfied for. I had a

I went to this place recently and I'm very upset first of all I don't work in a plasma center but I'm certified in phlebotomy, and the things that they do are actually called neglect. They failed to provide great customer service. And ASHLEY HAS ONE OF THE WORST ATTITUDE I?VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE I WENT AND TOLD THE HEAD MANAGER OF THE FACILITY, AND SHE ACT LIKE SHE WAS IRRITATED BECAUSE I WAS REPORTING ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. I RE

I have been to this place for a while now and I'm always treated good. It makes you feel good being able to donate and help people you never knew.

Very clean ?? Rachel, Danielle,David,Latoshia, up front is very Professional Every staff member also ??experience.

My experience at BPL Plasma is always a pleasure. Every person i come in contact with gives great customer service. Everyone is personal as in the sense of them getting to know you and making sure every part of the experience is smooth and painless. A plasma center that i will definitely keep going to for business and will refer other to as well .

Professional, passionate, and patience. Never seem to be in a rush yet I'm always done in less than an hour. Totally a great way to make extra Christmas money while helping someone in need.??????????

This facility is very clean and the techs are always friendly. I like seeing a camaraderie between the donors & techs. The plasma rewards card is convenient & the new Grifols Donor Hub is easy to use.

Everything went very well today. The employees where very nice. They all spoke to me . They all said hi and all told me to have a good day when I left.

The workers talk too much amongst them self they sits in the donor beds talking rude and slow.. ..

They use you up and cast you aside no real reward in it for you they don't care if donations caused your health to go down it's a set up a trap a trick a scam while they make thousands off your protein

Great staff they are like family I love coming the process is easy and I have fun every time I come thanks guys keep up the good work

My experience was great at BPL Plasma employers greek you when you walk in and they do a well job by making us comfortable. They also goes fast through the process. Thank you BPL what a clean place.

this place is terrible there service is bad and they are very rude , doesn't clean up i saw a roach an a spider there , they had a hole in the wall , tried to cover it up ,they are very unprofessional, unsanitary , i wouldn't recommend you to go here .

The last 3 weeks I bn in and out within a hour! Thank u ladies and gentlemen for doing a awesome job! No complaints here! Y'all bn working hard and it shows! Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff made me feel comfortable and took care of me during the process and I must say I'm very pleased.

I have had nothing but great experiences here at BPL PLASMA in Beaumont Texas. The girls are all great, they get to you as soon as they can and they are fast and efficient. The wait period may be long at times but the girls always let you know they are sorry for that and they keep the line moving along. I know i wouldnt want them to hurry up as they are sticking a needle into my arm! Id rather they do as they do, talking to their patients one on one and checking on them at all times. I do not know all of t

Full of good people. They always seem to put a smile on someone?s face. Everyone there are happy go lucky! Highly recommend choosing this biomaterial as your plasma donation home. Cheryl is by far my favorite.

Young lady was donating for first time and was scared. Once she got stuck 5 min later she felt light headed and wanted to stop. Employee informed her medical would need to see her. Another min went but and girl got to were she wanted needle out now ! Employee quickly reacted kept girl calm and took needle out. She did this when by procedure she was suppose to wait on medical before pulling needle hood job by employee .

The Staff, are professional and attentive to your needs. They go the extra mile to see that you donate your plasma in a timely manner. Being professional and have smiling faces makes during the process, a pleasant experience while giving a donation.

I got a text to do a review for a drawing but I haven't been there in 3 weeks. The prices and benefits just keep going down. But the service is amazing!

This facility has definitely changed over the years , Most of the old staff that has worked their is great but these new women they have sticking you have nasty attitudes plus they cant even stick you right !! I hace been going here for 3 plus years and will not be returning unless i am need badly ?????? not worth the problems and attitude

Not bad , best way to help lives and get compensation at the same time. Not as busy when I go. Helpful friendly staff.

The people are so nice and sweet. Always smiling and I feel each person cares about your health and concerns. Love this place.

I have given a blood sample 3 time's now & I have to go back tomorrow & give another because the lab biomat is sending the samples to is understaffed. Get a new lab. There are local labs right there in Beaumont that could do the test for biomat in Beaumont. The staff at Biomat in Beaumont are wonderful. I'm not blaming them at all.

Went in today for donation and the person who stuck me had the BP cuff so tight that it created back pressure and caused vein to to blow! Was also painful, tried to get someone?s attn but they were in their own lil world! Ended up trying to to stick other arm to get my blood back in and missed! Now I'm deferred for 8 weeks because of negligence!! Very disappointed and I wasn't even offered any compensation. The right arm is now all blowed up and bruised. Normally I love this place they're usually very atte

This is slowest place ever, the lose your chart, make you wait an hour before the say anything. The staff is nice but the need more front desk staff to assist with checkins and this is the worse center I have ever been to for those reasons

Best first experience Wendy and Angie helped so much staff are amazing and it go by very fast

I've always loved to donate what blood or plasma I can, when I can. BPL in Beaumont made it that much better with their friendly & professional staff. It's much more nice to Donate in that type of environment. Not to mention the patience it must take to work in that field alone.

It's always good coming in getting great service and good attention to places clean and I'm very comfortable here!

I had the best experience here in Beaumont tx they where so nice and understanding and very helpful great job guys I can see my self coming back very soon!!!
