Went in to donate with a promo bonus offer of $50 after I complete 5 donations in the month of June, which I did. But yet I still never received my bonus, even after being told I should receive it first thing the following morning. And to call the center to ask why my bonus was never added is a complete joke. Because it's not like anyone ever answers.

Just want to say that the entire experience from check in to the time you leave is smooth and hassle free. Shout out to Ilene who checked me in and answered my questions in a kind and professional manner. Also to Mrs. Kathy who is always bright and cheerful and welcomes everyone with a huge smile.

Very friendly and hard working staff. Rosie today was excellent and on point. I never thought of donating but helping people and getting paid is a plus. I recommend this place 100%

Daniella and Kimberly unethically denied me access to donate because of an appointment policy in which a return donor can walk in! She lies and is unprofessional!! I will be going to the labor board

My appointment was very pleasant. I had tried to check inn but I didn't realize that I had arrived earlier then what my appointment was. They explained to me that since it wasn't too busy they where able to see me earlier. I was so thankful. Once I checked in and got my vitals done then headed back, it took around 45 min or less to finish. Thanks again to the staff and Mayra for all their help!

I called today to see how much they pay and see what i needed to go back and donate. Myra answered the phone. She was very helpful with the questions I had. Great customer service. The workers there when I use to donate are excellent and very nice. I didn't make my appointment today but I will hopefully next week.

Staff is excellent, always very informative.I always get greeted with a welcome. Mayra the OS is very helpful with any questions asked. I recommend anyone to come in that is in need of extra money, especially if you are a student.

I felt compelled to share my thoughts about one of your remarkable team members at the Bellflower location?Maria! From the moment I walk in, her positive energy and warmth set the tone for my donation experience. Maria handles the screenings with such grace and care, making what can be an anxious process feel entirely calm and comforting. What really impresses me is her proactive approach; she anticipates questions and offers insights effortlessly. It's clear that she genuinely cares about everyone she int

Scam. They don't give u the right amount of money. But they tell you you will and then leave with the least amount after giving them 886 ML of plasma. After I repeatedly asked how much I was going to receive. They lied. After I left, I called to verify the amount on my card. They only gave me 40 dollars. So then I called them and told them the amount I received and the lady told me that's how much I get after I had asked them before they pricked my finger. She reassured me I was getting 100 dollars. But the

I had a captivating experience staff treated me like royalty.Hope did great job she was very patient and kind.Evelyn did great job with my physical and she was very attentive, and Rosie did a remarkable job with my plasma kudos to her.Astonishing service i would give it a A+.-Yo boy Amir

Rude staff, eye rolling, and stupid little comments about how they wanna go home, nah really you think I want to take 3 busses and a train just to sit here for 2 hours before I can even start this process. Will never donate blood or plasma ever again, the tone is "we don't want to deal with you broke people, we wanna go home ??"

I like to thank Valerie for accommodating me with her knowledge of how to stick patients properly, I only trust her when she is on site. She is a nice person who asks how your doing and is very informative ???? thank you for having her on staff ??

The employees are incompetent. I was told verbally about results of a blood test that was concerning. I was given paperwork that I didn't read for an hour from the stress I was feeling about what I heard. When I re-read the paper work( several times to be sure I understood correctly, I have excellent comprehension skills, btw) the paperwork said a whole different thing than what I was told. The next process went by according to how the paperwork proposed and I was summoned again. The same employee talked to

So March new members only get $200 but may gets $400? The new user promo is different every month by hundreds of dollars and it's really shitty to not be consistent and keep it posted everywhere. She said "idk what is what for March but it changes each month...so" without even going back and checking. How absolutely rude can you be?

