Phenomenal service. The first time I went in and got all of the initial paperwork done, I was helped by a woman named Karen. She was absolutely wonderful. Karen took down all of my information and answered every question I had. I was very nervous when first coming in, but Karen really made me feel safe, well informed, and welcome. Although we'd never met before she made me feel as though we'd been friends for years, and I've never met someone so professional and kind. That being said, the entire staff is ve

The employees are always in a great mood even when they are short staff and always remembers me by name. Shout out to a team that works great together under stress, and there pokes are always on point. Thanks for doing a amazing job!! Always a great time even if at times there's a wait! :)

?????????? I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Grifols Plasma Center, all thanks to Karla, the incredible CMS! From the moment I walked in, Karla made me feel welcome and at ease. Her professionalism and genuine care for the donors are truly commendable. Karla took the time to explain the entire process, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. It's clear that she values her role

So I went there today on fathers day to donate. I was metby one of your worker, Tammy AKA Karen was extremely rude for no reason! All I did was ask if I was checked because there was 2 people who went before me who checked in after I did and it was my appointment time so I asked when the third person came up who was a new donor witch I understand they get seen first and I knew that and she bluntly jumped down my throat telling well telling at me that new donors get seen first and I already new that then wh

Edit: my review got pulled by grifols Really loved coming to this place up until recently. Unsure if staff is stressed or being pushed to their limit, but its been rare that the service has been good since. Majority of the ladies are lovely, and are fun to chat with. But recently, i have gotten minor injuries every time i have gone. Recently i had what felt like ACID being put back into my body. When i complained and was holding back tears, the lady assisting me was kind at first but developed an attitud

The place is really great! Great pay for the 4 times but when they are super busy you will sit there for a hour. And I let them know my cuff wasn't inflating and they just said the machine says it is.she felt it then ignored it . So know I have to rely on the clicks from the machine on when the squeeze.

Firstly...I love this this place...and have never had a bad experience until today. These people take care of us donors and work there tails off in a very difficult and high risk profession. A few moments ago...a supervisor of some kind just reprimanded and berated her employees on the donor floor in front of all of us. First of all it's not only unprofessional, but terrible management. Your people aren't gonna give it his or her best when they are made to feel that small. If one of my people in a leadership

I've been coming here for well over six months and I've been very pleased with the services. Up front, Karla is always very welcoming and inviting, really made the sign up process easy. In the back, Mary is always ready with a smile and gracious bedside manner; she really cares about the patients. Are there occasional short comings? Yes, but this team makes every attempt to move the process along. Genuinely happy coming here!!!

This is a good place to help give life saving assistance and make a little cash for your time donating. Expect to be here for a couple of hours and be patient. You get a lot more with sugar than you do with vinegar. Put your phone on silent, read a book and bring a small blanket or comfortable jacket because you'll be in the chair for awhile. I hate needles but, the staff that have "stuck" me are gentlle and I barely feel it or not at all. They're careful and professional and thank them for the work they do

I've been using grifols for about 8 weeks now and so far my experience has been great. Mary and Ethan did great today and I appreciate their professionalism and their skill. Tammy was fantastic checking me in. This is a very fast and easy process.

It's not that bad of place but there's only 3 employees that are actually nice and talk to you. The rest of them don't speak. But my biggest complaint is the fact that they couldn't read your hematocrit levels to save their life. I keep getting deferred because mine is "low." The first time they told me this, I was so confused because I have donated plasma for years and have never had this issue. So, I have a friend who works somewhere that she is able to do those tests, so I went straight to her and had he

Mary is so good at what she does. She eases my nerves every time and when she sticks me I barely feel it. She's also very friendly. It's always comforting to see a smiling face. Every time I come in I'm always hopeful I'll get her! She's such a blessing to this place.

I use to love coming to this location. Jen, Angie, Melissa , Carla and a few others are wonderful. But the management is rude. I was permanently deferred over a issue regarding my personal information being disclosed out loud and being uncomfortable with it. ( regarding my weight) . It is hurtful to be deferred over something like this. Hope they change their policies...

