I'm a somewhat new donor here, I just finished my 12th donation. Every experience here has been great, except for one, where (won't name names) missed my vein and it had to be readjusted a few times, eventually moved to another arm, and also the machine was on the fritz so it took a little while. The entire staff is very kind, except for one person, but I can overlook like that because this review is specifically for Kenna. She is by far my favorite phlebotomist, even though all are great, but she went abov

Very inviting staff! All staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable from the time you walk until the time you leave. I can't pick a favorite person because they're all my favorite! If you're thinking about donating this is the place! They walk you through the whole process and stop to ask if you have any questions. I will continue to donate here! Great job!!!

We donating here 2 times a month and the staff is always very friendly and kind. Samatha, Trey, Caitlin, Rick are always on it and eager to help. Piper is great as well. It feels more than just some plasma center with this staff they make it feel like a community. They even educate why we need plasma.

I've never had a major issue here. The staff is very friendly and concerned about donors. If I ever had an issue I wouldn't be shy to say so but I never have had an issue. Reece also was extremely helpful in an issue I had with my card a while back. Overall great staff who do their job well.

I donate twice a week and see a different variety of staff each time. All of them are very attentive, kind, and professional. Celena I found to be exceptional at troubleshooting and if I do end up having an issue during my draw, she knows how to solve it. I really enjoy donating plasma and coming to the center!

Been going here for a couple years. I enjoy the staff. I've never had a problem with anyone. The absolute only complaint is the lack of random prizes compared to the past years and the pay has gotten pretty low. But still my go to location

I came in the past about 4.5 years ago and had a not so pleasant experience. Think I just had someone less experienced and ended up having to get stuck multiple times and ended up throwing up (in a mask thank you Covid), but I decided to give it another go and am so HAPPY I did. The staff is so friendly and personable and I've had no issues, they definitely seem to know what they're doing. They are kind and joke around and know people?s names. Went to BioLife in between the two experiences and feel like th

Great staff! And specifically, Celina. She is professional, kind, and very experienced in her work. It's always a pleasure seeing her and her work! Having Celina do my plasma donating is always an ease to my mind as well. I appreciate the entire staff as well! Amazing people.

I've been going here for over a year. The staff is fantastic. All of them!! They are so nice, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you've been on the fence about donating, just do it, and do it here!

All the staff were super friendly & very professional. My phlebotomist Jake was awesome and made me feel very welcome, overall great experience! Most definitely coming back ????

The service is great! I highly recommend Biomat over other plasma locations in the area based on wait time alone! I've never had to wait more than 45 minutes, and that only happened once. I'm typically in and out within 60-70 minutes. The teamwork and support is fantastic. I've seen screeners and nurses and even managers assist when there aren't enough phlebotomists or an oddball reaction occurs. It's all hands-on-deck! The staff is much friendlier than other places I've been.

As a first time doner, I was nervous and anxious, but the staff were very informative and nice. The donation process itself wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm scared of needles and appreciated the distraction of banter with the staff to help calm my nerves.

I have donated a two other locations in the valley and tried to go to a third and this place is my far my favorite. The staff is friendly their kind they take time with their donors they get to know you well and make you feel welcome whenever you come. Celena is by far one of the best employees they have and always amazing and sweet whenever I go to donate. Maddi is one of the best long-term employees they have I miss her being on the floor because she was an outstanding phlebotomist.

I love this center. Has every visit been smooth and quick, no, but the staff is always friendly and does their best even on days they may be short staffed or dealing with less than idea people coming in. Im a difficult one, my vein is a roller, sometimes it pretends to be in a game of dodge ball, but the staff is patient and skilled enough to get it right the first time 99% of the time. In my this is the best donating center in boise.

Amazing staff. Jim Jake Rick Samantha kyle and Piper always do great job. I used to be scared to donate cause of needles but they saw me thru it. I would recommend this place to anyone

I've had an amazing experience at Grifols Plasma Center Biomat USA! The staff here is outstanding, especially Salena, Tray, and Rick?they truly go above and beyond. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care make the donation process smooth and enjoyable. They take the time to ensure everything is comfortable and well-explained. I highly recommend this center to anyone considering plasma donation. Thank you, Salena, Tray, and Rick, for being the best!

