The place is really great! Great pay for the 4 times but when they are super busy you will sit there for a hour. I've been coming here for well over six months and I've been very pleased with the services. Up front, Karla is always very welcoming and inviting, really made the sign up process easy. In the back, Mary is always ready with a smile and gracious bedside manner; she really cares about the patients. Are there occasional short comings? This is a good place to help give life saving assistance and make a little cash for your time donating. Expect to be here for a couple of hours and be patient. You get a lot more with sugar than you do with vinegar. Put your phone on silent, read a book and bring a small blanket or comfortable jacket because you'll be in the chair for awhile. I hate needles but, the staff that have "stuck" me are gentlle and I barely feel it or not at all. They're careful and professional and thank them for the work they do

It's not that bad of place but there's only 3 employees that are actually nice and talk to you. The rest of them don't speak. I use to love coming to this location. Jen, Angie, Melissa , Carla and a few others are wonderful. But the management is rude. I was permanently deferred over a issue regarding my personal information being disclosed out loud and being uncomfortable with it. ( regarding my weight) . I have always had a wonderful experience at this particular Biomat. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help. Mary the phlebotomist is a shining star in an already illuminated setting. I've worked my busy life schedule around just to travel to biomat, hoping to be fortunate enough to be taken care of by such a dedicated professional. I'm certain I'm not the only person who has given Biomat extended business because of Mary and the exceptional staff here in Bentonville.

I like how the staff is very friendly with me. I have difficult veins, that like to roll when they stick me, but they all care if I am feeling pain or discomfort and really take their time with me. I usually get stuck by Ethan, Logan or Mary and they are all outstanding stickers.

This a great place to come and give plasma and easy to get along with the people. The workers are very nice. They always show the most care and try their best to get everyone in and out safely and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them for your plasma place.

I usually request Logan because he never misses but he wasn't there so I had to choose between a lady my age and a young lady. Of course I chose my age but she missed but the young lady Mary came over and saved the day. I just really appreciated it and wanted to say something.

Go to CSL or Biolife.. this place has the worst service ever experienced, person I was sitting next to had to be re inserted with the needle three times and I left with a 6 inch bruise because of how awful their employees are trained. Not only that but the employees have no courtesy or sense of urgency.

Service is not great. After sitting in the donor chair for an hour, I still was not donating plasma so I simply left the facility. What made it worse is that multiple people that sat down after me, were stuck before me. To date, 50% of my donations have had complications that were caused by person sticking the needle in my vein, 25% of them required them to re-stick my other arm. I have never had an issue like this with any other procedures I have had done.

Here i sit.... my fifth attempt to donate and they keep deferring me. It doesn't pay to be honest. I don't even know what Duramatter is but I can tell you I never had a graft with it.

None of the staff is competent. I have given blood at other locations before and have never had as many issues as this one. The white haired older lady named Melissa should be fired for medical malpractice. She inserted the needle into my arm and missed the vein (after commenting how ?juicy? and ?prominent? the vein was. My first two visits were alright but on my third visit I spent over an hour before I was setup with my appointment, even though I had checked in prior. There was an issue with the machine so somebody came and adjusted needle placement and my skin started to swell with blood. Nothing good to say a waste of my time I went twice as a new donor. Ok the first time I was deferred because the lady said my lungs sound horrible ok . Then she asked if I smoked and yes I do then she say you need to stop. Dang I didn't know they were health physicians any way. I came back a second time and she reject me again for the same thing and I know darn well my lungs are not that bad. Started donating early summer , it was fairly a long process for being my 1st time. Compensation the first month was generous. Staff is friendly , sometimes the wait is a bit long. Most of the time I go there is one person at the front. Could use some more staff up front. I lik donating because i enjoy being able to help those that need and also being compensated for my time which is also a plus.

This was my first donation ever! I walked in! The wait was long, but overall they were very professional! I felt very safe in their hands! I almost passed out a couple times, but they helped me to come back to! They were genuinely concerned about my well-being, and paused the procedure, and wanted to return my blood to me, but I told them I felt better and wanted to keep going! Great people. The doctor asked me what I ate and when, and she gave me a protein bar. She laughed at how fast I devoured it lol. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I will be coming back. Do not go to the Grifols-Biomat USA location in Bentonville, Arkansas location. The staff is too hung up on technicalities so there is always an issue which slows down everything and then they blame it on understaffing. Trust me, that is not the issue! The staff advises you to answer screening questions one way which is contrary to your experiences. The staff basically has you answering incorrectly to pass screening questions so it makes their jobs easier. That is wrong, wrong, wrong and I would not do it!

they NEVER answer their phone. I am currently a donor and have read the comments which all seem valid. I have experienced every one of them at one time or another. I have been many times since they have opened. Over all It is slowly improving on each of these topics. Terrible. I went in as a new donor with my daughter. During the interview I requested a vein check to see if I was hydrated enough to donate. The person who came in to check my veins immediately cinched the tourniquet so tight it brought me out of my chair in pain. I've donated with Biomat for years and this one is by far the worst. They are severely understaffed, every time I go in there's maybe two people at the front checking everyone's vitals. They completely refuse to open up other beds and machines, they told me that they need more donors in order to do that. Which to me is insane! I went in last night and waited two hours and I didn't even make it to a bed.... It was 7 by the time I walked out; I got there at 5. I had 6 people ahead of me and all beds were full

They are nice but some of the people in the back do not know what they are doing what I mean by that they do not know how to stick I would think about that before you go here I told the girl that was sticking me that it didn't look right and she ended up giving me a hematoma and the week before it to but by someone else so just be careful and some of them need more training in what they are doing

I gave this particular facility a rating of ?3 Stars? because although the staff was very polite and professional, the company needs to change the order in which they do things. Made the mistake of coming here after donating at csl for years. Ended up with huge hematomas in both arms and had to wait several minutes while it hurt and I tried to get someone's attention after they started it and walked off.

I must have came on a slow day as I was expedited through the whole process quickly. I was told moving forward that Wednesday after 4pm is a gold rush to avoid. The pay is the best in all of NWA. But they need to hire more people ASAP, each donor takes way to long to be seen. #molasses

I've?ve been coming to Biomat USA for 5 months now. I've been donating for 20+ years. I like how much faster the Machines work compared to biolife. I really like the staff. Grifols in Bentonville has a nice friendly staff. I'm normally only in there about an hour. It really depends on what time you go. Once I learned that. It's been easy peezy. I always have a good experience and enjoy that Im helping those in need.

Definitely quite a few inexperienced people doing the sticking. Sometimes things go smoothly. Others ... not so much. The first few times went swell. With the exception of having to go through the sticking process again due to a mistake. I mean my veins are thick and hard to miss. After trying the next to times, I passed the physical. Got to the machines. Things were fine for the first cycle. The machine stopped pumping plasma. Tried the other arm and had to go deal with the cross up while on the bed. That