I would avoid this place at all cost.majority of the staff are awesome. However it's ran horribly. They have a supervisor/manager by the name of Yvette. One of the most disrespectful people I've ever encountered. Has zero respect for people and their time. The .machines are old and slow. She literally told me that my donation is taking too long because the machine is moving slow. Although majority of the staff is awesome I would highly recommend going further down the way to BioLife. I would avoid this pla

Place doesn't pay you. I've had problems Getting payments, and I take time out my day and I haven't got paid for the last 7 times there. If I'm not getting paid to get my blood drawn and poked and answer questions that they want why shouldn't I get paid if I'm expecting to getting paid. Not a place to go unless you want to have faulty results and no pay because of their faulty results

A couple of years back I went in to donate, whenever they started to pump my blood back into me there was the sharp pinching pain, I alerted the nurses after the third time because it was really beginning to become painful and I have a high pain tolerance, they shut off the machine and I asked them to please get the needle out of my arm, but took another 10 minutes to do so because the nurse said I was fine, I told him if I'm in this much pain something is really wrong, he came over he grabbed my arm and bl

Val, Eileen, and Rosie did an excellent job! They were courteous and professional. And take care of a machine before it became a problem. I'm very happy with the service and will always come back to biomet

The only thing that I don't like is the security guard that thinks he works for grifols..he's an older white Persian man . He's annoying by yelling and telling us where the exit doors are when we're actually donating and at what time is our appointment.. I've been doing this for 16 years and I just want to go and donate peacefully without having a security guard yeloing out loudly what to do when that's not even in his job description.ugh

First time donor with appt at 10:30 am. Accused of being a returning donor and given attitude. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours. Physical is good but told I have to wait 2 months, Apr 2025, to donate due to medication taken in Dec 2024. Felt discriminated against due to my sexual orientation. Invasive questions beyond the scope of initial survey. Staff (Hope) should never feel comfortable calling potential donors liars.

Marsalis Kane gave me outstanding professional courteous service. He was very gentle when he gave me the shot and I cannot find any other one like him. He's the best!!!! Give him a raise!!!! Thank you so much, I love donating plasma:)

Valerie demonstrates an exceptional work ethic that consistently clearly contributes to her team's success. Her experience and expertise are invaluable, and she maintains a high level of professionalism in every task she undertakes. Retaining Valerie is crucial for any organization, as her departure could significantly impact overall performance. Given her contributions and dedication from what I notice, a salary increase would be a justified recognition of her efforts.

First Class operation from the Manager (Yvette) to the Security (Tray). Had an excellent process and experience today with Tony and my day was made complete thanks to my highly upbeat interactions with Hortensia and Miss Cathy. I always hated needles but this process is painless thanks to pros like Tony that make up the staff there!!! I highly recommend!

I am blessed to be a donor here. I am helping people I don't know as well as I've made friends with other donors. Only downside in my opinion is that the pay is not what it used to be to be. The pay for donors should be more for what we are doing. Bellflower location has always been clean and I love the staff. They are very helpful when I have questions. They really need a receptionist since when I call they don't answer the phone. Since my husband died this extra money has been a blessing to me. When I sta

I like most of the people here but when I'm waiting over an hour to be hooked up to a machine... that's an issue. 30 mins before the vitals and then to wait in the back for 45+ minutes? Come on...people have things to do and can't wait 2 1/2 - 3 hours to donate. Either get more employees or maybe not have so many appointments booked for each time slot if it can't be managed correctly

Yvette was very helpful with great customer service. If you want to save life?s while earning grifols is the place to go by a long shot !!!!!

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Ciara at the front was very professional and gave a good finger prick. Jalisa is excellent! She is always very nice and makes me laugh.

Bianca is always very pleasant patient and friendly. Thank you for treating me with care. Enjoy!

I have been calling for day's now and still nobody is picking up the phone like damn y'all so busy all day that not one person can pick up the phone come on do better

Incompetence in phlebotomy can't draw from both arms , always leaving you bruises and hematomas because they don't train their staff properly and they go to fast even when using a butterfly needle doesn't help the lack of incompetence and training. Make sure everyone is paying attention to what they are doing. They con you with their promos you don't get them at times . I had more than 20 draws here and to be honest I dealt with it but nah incompetence all over top down. I was a phlebotomist prior during th

I just love Ms.Kathy she is patient , caring and kind. Always has a smile on her face which makes you smile and takes your worrying away.

