Went in to donate with a promo bonus offer of $50 after I complete 5 donations in the month of June, which I did. But yet I still never received my bonus, even after being told I should receive it first thing the following morning. And to call the center to ask why my bonus was never added is a complete joke. Because it's not like anyone ever answers.

Just want to say that the entire experience from check in to the time you leave is smooth and hassle free. Shout out to Ilene who checked me in and answered my questions in a kind and professional manner. Also to Mrs. Kathy who is always bright and cheerful and welcomes everyone with a huge smile.

Very friendly and hard working staff. Rosie today was excellent and on point. I never thought of donating but helping people and getting paid is a plus. I recommend this place 100%

Daniella and Kimberly unethically denied me access to donate because of an appointment policy in which a return donor can walk in! She lies and is unprofessional!! I will be going to the labor board

My appointment was very pleasant. I had tried to check inn but I didn't realize that I had arrived earlier then what my appointment was. They explained to me that since it wasn't too busy they where able to see me earlier. I was so thankful. Once I checked in and got my vitals done then headed back, it took around 45 min or less to finish. Thanks again to the staff and Mayra for all their help!

The employees are incompetent. I was told verbally about results of a blood test that was concerning. I was given paperwork that I didn't read for an hour from the stress I was feeling about what I heard. When I re-read the paper work( several times to be sure I understood correctly, I have excellent comprehension skills, btw) the paperwork said a whole different thing than what I was told. Place doesn't pay you. I've had problems Getting payments, and I take time out my day and I haven't got paid for the last 7 times there. If I'm not getting paid to get my blood drawn and poked and answer questions that they want why shouldn't I get paid if I'm expecting to getting paid. Not a place to go unless you want to have faulty results and no pay because of their faulty results

A couple of years back I went in to donate, whenever they started to pump my blood back into me there was the sharp pinching pain, I alerted the nurses after the third time because it was really beginning to become painful and I have a high pain tolerance, they shut off the machine and I asked them to please get the needle out of my arm, but took another 10 minutes to do so because the nurse said I was fine, I told him if I'm in this much pain something is really wrong, he came over he grabbed my arm and bl

The only thing that I don't like is the security guard that thinks he works for grifols..he's an older white Persian man . He's annoying by yelling and telling us where the exit doors are when we're actually donating and at what time is our appointment.. I've been doing this for 16 years and I just want to go and donate peacefully without having a security guard yeloing out loudly what to do when that's not even in his job description.ugh

First time donor with appt at 10:30 am. Accused of being a returning donor and given attitude. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours. Physical is good but told I have to wait 2 months, Apr 2025, to donate due to medication taken in Dec 2024. Felt discriminated against due to my sexual orientation. Invasive questions beyond the scope of initial survey. Staff (Hope) should never feel comfortable calling potential donors liars.

I like most of the people here but when I'm waiting over an hour to be hooked up to a machine... that's an issue. 30 mins before the vitals and then to wait in the back for 45+ minutes? Come on...people have things to do and can't wait 2 1/2 - 3 hours to donate. Incompetence in phlebotomy can't draw from both arms , always leaving you bruises and hematomas because they don't train their staff properly and they go to fast even when using a butterfly needle doesn't help the lack of incompetence and training. Grifos in Lakewood is a great place to donate plasma. They are fast and friendly. The clinic is clean and, they have nice seating. Their compensation is fair a total of $100 per donation. It is payed using a visa Paysign card. I would recomend this clinic to anyon.e

Very unprofessional. Asking inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with plasma donation. Had me going back and forth for a doctors to state I'm clear to donate but wanted details on my personal medical history . Which my doctor told me himself had nothing to do with donating. He wrote me a letter saying I am medically cleared for plasma donation and that there is no known risk to donator . they still turned me down and had an attitude.

The staff is professional, they know exactly what they are doing, their machines are well calibrated - which means that my pulse is never read inaccurately and the establishment is clean. I came in for my 4th donation this month thinking ama get paid $45 an getting the 100$ bonus on my 6x but no! Sadly they hit me with some BS, cause I just finished my new Donor fees. So they started me on return Donor fees which is 30$. Weak!! Not only do they lie, they take there sweet time attending U! New Donors Can Not Make Up too 500$ in there first month! This place is poorly run. The past 3 times I had appointments I didn't get seen till almost 3 hours later. They only had one person taking vitals when there's 5 stations, they don't compensate you when it's their errors...

Don't expect for them to ever honor your appointment. It's been months now that I show up EARLY for my appointment, and I don't get processed or hooked up for 1.5 hrs or more AFTER my appointment time. It's absurd. I hear more about the staffs personal life than I care to. Who needs a break room when you have the donation floor ??

Donating plasma here has been a great experience. Everyone is very professional and I'm always in and out pretty quick. Valerie is quick and painless in her stick and is a Great trainer. Rosie has caught on quick with her training as I have observed and experienced also.

I have been donating now for a little over a year. The staff are always great. They have never had an issue with finding my vein. I love to help others, plus added bonus you get money put on an ATM-like card. The only drawback I have had was a false positive screening (they recheck you about every 4 mos) so I was scared as heck with a positive result. I had to go to my Dr to get the test retaken, then wait for results and have my Dr write a clearance letter, then had to bring it back to Biomat then they re

A great place to donate your plasma. The staff are usually always friendly, and customer service is always great. You can check in and go through the whole process in a good amount of time, depending on the time of day and how many donors are there at one time. But the whole process usually takes no more than 2 hours, especially on a bad day.

I have been going here since last year. I have a blind going blind disease and I had to give them my charts to wear my prescription sunglasses inside with all the lights. Hard working Staff with good hearts.... However, they're "Short Staffed" and they Harley ever answer their phones. Within the past 7 weeks and 17 calls later... I finally got through ?????????? There's no excuse not to answer their phone lines ?? They would be a five star if they were fully staffed. It's not the employees fault, it's the managers responsibility.

Biomat Bellflower has really stepped up their game these last couple of months. Waiting times both in the office and on the beds has decreased substantially. What used to be a 2 hour visit is now only one. They seem to have more techs working the front now. They also pre-assign the beds after intake evaluation so there is no guessing as to where you should go once you are cleared. You get a card that tells you exactly what bed to take. She is an awesome person, but the sad thing is she is a Chiefs fan, I. definitely not a hater, I'm just natural 49ers great fan. Update sep 6th 830am The front staff supervisor, Keith, is the most unprofessional, just here to talk to girls, lazy, self entitled worker at this location. Full room of people waiting to be screened, they just opened up 8 beds, and he wants to have a convo with his coworker who arrived late about what she did last night. What's the point of making an appointment when every single time I've been to this location, they are an hour behind on appointments. In 15 minutes they went from being 30 minutes behind

The staff here are really nice. However, this place is SEVERELY understaffed. I typically have to wait 60-90 minutes to even get screened. More than half of the donation beds are not in use because there aren't enough staff members to run the collection process.

This place needs to hire employees that won't be calling off consistently. I can see the whiteboard with all the employee's names that called off. Which is causing a 1hr+ wait time. A lot of people here are complaining about it, which is understandable, and thinking of going to Bio Life down the street instead. I'm one of them, tired of wasting more than 2 hrs of my day here.
