I love coming here! Francis is so helpful, understanding and kind. He walked me through the whole process while I was having doubts. The staff here went above and beyond to help me donate. I recommend everyone to come here. The place was so clean and organized!

I went through over an hour of intake paperwork and procedures only to then be told they are not interested in donations from a sober healthy person who lives in a sober living house. Once again treated like garbage for trying to do the right thing. Honesty not the best policy if you're wanting to donate here.

The Grifols team goes above and beyond for their donors. I really appreciate the level of care they give daily. Keep doing great things!

First donation took ,over a whole day to complete the process. Next 2 went smoothly. Here today for my 4th donation at 655am and I get a phone call on my cell phone from the guy at the front desk saying they can't take in for my appointment because no staff are in and he is the only one there and can't open by himself. This place is a hassle. The app needs more features and actual information in it. I'm annoyed and frustrated with this place. You go in after making an appointment get deferred because of crappy intake equipment, and then have to go in and change all your future appointments because this one day throws everything off. So you stop making appointments and go in as a walk-in, they tell you they are short staffed and are only doing appointments today but you can come back in an hour. No I've already driven 15

Clean Center with great Techs! Prefer the bigger/quicker machines over the competitions. Also like the no appointment aspect. In and out in no time!

Whoever pricked my finger did it to rough and not in the right spot and then proceeded to put my bandage on to tight. Also doesn't know how to take blood pressure correctly. The cuff was on to tight almost made me cry which elevated my pulse to a number I've never had. I was also about to faint, very pale and clammy. They proceeded to tell me information and not even check on me as I'm about to fall to the floor right in front of them. Had to ask for something to drink and eat since they clearly couldn't te

I am a new donor and new to town. I came in to start the process and felt safe and welcome. The staff kept welcoming everyone that came in by name and everyone is in a genuinely good, upbeat mood. If you're nervous about donating, this is definitely the place to start. Everyone is so nice, and I look forward to donating each week.

Very clean and sterile environment. Nurse Melanie is a favorite! Always has a smile for everyone and ever so cheerful!!! I can be a tough draw with my scar tissue and rolling veins, but Malissa nails it!! All the staff are so friendly and kind. They take the time to make sure that you are more than a number. I love how quickly I can get in and out with these newer plasmapheresis machines! Overall great experience!

The front desk staff is always welcoming when you enter the building. Especially Makena. The phlebotomists in the back are very well trained and knowledgeable. Everyone is polite and kind. This is such a great center!

Been here since they have opened. There are days where it is slow and others I'm in and out with an hour and half. Makenna is always smiling and greeting you loudly when you come in, love her positive attitude. Love that the staff knows my name and they all say hi when I come in. Thanks for a great experience and being ok with my competing, not quietly, with other donors makes the time go by so much quicker and hell I made a new Donor friend BOB :)

I absolutely love Grifols! I used to donate at Biolife and Grifols is so much better- the staff are all amazing, kind, and efficient and do an amazing job! Makena is also one of my favorites, she is awesome and amazing at her job and makes everyone smile around her!

Pretty quick and painless. Wish they would let me take a sip of water when I donate, especially since they give you a water bottle in your welcome package. I get really thirsty while donating. Becca and Izzy assisted me with my donation and always do a stupendous job.

Also love that I don't have to make an appointment There computer system needs work. I've run into issues with it that's caused me to miss donations and last time I was there, I had to redo my physical and I was there for around 4 hours and ended up not getting to donate because of their computer system (I was also not compensated for this time, but whatever). The workers are upbeat and have a good attitude, even when the process isn't going perfectly. They do a great job of of working with the donors and create a welcoming environment to be involved in.

Second time in a row that I completed check in questions ahead of others, only to watch them get called up ahead of me!! Today, I have also been waiting to donate and two people who completed check in after me were called to the plasma beds first. Each person represents about 10 minutes of waiting time. I am very close to going back to biolife! It's no longer worth the hassle. Unacceptable

Very professional staff, but have yet to do a draw without missing a vein and having to do another arm. Never have I had these issues with biolife. Honestly just go to biolife because their phlebotomists are far better and make the procedure so much more enjoyable.
