Had an amazing experience with Heidi. She was super fast and efficient, while also having a good time laughing with staff and other patients! She was there to make sure I was 100% okay and was very attentive! She is a rockstar!!

Horrible experience! First of all I understand being understaffed coming from a management position myself but! That is no excuse for the nurse who is doing the initial physicals to snap at people because of the wait time for a physical due to understaffing! Customer service is everything. Weather you are short staffed or not treat people nicely!

Great staff clean facilities. Courteous and efficient. Get in and out in a timely manner. The staff makes it a fun and welcoming environment and definitely would come back again.

Just moved here from Vegas in June. Was a donor there at another facility for a couple of years. Grifols is closer to our house so I decided to try this company. GREAT CHOICE. AWESOME AND PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. Have never waited. Get to do questionnaire at home . Will be a long time donor at this facility. WELL DONE BILLINGS GRIFOLS ON MAIN. It is a privilege.

Grifols Plasma center is the best plasma center in town they know you by your name they are super friendly. They will joke around with you. Great staff some of my favorite staff for all of them but the name names I can remember are el hide jj and all the staff are amazing polite respectful and make donating worth it and they are the reason why I keep coming back and I am glad I chose Grifols and their amazing staff/team and friendly environment and makes it feel like one big giant family

The staff here always make my wife and I feel appreciated and like we are friends rather than a statistic for the day. Very hard working and friendly people, and very efficient at what they do. Even with a lobby full of people waiting they are able to maintain a calm composure, and deliver that same, efficient, friendly service.

I am always amazed at the efficiency and great service when I come in. Katie, Momo, and Koda are awesome and always make me feel very welcome. They did a great job and I was in and out in under an hour. I come back because a former employee was also a patient and that made me feel like I was making a difference. Always have a great experience here! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all very caring! Would trust Nani to put the needle in my arm blind folded, and it still wouldn't hurt! She always does a fantastic job!

Don't get me wrong, most of the staff are great. I've been coming here for the past month and I don't expect the staff to recognize me by name but when you're another Ethnicity, you seem to be left alone or forgotten. There have been times where I had to wait more then half an hour to be disconnected. The staff say "I'm sorry, we're short staffed, we'll be right there" but I'll see them disconnect another person who is Anglo and who started after me. Sometimes I get the feeling the staff don't want to touch

I've been a return donator for the pass 2 ? years. They've recently changed a lot of employees, and I guess a new system. Now it could be I'm used to the old way of things, but the new employees have no sense of urgency. Busy talking with one another rather than help a room FULLED with donators wait to donate. It's more important for them to 1st figure out their breaks and what audio books are good to listen to.

Mikala helped me feel comfortable and the whole staff there was truly awesome! They play good tunes and are down to earth while still doing excellent and professional work at the same time. I'll keep coming back!

Have had nothing but positive experiences at this facility! Garrett is an excellent stick and was very accommodating. Would 100% recommend biomat over any competitors!! Staff in general actually speak to donors and treat you as an individual. You will not regret your experience here!

All the staff is awesome! I was really nervous and even had a little speed bump ?? during my first donation. They were absolutely great in attending to me and making sure I was ok! They enjoy what they do and make the enviornment comfortable!

I changed this from a 1 star to a 5 star review thanks to one of the managers, Devon. I had a poor experience the other night with a staff member, and as such left a fairly scathing review. Devon reached out to me today, asked me my side of everything, listened to my concerns, and made me feel like I was being listened to and an important member to their donor community. He even made sure to honor my referral bonus.

First time experience in any type of blood. Service was great. Ladies we're awesome. The one gentleman who mentioned my daughter was spectacular as well. Place was clean and environment was excellent as well.

