I'm a somewhat new donor here, I just finished my 12th donation. Every experience here has been great, except for one, where (won't name names) missed my vein and it had to be readjusted a few times, eventually moved to another arm, and also the machine was on the fritz so it took a little while. The entire staff is very kind, except for one person, but I can overlook like that because this review is specifically for Kenna. Very inviting staff! All staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable from the time you walk until the time you leave. I can't pick a favorite person because they're all my favorite! If you're thinking about donating this is the place! They walk you through the whole process and stop to ask if you have any questions. I will continue to donate here! Great job!!!

We donating here 2 times a month and the staff is always very friendly and kind. Samatha, Trey, Caitlin, Rick are always on it and eager to help. Piper is great as well. It feels more than just some plasma center with this staff they make it feel like a community. They even educate why we need plasma.

I've never had a major issue here. The staff is very friendly and concerned about donors. If I ever had an issue I wouldn't be shy to say so but I never have had an issue. Reece also was extremely helpful in an issue I had with my card a while back. Overall great staff who do their job well.

I donate twice a week and see a different variety of staff each time. All of them are very attentive, kind, and professional. Celena I found to be exceptional at troubleshooting and if I do end up having an issue during my draw, she knows how to solve it. I really enjoy donating plasma and coming to the center!

Been going here for a couple years. I enjoy the staff. I've never had a problem with anyone. The absolute only complaint is the lack of random prizes compared to the past years and the pay has gotten pretty low. But still my go to location

I came in the past about 4.5 years ago and had a not so pleasant experience. Think I just had someone less experienced and ended up having to get stuck multiple times and ended up throwing up (in a mask thank you Covid), but I decided to give it another go and am so HAPPY I did. The service is great! I highly recommend Biomat over other plasma locations in the area based on wait time alone! I've never had to wait more than 45 minutes, and that only happened once. I'm typically in and out within 60-70 minutes. The teamwork and support is fantastic. I've seen screeners and nurses and even managers assist when there aren't enough phlebotomists or an oddball reaction occurs. It's all hands-on-deck! The staff is much friendlier than other places I've been.

As a first time doner, I was nervous and anxious, but the staff were very informative and nice. The donation process itself wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm scared of needles and appreciated the distraction of banter with the staff to help calm my nerves.

I have donated a two other locations in the valley and tried to go to a third and this place is my far my favorite. The staff is friendly their kind they take time with their donors they get to know you well and make you feel welcome whenever you come. Celena is by far one of the best employees they have and always amazing and sweet whenever I go to donate. Maddi is one of the best long-term employees they have I miss her being on the floor because she was an outstanding phlebotomist.

I love this center. Has every visit been smooth and quick, no, but the staff is always friendly and does their best even on days they may be short staffed or dealing with less than idea people coming in. Im a difficult one, my vein is a roller, sometimes it pretends to be in a game of dodge ball, but the staff is patient and skilled enough to get it right the first time 99% of the time. Never have to many problems and the staff is always nice and do what they can if you ask and I rarely get a bad stick. Typically don't have to wait to long to get in the back unless it just happens to be a busy time and they still go as quick as they can

The worst plasma center in the Treasure Valley in my opinion. I've been to all the plasma centers in the area and have to give this place my worst rating. Firstly the location looks sketchy at first glance. Once you go inside it's not as bad as it seems from outside. The first thing you notice is how slow the donor check in kiosk are. Some of them may even sure to be broken. As with other plasma centers, this place offers no water or snacks in case you need to refuel before or after. My biggest complaint is

The first time I went in I had troubles with the needle placement but every other time since I have had Jake place my needle and I don't have problems I appreciate the dedication he puts into his work

I love this place, best place in Boise. Everyone is so nice , Caitlyn and Samantha are my favourites. Love that I can make an appointment and go right in.

Great workers, always kind and work hard. Only complaint is they never enforce the rule of no calls or phone volume up. Constantly having to listen to other donors videos that they are not even attempting to turn down even a full on phone call before.

Trey with no legs could stick with his toes and he wouldn't miss. I know because I was stranded in the desert and needed a rapid blood transfusion. He broke his arm trying to save me from wild camels and used one toe to pull traction and the other two toes to stick a vein next to my left ankle. I don't trust anyone else to stick me. Only Trey.

The Grifols Biomat center is a great facility to donate plasma. Kevin and Michelle at the front always make me feel welcome when I walk in. Samantha, Maddy, Will, and Rick are all great phlebotomists. They are well trained and are always checking in on me when I am donating making sure I feel comfortable and my donation is running smoothly.

I have been donating at Grifols for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are thorough and quick in getting you processed and ready to donate. The donation has always gone smoothly for me, and their compensation has been the best that I've seen across the other plasma centers. Their staff are the absolute best.

Posting this on behalf of my girlfriend. She has been in a total of three times, the first attempt went great and had no issues at all. However the second time in the phlebotomist missed the insertion site and had to jab again up her arm. She left with them saying she would, ?likely have the worst bruise you've seen?. Just donated plasma for the first time and had a great experience. Every staff member I spoke to, including the manager, was very warm, kind, and patient. Kira in particular was absolutely wonderful and she made me feel a lot more at ease about the whole process. Also shoutout to Isaac (who put the needle in my arm). First 2 times it was fast and efficient . 3rd time i was waiting for about 30 minutes after I was done and by that time 5 other people were also done. I was the first one done but third one to be helped. It's a little frustrating when you're on a time crunch . Just hope it doesn't continue happening.

I've been a client of Boise Biomat for a number of years. The staff / phlebotomists there are very friendly and professional. There is one in particular who I see always being friendly to the clients and always moving quickly to get things done, her name is Madison Ford. She seems like an amazing worker; and I do know for a fact that she is my favorite person there. 5 thumbs WAY up for her! You all are lucky to have such a hard worker.

I have been donating for years and Biomat Boise is the best in the Treasure Valley! It's the people that make the place; Kevin, Parker, Trey and William are all great at what they do and I always feel like I'm in good hands. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly. Michelle remembered my first name and made the intake process and physical comfortable and light hearted. She's a gem!!!! Lexi was the phlebotomist who did my first "stick" and I kid you not, I hardly felt it. And that's saying alot as I have scar tissue from donating for years at another facility. Trey with no legs is the coolest guy I know, and that's before you take into account that he is missing two toes. He is the most asymmetric guy I know, and that is a good thing. Even though he is unable to beat a 15 year old in Kahoot (I am the 15 year old), he is still pretty smart. And I'm sure he does okay at his job. Father Kevin is pretty good too.

Boise does a fantastic job. The employees treat all the donors like they're actually people. Not only are they the fastest center in valley, but they actually talk and joke with you while giving you great service. Even though they're a little short staffed right now, the employees still manage to make my day every time I see them. The center manager Reese is awesome too and will come out and talk to you as a donor. I would highly recommend!

I've been donating now over a year. The rates are good most months. But the amount of time it takes for the staff to finally start the draw has taken forever. It is now anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Then it takes them a long time to disconnect you once finished. I feel like they need to hire more staff or something. I was here when the seats would be full and it would go much faster. Hopefully this issue gets fixed.

Absolutely amazing staff here! Very courteous and filled with humor. Makes you feel like you are part of them here. I usually never have to wait more than 30 minutes to start donating.