Mary she's awesome, I'm not a fan with needles, but it seems like when Mary sticks me the anxiety seems to dissolve from my soul and on top of that I barely fill the needle once I'm stuck and last but not least, when Mary sticks me I always complete my donation very good timing I call it very very good stick's.... keep up the great work Mary ??????..... overall the entire Crew makes a great team and that's what it's all about teamwork!! $Drew$

I'm a new donor (3rd time) and every time I come in I see Mary here hard at work, full of confidence with a bright smile! She made me feel comfortable when assessing my arm for my vein and sticking me with the needle. Definitely will be asking for her personally when she's at work!

Great experience first time donating again. Happy to do it and save life's. They are really nice here great service. Like meeting new ppl.

I wanted to thank Ethan and Sheri for a great experience today. Everything from Ethan getting me hooked up to Sheri?s disconnect was excellent. Your friendly and professional manner is appreciated.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this particular Biomat. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help. Mary the phlebotomist is a shining star in an already illuminated setting. I've worked my busy life schedule around just to travel to biomat, hoping to be fortunate enough to be taken care of by such a dedicated professional. I'm certain I'm not the only person who has given Biomat extended business because of Mary and the exceptional staff here in Bentonville.

I like how the staff is very friendly with me. I have difficult veins, that like to roll when they stick me, but they all care if I am feeling pain or discomfort and really take their time with me. I usually get stuck by Ethan, Logan or Mary and they are all outstanding stickers.

This a great place to come and give plasma and easy to get along with the people. The workers are very nice. They always show the most care and try their best to get everyone in and out safely and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them for your plasma place.

I usually request Logan because he never misses but he wasn't there so I had to choose between a lady my age and a young lady. Of course I chose my age but she missed but the young lady Mary came over and saved the day. I just really appreciated it and wanted to say something.

I've been donating here for nearly 3 years, pretty much every week. Very organized, usually only takes about an hour to hour 15 mins after the initial visit

Go to CSL or Biolife.. this place has the worst service ever experienced, person I was sitting next to had to be re inserted with the needle three times and I left with a 6 inch bruise because of how awful their employees are trained. Not only that but the employees have no courtesy or sense of urgency.

I can honestly say this was way better than I expected. I was greated with love and treated with respect..the stick was so smooth I didn't even feel it. Thanks for a better experience Alice

I absolutely love the staff at grifols! The atmosphere is great! They are quick and as painless as can be! Tabitha Mason

I've been coming here the last year and this center is by far the cleanest and fastest donation center I've been to. The staff is super nice and I highly recommend them!

It's a great place to come and give plasma and easy to get along with the people Mary was assigned to me and I have no complaints we was professional nice and very informative it was a great experience and I was glad I came

Super awesome staff. Wish the rates would go up. But otherwise experience here has always been pretty top tier.

I always have a great experience here. While you can't expect it to be the fastest process, they always do what they can to give you as good of an experience as possible.

Awesome staff, friendly people and great at their job. Specialshout out to Logan and Angie! Both are amazing.

I have always had great success and all the employee are friendly, and willingness to always help . I will recommend people to come and donate .

They are amazing always Efficient and will to make a donor they top priority and Karla and kiyana are the best ppl in the place

Service is not great. After sitting in the donor chair for an hour, I still was not donating plasma so I simply left the facility. What made it worse is that multiple people that sat down after me, were stuck before me. To date, 50% of my donations have had complications that were caused by person sticking the needle in my vein, 25% of them required them to re-stick my other arm. I have never had an issue like this with any other procedures I have had done.

Here i sit.... my fifth attempt to donate and they keep deferring me. It doesn't pay to be honest. I don't even know what Duramatter is but I can tell you I never had a graft with it.

The Grifols Plasma donation center was phenomenal. Mary made the experience 100 times better. Thankful for her, and the team!

Once you are a regular, it goes faster. I was able to make $450 in just 4 donations.