Never felt so welcomed here, got treated by Eliana. Honestly meeting someone who makes you very comfortable and confident pays off well

I have like 1 year coming to donate and I have had a great experience everytime especially with my favorite staff Bri Leon does an amazing jod, with an good attitude all time most definitely will recommend her nd other staff as well ????apricate all of them ??

Grifos in Lakewood is a great place to donate plasma. They are fast and friendly. The clinic is clean and, they have nice seating. Their compensation is fair a total of $100 per donation. It is payed using a visa Paysign card. I would recomend this clinic to anyon.e

Rosie did such a great job, I love coming here! The staff is so welcoming, friendly and professional!

Very unprofessional. Asking inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with plasma donation. Had me going back and forth for a doctors to state I'm clear to donate but wanted details on my personal medical history . Which my doctor told me himself had nothing to do with donating. He wrote me a letter saying I am medically cleared for plasma donation and that there is no known risk to donator . they still turned me down and had an attitude.

Val is the best. She never misses and when I need adjustments she always comes fo fix my needle and makes my donation go smoothly

I love coming here but yall need to have more respect and empathy for your clients.

One of not the best place to donate very professional and respectful Ilene is the nicest employee here everyone come check it out for yourself

Rosie has great customer. She is always super friendly and helpful

Briana M is the best sticker and great customer service. Zenovia is super kind and fast worker. Definitely recommend

I have been coming to donate plasma at this location and I have no complaints. The staff is professional, they know exactly what they are doing, their machines are well calibrated - which means that my pulse is never read inaccurately and the establishment is clean. Most people that work here are friendly, some are more on the serious side, and that is ok too. I LOVE Ms Kathy. She is such a good soul. Her voice fills the lobby with so much joy. And if you end up being checked in by her, you get to interact

Saudi nat Brianna are the sweetest and nicest I always enjoy coming to my appointment they do a good job ty ladies

Very professional and courteous. Knowledgeable and informative. Takes her patients feelings into consideration at all times.

Bellflower,Ca. Today's visit was a pleasant one. Sadie was courteous and presented herself professionally.

Good customer service too assistant manager jennina

I LOVE MS KATHY!!! She is the absolute best!! She makes every donation experience so memorable and fun! Val and Chelsea are fabulous. Great staff!

Very clean and organized. The staff disinfected every bed after someone used it. Appointment always on point no more delays. Staff very friendly and respectful. Always helpful with any questions and let not forget the extra bonus. Alway working hard.

I came in for my 4th donation this month thinking ama get paid $45 an getting the 100$ bonus on my 6x but no! Sadly they hit me with some BS, cause I just finished my new Donor fees. So they started me on return Donor fees which is 30$. Weak!! Not only do they lie, they take there sweet time attending U! New Donors Can Not Make Up too 500$ in there first month! The most u can make is $50+75+75+30+35+40=305$ thats 6x donating Add another 2x donations=400$ Only 4weeks in each month / donate 2x a week /

I recently visited Biomat and had an exceptional experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The facility is clean and well-organized, making the donation process smooth and comfortable. They communicated each step clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Biomat Bellflower to anyone considering donating plasma. Thank you for the positive experience!

It was a great experience and all the staff are really friendly and break it down for you on the whole procedure and how it works! It's not painful at all and plus your helping people out. I will be coming back to donate some more. Time goes by quick . Bring some earphones with you to pass time on your phone.

Ortencia by far has the best customer service she is helpful and friendly and will answer any question you have she is very good at her job highly recommend

It's always a great experience with the staff at the bellflower location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do there best to make the plasma procedure the best and most comfortable as possible

Hands down the most unprofessional staff in the area. I don't recommend this location until they get a management overhaul.