I've coming here for years many years staff is always professional and friendly I want to give Rick a big shout out always awesome to talk to and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. These guys always work so many hours and you have a positive attitude all the time big thumbs up to everyone. At biomat Boise

I love the people here they are all so friendly, and respectful, from the people answering the phone and all the phlebs! Samantha and Celina, they are very used to sticking my small vein, all the other's alway's try but my veins are very stubborn but they give it there all. Thank You all so much for making my visit as comfortable as you can! ?? Donna Shelton

The you g woman why stuck my did an amazing job. She had to retry due to no fault of her own. Looking forward to my next donation. Thanks again!

Never have to many problems and the staff is always nice and do what they can if you ask and I rarely get a bad stick. Typically don't have to wait to long to get in the back unless it just happens to be a busy time and they still go as quick as they can

Great place to donate with friendly and caring staff. Usually will tell you a joke if you ask if they have one. They will chat for a bit about things as well. Will continue to donate to see the staff.

The worst plasma center in the Treasure Valley in my opinion. I've been to all the plasma centers in the area and have to give this place my worst rating. Firstly the location looks sketchy at first glance. Once you go inside it's not as bad as it seems from outside. The first thing you notice is how slow the donor check in kiosk are. Some of them may even sure to be broken. As with other plasma centers, this place offers no water or snacks in case you need to refuel before or after. My biggest complaint is

The first time I went in I had troubles with the needle placement but every other time since I have had Jake place my needle and I don't have problems I appreciate the dedication he puts into his work

I love this place, best place in Boise. Everyone is so nice , Caitlyn and Samantha are my favourites. Love that I can make an appointment and go right in.

Great workers, always kind and work hard. Only complaint is they never enforce the rule of no calls or phone volume up. Constantly having to listen to other donors videos that they are not even attempting to turn down even a full on phone call before.

No Legs Trey is a needle ninja?no legs but all the charm. He makes every blood draw leg-endary. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best plasma center I have gone to, the staff are super friendly and they know you by name, I can't say I have a favorite because they are all amazing and know what they are doing, the wait time is very quick and the donation process is quick making it worth it, the other donation places I went to before I found this one I would be there for close to 2 hours, and would either get sick from them having to adjust the needle over and over again or would be left with a bruise and have to wait to d

Been donating here for almost a year, everyone is super friendly and eventually remembers you by name! Clean and professional atmosphere!

I always have an easy stress free experience here at the overland location. From the screening to the actual donation itself. All the workers are professional and kind

I have now been donating here. For almost 14 years, I'm coming up on my one 1000th donation. Everybody here has always been great. I highly recommend it.

Started donating at this location about 2 years ago. Been with Grifols for almost 10 years. Fantastic location and staff knowing what they're doing. Make it easy to go and donate

Grifols is the oldest plasma donation company in the valley and the world! If you are looking for a plasma donation center where the staff are friendly with excellent customer service and efficient donation times, then this is the place to pick in the Boise area. They always pay competitive rates, and you can rest assured that you are not donating to a company that has been known for recalls in recent years. Donating plasma is very rewarding for donors, as well as the patients who need the plasma to survive

The staff are always amazing know you by name and take their jobs seriously. If you want a good experience donating plasma Biomat is the best there is.

I liked it but in 4 short weeks the br I used both my arms and I had to loose 3 donations will never go back

I have been going to grifols for about six donations and I am always being treated well. Amber is especially kind and is willing to help any problem. Nicholas.

Very efficient process. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. William was my phlebotomist twice in a row and he does a quick job. Thank you! -Aryssa

Trey with no legs could stick with his toes and he wouldn't miss. I know because I was stranded in the desert and needed a rapid blood transfusion. He broke his arm trying to save me from wild camels and used one toe to pull traction and the other two toes to stick a vein next to my left ankle. I don't trust anyone else to stick me. Only Trey.