I would usually give this company a 4 or 5 star but recently they have quit caring about the people needing disconnected the last 2 times I went I spent almost 20 minutes waiting to be disconnected. They're was 2 phlebotomists in the bay next to me and 1 in another and no one was in mine where 3 people sat for 10 minutes before getting disconnected. My appointment was at 2:45 and I didn't get out till 4:45. It wasn't busy theirs just a lot of carelessness and it takes long and longer every time I go now. I

Felt very uncomfortable from the beginning. Staff did not seem to care about a persons well being and was very short and rude. I would not recommend in any way. Go to vitalant or bio life anywhere but here. There was no concern for each person, and basically treated you as livestock. I would give a no stars review if I could, and I am not the type of person to leave any reviews especially bad.

Absolutely awful. Terrible customer service. They want donations for free. And they could use some teaching about how to use a needle . Absolutely a horrible experience. I feel like they wanted me to feel horror . Biolife will treat you right.

The Grifols staff, save one woman, is excellent. However, I stopped donating at Grifols due to the wait times. I always made my appointments for noon. On almost all of my appointments, I would sit in the waiting area for over an hour, sometimes more. I dont have the time for that kind of inefficiency

Very professional staff. I have deep veins that get bruised easily, but their phlebotomist do an excellent job getting them everytime without hurting me. I highly recommend this center. They are always ready to answer all your questions too.

This has been my first place to donate plasma not because of the pay but because of the staff. Cat is always friendly smiling quick and efficient with the "sticks" haven't had to get a restick. She reassures you when you're anxious. A great all around phlebotomist.

Other than when Nathan does it, the people doing the hooking up to machine have caused me a lot of pain and because of their mistake and bruising me I had to take a mandatory 8 weeks off which kept me from making the extra bonuses. If I didn't need the extra $ id defenitely wouldn't go back to them.

The staff could be trained better. I went out of my way to talk to a manager direvtly, where he promptly brushed off my concerns, in privacy. I have been offered an ice pack for bruising more times than not, an occurrence unheard of at Biolife. Several different staff hurt me, were too quick, and I have way worse scarring than I have ever had at Biolife. The people are nice, I just have a hard time believing they know what they're doing here.

I have been to grifols Biomat centers all over the country starting in Tacoma WA, Everett WA, Seattle WA , Pittsburgh PA, Fairliss Hills PA., Penn Hills PA, and now Billings MT. The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly but yet very professional. The facilities is absolutely the cleanest I have been to. When I first came to Billings the Biomat wasn't open yet and I tried Biolife. I will never go back there. They made us stand in lines for hours. The facilty is not nearly as nice or as clean as Biomat.

Grifols is a great place to donate. People are great and personable! Kaity and Nani are my personal favorite super funny and always make me laugh and are great at their job!

This new numbering policy along with mandatory appointments killed it for me. Waiting over an hour to donate is ridiculous and what ever manager thought this was a good idea should be fired ! I was a loyal donor I may finish out the month and never return. Inconveniencing your donors instead of hiring a proper labor force is not the answer

Techs are very nice and pleasant. I only give a three due to hearing a male employee who was training another person become verbally abusive to her. Using curse word in front of donors in common area. There was no shock from the other staff which leads me to believe this is a common practice. Shame on you Grifols

I'm gonna start off by saying I love donating here but hard to continue to donate when the mobile app will not allow me to log in to schedule an appointment, and when you try through Google it takes you to the mobile app to log in.

Very disappointing, and I will not return. After donating at Biolife for over a year, I decided to try Biomat for their incentive program. At Biolife, I could be in and out in under an hour and only had one instance of having an issue with collection. At Biomat, 3.5 hours for the first visit and then I wasn't allowed to donate because I had a dental procedure the week before (without novocain). Second visit, they only got 200 ml of plasma because the phlebotomist couldn't find the vein part way through t

This is ridiculous. It took over 4 hours the 1st time and I wasn't able to give a full donation because I had an appt. My info apparently wouldn't transfer from another Biomat location I used several times. The 2nd time the girl put the cuff on and just disappeared. Plenty of staff walking around doing nothing

i enjoy biomat way more then biolife plasma services. i spend 1-1 1/2 hrs here unlike at biolife i would be there for 2-1/2 hrs. at biolife it would feel like a drag and a hassle to donate, but here at biomat the service is quick and easy :)
