Disrespectful workers I donate today been waiting a hour for the money to hit on my card I called they pick up said o check it now like what you waiting for me to call then u put it on there I would recommend no one to go hear.

The majority of the staff are wonderful. However, there's one young lady whom works doing triage most of the time she is extremely rude and seems to give me problemsconstantly. I work I'm not a bum selling plasma. I pay it forward bc I've had multiple transfusions. Suddenly after donating 6 months .This same young lady tried deffered because I had discussed why I donated. She reports me as not disclosing this info on my first visit. I sat here an hour while multiple ppl behind me donated..They made a

Slow. The employees are very slow. Ok, now I'm in here for the 3rd time. 6 new donors are waiting and no one is helping us. I believe this location needs a competent manager. The employees went from slow to a complete stop. Too bad there is not an alternative to this place. No structure or order for new donors to sign up the first time. They are heavily understaffed as well.

there is never anyone at front desk. I have had to wait 5 minutes or more the last three times I was there before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. they can not seam to hit the vain.they have messed up my vains twice now out of seven times.

This is the worst place to donate at, don't bother calling them because they won't answer most of the time, the staff in the front are rude and they make it apparent that they hate their job. Horrible service. Had to get stuck 3 times never in my life had to get poked more than once. Constant pain nurse was useless. Would of been better to have a homeless junkie help you atleast they know how to hit a vein

The absolute worst experience/ waste of my time in my life? I tried to come donate today and they asked for my drivers license and social security card? They said I can't donate here because my last names don't match on my I.d and social? Not to mention the staff here is very rude and very unprofessional? Some employees are really lazy and don't follow protocol. There's specific employees I refuse to let touch me because I see them not changing their gloves between clients and the other doesn't speak or ask if you're allergic to iodine, latex or confirm your name and donor number. I have been going long enough to know who isn't doing their job properly and I have worked in the medical field before so I don't take those things lightly. Service is extremely slow. There's no sense of urgency. One pace only, which is irritating for donors. I understand this is a donation, but people have other things to do with their time too. Most of the employees here are nice.

Sat for over 3 hours wasn't even acknowledged. People in there had been coming multiple days in a row with similar experiences. They do not act professional they are not timely by any fashion. Find any other plasma center for a pleasant experience you will not have a good experience here

From start to finish, I felt as though I was being taken care of and that my health and safety were a priority. Not to mention, the employees look like they have a great time working together: it makes for an enjoyable atmosphere.

A great place to make a quick buck, and also, their team members, lab workers, phlebotomists, management, the whole experience has just been fantastic. Only downside was on my initial visit, no one helped to guide me initially on where to go and what to do. I felt lost. However whenever I asked for help, they immediately guided me in the right direction. I look forward to coming back twice a week ?

Had a phlebotomist butcher my arm the last few times I was in there. Every person she sticks has their machines doing an error code or saying ?no flow?. My arm is bruised due to the nurse incorrectly trying to restick me. I have to wait until the bruise is gone to return. Shout out to David and I think her name is Mrs. Shamira (probably spelt wrong) but they do an amazing job.

Worst donation center. Employees are slow. Management has no clue how to do their job. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They talk down to donors. When you say something about their attitude. They defer you. Will not go to this place ever again. Disgusting

This is a great place. The staff are all very nice, kind, and helpful when I have question's or concern's. I like coming here because it lets me help others in need, The people are kind and friendly and it puts extra money in my pocket to help build my house and my future. Will keep coming back for sure.

Every time I go in to donate plasma, the staff is always so friendly and professional. They always make sure to take care of me during my donation. I've had some bad experiences with my donations, from almost fainting to throwing up. The took care of me the entire time until they knew I was better. The entire place is always clean. I also love knowing I'm saving lives! 10/10 recommended this facility!

This is an awesome place to come to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is an easy way to make some extra money if you aren't afraid of needles. I love donating here. The employees are so friendly and just really makes you feel comfortable. Love the way the employees can joke around with one another and the donors as well and just have a good time while still getting their stuff done. Recommend this place for everyone to donate plasma.