My first experience at Grifols was great! The staff was very kinda and the process was very quick! Would definitely recommend!

The center is clean and efficient, excellent customer service! It is obvious that the management team and staff are invested and care about what they do!

Rick is the best! Definitely recommend coming in to donate it is easy and quick!

These guys are awesome I highly recommend them they are efficient and friendly. I've always had great experiences and they greet and thank me. They know me by name. I especially like Kenna and Jim. They make my day. They welcome me by the name I prefer joe instead of Joseph and wish me safe travels home Awesome!

The Grifols Biomat center is a great facility to donate plasma. Kevin and Michelle at the front always make me feel welcome when I walk in. Samantha, Maddy, Will, and Rick are all great phlebotomists. They are well trained and are always checking in on me when I am donating making sure I feel comfortable and my donation is running smoothly.

Love Love Love the staff. Soooo friendly and nice. A wonderful experience while donating. Just like family. I will continue to donate. Would appreciate corporate to increase payment fees as many of us donors talk in the lobby about payments keep decreasing. Not very competitive with other centers. The 5 stars is for the friendly staff and atmosphere.

My experience at Biomat has been incredible! The staff always makes me feel welcome and keeps me well-informed. Rick, Samantha, Will, Marieli, Madi, Trey L., and Kevin have been exceptional at what they do since I started here! I'm glad I chose Biomat Boise for my donation center.

Trey with no legs is a source of great confusion for me; dear reader do not be deceived, for it is not in the way one would suspect. In every aspect of skill required for his profession, he expertly maneuvers through each like a dolphin weaving itself in and out of majestic, flowing blue peaks. However I have blissfully indulged myself in every review posted for this establishment, to find that the fabled "Trey" had carried the endearing title of "Trey with no legs." Puzzled by this term was I, for having s

I have been donating at Grifols for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are thorough and quick in getting you processed and ready to donate. The donation has always gone smoothly for me, and their compensation has been the best that I've seen across the other plasma centers. Their staff are the absolute best.

Posting this on behalf of my girlfriend. She has been in a total of three times, the first attempt went great and had no issues at all. However the second time in the phlebotomist missed the insertion site and had to jab again up her arm. She left with them saying she would, ?likely have the worst bruise you've seen?. After four weeks her bruise finally went down, and she was cleared to try again to donate plasma. Once again she had the same phlebotomist, who has left her again with a deep bruise that might

Just donated plasma for the first time and had a great experience. Every staff member I spoke to, including the manager, was very warm, kind, and patient. Kira in particular was absolutely wonderful and she made me feel a lot more at ease about the whole process. Also shoutout to Isaac (who put the needle in my arm). He explained everything so clearly and patiently which I greatly appreciated. Overall I had a fantastic experience here and I would highly recommend going here if you're interested in donating

This place is wonderful. The staff are amazing. They are all so kind and efficient. James one of the managers there is one of the best people I've ever met. It's also nice to know that every donation I give goes to help saving a life. I definitely recommend donating at this center.

Always a good experience no wait time and always in and out with no problems, plus they are always having additional promotions going on

Just wanted to express my appreciation for the great job that ?no legs? Trey has always done for me, as he is a great guy, fun to talk to, and he is good at what he does, no ?(poke poke? stab stab?) uh? I can't hit your vein bc it keeps ?rolling? on me.? He gets the job done fast and easy w no pain and I truly appreciate his fun ?easy going? positive personality while still being a total professional. Thanks again, ?Trey w No Legs? ??????

First 2 times it was fast and efficient . 3rd time i was waiting for about 30 minutes after I was done and by that time 5 other people were also done. I was the first one done but third one to be helped. It's a little frustrating when you're on a time crunch . Just hope it doesn't continue happening.

It is always prompt and fast. The staff is super friendly. Trey is always smiling and positive and makes donating less stressful! Russell and Hadlie were a great help in the back and answered all my questions!