Super friendly staff. Very attentive to your comfort during the donation process.

Amazing and professional staff who take excellent care of donors! The experience was great.

The staff are friendly and work hard to get the donors through the process as quickly as possible.

Love the staff, very friendly. Great place to donate.

Great place, friendly staff. Good music to jam too while donating.

They r very good people i love coming here i will tell all my friends to come here

Kiana is killin? it up front! Very professional and pleasant.

None of the staff is competent. I have given blood at other locations before and have never had as many issues as this one. The white haired older lady named Melissa should be fired for medical malpractice. She inserted the needle into my arm and missed the vein (after commenting how ?juicy? and ?prominent? the vein was. I wish I was joking.) she reinserted and missed again. She then called over another lady to readjust the needle. They finally got the machine to take my blood and my arm slowly began fallin

The staff are not well trained at all. Morale is horrible. They simply and obviously do not want to be here and it's obvious. You're much more likely to be injured here. I've been coming twice a week and regret not going to Fayetteville or springdale instead. Every time. The promotions are non existent and the wait times are horrible.

My first two visits were alright but on my third visit I spent over an hour before I was setup with my appointment, even though I had checked in prior. There was an issue with the machine so somebody came and adjusted needle placement and my skin started to swell with blood. They stopped this and offered to restick, but as I had significant pain in my arm I decided not to. Part of my decision was a poster in the waiting room explaining that if you refuse a restick, as long as it is over 200ml of plasma alre

Shout out to Mary, she has such a great presence and always puts me at ease. Thank you! ??

Pulled my review where i talked about having a huge bruise on my arm for a week after and dealing with lots of pain.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Great place to donate plasma!

Nothing good to say a waste of my time I went twice as a new donor. Ok the first time I was deferred because the lady said my lungs sound horrible ok . Then she asked if I smoked and yes I do then she say you need to stop. Dang I didn't know they were health physicians any way. I came back a second time and she reject me again for the same thing and I know darn well my lungs are not that bad. And if you do have a lil wheezing that don't stop you from donating? the lady with the short black hair and glasses

Started donating early summer , it was fairly a long process for being my 1st time. Compensation the first month was generous. Staff is friendly , sometimes the wait is a bit long. Most of the time I go there is one person at the front. Could use some more staff up front. I lik donating because i enjoy being able to help those that need and also being compensated for my time which is also a plus.

I used to love coming here the wait sucked but I delt just fine... but.. Since the new manger/owner started it's been worse than ever, been coming for over a year and don't see a point in coming back. The staff either on break, gossiping about other staff or slowly working, even higher up staff. Being there 2hour sometimes more for them to mess up, or the machine to mess up, making you there longer. Or getting protein tested waiting 2weeks to even have a doctor look at it.. I swear to you BioLife and CSL is

Unless you have 2+ hours to spend waiting don't come here, staff is ALWAYS annoyed with each other. Last thing you want is a mad/annoyed worker shanking you with a Needle, if they don't like you, they will attempt to skip you in line. It has got better from 3-4 hour wait but still just a pain and burden anymore.. payment not worth it 99% time.

Wonderful placement too donate. Would recommend to everyone

Kiyan is very sweet and makes the check in process very smooth.

Went in at 3pm to become a new donor and it took over an hour for them to tell me that I would need to come back the next day to do the physical even though they close at 7. They said they would schedule an appointment for me and that they don't usually do that. I showed up the next day at my appointment time, only for them to not do anything for another hour and 15 minutes. UPDATE: I want to update my review because I have been back since then and once you get through the process of the first visit (which

The wait is usually reasonable. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I also am a fan of most of the music being played. I would definitely recommend. Always up to help people where I can! Glad they've opened a facility in Bentonville.

I've been donating here since they first opened, they do their jobs well.