Feb 2025. In all the years I have been donating at Grifols, I am always treated with kindness and respect. I have never had a bad experience and I am so grateful for the all the wonderful experiences that I have always had. I get a long very well with every staff member, it must be my charming personality lol. The staff is professional and friendly. Always super sweet to me. My wait times are hardly ever long and I'm usually in and out in 2 hrs or less. I have nothing negative to say about all of my experie

Manager Jennina they are the best and they really help with service and she deserves so much because she always helping everyone so is the bossYvette

This place is poorly run. The past 3 times I had appointments I didn't get seen till almost 3 hours later. They only had one person taking vitals when there's 5 stations, they don't compensate you when it's their errors...

Zenovia and Briana were amazingly professional, friendly and funny . Would recommend them to anyone!!

Zenovia was real professional and quick on her feet she know what's she's doing it was a pleasant visit

Want to give a high five shout out to everyone at the Bellflower location. You All Rock! Very professional and friendly. You have the best tech's around. I've been to other centers, but they don't even compare. Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work you do.

It's always nerve recking coming but the phlebotmist are really nice and always make me feel at ease

Don't expect for them to ever honor your appointment. It's been months now that I show up EARLY for my appointment, and I don't get processed or hooked up for 1.5 hrs or more AFTER my appointment time. It's absurd. I hear more about the staffs personal life than I care to. Who needs a break room when you have the donation floor ??

Donating plasma here has been a great experience. Everyone is very professional and I'm always in and out pretty quick. Valerie is quick and painless in her stick and is a Great trainer. Rosie has caught on quick with her training as I have observed and experienced also.

I have been donating now for a little over a year. The staff are always great. They have never had an issue with finding my vein. I love to help others, plus added bonus you get money put on an ATM-like card. The only drawback I have had was a false positive screening (they recheck you about every 4 mos) so I was scared as heck with a positive result. I had to go to my Dr to get the test retaken, then wait for results and have my Dr write a clearance letter, then had to bring it back to Biomat then they re

They spilled blood all over my tan leather jacket and are not compensating me for it.

Some useless "new girl" completely messed up my vein so awful they sent me home with half pay and my view is now ruined.

Horrible experience they lie on the phone calls they act like they know what they are doing and what they say is accurate the manager attitude is rude and they don't answer the phone here the manager needs to go under reviews she is stealing funds horrible customer service

I always have a good experience when I go there. When Bertha is there, I always request her because she's very helpful and informative if I have questions. Bertha is very thorough and professional. You have a very good employee working for Grifols?THANK YOU

I've been donating here for 4 years and I love Grifols Bellflower! Staff are friendly and quick and if you run into any issues, they'll hear you out and work on them.

First time patient over all experience was so bad other then the nice young lady that felt with me she did not hurt me at all but that wait was ridiculous I waited 4 hours to get out of there I understand first time is going to take a lil longer but 4 hours is ridiculous they should prioritize there first time patients!!! And then the compensation card is ridiculous I went to atm to withdraw funds and was charged for insufficient funds and account balance after my 4 donations I will not being going back tha

I've had such a great experience here in the bellflower location! Everyone is so friendly and nice, it's a little nerve wrecking getting poked but Valeria did a great job, I didn't feel a thing !

I really really enjoy donating at this facility; the staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I've been donating for almost 6 years at this facility and keep coming back all the time. Even though I am paid for my services, the main reason I donate... is to help those who need it and to make a difference in the lives of those people I'll never meet. My real payment?, is knowing that someone is living longer; because I donated a life saving source. And I love Ms Kathy Thank you for letting me mak

Great staff. Very quick service. Love this place

A great place to donate your plasma. The staff are usually always friendly, and customer service is always great. You can check in and go through the whole process in a good amount of time, depending on the time of day and how many donors are there at one time. But the whole process usually takes no more than 2 hours, especially on a bad day.