Celina, Will and Jim are the best! They're always my go to people.

This place was amazing!! Not gonna lie I'm scare of needles, but Maddie was absolutely amazing and patient with me. Didn't even felt it!! Definitely recommend. She's really cute too.

I've been a client of Boise Biomat for a number of years. The staff / phlebotomists there are very friendly and professional. There is one in particular who I see always being friendly to the clients and always moving quickly to get things done, her name is Madison Ford. She seems like an amazing worker; and I do know for a fact that she is my favorite person there. 5 thumbs WAY up for her! You all are lucky to have such a hard worker.

I love this place! I always feel so welcoming. It feels like family. It's nice to see everyone from there. Marieli is a very nice sweet little young girl. Always very polite. Definitely a place for me to return. Love it!

I have been donating for years and Biomat Boise is the best in the Treasure Valley! It's the people that make the place; Kevin, Parker, Trey and William are all great at what they do and I always feel like I'm in good hands. The pay helps me as a single mama and it feels good knowing you're helping people who really need the medicine plasma provides. It's very consistent and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I throughly enjoy donating at Grifols in Boise. They have always been friendly and personal. The facility gets you in and out quickly. Trey is an awesome guy to talk with while doing vitals especially when you're nervous. He has a way of taking with you to chill you out to get your BP and pulse right on track

The Grifols team is always friendly and efficient. Samantha makes everyone feel comfortable being there and always has a smile on her face. It's an easy way to help others while also making a little money.

Great first donation. Perfect stick the first time.

Staff are super friendly. Complete 180 from the CSL location I used to go to. Everyone I've had work on me has been super patient and understanding of my anxieties and Will is awesome with finding somewhat difficult veins. I wish I would have known about this place first!

Wonderful atmosphere and a great facility. Lacie & her team are excellent at what they do! Lacie is friendly & caring and it shows throughout your time here. Will recommend that everyone come here for the friendliness as well as the service ???????? 10/10 Highly recommend

Been donating off and on for a few years now. They have changed a lot over my time donating always working to improve themselves. Staff is super nice and professional. Thanks especially to Trey and William for making the process feel personable. Would recommend over the other plasma centers.

Everyone here is super patient and understanding, which is helpful when needles are the bane of your existence :) Diane did my check up and was clearly experienced in both the clinical side and bedside(?) manner. Had me happy to be there and happy to come back.

This center is easily my favorite one to visit! Really friendly staff and it's always clean. Every time I donate they make sure to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. You will not regret donating here! With everything I have going on in life, it's a nice bit of respite to relax in a biomat bed. I've never ever had a bad experience here in the past few years I've been donating. They even put movies on the tv for you to watch. How awesome is that! Normally, when I go I bring a book with me as well. Or yo

From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly. Michelle remembered my first name and made the intake process and physical comfortable and light hearted. She's a gem!!!! Lexi was the phlebotomist who did my first "stick" and I kid you not, I hardly felt it. And that's saying alot as I have scar tissue from donating for years at another facility. While the first visit took nearly 3 hrs (they say to plan on 2-4 hrs) the donation itself was under an hour. Another positive is the manager called me the next

Trey with no legs is the coolest guy I know, and that's before you take into account that he is missing two toes. He is the most asymmetric guy I know, and that is a good thing. Even though he is unable to beat a 15 year old in Kahoot (I am the 15 year old), he is still pretty smart. And I'm sure he does okay at his job. Father Kevin is pretty good too.

Coming to donate is always such a good experience here! Such friendly staff and a peaceful environment. Lacie always has a smile on her face and it brightens my day! Love donating here.