This was my first donation ever! I walked in! The wait was long, but overall they were very professional! I felt very safe in their hands! I almost passed out a couple times, but they helped me to come back to! They were genuinely concerned about my well-being, and paused the procedure, and wanted to return my blood to me, but I told them I felt better and wanted to keep going! They monitored me for a few more minutes to make sure I would be ok. Then turned the machine on! I did not have any more issues! Wh

Always well taken care of by such grate workers :)

Great people. The doctor asked me what I ate and when, and she gave me a protein bar. She laughed at how fast I devoured it lol. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I will be coming back. I would like to thank doctor Jackie for taking care of me after I passed out during donation last time. She was amazing. To anybody who wants to donate, drinking water doesn't cut it if you sweat a lot during the day. You need electrolytes or what happened to me will happen to you. Even if you ate a big meal right before.

Do not go to the Grifols-Biomat USA location in Bentonville, Arkansas location. The staff is too hung up on technicalities so there is always an issue which slows down everything and then they blame it on understaffing. Trust me, that is not the issue! The staff advises you to answer screening questions one way which is contrary to your experiences. The staff basically has you answering incorrectly to pass screening questions so it makes their jobs easier. That is wrong, wrong, wrong and I would not do it!

they NEVER answer their phone. I am currently a donor and have read the comments which all seem valid. I have experienced every one of them at one time or another. I have been many times since they have opened. Over all It is slowly improving on each of these topics. Moral to the story is keep working out the kinks in the new business and listen to your patrons. maybe after some learning and healing they will return and try again.

Terrible. I went in as a new donor with my daughter. During the interview I requested a vein check to see if I was hydrated enough to donate. The person who came in to check my veins immediately cinched the tourniquet so tight it brought me out of my chair in pain. I have never had this experience before in all my years with any of the instances I have had blood drawn. And this was just a check! To top it off, the person was rude and dismissed my concern. I ended up with a red ring around my arm that felt l

Arrived 745. 7 or 8 people we're already waiting at the door in a line to be in at 8 AM. It was about 815 or so and there was still not anyone on the floor donating. Second day was suppose to be my physical. First day there were no more physicals being done after 12PM. Strange but okay. so I just signed papers to be in the system. It's 3-4 hours for first timers. The nurse said ?and that's quick day? They will not split A physical one day and donate the other day to break up time a little. The people were n

I've donated with Biomat for years and this one is by far the worst. They are severely understaffed, every time I go in there's maybe two people at the front checking everyone's vitals. They completely refuse to open up other beds and machines, they told me that they need more donors in order to do that. Which to me is insane! I went in last night and waited two hours and I didn't even make it to a bed.... It was 7 by the time I walked out; I got there at 5. I had 6 people ahead of me and all beds were full

They are nice but some of the people in the back do not know what they are doing what I mean by that they do not know how to stick I would think about that before you go here I told the girl that was sticking me that it didn't look right and she ended up giving me a hematoma and the week before it to but by someone else so just be careful and some of them need more training in what they are doing

Am thankful for people like Mary who is full of life and energy. She's a caring person and I always trust she'll take care of me.

I gave this particular facility a rating of ?3 Stars? because although the staff was very polite and professional, the company needs to change the order in which they do things. I believe that asking first time donors what medications they take should be the first thing done. It would have saved a lot of time for me and the staff!

Always fast, appropriate, and polite. Never a bad day.

I started coming about a month ago, and it has been a great experience! Most of the staff is delightfully friendly and welcoming. It feels good to know you're participating towards a good cause. Quite fulfilling! Thanks Grifols!

They take walk ins only. Also, if you call before you leave Fayetteville to get there in Bentonville and they tell you they should be able to assist you with your first donation, don't trust the words that fall from those lips. Better yet, don't even call. Don't even ask. Don't show up. They don't want to help you anyway.