Great place to donate. The staff are super friendly and professional. They will get you in and out fairly quickly. The experience always been awesome highly recommend you visit and make some extra cash. The main reason to donate is to save a life and help out someone else.

This is a good place to go if you need some extra cash. You can make $135 a week for 2 visits. It only takes a couple of hours to donate. Not only do you make a little money but you're helping out because they make medicine out of the plasma you donate. The facility is very clean and the employees are friendly and professional.

I don't know how this place even has good reviews. I sat for almost an hour after watching a video and read information. Someone that came in after me got sent back first. This place used to suck but then they got that new system going in the last couple months and everything runs smooth every time I've been in there. I've been in and out in an hour the past five times I've been there. It used to suck where it was like a four hour wait but now they got a computer system where you answer your questions before you go in the booth and then you wait in line for the booth which is short and it's usually straight to the back on the bed within 10 minutes

I was lead to believe I would get 100 and only got 75 I told the lady I have never donated before and she threatened to turn me into the fraud department because some with a different address used my name. For the most part everyone is nice and friendly I feel that some of your sticker need to listen to use on how to stick us it s our body and after donating 3 years are more you know how and where to be stuck and sometimes it's. The staff is nice and professional. The whole process takes about an hour if you're a new donor a bit less on your next couple of donations. It truly depends on the person how long the donation process will last. The facility is always clean bathrooms included. There's vending machines and you get a nice little welcome bag with a few goodies. There's always chances to win extra money. Protocol is being broken and there are major issues which needs to be fixed. The Houston office isn't being ran properly due to individuals placing things in the computer without documentation for transfer or new donors. If it's the same company, a donor should be able to donate no matter where within that company. Management is rude and needs to be more logical and caring. The person who stuck me stuck me wrong so I was having flow issues from the beginning then put the arm cuff so tight my arm began to turn purple. I have had nothing but great experiences here at BPL PLASMA in Beaumont Texas. The girls are all great, they get to you as soon as they can and they are fast and efficient. The wait period may be long at times but the girls always let you know they are sorry for that and they keep the line moving along. Young lady was donating for first time and was scared. Once she got stuck 5 min later she felt light headed and wanted to stop. Employee informed her medical would need to see her. Another min went but and girl got to were she wanted needle out now ! Employee quickly reacted kept girl calm and took needle out. She did this when by procedure she was suppose to wait on medical before pulling needle hood job by employee .

The Staff, are professional and attentive to your needs. They go the extra mile to see that you donate your plasma in a timely manner. Being professional and have smiling faces makes during the process, a pleasant experience while giving a donation.

This facility has definitely changed over the years , Most of the old staff that has worked their is great but these new women they have sticking you have nasty attitudes plus they cant even stick you right !! I have given a blood sample 3 time's now & I have to go back tomorrow & give another because the lab biomat is sending the samples to is understaffed. Get a new lab. There are local labs right there in Beaumont that could do the test for biomat in Beaumont. The staff at Biomat in Beaumont are wonderful. I'm not blaming them at all.

Went in today for donation and the person who stuck me had the BP cuff so tight that it created back pressure and caused vein to to blow! Was also painful, tried to get someone?s attn but they were in their own lil world! Ended up trying to to stick other arm to get my blood back in and missed! Now I'm deferred for 8 weeks because of negligence!! Very disappointed and I wasn't even offered any compensation. The right arm is now all blowed up and bruised. This is slowest place ever, the lose your chart, make you wait an hour before the say anything. The staff is nice but the need more front desk staff to assist with checkins and this is the worse center I have ever been to for those reasons

I've always loved to donate what blood or plasma I can, when I can. BPL in Beaumont made it that much better with their friendly & professional staff. It's much more nice to Donate in that type of environment. Not to mention the patience it must take to work in that field alone.