So, reading through these reviews I can say honestly that if you have 2 brain cells to rub together you will find this place to fill all you could want from a plasma donation center. The staff have always been polite and courteous on my end, likely because I've always brought the necessary documentation and treated the ability to donate as a privilege rather than a right. The pay is consistently the best you'll get for your time. The first donations are low but there are frequent incentives for your second

Oh my goodness, let me share my utterly bewildering yet incredibly enjoyable experiences at Grifols Plasma Facility in Boise! I can't help but scratch my head in confusion over the mysterious goat nicknames that one particular staff member seems to bestow upon everyone. First and foremost, I have to commend the wonderful people at Grifols. Despite being a bit short-staffed (seriously, if you're job hunting, check them out!), they consistently deliver outstanding service. That's why, even with my genuine co

The staff are always super helpful and kind. They take the time to explain the process to new donors in detail and are constantly checking in on you to make sure the procedure is going smoothly. Neal Hale helpful when I called to ask about bonuses for donating. Kyle is also a superb phleb... he never misses when he sticks me!

We have been really happy with BioMat. The staff are friendly and professional, the experience is quick and comfortable, and the facility is always clean. We are always able to get an appointment, usually with just 15 to 30 minutes notice. Happy to be helping people with life-giving plasma and thankful for the compensation. :)

The team is always very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I have been donating on & off at this facility for the last 5 years. Also tried others in the area, however decided to just donate here even though it's a long drive. Biomat is more professional and care about their donors. It would be nice to go back to changing up on the fees with bonus money more often!

Honestly it was kinda scary my first time but then I met Trey with a limp and he made feel so better! He is the best definitely deserve a raise and a company credit card! Also shout out to father kevin

If there was a zero star for an option I would definitely choose so as a option Grifols and their staff are very unprofessional and treated me very poorly.. I brought in paperwork documenting the fact that I had a TB test done that left a dark color on my arm. This was supposed to be noted on my chart. I was mistreated after the fact and talked to like I was a child. The management knew that I had brought in paperwork and after this I had to deal with the same thing again. Very unprofessional. I would not r

Boise does a fantastic job. The employees treat all the donors like they're actually people. Not only are they the fastest center in valley, but they actually talk and joke with you while giving you great service. Even though they're a little short staffed right now, the employees still manage to make my day every time I see them. The center manager Reese is awesome too and will come out and talk to you as a donor. I would highly recommend!

Amazing staff, I prefer this location over others I have visited.

Kenna is awesome! Didn't even feel her start the line. Michelle up front is always so helpful and kind

The staff are nice, professional, and overall outstanding. This center is always clean. I have never had a problem with the skills of the individuals working there, and will continue to keep going there. Keep up the great work and drive to support the cause.

I always feel so welcome when I walk through those front doors! The staff takes the time to make you feel like a person and really gets to know you as one (: thank you for all you do! Keep up the excellent work!!!

They have been great. Watch a movie with them for twice a week and you can make $8k a year while saving lives...its simple. Friendly staff. Any time I have had problems arise, I was able to work it out with the management amicably. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been donating now over a year. The rates are good most months. But the amount of time it takes for the staff to finally start the draw has taken forever. It is now anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Then it takes them a long time to disconnect you once finished. I feel like they need to hire more staff or something. I was here when the seats would be full and it would go much faster. Hopefully this issue gets fixed.

My girlfriend has been donating here for a couple of months, I began only recently and have done several donations. Unfortunately only a single one of my donations has been a smooth process. Now I know that some people, possibly including myself, have difficult to work with veins. But this staff just seems so untrained.(Apart from the older gentleman, and the bald bearded gentleman. The only people to provide me a satisfactory experience). My very first donation they missed my vein several times. When the F

This was a really great experience the staff was very friendly. Diane was an exceptional nurse very great with customer service and taking time to be professional and made this experience very memorable. Impressed by her knowledge and passion. Great energy!

Absolutely amazing staff here! Very courteous and filled with humor. Makes you feel like you are part of them here. I usually never have to wait more than 30 minutes to start donating. Of course the first few days take longer due to they need to get you into the system. Very comfy seats with lots of flatscreens playing classic movie. 10/10 for this place. Keep up the good work.

This clinic is great and the people there are very good at their jobs and so sweet. Kenna, was amazing and I would definitely recommend requesting her for sticks