This is one of the most disrespectful establishments I have ever set foot in. As soon as my soon to be wife and I walked through the door they looked at us like we had no right to be there. I tried to explain that we were there to donate to get money for a hotel room because I'm in between checks. But instead the woman continued to insinuate that we were lying about our situation. We walked in at 4 pm and the sign said they were open til 7. But she insisted they closed at 4:30 so therefore it would take too

(Ok so first I should say that this review does not include any phlebotomist in my experience so far. They've all been very pleasant and I've had no issues with being stuck. My issues are not with them!) So my first time attempting was in the month of March when I got there at 8:00 a.m. I was the third new donor in line and turned away. They said they didn't have the staff to take on three people that morning. They advise I come back another day early. From there I went back two more times in April and made

Kiyana is awesome pricks me with ease ????

THE STAFF that's here IS NICE, but this place is understaffed and SLOW. Seven people waiting to donate and at least 20 open beds and I'm not counting the ones waiting to be processed. Definitely losing money by not moving people through.

Very clean place New machines Nice staffing

Never has staff, the past three months everytime I've tried to make an appointment or walk in when they open they send me away and say they're not taking new donors or don't do appointments, or tell me to come back in two hours and then when I do say "oh it's still too late". Highly unprofessional nobody wants to do their jobs. *edit to add I wrote this while sitting in the lobby hoping they'd eventually get to me. I was wrong, they ended up having to send two people to the hospital and close early. They h

A complete waste of my time today. It was extremely unorganized and chaotic to try and get the first time donor stuff done. When I had came in, I was told to sign the paperwork and once I gave it back I was just told to have a seat. Then another employee asked if I had already had the binder to go over which of course I didn't. I was then not told to give it back after I finished so I could start the next process.so I wasted over an hour waiting to get things rolling. They say first come first serve bases b

I was told to come in by 12 on Saturday to sign up to be a new donor, got there at 10 and was told it was too full and that if I came back by 4 on Monday I would be taken care of. Went back at 3:40 on Monday and was told it was too full until the lady recognized she helped me last time and acted like they would work me in. After being there 1 1/2 hours I got through most of the process and then was told they weren't gonna have time to do my physical. Kelsey (the manager) came out and talked to me and was ac

Made the mistake of coming here after donating at csl for years. Ended up with huge hematomas in both arms and had to wait several minutes while it hurt and I tried to get someone's attention after they started it and walked off.

I must have came on a slow day as I was expedited through the whole process quickly. I was told moving forward that Wednesday after 4pm is a gold rush to avoid. The pay is the best in all of NWA. But they need to hire more people ASAP, each donor takes way to long to be seen. #molasses

Friendly staff and excellent compensation program! Yes, the wait can be long, but that's true at any plasma donation center. And I can't really complain when they pay me to sit and read a book or watch a movie on my lap top! Plus, they are using plasma to produce INCREDIBLE treatments!

I just completed my 60th Donation today and it was in record time ??. I Love Grifolds. All of the staff are excellent and extremely friendly and funny. The location here in Bentonville Arkansas is wonderful. The equipment is State Of The Art and all of the staff amazingly knowledgeable. It is fantastic work that they do here and it helps millions of people all around the world!!! Marcus is Fantastic, Knowledgeable and really deserves a raise.

The wait is usually reasonable. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I also am a fan of most of the music being played. I would definitely recommend!

I've?ve been coming to Biomat USA for 5 months now. I've been donating for 20+ years. I like how much faster the Machines work compared to biolife. I really like the staff. Grifols in Bentonville has a nice friendly staff. I'm normally only in there about an hour. It really depends on what time you go. Once I learned that. It's been easy peezy. I always have a good experience and enjoy that Im helping those in need.

Grifols in Bentonville has a nice friendly staff. There can be a little bit of a wait but it's never to bad. I always have a good experience and enjoy that Im helping those in need.

Definitely quite a few inexperienced people doing the sticking. Sometimes things go smoothly. Others ... not so much. The first few times went swell. With the exception of having to go through the sticking process again due to a mistake. I mean my veins are thick and hard to miss. After trying the next to times, I passed the physical. Got to the machines. Things were fine for the first cycle. The machine stopped pumping plasma. Tried the other arm and had to go deal with the cross up while on the bed. That