BriL. Great bed side manners and gentle touch. Everyone here is amazing.

I have been going here since last year. I have a blind going blind disease and I had to give them my charts to wear my prescription sunglasses inside with all the lights. I like going here but what I don't like, is when the staff constantly has to ask or Harris me about wearing my sunglasses for months now. They know who I am and I have things I. My charts but they always come up to me saying ?you need to take those off? or ?you can't wear those? or even if I say it's in my charts or it's medical I would ge

It is a very clean environment sometimes very attentive staff that help the process of donating when it's not busy runs smoothly and when it's very busy it might seem not so smoothly and not so pleasant of an experience but understandably so, by no means a bad on their part but just like everything in Lifem..That's Just The Way It Goes......Thanks Biomat????

Brianna Leon is the nicest person in here and is quick at her job.

Need quicker process waiting time is to long ro get to back to donate

Hard working Staff with good hearts.... However, they're "Short Staffed" and they Harley ever answer their phones. Within the past 7 weeks and 17 calls later... I finally got through ?????????? There's no excuse not to answer their phone lines ?? They would be a five star if they were fully staffed. It's not the employees fault, it's the managers responsibility.

My favorite place to donate. :) The staff is friendly, the center is clean, and the process is very easy. I've been coming here for years, and I highly recommend it

Biomat Bellflower has really stepped up their game these last couple of months. Waiting times both in the office and on the beds has decreased substantially. What used to be a 2 hour visit is now only one. They seem to have more techs working the front now. They also pre-assign the beds after intake evaluation so there is no guessing as to where you should go once you are cleared. You get a card that tells you exactly what bed to take. I have always liked their app and how easy it is to change appoint

I met the manager Yvette, who has a great personality, great customer service and great energy. She is an awesome person, but the sad thing is she is a Chiefs fan, I. definitely not a hater, I'm just natural 49ers great fan. Biomat has lots of great workers with great attitudes, nothing negative to say about Biomat in Bellflower.

Update sep 6th 830am The front staff supervisor, Keith, is the most unprofessional, just here to talk to girls, lazy, self entitled worker at this location. Full room of people waiting to be screened, they just opened up 8 beds, and he wants to have a convo with his coworker who arrived late about what she did last night. What's the point of making an appointment when every single time I've been to this location, they are an hour behind on appointments. In 15 minutes they went from being 30 minutes behind

The staff here are really nice. However, this place is SEVERELY understaffed. I typically have to wait 60-90 minutes to even get screened. More than half of the donation beds are not in use because there aren't enough staff members to run the collection process.

This place needs to hire employees that won't be calling off consistently. I can see the whiteboard with all the employee's names that called off. Which is causing a 1hr+ wait time. A lot of people here are complaining about it, which is understandable, and thinking of going to Bio Life down the street instead. I'm one of them, tired of wasting more than 2 hrs of my day here.

SERIOUSLY TREY THE SECURITY GAURD HAS TO BE THE BEST PART OF THIS PLACE. HE'LL HEAR A NAME CALLED, AND ACTUALLY GO CHECK THE BATHROOMS OR OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE NOONE GETS BYPASSED. ALWAYS WALKING THE GROUNDS, ALERT, IVE NEVER SEEN HIM ON HIS PHONE OR SITTING. GREAT GUY. IM 65 YRS OLD AND I JUST FEEL A LOT BETTER KNOWING HES HERE. THANK YOU. He gets 10000 stars review. Everyone else has super perfect bedside manner, painless and swift and communication about process everyone is all around excellent. I don'

It's a good environment yea it takes a lil long but the wait will b well rewarded staff is kind nice free wifi and compensation is good plus there referral program and for new comers I recommend going cuz for ur first four times goin is automatic one hundred dollars and fifty bucks if u refer another new comer just dnt eat greasy food day before ur donation.
